Amazing place wery clean. Fantastic food superb service nice people

It wasn't much to do cause of covid I guess, no room service no pool or anything then you can't even win with the slot machines, oh well.. I might go back if things become normal again, but I appreciate the fact that they're open..

Check in was quick and easy. Choice of towers to stay in. Good restaurants. Large floor space. The pool and hot tubs!!

Incredible Hotel. Very clean rooms, wonderful view and a huge casino

My family really enjoyed all the restaurants and the gambling! My biggest problem is that the children playing area and pool are terrible.... the place had a decent playing area with arcade games it was ok not great but ok.. they closed it for months to repair it and upgraded to a better game room. We were very excited to check it out and we were so disappointed . They made it 10 times worse than before. I know Atlantic City is not a place for kids. However, my kids enjoy the buffet and used to enjoy the arcade. I know that now they are pet friendly and that s great, (we bring our dogs too) however is just sad that the pets have a bigger area to release than the kids. I don t expect a freakin amusement park but come on Harrahs put better arcade games or a freakin trampoline anything than is not what you currently have.

I just went to the casino and didn't see any workers cleaning anything. I had my own sanitizer with me. Some areas people were sitting close together.

Wow! Crab legs buffet! My husband and I came here last night. We really enjoyed their seafood buffet and the staffs. They were extremely pleasant. We will come back every time we come to AC

Suites were really nice. Awesome views. 45th Floor, Billiards Suite, all were well designed and great rooms and bathrooms. Sauna in the red suite was a great idea.

They almost gave our room away. We was told that our room wasn't ready and we would receive a phone call or text when the room was ready. Three hours later nothing. So we went back up to the front desk to see what was going on, and they apologized that we didn't receive the call. . The suite we booked was very noisy from the HVAC being so close. Not the best trip for me & my wife on her birthday. The dinner we had was phenomenal. It was at McCormick & Schmidt's. Definitely going back there!

Horrible service I called on March 15th to make sure they will be open in which they said yes after booking my reservation for March 17th through snap travel they said they close and they won t refund my ticket they had me running around everywhere

Had a really nice suite and the view was great the valet service was a bit rude with others as well as myself but overall had a nice time. And the pool party was really over rated just got some pizza and brought some girls up to my room instead. Everyone knows girls love pizza

I had the worse experience during my stay here at Harrah's. Both of my credit cards were billed for 100 hold after I gave the receptionist the correct card that I placed in his hand and asked him to use for the 100 hold. He then split 100 fee that's charge for the room. He took money from both credit cards which cause me to have to pay a 28.00 overdraft fee because of the employee negligence. I spoke with the manager who admitted it was error done by Harrahs but I still have to wait 7-10 business days for the funds to be put back into my accounts in which 1 of the credit cards should not have been billed at all. I will never do business with Harrah's again.

Giving it a 3 for several reasons.
Food prices: astronomical
Parking: takes 10-15 to get from room to car
Rooms: are nice, but not over the top with decor'
Staff: friendly, accommodating
Great Ocean & City Views
If you like the resort/casino/party vibe this is the place for you. If you enjoy a little more quiet sophisticated vibe go elsewhere.

Stayed here back in July with my boyfriend. Check in took a very long time but the workers including security when we entered the building were very kind and helpful. Covid protocols strictly enforced throughout the entire facility which had some things we would have loved to do closed, however it was nice to see them keeping guests safe! Lots to do that was able to be open right on site so wasn't really even a need to leave the building if we didn't want to. Our room was beautiful, with a great view, and was beyond comfortable! It was quiet, even when the housekeepers were moving through the halls. We had a huge issue connecting to the internet but once we called guest services they fixed the connectivity issue immediately. The shower was heavenly and the style was impressive! Got a great rate through kayak.com which Harrahs honored. Will definitely stay again since the location was conveniently located not far from the boardwalk and beach.

My stay was ideal i will definitely go back there for other vacations

Staff are great...beautiful restaurants...casino huge...loved the indoor pool

Dirty ... sheets with holes ... bench at the foot of the bed well stained ... no room service as far changing linen... one parking lot extremely and one one empty with no access ... just overall not a nice visit ...dont know if I will try again

The rooms view is great and the room is clean and spacious.

A lot is closed due to the pandemic. Get your drinking in before 10pm. Room was clean

Had a decent room with a reasonable view. The cost was also reasonable. However it was a rainy weekend when we stayed and the window was leaking. We didn't realize this till later at night so we didn't ask to change rooms. I'm sure if we had asked they would have accommodated us. The casino floor at a live band that was a lot of fun I believe they are there every Sunday. The reason I'm giving this three stars is because of the staff at the pool was not helpful whatsoever. They were more concerned with texting on their phone then accommodating us with towels and other needs. With the exception of the front desk staff all the other employees weren't very accommodating or friendly. In my opinion it's worth the extra money to stay at Caesars.

The hotel is nice, rooms are much older.
Staff member can be a little nicer.
If you stay at the hotel, check out The pool after dark. It s a cool place as well as the pool itself.

The place was so dirty when we were their had to change rooms ... Looks like people could pee in the corners room smelled like pot. We complained only moved us to another room. Gross gross gross... Poo on the sheets hair on the bathroom floor tub sink... We'll never go back 2nd room not much better only thing better was sheets and the lack of the pot smell... Not the 3 4 star hotel it once was.

This is my go to hotel to stay at in Atlantic City rooms are clean and nice and I love going to the pool I will definitely be back

Hotel rooms are big enough and clean. The location is beautiful as you can see ocean from the hotel room.
There is casino on the ground floor where you can play and win/lost some money.
There is also perfect restaurant run by Gordon Ramsey with excellent steaks.
But on the arrival day the hotel reception had problems with the system and we had to wait about an hour for the room key.

Horrible i got arrested in parking garage for just having an unloaded hand gun in plain sight on dash so they eveicted me did not refund me or give me my deposit back absolutely discusted with their. Service

The rooms were pretty standard, but larger than I expected. The casino was also pretty standard. They had a really nice pool inside of a glass dome. During the day the dome keeps the temperature around 80 degrees so it feels amazing no matter what time of year. At night it turns into an incredibly fun night club.

I love Harrahs the check in was nice and fast. Hotel is very nice and clean. I have no complaints.

Our stay was horrible we was at Harrah s in the atrium suite and had bed bugs crawling up the wall we called n informed the front desk they did not care they was not surprised at what we found needless to say we left n they did not accommodate us to another s room nor an apology was offered never again filthy rooms all the time they were shut down from corona no cleaning or no bombing was done

This review is just for the pool area ... Fun place but lacks customer service waitresses just walk right by you and bartenders have a very nonchalant attitude except Stacy she was nice

Two stars for the Pool.. I was able to enjoy it the night I got there and the morning I left .. the morning gym instructor was a very nice lady .. other than that the hotel needs a facelift .. the casino floor smelt like old dirty wet rug, the waitresses on the casino floor was obnoxious and rude ... the rooms in the Marina tower was atrocious..couldn t wait to leave and will never go back there. There was even a homeless person sitting in the lobby ..

I will never stay here again for THE MAIN reason that the air quality is AWFUL! They use some sort of disinfectant that made me nauseous the WHOLE TIME I was there. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, even the rooms! I have stayed at plenty of other casinos in Atlantic City & never had that issue. IT'S GROSS & DISGUSTING! Do not stay.

Had so much fun and the hotel room was really nice!!!

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were massive. I had luck on the machines, and they had safety precautions to keep people safe. I was lucky enough to get in the limit to enjoy hot tub. I would most likely stay here again.

The room we had was very disappointing the bathroom paint was falling off the ceiling and the bed was well used and uncomfortable I won't stay there again but will go back for the restaurants located in there they were amazing and the service was out of this world from Gordon Ramsay restaurant to the AC burger restaurant even the seafood restaurant those places get five stars

BE AWARE OF THE LIES ! I booked a room and I called to ask if my room will be available if I arrived at 11:30 pm I CALLED TWICE ! When I arrived the manager told everyone in line that there was no more rooms, people was yelling at the employees and at the end they literally don t help you, I feel bad for the employees Bc is the hotel who makes the decision of overbooking people and is A LOT of people! When you call they assure you the room will be available but is a BIG LIE! Be there by 4 pm or don t even bother... and to get your money back from THEM CANCELING your reservation is another story!
I understand this is a business but don t lie to people I drove 4 hours and ended up having to Look for a hotel at 1 am!

Nice hotel but the carpet, on the Waterfront side smelled

Toilet was used when I first came into my room. It didn t give me that homely feel. And too much people I feel like. And you gotta pay for WiFi. This hotel was just not it. I wasn t happy, you might as well buy one with less people and free breakfast like Hamptons or Holiday Inns.

Totally different level of service compared with the other casinos!

I was woken up by security in my room for no apparent reason. They said they had to do a visual check of the room. Really? Do not disturb means do not disturb! This is absolutely unacceptable and it would never happen at Borgata. There are many options of hotels in the area. I will consider other hotels before choosing Harrah s next time due to privacy concerns. Something needs to be done about security randomly checking rooms. It will make guests feel uncomfortable. Just be aware of this possibility if you choose to stay at Harrah s.

Didn't stay at hotel. Went for buffet. Buffet was MARVELOUS! Although pricey, food was delicious and plentiful. Excellent variety, including snow crab legs. Staff is lovely, as well. If you are disabled, the walk from valet parking is short. Do note...their valet parking is $15.00!

It's cool. A bit pricey however i did well at the tables. Staff is cool as well.

We booked a great suite and it looked phenomenal. In the living room, there were stains that were suspiciously like sex stains, ewww

Even worse though, a foul smell suspiciously like black mold in the closet up against the shower.

ALERT everything in the hotel is closed the pool, the restaurants (except a very expensive coffee shop and a burger place which also closes very early expect a hour wait inline just to order at both eateries then 35 minutes for your order to be ready) Bring food and drinks or you will starve. No local stores to go to! The room was nice but I paid extra for a bay view which they playfully accommodated me with by having half of the vertical view blocked by another tower and a third of my horizontal view blocked by a roof top extended out at least 50 yards....it was laughable. We were so bored and hungry we took the bus and rode around to another casino then walked the board walk just to eat. Until Covid-19 restrictions are lifted save your money stay home buy some bikes to ride. I didn't even take any pictures I was so disappointed with Harrah's. Oh yeah for some reason they are still charging a daily resort free.....but as I mentioned everything in the resort is closed. Horrible.

We were in the waterfront tower. Very clean and well kept room. The staff was friendly and gave us a second bed when we asked for it. The shower was new and updated.

Liked the restaurants, tables, bars, and club with the pool. Went with several friends and had an awesome time. If you're not into gambling, go eat, drink and party. Definitely check it out for a good time.

Room had 2 Queen-sized beds, 32 inch Screen TV, nice big bathroom and air-conditioned. Room was clean when we arrived but was never cleaned during our time staying in the room. They are pet-friendly, so you can bring your pet to stay with you. There is self-parking right across the street from the hotel which makes it convenient. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Disgusting! Absolutely! I m 18 years old and I came to enjoy a few days with my mom at this hotel but I can t go in the pool????? This should be said by registration!!! I was looking forward to going but it ruined my mood to do even anything. Never coming to this hotel again.

I ordered something on Amazon that costed me $2.
The business center in harrah's, charged me $10 for handling (all they did was to call my room to tell me I received a package, well, Amazon already notified me on the app, plus I wasn't in the room to get that phone call)
When I bought on Amazon, no one told me I have to pay for that and that's a steal! Be careful

Great fun place to gamble very friendly environment to an awesome trip right to the boardwalk. There are tons of activities to do around the hotel in the resort you also get free drinks while you play. The restaurants are excellent quality and not too expensive

Had a great memorial day weekend trip here. Enjoyed my stay. Room didnt have a microwave though, that sucked. Overall though cant complain too much. I would go again.

Only at Harrah's does a "Do Not Disturb" Sign on the door mean maids welcome and take anything you want. Countless times has this happened and no one can ever give you an answer why or will do anything about it. DO NOT STAY! I'm officially done with this place.

I've been to Harrah's a few times now and keep going back. Last night's trip was spent on the casino floor. The staff is quick, responsive, and polite. The Big Bang Theory slots are my favorite. It was a great night, and I will definitely be back.

Clean outstanding right by the water ... If you just need to get away this is the place for you .... Great restaurants and a great staff as well very helpful.

I'm disappointed cause we were supposed to in the water tower but we got the Marina. There no safe there to put your money in and it kind of run down. They should do so remodeling to the Marina. Everything else is good alot are paying off same as table games and the food is good there.

Stay there all the time great workers. Good food my host is a great person.

Horrible the staff was rude, uncaring, and disrespectful as if they were the ones who got bit by bed bugs. Never again ever watch out people On my way! To the hospital because I m allergic and pregnant.

The place is showing its age. Supposedly newly renovated waterfront towers hardly support that. Pinholes all over the room darkening curtains. Cracked sink in the bath. Toilet seat hadn't been cleaned very well. Needs to be done better

Great place , can't wate to come again.wanderful machines, and the people , we expectantly loved the Diamond club, the food was so delicious every time we went there, the ride there could use alot of help , no drinks or snacks And it took forever to get there . But other then the flight it was great.

Worst hotel experience ever. Booked through some travel agency. Picked Harrah's because we have been there before and love the pool. Was told they have 1 king bed left, but on pet floor. Ok. Got there and we could hear all the dogs around us going nuts. We went downstairs and were placed in a different king room in Marina tower. The bed was aweful left immediately. Went downstairs, offered to pay to upgrade they said they had nothing (their booking website tells a different story). She cancelled our reservations and gave us the number to customer service (which helps us in no way, I guess I can call and complain on our long drive home?). Went over to Ocean. Fantastic room.

Went there for the buffet. I'd never been there before so I didn't know what to expect. The staff was great. Friendly and very helpful. The food choices were limited. Only choice was fish or something that was gone already. Lot's of veggies, which is great but I was hungry and wanted something other than fish. The only other choice was pizza
I liked Harrah's in general but I wouldn't recommend the buffet. The boardwalk casinos offer much better choices and food. I'm not interested in going back.

This place was terrible. I stayed 3 nights and there were only 2 elevators working the whole time I stayed. So everytime we left and came back it was about an hour wait just to get on the elevator. I was charged $81.00 in resort fees and couldn't use a dam thing in the resort. Room service didn't want to clean the room when I wanted, the television was broken and the furniture was chipped all in the room. This place will never see me or my money again.

Hands down, the best Suited in my opinion!!! The staff at Harrah's is AWESOME, friendly, & just downright a BLAST to be around!! GREAT Hotel & Casino with wonderful accomadations!! Will return again and again!! Love it there!!

Cool place. I stayed here because of a convention. If you're here several days like I was it's a bit difficult because you have to take a cab or a rental car to the boardwalk which is where I would rather stay

I love this place because they are doggie friendly!! There s a dog area in the front. I think they have a designated dog floor. One of the few casino hotels in AC that allow dogs.

My stay was great!! My daughter and grandchildren came over while I was there to take me to dinner for my bday dinner.

Great place pet-friendly family-friendly. Great rooms perfect for groups. Very clean extra with clean team COVID sanitation. Go all the time. Best casino in Atlantic City. Parking awesome and valet does a great job. Check-in is easy.#teamgoldii

I am a Caesars Reward member. So I have experienced the casinos in the group. By far Harrah's is a much more relaxing. Clean, spacious atmosphere. The restaurant's are much more better than the others. I enjoyed my time there very much and encouraged my family to make this place of choice.

Stayed in the Atrium because I smoke but the room was DINGY to say the least. I wiped the wall under the window & cleaned it myself along with the DUSTY AIR VENTS, the cloth headboard had stains on it, I basically cleaned the room myself. Harrahs has to do better with HOUSEKEEPING! When we arrived there was an empty drink cup in the hallway outside the elevator, the cup was there 3 days later in the same spot when we left.

Dislike it. Very smokey, my lungs had to work extra. Definitely wouldn't stay.
