Awesome party at the pool! Kevin Fedderline was the DJ, but you could barely see him because of all the lights. So many lights. Party really starts after 11:30pm, people start really late. Great environment, perfect for a pool party. Must see in Atlantic City!

I booked through Total Rewards. 3 days, 2 nights. We arrived early and were immediately given a room which was great since it was before check in times indicated. Service at check in was very nice. We arrived at our room and immediately, as smart travelers do, inspect. The sofa in the room had pet hair all over it and it smelled really bad as if no one cleaned before our arrival. We called front desk and they switched us. You can see the photos of the second room attached. The bed was the worst, while there were no bug issues, thankfully, underneath the bed we found drug paraphernalia, a used condom and wrapper and a water bottle filled half way with something we just don't know what (not shown) as well as urine stains and a hole in the wall. The curtains were disgusting. Management sent someone to do a proper cleaning of the one bed which was at least nice enough. We were asked if we wanted to change rooms but declined in fear of what we might endure on the 3rd go round. We stayed and used towels to cover our bottoms everywhere we needed to sit or set our belongings on. I have heard good things about Harrah's, this was my first time staying, however I feel as though unless were paying over $400 a night, we get what we get. I will not be staying again or recommending this place. Also, the water in the shower rose all the way up with each use.
Room was not what I expected. We were on 16th floor of Marina Tower and room was very dirty. We went for Thanksgiving Buffet and were a bit disappointed that they did away with the crab legs. However dinner and dessert selection was delicious. Barely any line when we arrived. Very reasonable price for dinner as well. Overall satisfied but expected a little bit better.
Horrible customer service, Natalie at the front Desk has no customer service skills and loves to show off her bad attitude. She made me and my family feel so unwelcome. Threw the little envelope at me with the keys and said nothing to me. I asked her what to do with the old keys and receipt and her answer with a bad attitude was I don t care what you do with that I politely asked her why all the attitude and her answer was get out of my face and walked away. I quickly followed her to ask her what her name was and why the attitude before the kind front desk manager intercepted us. I asked what her name was and he said a name I didn t hear to well, I asked Natalie to show me her name tag and her response was didn t you hear what he just said all this right in front of her manager. The front desk manager was a nice guy but never apologized for her behavior or nothing. I don t believe I will choose Harrahs Atlantic City if they employ people that give attitude like Natalie. Had I been rude or angry with her I would understand but I was nice than can be with her. I only asked to speak to the manager when she told me she could not change my room for a room on the same floor as the second room I booked. I had asked for adjoining rooms during the booking process and was told the hotel could accommodate based on availability. I asked at least to put my rooms on the same floor if they couldn t be adjoining. She told me because I checked in at the kiosk She could not change my rooms although they had a room on the same floor as the first room. I just politely asked to speak to the manager. I guess that was enough to trigger the bad attitude. Im sorry I asked you to do your job Natalie,
I know I didn't get the cheapest room but I didn't get the most expensive.
There was no sticker for validation that it had been cleaned for occupation. It was supposed to be a non smoking room however it seemed like smoke. Just was not impressed with this stay.... It was hard choosing a room because all the rooms had the same pic and set up but just prices were different. So I choose the middle price.
The front desk clerk was no helpful. I had to ask for information like where is the elevators? She said three elevators down...there was no map so we kept getting on the wrong elevators.
The stay would've been perfect had our room heater worked properly and the phone in the room worked. My friend and I couldn't call down to see about getting the heater fixed. We had to take all our things to the front desk. They were accommodating quickly, however, and our new room was actually better than the first.
Horrible as I wait for hospitality to clean my room. I was told that I could change my room if i had a problem now they're saying that my room can not be changed. I'm so disappointed. Poor quality.
Would give this place a very low 1 star Stayed ON Sunday and it took over an hour to check in. Horrible long line. Bell guy said they were in serious training mode all over hotel because he also had to wait 20 min on phone just to get us in our room that the keys didn't work for. Today we were stuck in a parking garage elevator that broke on the 5th floor and as lady in the hotel with us called for help and panicked.. other guests saved us with no help in sight from staff.. when I seen 1st security person I told them they can cancel call for help. She said no call for help was made and tried to help us and take info. Getting to our room tonight wow smells like mold. Mind you I had shoes on until I couldn't get ice on my floor so went to another and realized the whole floor is soaked from the ice machine being broke and still leaking.. no wonder my 70 yr old mom is laughing her head off already.. 2 really bad days.. I suggest staying at another nice hotel
Hotel is nice people are nice but pool is not open It s only open Weekends certain days limited admission due to covid 19. Drinks are takeout only. Food places are take out limited options .
I love Harrah's. No matter what city, you will always get excellent service in a clean facility. Although it would be nice if Caesars would lower their table limit so that sometimes we can slow bet and relax during the day lol
No phone service ever. In order to connect to Wi-Fi you have to call a toll free number that the hotel charges .75 for. If you don't have service then you can't call the toll free number from your celluar device. The rooms are nice when cleaned. Pool party venue is always a nice time. Not many options for food also very Expensive!!! Overall a nice spot minus the Wi-Fi connection issues.
Harrah's casino is a lovely place to take the whole family for the summer vacation and more there are plenty to do and see and good places inside to eat
Swimming pool had too much chlorine and was smelly , jacuzzi were better .. rooms were way below expectations .. couch was filthy (i wish i had taken pics to upload).. but ambiemce and casino were good and it was obvious. .
I went to the restaurant Tun Tavern by the convention center. Nice place. Pet friendly. Good food. They have a pet menu. We sat outside for lunch. The waiter was very nice. Free parking for 4 hours across the street.
Casino floor has poor ventilation, therefore, you can smell stale and new smokey odors. It's really a shame because the casino appears to look nice for the most part, though we've seen some slot machines are filthy and full of ashes and butts in the ashtray. Also, unfortunately, there's always long lines to leave the parking lot. They should have it where you could use your player's card to swipe to leave if you are Diamond and 7-Star status, like Ocean Casino does for their Platinum players and high rollers.
Harras Hotel, thank you so much for a wonderful service.and amazing room, I love it!!!! I really enjoyed my day off with the pool party, crab buffette, drinks from bar ... I want visit you very soon... some special offers for me?...let me know... Thanks!!!
I LOVE Harrah's. Theres so much to do and see, you never have to leave the resort! Restaurants for all price ranges, entertainment, clubs, bars, spa, workout room, huge resort style cabana pool and thousands of games! Staff is friendly and accommodating and rooms are clean and well stocked.
The Waterfront tower room was very nice, modern looking and fresh. I had a nice stay after hitting up The Pool for the night. Didnt get a chance to do any gambling though, hopefully next time. The kiosk checkout was super fast!
Place is clearly falling apart. Always been my go to casino but lately the check in process is headache-inducing and dinner-reservation-cancelling. However they are prompt with a comp when they know they messed up. Sad to see it go
Beautiful views of the inlet. Affordable rates for conventions and weeknights. Casino smells of smoke which was the only drawback. Restaurants were good.
Great resort in Atlantic City .... New Jersey... USA Well maintained casino and hotel....... Staff is very helpful and friendly. Water Tower is great place to stay overnight. We love this resort.
The Bayview Tower rooms were great. Clean linens, large bathroom including separate tub and shower. Lights in the bathroom are a little low..but that would be my only complaint. Everything else was great and worth the amount I paid.
Not much happening cause of the Pandemic. I would've liked to have seen the hand sanitizing stations filled, as none of the ones I tried throughout the entire place had ANY! Other than that, clean and orderly.
First I want to shout out Kathy (Pool Attendant) and Taji (Front Desk agent), both provided great customer service! Enjoyed my stay but a couple of things.. top of shower had mold or water damage, slow draining of shower caused water to be all over the floor, asked for late check out and was informed check out was at 12noon but to stay from 12 to 2pm we would be charged $50.00 from 2pm to 4pm there would be a charge of $100.00. The casio has areas where guest are allowed to smoke..since Im not a smoker walking through these areas was unpleasant at least for me. Also, the hotel itself is about 3 to 5 minutes from the actual boardwalk by car. Yet!! The rooms are huge with a separate toilet are from the shower. There is plenty to do in the hotel including, shopping, cooking classes, a buffet, food court, of course casino which is big on table action, 3 to 4 bars (blue bar is awesome) not including the 2 bars in the pool area. The pool under the 82 degrees doom (all year) features a live DJ (lit)! In addition to a Gordan Ramsey happy hour with appetizers (starting at $5.00) and happy hours all day as well as other restaurants throughout the hotel. I would revisit even though I felt somethings were nickle and diming the guest. Oh lastly, the pool area turns into a nightclub after 6pm and stays open to 4am.
Lets start with I had a blast at Harrah's once again!!! It was my 35th bday this past weekend & from check in to check out it was great!! The staff is diverse and friendly. The rooms are clean. We were upgraded as well . The pool staff was on point. Bianca confirmed my poolside reservations. The bar tender was great! Every thing turned out perfectly. Room service was on point. I got bday shout outs. The music was good & security is tight. which I love feeling safe while out partying. My VIP service was great as well. I'll see you guys next yr!
I stayed in a very nice room and once the folks next to me came back to their room at 2am, I realized the walls are partitions. No joke, I sat up wondering why it sounded like they were in my room talking, and I could see the light from the next room coming from the crack of the space between the wall and ceiling. I do not blame them as they were just having a good time. I blame the hotel. If you re like me, coming to have a good time and relax. Pay the upgrade money for a suite.
I did complain the the front desk....the manager just said well it s the weekend. What does that have to do with the amount of money I spent to stay in the room? What does gat have to do with me coming to relax and have a good time? They basically made me feel like I shouldn t come to AC to relax.
This is not one of the fancier casinos in AC, but it is in my opinion the best in the Caesar's group. They have a significant variety of slot machines and places to eat. While I always seem to lose here, something keeps. Me coming back. I guess I like the variety.
How in the world is this a 4 star hotel? I stayed here last night, and the rooms are meh, the front desk people are horrible, and the hotel operator is terrible. The desk chair was not adjustable, and stained all over, and my room did not have a certified cleaned sticker like the rest had, but housekeeping said they just forgot to apply it. I will never stay here again...it's basically a Ramada Inn (yea, that bad).
Stopped going due to cleanliness the place smells bad coming off of the escalator the chemicals used to clean carpets n smoking is so strong filtration system poor
Our tower was closed and we were transferred to another tower. The room in that tower turned out to be occupied. We were transferred to another room and the keys did not work and we were informed by housekeeping that the floor had no heat or hot water. This would have been our first time staying at Harrah's. We will never go back. Desk lines were long, and we lost 2 hours out of our stay. I requested a refund and went to the Golden Nugget.
Our room was on the "coastal towers" side. It was recently remodeled, so everything was updated and modern. There were plenty of places to dine. The atmosphere was very lively. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful. It's a bit tricky getting there, so pay careful attention. The parking is reasonable. I enjoyed my stay. (I was in town for a concert as I don't gamble at all.)
Harrahs as a resort is fun and has lots of entertainment. Checking though had some issues as we waited in line for over an hour to then be told no rooms were available even though we had a reservation. Issue was resolved but this should not happen in the first place
My stay here was horrible! Dirty bed sheets and pillow cases. House keeping didn't come to clean our room when we left out. The towels that was in the bathroom was dirty, we had to call front desk many times for clean sheets and towels. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
Recently stayed for conference. Front desk service was friendly and very professional.Tye room was tastefully decorated, spacious, very elegant. The bathroom was clean and everything was in place. I was disappointed when I climbed into bed to find several spots of white, hard, and disgusting looking residue on the platform bed frame. It could have been anything, but what it looked like made me quite uncomfortable. Luckily my roommate didn t show up so I was able to sleep in the other bed. I enjoyed my stay, but that should have been cleaned. There is no way that it wasn t seen by housekeeping!
It was very lovely and regal. I got a great deal for a night stay and didn't have to book it a year in advance. The facilities are incredible and immaculate.
I was being kicked out by housekeeping b4 my check out time we had to take the stairs from the 23rd fl down to the lobby its was a very unpleasant stay the last day we were there SMH
I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. Good service. Nice people. My friend and I went down to see Pauly D at Pool after dark. Crazy crazy night. But super fun glad I experienced it.
I wish I had had a lot more time to spend at Harrah's, it seemed like a real fun place to be for the young and young at heart. The casino floor was diverse and modern, with fun interactive slots and automatic drink ordering. The table games were loaded even at the hour I was there, and the bars were hopping with people dancing. If it wasn't so far from the boardwalk I'd give if a 5 star but the hike is obnoxious.
Having a great stay here! The staff is so accommodating here it's almost unbelievable. Anything you ask for is quickly delivered. As an example, at check-in, I merely expressed my disappointment that we weren't able to get booked in the Waterfront Tower, but instead in the Harbor Tower. To my amazement, they upgraded me to a suite so I can be in the Waterfront Tower, and at no additional nightly cost, merely a slightly higher deposit. Everyone you will come in contact with at the hotel, in the casino, or any or the restaurants, will give you the highest Hospitality treatment that you'll ever receive anywhere. The rooms are large and comfortable. The casino slots are fairly loose as resorts casinos go. Plenty of table gaming with friendly players and dealers. A better bargain than the others. 2
I was at a conference and was placed in the old building it was terrible, never go to another conference that is going to be there. They give the new nice rooms to high rollers and don't cater to paying patrons
I stayed at harrahs for 3 nights and the waiting staff was nice as well as the staff in the stores. As far as the hotel staff not so much... the housekeeping was rude and the room was gross and didnt have toilet paper and the hotel registration employee were rude. Overall worth the stay and the machines were looser then normal
Really big place lot of walking. We had a great time for away for couple 3 days . Great staff . Love Guy Ferris sandmith shop great #10 Reuben The AC burger great burgers Real nice staff ate the twice.
The room was nice and the food was really good at the buffet but the casino itself is old and run down.... most of the slots look like they are from the 1960 s, the dealers at the tables were very rude.... in fact the majority of the staff were extremely rude. When we first got there and were waiting for our room to be ready we stopped at the cafe for a bite to eat, the person taking our order wrote it down wrong and when my daughter took it back to tell him he grabbed it from her and practically threw it at her when they re-made it.
This place is horrible, it s not family friendly when it said it was. The bed sheets and towels had stains on it, and when we seen the cleaning lady we asked her to clean our room for us. She didn t clean our room. We called house keeping to bring us new towels and sheets and they said they ll bring in within an hour and never came. I will never return and I won t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great hotel been coming here since I was 18 couldn't gamble at that time of course but we'd hang out in the rooms and party. Now as an adult it's a playground for the mature. Tons of food shopping and they even have a liquor store and bodega. So you literally don't have to leave the resort at all. They have an indoor pool as well. Always a great experience.
Stayed two nights for anniversary trip. Don't stay in the Marina Tower where we did on the 5th floor.Even though the room was no smoking everytime we re-entered we could smell smoke. Also the room was sub par with wood veneer piece broken off furniture, a low humming noise all night that wasn't the air conditioner, some pipe noise when one of the neighbors turned on the shower? sink?( sounded just like one of my radiators at home) and lots of hall noise due to large crack underneath door. The front desk told me the humming noise I heard all night was because the full hotel A/C duct/equipment was in the Marina Tower. Great view of the Marina from our room was peaceful though.
I stayed there 3 nights and it was a great trip itself. It was so nice to bring my dog with me. I booked Marina Tower room because of petstay option. My complaint is the room was not clean. I can see the other dog s food corner of the floor so I had to clean it up by myself. I didn t want to change the room because I think it will be the same. The most scary one was the sofa. I don t know if they cleaned well or not, it looks dirty and old. I didn t even use it at all. Anyway if you will bring your pet with you there, don t expect that you can get the clean room. They do house keeping everyday. I am not sure which part of the room they actually clean. They clean the bathroom and make a bed for sure though. I paid more for petstay but I got dirty room. I chose non smoking room but I could smell the cigarette. I am not sure if I go there again. If I go there next time, I should bring my own swiffer and febreze.
Attended a conference here today. They charge $10 for parking while most of the newer and better casinos only charge $5. Facilities are old and outdated.
