I think it has one of the best hacking good in AC but as far as the service every place else in the resort.. Not good at all

Nice selection of restaurants bars and shops within the hotel.

The room was good for our weekend stay however, the rooms could use some updating. We had the Bayview tower room. There was a lot of wear and tear on the furniture, walls, etc and a broken vanity light.

Also, I did feel some type of way that upon our entrance of the room we found crumbs on the chase and crumbs on the chair too. That gives me signs of the room not be thoroughly cleaned so that did make me uncomfortable.

Despite those things, it was a good stay

I mostly love the food at A.C. Burger here besides the food the rooms are nice each tower has a different theme to their rooms the only thing I don't like is the showers in some of the new rooms there's no door so water just gets all over the floor but other than that no issues with staying here

Room was nice. Kids not allowed regular pool.
Kids use different pool at different buildings on 4 th floor.

If you go anywhere in Atlantic City , go to Harrah's Marina, one of the best trips I've ever been on in my life ! My lady and I had a blast , the rooms are great, casinos awesome! we won lots of money !thousands! Restaurants were fantastic! Indoor pool with the huge glass Dome ! Temperature controlled plenty of things for the kids to do. And you can bring your pets! I highly recommend Harrah's Marina I guarantee it oh and good luck!

I always have a great time when I stay at the Harrah's resort just wish I could get a good price on weekends

Outstanding staff. Room was squeaky clean. (Not sure if i honestly ever said that before). The food was sooooooo amazing. 10 outa 5.

Was my first time there for The DjExpo 2019... I had an amazing time . The staff was incredible. Would recommend this place to anyone also Pull up Pizza was AMAZING the wings and pizza are great .

My 2nd night.in a row with no sleep due to load neighbors next door. I called front desk.2 times.2 nights in a row and asked to have noise reduced and no change.

We stay at Harrah's quite often! Love the pool atmosphere - tropical! There are 5 hot tubs, but last few stays only 2 or 3 were working. We love AC BURGER (formerly Bill's Burger). Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere!

The food isn t what it looks like. The crab legs were good and that s all. This buffet was absolutely great.That was a thing in the past.

I went to the Harrah's resort on 5/6/18 for the Red Door Spa. Red Door Spa is always clean and staff is exceptional. My massages were excellent, steam room n sauna were awesome. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub in red door wasn't operating properly so we weren't able to use it. However we were able to use the pool and hot tubs at The Harrah's pool, and have some food and drinks for happy hour. We played some slots. We had an excellent day.

The day pool party was so much fun! I loved their gym! They have a delicious mexican restaurant called Veracruz.

The pool after dark was a super fun night party with a good DJ. Bartender Jon was very helpful! The pool during the daytime was relaxing. Rooms were spacious. Wish there was more food options

My partner and I must have got the room that hasnt been renovated in a while. As soon as you walked into it, it smelled like a damp basement, the sink wouldn't drain, the shower had mold in it, and there was blood stains on the sheets. Great room for an asthmatic person with severe allergies.

I go to AC atleast twice a year for the past 3 years and I always stay at Harrahs. They have a great variety of places to eat from, a pool, sports betting area, bars and a nightlife. The rooms are always clean, have a good amount of space, and never dissapoint. The staff has always been amazing, helpful and warm welcoming. I have no complaints for Harrahs and I recommend everyone staying here.

Great place to stay, eat, relax and of course gamble.

Harrah's AC rating should start with a 3. Service is horrible compared to other casinos on the Marina. No Smoking rooms in the remodeld Laguna tower smell of smoke. Ask for a room change which was granted after several request. Went to the new room which was still soiled from the previous guest. Granted 2nd change to room that smelled of marijuana. Speaking of Harrah's and marijuana... Management is nonexistent. Almost seems like they want to improve the property physical appearance as the kill the experience. Maybe Harrahs AC will be the next to be sold.

Was given a dirty room at first then was told to take all of our luggage back downstairs to be assigned a new room. The new room was a complete downgrade from the previous room and they made us pay the same price for it. They could have offered us at least a little something for the trouble as we visit often and will likely be back but probably not for a while after that. This was all on a Wednesday when the hotel was barely packed too.

Amazing hotel, Very Clean, Lots of casino space/games. Great staff. Many different restaurants to choose from. The Waterfront Buffet, is a must try !. Awesome pool area.

We've been stopping by for nearly 2 decades. Nice pokeroom and casino. Seldom crowded. Exquisite views of the ocean and wetlands from the higher floors. Excellent pool and solarium. They've expanded their sports book.

My hotel room was nice. Ocean view. However the experience i had, for the amount of money I spent was horrific. So bad that We left an entire day earlier than scheduled. losing over $250. Most restaurants were closed, only take out options, not to mention the type of people. There were atleast 3 fights that happened. Inappropriate behavior at the pool for a kid atmosphere. Elevators were extremely slow, and they closed the exits to take the stairs. Overall i would not recommend this place ever again, nor would i ever go back.

The hotel is cool. But why the $25 credit if you still have to spend money to use it? And no toothpaste in the rooms, no microwave. Overall it was a cool place.

Our room had a really bad smell and the bed frame had a vomit stink, we could hear everything on the hallways and other rooms as well. The place has plenty of slots of different kinds and table games. As a guest that paid resort fee and pool access I was charged extra to get into the pool on Saturday. The pool after dark was a nice experience and they can give you a free pass ticket to enter before 11pm

The walls are really thin so you can hear everything. They don't allow you to hook up HDMI in my room (Waterfront) but allow it in other rooms? I don't get that. It's my first time here and I can say that I'm disappointed.

Very nice room. Excellent housekeeping. Excellent service. Restaurants & bars are a bit pricey but that's to be expected at a casino.

The hotel is very nice but we realized a few issues just after 2 days of being there. There was a pool party with very strict dress code so we weren't able to wear our swim suits in, instead we had to wear regular clothes over the swim suits. It was not a huge deal until not one single locker worked, so there was no where we could place our belongings. The second issue we had was that there was not a microwave anywhere in this hotel to reheat our food. The final issue was when I flipped the bed sheets off and found a huge pee stain on the bed. Literally one bed sheet separating us from the pee stain. Very unsanitary, especially for how much we paid for this hotel room.

Clean, smoke free, and masks are required. The bay view is nice. My only gripe is having to pay for Wi-Fi in my room in 2020. I've been in hotels in tiny one horse towns that had free Wi-Fi! It works fine in the lobby area (of course) but it was a pain trying to communicate or research the day's itinerary from my room and having to pay $14 for a day of mediocre internet.

One of my worst experiences. The staff were so disrespectful. One even said that she doesn't respect the manager. Her name was jay.

Went down to stay for a night. We arrived to check in about an hour early. We booked online, and got many perks. Since arriving, this place was a total mad house. I couldn't believe the amount of people where you check in at. It was like a world concert or something. I got so much anxiety. None the less, since we arrived, we had issue after issue. Both rooms weren't ready. We waited about an hour and a half after our check in time before we could go to our rooms. We came from Pennsylvania, so we had to stretch out and use the bathrooms. My partner and I got one suite, ands parent got another. Their suite was ready first so we went in there to use the bathroom and the room smelled of pot. We then noticed, they must have been smoking in there, they had plastic covering the smoke detector. The next suite was ready, so my partner and I went into ours. Same issue. The entire suite smelled of pot. More stronger in ours, and I could barely stand it. So, since the suite wasn't ready when we arrived, we waited longer than we should've, then the room stank of pot. Unfortunately our stay, wasn't great. My partners parents loved it. They won so many times at the casino. The food was fabulous. Due to the issues we had, we were comps more than normal so that made a little bit of a better experience. Personally, I would consider staying elsewhere than Harrahs's if I ever came down again.

I really enjoyed my stay especially the pool after dark is was dope, the food was also great at AC Burger's . Did have a inconvenience but staff was very helpful must go again atmosphere was great had a blast fun fun!

We stayed at the Waterfront Tower where there is absolutely no cell phone service. However, since the pool and gyms were closed, we were offered WiFi services as part of the $27 daily resort fee. The Wifi did not work at all and we were then instructed to call IT who said they couldn't do anything about the issue and that our only option was to pay $13 plus tax for each device we had (total over $27). When we called the front desk and told them our issue and asked for a credit for the "premium" WiFi, they responded that it was "not [their] problem." They refused to provide a credit or to refund the resort fees. I think the least they could have done was to give a credit for the WiFi, instead, we got abysmal customer service. Never staying at Harrah's again.

Still no water or drinks on floor. Don't understand why no bottles or cans with straws. Just a gambling site right now.

Not impressed at all. The resort really needs to do some renovations to their rooms. I stayed at the Waterfront tower, which is supposed to be one of the better Harrah's tower, but I felt like I was staying at a cheap motel. I mean the bed frame had a freaking hole in it, never mind the stains all over it. The office chair that was in the room had white stains on it. The light housings had cracks and were falling apart. Had to wait 15-20 minutes everytime we had to go up or down the floor. Doesn't seem like the resort cares about it's customers; only about it's profits. Casinos in Asia were much better than this at less than half the price. The casinos in CT (Foxwoods/ Mohegan) are much better and more modern for the price. Really disappointed in Harrah's and definitely not coming back.

Edit: Spent the past few hours at few of the hotels near the boardwalk and Tropicana, Ceasars look much better and much better maintained.

AWESOME hotel and casino. The workers are friendly. I will definitely be back again.

I love Harrahs,I get free play for slots and tables.I also have comps for free shows.I can eat at the buffet for free.The pool is only open from 9am-5 or 6pm Thursday,Friday,Saturday, and Sunday.Harrahs has a Starbucks, Pizza Place, Sundeck, deli and a few other places to eat. I just found out there is a boardwalk that wraps around half the building. Great Casino and hotel.

extremely disappointed that my family reserved three rooms & we find out that my niece could not use the pool because it was only for "adults" my niece is 16 years old & Autistic we were not told that when we reserve all these rooms. It was one of the reason why we chose Harrah's Hotel because they had a in door pool. My family & my niece was extremely DISAPPOINTED :( :( :( :(

Always LOVED this venue, but it's no place to visit during the pandemic-! Eating a meal in any of the restaurants is not allowed - you have to stand in line to order, then pay and stand in line until the hand your meal to you in a take-out bag. Then, you have to retire to your room to eat.

I'll likely try another hotel when I come back. They didn't have the room u reserved but was told me I'd receive an upgrade. I dont feel like it was an upgrade at all. I also had to deal with multiple room parties and and multiple couples fighting in the middle of the night. Also the no shower door or curtain thing is a terrible idea. I'm not sure why people would enjoy a drafty shower and water all over the floor outside the shower.

It was a great time this time around. Everyone was nice and. People were happy. Can't wait to return.

The hotel room was really nice, clean, and couldn't really here much at all between rooms. The room service has a decent amount of options and there is access to a convenience store pretty late at night too. The buffet place we went to wasn't anything to rave either. The casino allows smoking so if that's your thing then you're going to have to endure that but there are some areas that were a little better than others so try to find that. Overall good experience!

It was awesome but the only bad thing i have to say about it was the internet everything else was perfect

I'm a member of Caesar's Rewards and frequently visit Harrah's. However I was pretty unsatisfied with my last stay. Once again I had a terrible experience with the front desk and the workers being rude. I paid for a Bayview tower room which is part of their recent renovations. The room itself was overall clean except for the bathroom. There was a ton of hair in the tub, it was obvious from a quick glance so I don't understand how housekeeping didn't clean it prior. Also, we had no hot water in our shower. It took about fifteen minutes of just running the shower for it to get slightly warm, but still not warm enough to shower in. This isn't the first time we have had issues with the water there either. I recommend staying at either Bally's or Caesars if you are a rewards member, customer service and overall experience is much better there.

The only hotel that lets dogs inside so its rated 5 stars in my book

The room that I had was very neat and clean. It as in the marina tower which had a nice view. The water pressure of the shower was excellent. I only stayed 1 night and didn't get room service so can't comment about that. I recommend staying at Harrah.

We booked a room on the Bayview side with 1 king bed. When we arrived, they gave us a Waterfront room with two double beds. The bathroom was decent and looked updated but that's where it stopped. The room had not been cleaned. The hallways leading to this side are filthy and dark. The beds had holes and rips in the bedding and stains on the sheets. We called the front desk twice for housekeeping and to change rooms. They did not have any more rooms except one pet room and another that the front desk staff said would be worse than what we have. After two hours of waiting and going to the front desk, we left to get food.

When we came back, "housekeeping" did nothing. They didn't change the sheets, vacuum, or clean in any way. They simply left more towels and a bag with toilet paper and more covered paper cups. We checked out in the morning. We would have left earlier but it was 2am and we live several hours away. I do not know how the bayview side looks, but the waterfront is horrible. They also gave us the wrong room.

The other issue is parking. You have to pay each time you leave, which is costly. I called the front desk a day before we arrived and confirmed our reservation along with the cost of parking. I was told it was $15 for the entire stay and we had in and out privileges. This was far from the truth. You receive a $5 voucher for one parking entry. If you are staying as a hotel guests, you should not have to pay each time you leave. The hotel is further away from the boardwalk or shopping. You will have to leave the hotel.

I would not stay here again.

Never been there before. Beautiful facility. Food was good, room was nice. Dinner at Martoranos is a MUST!

After 3 years of avoiding AC, finally decided to head up for my birthday. We used to love golden nugget, but I called and the host wouldn't give me a room. Decided to try Harrah's online and got 2 days.

Had a great time and enjoyed the new pizza joint a lot. Got a whole pepperoni pizza NY style huge slices for $24. Harrah's also gave a $10 food credit for opting out of housekeeping so the pizza wound up being $14. Perfect and the employees were great and even noticed on my license it was my birthday.
We took some time to walk along the waterfront path they have and see the shorebirds, and if you follow it it takes you to borgata. It's about 25 mins though and much easier to jitney.

We stayed in a junior suite in the Atrium and next time I think I'd get a different room instead. The rooms are older and they were doing roof construction while there. They people tend to be noisy too compared to Waterfront or Bayview rooms and the view was of the roof and hearing cooing birds all night.
The TV's were super small for the room but that's okay since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway.

Overall, lost some money but we expected to, they didn't take it all in 20 mins, and still had a great time meeting new people and playing the new electronic Big 6 wheel over a few drinks. I love you can order through the slot machine and not have to chase down a runner.

Bit the bullet and opened the Caesars rewards credit card too, which upgrades you to platinum status if you make any purchase within 90 days. Looking forward to our next trip in November.

Rooms are reasonably nice, but our room had a strange smell. Almost like cleaning solution mixed with some other odor that the cleaning solution was supposed to be covering up. All the staff we interacted with were great. Comp system seems a little light. Several time a year I go to Vegas and casinos in CT, and I feel like they give better comps for my level of play.

Very very bad experience with them. Due to health reasons we had to cancel the reservation not to put others at risk due to the ongoing pandemic. I didn't want to put other people at risk. Groupon representative tried for more than 2 weeks to assist me get this resolved with the hotel directly, But the
hotel still refused to honor the cancelation. They don't deserve the 1 star i gave.

I checked into what I was told was a non-smoking room. The smoke smell was so bad that I called the front desk. They sent housecleaning and placed an ozonator machine in my room. Now I have a noisy machine with a fan running releasing a chemical smell.

Everything you could need in one spot! I don't even know where to start, EVERYTHING went smoothly from Friday-Monday. The only thing that I could have complained about is the walk from the parking garage to my room (but I loved the exercise). Room was large and spacious with a great view of the bridge, water and marsh land. Bathroom was large with a separated toilet and large shower! Downstairs there is $10 dollar Blackjack tables, sports betting, my wife loved the slots, different pools and plenty food options. We did not leave the resort EXCEPT to catch a movie. The buffet was decent, AC burger was AMAZING (if you like burgers, of course), Guy's Sammich Joint was delicious as well. There is a Starbucks, sushi, McCormich & Schmicks, and other options. EVERYONE we came in contact with were so helpful and friendly, we had a complete ball and will return soon!

Had a Great Deal on this hotel for the beginning of the Memorial day weekend. The rooms were ok for the price. Next time I will stay at the new part of this hotel. The rooms are much nicer

If you like to gamble, even a little, this is the place. I play penny slots and have a good time playing their machines. Of course, you have to remember that your gambling and your not always going to win. However, Harrah's is a fun night out. In addition, food is very good and the employees are great...Good Luck!!

This resort is really what you need if you want to just relax and not do anything. It's a place with many restaurants, buffets, cafes and you can even shop there. For people who like casino's, the entire resort is a caisno. The place is very clean and pleasing to the eye and the customer service here is top notch. They provide you with any information you need and don't mind repeting themselves. You can get an early check in for 11$. I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The only thing is that inside my room there wasn't any ventilation to evacuate the steam after a shower, the bathtub was slightly cloggled and the toilet is very noisy when you flush it.

Stayed in renovated bayview tower room. Rooms are really nice and clean. But, the walls must not be insulated and thin as paper, because you can hear the conversations from the next room clearly. We didn t get much sleep because the people beside us were arguing and talking very load which woke us up and kept us awake.

My favorite place to visit.very good customer service especially syerr at the front desk. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Absolutely disgusting!!! The room had blood splatter on the walls, bed frame & doors. There was feces on the curtains. We found various other body fluids on the bedding and mattress/box spring. And FINGERNAILS ALL OVER THE FLOOR!!

The front desk manager was informed & said Take it up with the agency you booked it through.

I'M ONLY giving this one star BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT SOMETHING TO POST...... With that being said if it were possible to give this establishment negative stars, I WOULD!!!!!! They offer ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they present on the websites!! This room is disgusting!! The a.c. panel is coming off the wall!! The socket is hanging on by ONE screw BARELY...... The room I reserved was NOT available when I arrived. I was offered a HANDICAP room!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! This is "supposed" to be one of the better hotels in Atlantic city! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked 2 rooms. One smoking and one regular. We had to disgustingly settle for a room with 2 beds. There's 4 of us. Which is why I booked 2 rooms..... When you arrive they proceed to let you know that if you weren't there by a certain time, nothing is guaranteed. This is not something the site or any site promoting their business should state? The manager who's name is first name is KAREN sarcastically gave me her name. While she reiterated whatever sir our site doesn't have anything that you booked. How is that possible? It was booked a month ago but now, today you dont and haven't had them in so many months? This makes sense to who? I was speaking to a young lady at the front desk who was at least talking to me who was hushed by Karen! As if you dont need to explain anything to him..... Hope everything bad in life happens to Karen!!!! The pics included is how the room was when we entered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Lots of outdoor options now. Great breakfast on the roof top deck.

We came up on the machines this trip and everyone was making money at Harrah's. Very entertaining dancing displayed by patrons. The live music was well performed by the bands that played. The sportsbook lounge is good for keeping up on the sporting events and the seating is comfortable. You can get a "WORLDSTARR" show at the pool if it is open for business and many of the outfits worn by the young ladies were very interesting. It was like they were in a contest to see who can dress using the least amount of square footage of fabric.

Nice after hours food selection (pickings were slim for pescetarians and vegans).

CONS:
After a certain hour, madd derelicts were on the casino floor asking for change and asking you to play big money games using their techniques. My kindness is a blessing and a curse as I got a derelict to get me to play a machine in hopes of winning big and giving him a cut of the winnings for his "coaching". He was wheeling around a half-dead looking dear old lady in a wheelchair that he said was his mother. She looked like, "Lord, end my suffering now!". Needless to say I didn't win and had to make a quick escape as he was looking for me to be his slot prodigy for the evening. Beware of scammers!

The Pool After Dark event is a must see for visitors to AC- The crowd was large and lively and the DJ was great. Drinks are also good but be prepared to spend a lot if you're getting more than one. (If you're going for a dip in the pool, you should know that towels and lockers are complimentary!)

I went to Harrah's for their pool club and it was so awesome! Super spacious and had great views. All staff I ran into we're super nice.

Don't waste your time or money staying here. Definitely in need of repairs & and upgrades.

Harrah's is a great getaway, but there are MUCH better casinos. If you're betting at a machine and order a drink, good luck getting it. At other casinos the drinks come quick, but at Harrah's most drinks never show up.

Absolutely within my top 10s hotels/Casino the towers

The slot machines and table games are newer. The pool is great lots of hot tubs that are inside near the pool that has a glass solarium roof. It's probally the best pool in Atlantic city. The buffet wad good but they had us waiting 45 for a table and the tables were only half filled. It was not worth the wait.

Saw the Legends tribute show here. Enjoyable. Good choreography and musical performances. I liked the Aretha Franklin performance best. She really belted out the tunes. Grace thought Bruno Mars was the best because he danced as well as sung.

It's a really cool resort. It's elegant and nice to be around. At night you see everyone having a good time at a party, gambling, playing in the slot machines or just having a drink at the bar. Casino is huge and a little confusing to get around because it's so big, but the atmosphere is great, the drinks are great. The people are great, it's perfect for a little get away.

Only complaint with my experience would be with the State of New Jersey Covid 19 regulations.

The room was beautiful. We visited my inlaws on the 35th floor last week and I couldnt help but notice an overwhelming smell of cat pee outside of their room near the vending machine.
I also thought it was disappointing that my teenage son couldnt use the nice pool and had to go alllll the way to the other side of the hotel to use a pool that was for small kids and was only 3 and a half feet deep. Come on, there has to be something for the middle kids. We took a last minute trip before the kids go back to school and went all the way to Ballys and stayed there instead so my son could at least use the pool.

Terrible kids pool. I booked room thinking the main/nice pool could be used but its only for 21+. This kids pool is tiny, in some random corner of the hotel on the 4th floor. So many kids are packed in there and its loud af w the glass dome. The lifeguard...right now...is literally on her phine. The whole time we've been here. Someone is gonna get hurt. Kids are diving into 3 ft water and shes just on her phone not paying attention. Wish I could post the picture I took!

Good casino with good prices on valet parking! Our room was newly renovated and I was surprised at the upgraded bathrooms. Power flushing toilets, nice vanity, huge tub and shower. Nice for a casino. Amenities for a casino were also good. Lots of small shops, can get busy on the weekend.

Was given a different room then booked room wasn't even close to pictures displayed at booking. Was told this room was bigger however when I asked to merely see the room for myself was told I couldn't. Save you money go somewhere else. Even a motel 6 would have been more satisfying.

They fell off completely. Only there remodeled rooms are worth something. Plus they have bed bugs. Be careful with your skin and bags.

Room was worn, wallpaper peeling, mold in corners of bathroom, and internet was unusable. Eva at the Business Center was great, but hours of operation were mis-posted and other staff members were clueless and rude. Never again

Awful. Hotel room smelled horrible; carpet and upholstery were stained and dirty. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Never again.

I left a pair of heels in the hotel room
Called them several times for the item to be told they were not found.
Either the Housekeepers In this establishment are thieves or they don t clean the rooms.
I would NEVER stay at this place again!
