I always stay here when I come to AC. I have been to the other hotels and I love this one the best. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. The staff is amazing. The night Manager Michelle was amazing.i had an issue with my room was moved and the floor was deployable. Michelle moved my fiance and I to a new tower. Her managerial skills are impeccable. The new room had a small cigarette smell but it is awesome. I did speak to a keiana over the phone and she was not so pleasant. Thank you Harrah's for hiring Michelle.

Enjoy my 2 day stay had fun will want to do it again

If I could rate Harrah's a 0 I would. This past weekend a large group of us went to Harrah's in Atlantic City for a bachelorette party. I have stayed at Harrah's pretty much every time I visit AC, and have had a good experience; until this weekend. The issues started with check-in. We had requested adjoining rooms, due to our large group, and the front desk seemed to have no problem doing this. We got up to our rooms to realize that they were not adjoining. So, back downstairs we went to try to rectify the situation. The next person we dealt with at the front desk, said there was no record of our reservation and that they did not have our credit card on file. Our credit card had already been charged and the $100 per room hold was put on our card. It took us AN HOUR to finally get into our rooms for the weekend and get the situation sorted out. Once in our rooms, we found out that our tub didn't drain, there was mold all over the shower head, and the ceiling had red silly string all over it. In our other room, the A/C thermostat didn't work. I called the front desk to let them know of the issues. It took 3 hours for someone from maintenance to fix the shower. None of our other issues were ever addressed. Then, on Saturday, we took our brides out for some afternoon fun. We came back to our rooms to get ready to go out and none of the keys worked. Back to the front desk to fix the issue and again it was their mix up. They said that they didn't have a credit card on file. Keep in mind this was our THIRD time down at the front desk giving our credit card. We had 2 brides sitting in the hallway outside the rooms for 45 minutes at their bachelorette party. At this point we thought nothing else could go wrong. This was until we went to the Pool. I had been working with a promoter that offered to comp a group of us and then a number of reduced admission passes for the rest. When we went to pick these passes up, there was no record of the comped admissions or the reduced admissions. Thankfully, I had the emails stating what we would be given.

After hours of frustration and mix-ups, I will never stay at Harrah's again. They made what was supposed to be a very fun, special weekend, a weekend full of stress and frustration.

The ONLY positive thing was our experience with Valet and the Bell Hops. They were absolutely wonderful through the room changes and making sure that we had all of our stuff.

Had a great time at Harrah's. Our favorite game was the money wheel you get to spin yourself. The highlight of our 3 nights in Atlantic City was definitely dinner at Gordon Ramsay's Steak at Harrah's. This was the best meal we have ever had in a restaurant. The restaurant was nicely designed and the service was top notch. We can't wait to go back again.

I would not revisit this place anytime soon until this whole government issued covid plan demek is gone although the casino was crowded the feeling was not the same as it was in days of old also getting a seat to eat anywhere and any restaurant required two to three days booking ahead I shall return when things are back to normal

When I stay at a hotel, I would expect that I could use the pool without being charged $10 per person. And that I could park without being charged $10 to use their garage. But this is how it is at Harrah s, and I didn t appreciate it. However, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. But, don t nickel and dime me... I ll never return.

Facility is HUGE! Very nice. Didn't stay there; was there for a conference. But it is gorgeous.

Loved the place! A special shoutout to one of the dealers - Cathy Albany table 721 - night of 1/12! There were four of us and we had a great night. Definitely will come back! Thank you Cathy!

Resort was very nice. Casino was fun. Rooms were clean. Many restaurant selections. Sever club/bar options as well. The bar we went to had a live band playing some 90s alternative. Overall had a great time and would definitely go back.

The coastal tower rooms are very nice and new . But casino need to make more things for kids so when I go with family . While I gamble they can go do kids stuff with the wife

Rooms are extremely outdated. Looks like Harrah's spent all load of money on the aesthetic of the building and pool but ran out of it when it came down to do the rooms. Rooms are ugly in the Marina tower. Our room had no phone in the sleeping area. There was an old phone on the bathroom wall that might as well had been a rotary because it only had a keypad, so you have to dial zero to reach any dept in the hotel lol. Rugs were filthy, how could they not have professional carpet cleaning done??? Lights in the bathroom flickered. We only stayed one day (thank God) so we didn't bother asking for another room. Fridge was unplugged and I had to be Mrs. Fix it to figure out where the cord was hidden and replug! They charge $25 for a one hour late check out!! (Ridiculous). Left my jacket in the room and realized after I had checked out and ate.. Took almost 2 hours for the housekeeping Mgr to get around to locating it.. Then front desk had to go and get it. A big mess!! Will NEVER STAY again!! Pool party after dark was fun, would go there again but find a different hotel to stay at as there are much better options.

Gambling 24/7 as well as room service. The pool after dark is awesome. The food at the restaurants are phenomenal and the staff was very professional and friendly. Worth every penny.

Rooms are not clean, bathroom even worst!!! Never saw so manny mold in a shower. Disgusting

During my stay from 11/6 thru 11/8 my stay was cut short when I went pick up my car from valet parking when I was informed that the prior evening my car was hit by one of Hatrahs limousine this what security informed me of. I then asked if the police were called and I was told no because they couldn't find me in my room. I then asked them so a crime is committed and you didnt call the police? No that's not our protocol. Very sad very sad.

We were in pretty fast, room was nice n clean. We went to the diamond club for food, dishes were pretty sparse but free alcohol. Lost my money but had a good time.

Wasn't impressed with my first visit. I had expectations it would be somewhat nice! The first room was horrible the AC was broke. No one came to fix it. In the second room the tub drain moved slower than pond water. Both rooms were out dated Nd the rooms looked beat up.

Fantastic views from waterfront tower floor 27! The suite was also great and the pool. My highlight has to be eating at Gordon Ramsey's Steak, my God that steak was to die for!!!

Don't stay here! They charge you to enter the pool party with limited seating in front of the pool and stage. I checked in and was given the wrong room key and wait 1 hour before security came to let me in my room. After going back to the front desk again I was given the wrong key again. Finally after my third attempt they got it right. Then after a long day at the pool, I came back to my room one to find that they only left me with two wash clothes. Two wash clothes for 3 guests in a room! So I call down to get more, after multiple attempts. I walk to the front desk still unable to get one wash cloth. I don't mind paying resort fees but the service here is far from 4 star. The staff seem just as lost as the guest. No one gives you a list of events for the week or weekend.. clueless staff. Stay somewhere else trust me. Also the front desk manager hung up on me multiple time and was very short with me. The entire staff need customer service training.

I have stayed her 3 times this Summer. All of their rooms are nice.

Absolutely loved this casino. Unfortunately didn't stay at the hotel but I am planning a trip back down to Atlantic City to do just that. I went during the off season which was nice. There was still a lot of players milling about. Played hold'em for a while and called it a might and drove back to Brooklyn. Easy drive straight forward.

I want a couple bucks to food was great to Rome was slightly above-average

I went to Harrah's as I normally do because my hubby prefers this hotel out of the 3 Caesars properties. I've stayed several times throughout the year. I've probably been about 4 times in the past 6 weeks (not to include other Caesar properties I've been to in those 6 weeks), I'm a Diamond member and live in Maryland.

I take a shower and go to dry off. I pick up the folded towel on the rack put it on my face before drying my hair and it smelled terrible, I mean horrible. I look at it and notice the black marks and small brown marks first. I flip it over and there are bigger clustered brown marks. I was mortified and immediately grabbed the soap to wash my face. I ran out to my husband to show him and he went off (bleep, bleep, bleep). I had reservations to bring family and friends up later in the week for the 4th of July, I immediately canceled all the rooms.

I went down to the front desk only to be told they're a different department and they couldn't give me any housekeeping supervisor info to contact them. They know it's unacceptable but sorry. Something so disgusting I expected to speak with a supervisor face to face not be shooed away by a front desk clerk being told the front desk manager was on the phone (I had no problem waiting) and they'll let housekeeping know.

After exclaiming this was absolutely ridiculous the front desk clerk said here's $50 free slot play. Lady that's 2 spins on a machine for me that's a joke. At what point will I be reassured this won't happen again. It's the next day and that sh!tty poop smell I can't get out of my nose. It makes me nauseous to think about it. I've had dirty bathrooms at this location before (they've come and cleaned or switched my room no biggie) but this really crushed my soul.

This is so bothersome because the issue could only be one of two things. Housekeeping folded a dirty used towel up for my room or they didn't put fresh towels in when changing the room over between guest. I suspect the latter. They see folded towels and think just add to it. You can see the creases from the folds.

Why Harrah's, Traveled with party of 13 from Philly for a birthday celebration. The evening went down hill with Harrah's disappointing buffet. NO CRAB LEGS, NO OYSTERS ON HALF SHELL and Ambiance was lacking. Supporting media advertised their inclusion on the menu.The Waterfront is a profitable attraction for the young ladies that wish to flaunt their over sized anatomy into short skirted undersized garments but why compromise the Casino house count by fixing that which was not broken. NOISEY, Check-in was slow and trying. SMOKE smell IS STRONGLY PRESENT. The second night of our stay, with an added 15 people, the trek to Carmine's at the Tropicano became the "place". See the image of seafood offering at Carmine's. Birthday celebrations or dinner in the future will not be at Harrah's.

First and last time staying at Harrah's AC. The rooms are so outdated. The mattresses in my room sunk in so deep it was hard to get a good night's rest. The shower drain was slow draining which made it impossible to take a shower longer than 10 minutes due to water leaking out. The room had 2 drawers to put our clothes in. It was beyond crowded people were definitely not social distancing. There were stains on the wall that looks like bugs were killed there. The floors looked like it needed a vacuum. The lights in the room were so dim. Sucks they didn't open the family pool. Only the adult pool was open.

I chose Harrah's for lodging during a concert this past summer. The room was beautiful and spacious, but I was incredibly disappointed that Harrah's charged a resort fee upon checkout.

For the unacquainted, a resort fee is a charge that some hotels will tack onto the bill, often at the last minute, with little or no explanation. These surprise fees can reach as high as hundreds of dollars. And for what? I certainly wouldn't call Harrah's a resort.

My resort fee wasn't quite that high, thankfully, but I didn't know any better and decided to pay it. I have since learned that these fees exist in a legal grey area. Hotels all around the country are being sued for charging them dishonestly.

So scummy.

Yamira Perez front desk manager helped us out so much with our reservations at the hotel, made it an incredible visit and gave us an unmatched customer service experience we are so grateful for having her help tonight!

This hotel just keeps getting worse and worse. We arrived after having a CONFIRMED reservation and was told that they have no rooms available. They attempted to up sell us to a different casino in their family. Please beware that this casino is really losing any charm and that your reservation is at jeopardy. I would highly and I mean HIGHLY spend a little more money at a different establishment just to avoid any complications with your vacation.

Had problems with rewards cards and couldn't get any help with it. The hotel room was moldy

I love this place but I received horrible service from the front desk manager. She made me wait over 4 hours for a room when rooms were available. I paid for an upgrade, checked in after 3 and still didnt get into a room until 8. I looked like a homeless wanderer on the casino... finally when I got my room, I was told they had rooms but it was a priority arrangement. No apology nothing.

Top shelf casino. Harrahs remains "a cut above" their competition.

Do not stay at this hotel! My husband and I were laying in bed and a mouse ran across the room! So disgusting! We call the front desk and they move us to another room but the room doesn t have a king bed and we didn t get to stay in the same tower. Basically the hotel completely inconvenienced us even though we did nothing wrong. The rooms are dirty and that is why they have mice.

Horrible experience with the Front Desk...Changed our room that was assigned by Host to a worst room...Because they could...it felt a lil personal...Thank you Samantha, Tamisha and Neve...

We was upgraded to Bayview Penthouse! Beautiful suite had a 2 bathrooms his and her! Jet tub was amazing the view was amazing. The pool was awesome.

Good clean rooms at reasonable prices. Decent size gaming floor and was able to find $5 tables if you can believe it. Good service as well. Only the isolated location prevent me from giving it 5 Stars. Wish it was on the boards near Tropicana.

Our visit there was for the waterfront buffet, which was once the best in my mind place to eat in Atlanta City. But a lot has changed with the menu and quality. I seen we are not the only one who thinks like this because they was so less people unlike before there. Was really disappointed and same price for much less choices, but I will say service and staff was good as always.

Beautiful room overlooking the bay. Casino is very clean with great ammenities!

I love the casino portion and the restaurants, but my room window had so much condensation that throughout the night I was being woken up by the sound of dripping water. The bed was also okay at best. Long story short, this hotel is great for a one night stay, but I wouldn't stay multiple nights.

Standard Atlantic City Casino. Plenty of room options that vary between towers. Parking is limited, more than once I've been left without a space. During Covid most stores are closed. Restaurants are starting to offer dine in options. Adult pool is open but family pool is not. Decent slot options, many table games.

Clean hotel. Very quiet. Excellent customer service

The staff is great! We had an uncommon issue that led to my wife and I needing to change rooms around 12am. The staff helped us move to another room and they gave us a complimentary upgrade due to the hassle. The hotel is clean, they have a huge casino floor, they have a lot of food & shopping available, and they have great bars & clubs.

Very nice casino and hotel but don t eat at Coastal Craft. Worst sandwiches we ever had. For an upscale restaurant you would be better off going to McDonalds. Supervisor had no personality and said we were in the wrong for eating part of the food. Duh. We were hungry and complained to the waiter who did NOTHING! So the casino and the hotel are getting the 5 stars.

Called to book a second adjoining room and I was told that could only be done on site. Booked the second room onsite (traveling with minor children) received keys for the first room on the 10th floor, 4 hours later they tried to give me the second room 2 floors away. Very nice front desk person did the best they could and at least found 2 new rooms on the same floor (not ideal but now it is late). Then one of the rooms has crumbs in the sheets and hair all over the bathroom floor. Went down to speak with a manager..... still trying to get this situation fixed for the rest of our stay.

Went to Atlantic city for the first time ever and booked a room at this casino hotel, for the price I paid for my room i honestly felt like I was ripping off the hotel, the staff were super friendly, the room was beyond amazing and I had an ocean view and it was spectacular. The only downside I had was due to covid restrictions, I really wish more of the restaurants were open inside like the buffet, my nephew and I both agree that they will be seeing us again the next time we go to Atlantic city.

It is geart. The rooms are clean. And the food here. Is good geart. Veiv. Is nice. People. Give u food. U will feel. Rich. Here. The bed feels nice. And. That is a way to. Have a trip .

Had dinner and a show at Harrah's with friends and family. The food was fabulous at the Waterfront Buffet. The entire party ( 4 adults and one pre-teen and one teen boy ) enjoyed the Legends Show as well. We will be back again. The entire party was satisfied with the outing.

Really nice! Spacious rooms. Live entertainment. Adult swim pool. Great place to stay. Free shuttle to the board walk.

I love to come and redeem my comp nights. The hotel is always so clean and full of life. The casino is enjoyable and the amenities never disappoint. One of the best Casino Hotels in Atlantic City

I see people not wearing mask and not practicing social distancing. There were people online for food that were not 6 feet apart. There is nobody there enforcing these rules. I felt unsafe there. Will think twice before I go there again.

Went to the Waterfront Buffet the food was great. Went to so a little gambling it was not so good, and it's not because I didn't win, I just felt the slot machines were too old fashioned and hard to understand.

Stayed at Marina tower, which is the older of the towers but still nice. Price per night was better then most other hotels on the strip. The vine at Harrras is is nice, and it s def my favorite place to play black jack at. Fitness center is complimentary and 24h which is great. Club pool is nice, and no haste to get into. Will be back.

Rooms not good at all old furniture, scraped up.Need updating,sure they have better rooms unfortunately we were put on the unkempt side of the hotel..Don't recommend..

Harrah's has become a bit run down in a number of areas. The cleanliness has decreased. It used to be a top notch place but has fallen recently. It's just ok now.

We watch the Legends in Concert and it was fun. The resort is very clean and people are having blast on table games.

We were checked into a already paid for room 3 hours late, then when we did check in the room was dirty food was in the fridge and clothing was in the room then we didn't get housekeeping until midnight nice casino but we are never going back.

We booked a room with one king size bad,
after going up to the room we have been
given a room with 2 small bads .
front desk said that thay can't change it.

Everything was great except there were not enough wait staff to get you drinks while you were gambling.

Overall experience was good. Check in was like s airport with long lines. Our room had only hand towels and when we asked the cleaning lady she she knows and would bring them to us which she did but didn't give us any wash cloths. But overall we were satisfied.

Everything about this place was on point had a great stay for my Birthday.

Casino stinks like toilet cleaner for some reason. Rooms are a little motel style in the waterfront tower. Everything else is amazing. Great restaurants, and the pool is amazing.

NEED to clean there hotel. hallways. & rooms more. & allot of disabled people are in their pool. Be careful if your in pool with somebody that can t get out on time. what if they need to use the bathroom?.

Very dissatisfied with our stay this weekend. The tub would not drain properly and the tub was halfway full of water by the time I got done taking a shower. My husband had to wait for the tub to drain before he showered. Also above the tub the ceiling was cracking open and there was a lot of mold. Upon check out we tried to speak with us and the supervisor told us we had to stand in the long check in/check out line to discuss our concerns. Hopefully they fix the problems before the next person stays. When I told her I wasn t going to wait in that line to raise my concern she sent me to the concierge at the express check out - little response there. Won t stay here again for all the money you spend on a room here your accommodations should be decent. The room also smelled really bad...

Terrible.. everything in Atlantic City has been terrible. They said this place was good, but I don't know if that's the word I'd use. The swimming pool is pathetic, the music is way too loud to give you the sense of everyone is having a blast.. it's just sad

Definitely taking a gamble on this place. . Already had my reservation paid for. Then I get charged at the front desk. Again. $447. Which started a whole mess throughout the weekend with my bank . I ask Christine that was checking us in if there was anything on their computer that told her. I was already paid in full and she said No . Hmmmm. Supervisor puts a $50 credit on my bill and basically says we did our part. Really ?? Funds got blocked on my acct. Having to travel to Absecon each day to withdraw money at this one certain bank Frustration to say the least. None of this mess would have happened if the Front Desk knew how to do their job. Been in C/S all my life. You already have bad reviews Harrahs let s fix the rudeness of the staff to start. By the way the $50 credit pd for 8 mozzarella sticks a beer and a water. !!! I Can say Cafe Tazza is the place to eat. Staff were so friendly everyday. Food was great a little bit of everything . Next trip will be somewhere else !

Been going here since forever. Love their poker room. Affordable. Clean and lots to do just there

Traveled with my kids (one in a stroller) and aunt for a one night stay. Bill from security helped guide us down the parking garage elevator cross the street and to the front entrance of the casino. All the while, holding doors open and telling us about recent happenings of the casino. Very pleasant and courteous. Just wanted to give him a nice shout-out because he treated us so nicely.

Hotel rooms are nice and comfy. Experience not so much right now. No where to dine, not allowed to drink beverages on casino floor except bottled water (really). Take out and eat in your room. Personal at the Starbucks was very rude practically through our drinks at us and the customer in front of us. Pizza shop in the casino, food not that great. Hope this pandemic ends soon so things can start going back to normal and everyone stops being so uptight or rude. Very hard to enjoy yourself when there is nothing to do.

We stayed in the harbor tower, it was dated but very clean. Beds were comfy and the restaurants were great!!! Besides that , not much to do with kids. Hardly no shopping, just strictly casino. It s probably best to stay at one of the hotels by the boardwalk such as Caesars, Bally s or hard rock.
This hotel is great for the people not traveling with kids. The pool looked really nice and tropical and fun, but it is only for 21 years and older. The family pool on the forth floor in the harbor tower was scrap. Not inviting at all!!!!

The rooms aren't bad. The bathroom can be nicer. The showers can be bigger. Staff is friendly. The casino is decent sized. The burger joint is good. The only Asian restaurant is only open 2 days :-(

had to change room twice front desk was helpful and got it right the 3rd time . Good price stay in the Laguna tower renovation made it nicer stay.

It was decent. Nothing to write home about. Okay views. Kind of out in the middle of nowhere. But you could get a shuttle down to the boardwalk
