Worst customer service I ever experienced. I am not one to complain out something if there is no need. I bought a 2015 Rockwood Windjammer from this RV dealership. (New). Worst mistake ever. From day 1 the fridge did not work. I work out of town so my trailer is sometimes my home away from home. I had this trailer into this dealership multiple times to be repaired. Their techs had no idea what was wrong or how to fix it. I even had to call Dometic (fridge company) and tell them the situation in which they got involved with this issue. The error code on the fridge said it was a control module but they never tried changing the control module. So after the 5-6 times there to have it fixed i refused to leave until they tried to change the control module- they took one off a trailer in the lot -low and behold it worked. I even have pics and a video of what happened. ( if I could post it here I would). From poor customer service, techs arguing with me, not returning calls, and just a plain lack of professionalism -I would never buy from here again and discourage anyone else from doing so.
