Beautiful Hotel & Casino. Can't wait to go back for a longer stay. Hopefully by then the pool will have reopened.

Unfortunately had to stay here for an event, with my family. Worst place to bring your family ever. Security follow my toddler around making sure she didnt touch anything. Kid pool small, dirty, smelly. Hallways throughout the waterfront tower have stained carpet with minimal vacuuming. Room was dirty upon check in. Front desk was polite but reservations was not correct and the standard answer for ever problem was "I'm sorry I cant help you". Hotel transportation around Atlantic City is only for those 21+. Everyone acted like the presence of my children was a problem even though the hotel was hosting the family event. Will never stay here again.

Nice place but lost a half a boat. Games are rigged. Good luck winning. Tip your server .

Saw the show Legends well worth the price of a ticket. Solid voices solid dancing...well done. Don't see too many Sting, Whitney Houston and Sinatra acts. Elvis was decent but short on time.

Outstanding Restaurants,very nice and giant inside pool(feels like an outside pool) that turns in to a bar at night Vegas style.
Delightful Bakery and ice cream shops !
Stunning Brigantine Bay views and there is an amazing Boardwalk in the back,where you can relax and appreciate beauty.
Very professional,polite and respectful staff.

The casino floor is very nice, not very smokey. A lot of the slots are newer games and I was able to leave with a little extra cash in my pocket. Casino staff are very courteous. The food options looked great. Only thing that would be better is if parking g was free.

Nobody was winning today. They just took the money .

Went with a kid and wife. Didn't get room even an hour after checkin timings. Only after queuing up at front desk multiple times, they allocated a room. They have nothing for kids to enjoy. Wouldn't recommend to visit with a family.

Bad customer service. Shower heat was low. Not worth the money.

One of the best hotels on the Atlantic City strip. The pool party is a lot of fun and always good. They have a variety of food choices; they aren't great and they are overpriced. This place is great for all groups and any celebration. I've been back multiple times. The rooms are good, clean, and decently priced.

Love this place, but the kids pool don't open until memorial day in May

I enjoyed my room, very clean and comfortable.I especially enjoyed using the luxurious bathtub.My only complaint was, because of Covid 19, they removed all of the rooms coffee pots, so it was a big I convenience to wake up, had to get dressed, and come all the way downstairs, to stand in a line to get coffee.That disturbed me a lot!!!! But I'll come back.

I had an amazing time here. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. I love the food at the waterfront buffet. The casinos are my favorite, you can order drinks for free while gambling.

It's hard to qualify the hotel it's a big difference where you stay in the hotel it's depends on the tower if you stay at the new one, it's a five star hotel, but if you stay at a old one it's a one start, and that's a lot for the reality, the service it's not bad, but no that good, great service at the casino and the groupiers really good people. The buffet good but pricey, the other restaurants are great but expensive!!!

The hotel was great and we enjoyed our vacation but the bartender during The Pool after dark was very disrespectful. His name was SAID and we were absolutely offended by his customer service. He gets a -10. Someone needs to talk to him about his behavior when giving people drinks. He moved our drinks away from us to a place we couldn t keep an eye on it and had an attitude with us when we questioned him about it. Wasn t safe for people who are buying drinks. Anyone could ve walked pass and put something in our drinks.

Great stay no complaints loved the adult pool and my room in the waterfront tower was very clean

I like Harrahs one dtop shop!,they have every thing you need for food,fun,entertainment!

Great casino. (I don't gamble, but I spent a lot of time walking around in it.) Very well appointed rooms. My wife remarked that the sheets have a high thread count, meaning smooth. Amazing view from our 35th floor room! (Photos are out the huge window. ) If you go, be sure to dine at the "Waterfront Buffet", large selection of delicious food and desserts.

Not Atlantic City's beat casino/hotel but not the worse either. Only downside of the casino's like Harrah's and Borgota that are off the main strip is you're sorta stuck there and it's a little inconvenient to get to the main strip. All in all one of my favorites though alongside the Borgota and the new Hard Rock Cafe (the Hard Rock is located on the main strip by the way).

Buffet was great. Food was hot and good. This was our first time there. We even won $. We'd definitely go back. I loved the outfits of the stars around the place!

Beatutiful view of the marina..nice room. A pleasant night away from home.

Not as good as it was. Do to the Coronas virus. Have to eat outside or in your room. Poker room is closed.

The Pool is amazing, during the day and After Dark. Great vibe, a very cool place to hang out. The food and drinks are really good. Love the Noodle drink, inventive and Fun!

Great casino. Great area. The facility is nice and very clean. Nice employees and restaurants. Highly recommeneded.

Nice sized rooms. Only problem is the previous occupant covered the smoke detector with a towel so I assume they were smoking, and they also left a dirty towel in the bathroom, neither noticed or cleaned by housekeeping. Makes one wonder how dirty the rest of the room really is, and were the bedsheets changed

I enjoy myself at every visit to Harrah's AC. The food is great and every room I stay in is clean and comfortable. And the staff is very friendly, security is always visible and the the waitresses ( on the floor) are contestant. I look forward to my upcoming visit. Oh, and my Host is the best!!!

Love the fact that it was so much to do inside the hotel itself but did not like how everything was so spaced out. Uber/Lyft pick ups were no where near the area we stayed in. Buffett was over priced (personal opinion) after dark pool party was a waste (personal opinion).

Just got back from a birthday celebration- very fast check in.. Stayed in Bayview tower had a spacious clean Sanitary beautiful room. Rooms immediately available My friends in laguna had a nice room too. Ate at AC burger in which is in the hotel great service. Casino was fun. Precautions taken for Covid to prevent spread by wearing masks social distance when possible and sanitary measures taken by casino. Many of the Negative reviews aren t fair the resort seems to be doing the best they can during a hard time. Nice get away thank you Harrah s I enjoyed my stay.

Nice clean rooms with normal amenities. Room service was excellent and food was hot and delicious. Pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great hoteland casino. Wish we had a better view. Our room overlooked the roof of the lower level. Very disappointed by this considering across the hall we would have had a water view. I'll ask next time. Location not the most desirable but there is a free shuttle to the boardwalk so that is a very nice option.

Buffet is delicious!! Love this casino. Only thing I dislike is the amount of tables open after 12am.

Nice place, the buffet is ok straightforward, simple nothing special they should do like different type every day to make the people to go there just for that,I mean nationalities different countries food that make the place very interesting.

A place that beautiful, and the food at Samich or whatever that burger joint name is sucks! I almost had to be hospitalized! That's how bad the food was 34.00 for a hamburger and it was the nastiest one I ever had in 58 years of life on this earth. I will never go to that place again!

Great casino and hotel since Hurricane Sandy it is like new and who wouldn't like Atlantic City

I took a Charter Trip to Harrah's from Ohio. The Hotel is Classy, Lively and the Staff is Great. The Vibe is Crazy,Sexy and Cool all at the same time. Great Food and Restaurant options from Upscale Steak and Italian to Pizza and Burger options. Along with a Sweet Shop. Swimming Pool Area that's laid back during the day and Live with Guest Djs during the Evening it turns into a Party. The Rooms are New Fresh Colorful and furnished with all the Toiletry Amenities as Well as a Coffee Maker, Refrigerator and Plenty of Charging and USB options. Beds are really Comfortable.

Love harrahs had a great Monday threw Wednesday. Lots of fun good atmosphere good games good dealers. Also went to gorden Ramsay steak and I had the best American waygu steak ever a must get. Can't wait to go back .

We made reservations for a luxury king room for 5 nights, did the mobile check in and due to weather and traffic checked in at 8pm. They apparently gave our room away and offered us a double queen room in a different tower with no other compensation or explanation. They informed us we would need to talk to the front desk the next morning to get the room we actually booked. If you went on the website we were still able to book the room we wanted the first night but this was impossible for them to provide. We spent the night in a double queen bed room in the coastal tower that was not exactly clean. We found a (fortunately) unused pad laying on the floor by the couch and there was trash in the hallway. We were able to get the room we actually asked for but after talking to a third (and very helpful) front desk person whose name was Diane. They seem to change our reservation every time we use the mobile check in or the fast check in kiosk. This was the first time it was not immediately corrected. Once we were in the room we actually booked, things were better or at least what we expected. But that first night was not good and set a bad tone for the weekend.

*With everything going on with the covid situation I feel that Harrahs did a excellent job.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is off the boardwalk, but we still kept ourselves busy just fine and cabs are plentiful. The Harrah's Pool Party After Dark remains my favorite nightlife venue in the area since there's good music to dance to, it's large enough to where you're not on top of everyone, and you can also go up to the (very large) rooftop space for quiter conversation or a quick smoke. I'd definitely stay again. Any staff I interacted with was also pleasant and friendly.

Nice place, lots of night life. Great for any age. Stayed in one of the suites... It was very clean and charming.

You would think, for the amount of money you pay. They could at least clean the room. How do you upgrade guests to a filthy room with stains in the carpet. And questionable fluids by the toilet that won't flush. Only thing saving this place are the partys.

Nice place, workers are polite, not on the Boardwalk but they offer a free shuttle, many perks make sure you get a player's card.

Stayed in a oceanview suite, very nice, very quiet. It was a nice little getaway for a night.

This place is a blast. Their night club is so much fun and the casino was also very exciting. Good staff professional and took care of business quickly.

Recently at Harrah's to speak at a trial lawyers conference put on my the wonderful folks at the New Jersey Association for Justice. I was very impressed with the faculties, large rooms used for seminars and the service. Also enjoyed using the nice fitness center.
If you are looking for a vacation spot or a large hotel for a conference, I highly recommend Harrah's.

Great casino hotel but does get expensive if stay on weekend

It was a cool pool party. Had a whole section for my friends and family. Food was blah. We got bottles so it was just mixed drinks...music was ok. Had a time w the people who were there, they made it a good time

Harrahs just gave out a bunch of Norwegian Cruises! I cruise Norwegian almost every year for the past 4 or 5 years.

Harrahs and Norwegian are AWESOME!!!

There indoor adult pool is like being on a wonderful beach somewhere,,food ,,drinks,,hot tub ,,,private seating for special occasions

Harrah's is nostalgic for me. I used to go there with my parents when I was in my 20's - 30 yrs ago. We loved the casino area and we ate breakfast at the restaurant across from pool that was excellent with great Wait staff. However we did not notice how dirty the room was until the next morning. The dust was thick on floor and wall between the bed and the air intake was disgusting with dust. My eyes we itching and my chest filled up overnight. How do you not see that. The casino was a ghost town so perhaps other people have had similar experiences. I hate to give them a bad review since I have fun memories here but if they can't keep the rooms Clean how do they do with covid-19 precautions?

The bed sheets were dirty and the rug very filthy. The beds were very uncomfortable

Staff are all solid from security to drink staff to front desk

I stay at Bayview tower over the weekend. Room is nice and clean. However hotel shut off half of elevators so getting in and out was challenging. I guess casino cut spending. It takes times just get in elevators cause inconvenience. Not too impress. Hot Rock casino is much better in terms overall experience.I prefer stay at Hot Rock Casino.

Harrah's hasn't changed much since I was here a number of years ago -- maybe greedier, less user-friendly.

A players' card match program is far more complicated than it sounds:. Must resister at Caesars web site, wait for an email, then should be able to get card. I spent over 1/2 hour trying to do this - the website wouldn't/ couldn't send the last item needed for completion. Harrah's promotion desk of no help, just restated register online.

The Pool is a lovely venue, though number of free lounge chairs has decreased; pool seems generally cleaner though still wads of hair collected on drains.

Still the only casino hotel (and I stay in many) that charges for WI-FI Access. No USB ports in the room in which I am staying.

I always enjoy my at any of the Atlantic City hotels.

Service was good. Would have preferred rooms to be well lit. I'm usually skeptical when hotel rooms have dim lighting. Overall it was good

Harrah s is reasonably fun. Depends who you go with and how much fun you make for yourself. The pool and bar area is definitely cool and reasonably clean. There weren t a ton of people there to make the atmosphere fun in terms of night life but we went on a Sunday and maybe that should be expected. So Friday/Saturday could be a different story.

Horrible experience the rugs were wet and rooms smell like mold. The ceilings were leaking and they made us stay in that room after we told the manager it was still leaking
My wife is 27 weeks pregnant and went to celebrate her 30th birthday we were very disappointed in the customer service

What an awful experience. The only good thing about Harrah's was the view from the 22nd floor. Everything else from the atmosphere, to the food, price, service, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment was just bad. We had to switch rooms because the first room was dirty and smelled of mold just to be moved into another dirty room that smelled of cigarettes. 2 thumbs way down

I didn't immediately lose all my money. Though if they paid a little better they might actually get more revenue. Consistent losing is boring and a bummer. That said, I did do pretty well on one video poker machine. That kept me playing for an extra hour. We enjoy the buffet for weekend breakfast. Sunday brunch they give you a mimosa or champagne on request. They have raw oysters and clams. And crab legs. And plenty of other brunch foods. The rooms have decently comfortable beds and pillows. Stayed here at least 50 times over the years and never a bedbug. The pool is great and over 21. No shenanigans there, just no screaming kids. There's another pool for them.

The smoke filled environment took the star otherwise great service

We stayed here for our 14th wedding anniversary. Loved the room layout of the Waterfront Suite, but it seemed everything was Dirty and stained in room and several in places I went in the Casino. I would probably not stay here again!

Hotel is very nice,but the casino needs to be updatIng.it is loud,but exciting.

the hotels amenities and atmosphere of being in Atlantic City trumped the room experience. I understand it's the pandemic so staffing may have been reduced but to wait 2 hours for housekeeping to bring up linen for me to change my own bed is excessive. The room was not very tidy there was rust on the lamp and dust on the cabinets. if the venue was going to be open and have that many patrons then they should have had a minimum amount amount of staff to cover it

The guest was easy. The person that gave us the room was very nice. I heard horror stories of guest check in being a nightmare. However, the room was subpar in the Bayview Towers. It smelled of cigarette smoke even though I requested a non smoking room. The tub had a hole on the side, hole on the wall, rust , and stains on the lamp and walls. The bed was actually comfy. Though it was dirty in between the headboard. Could have been cleaner. Also the pool is closed Monday-Wednesday. And more than person told us to "be safe" as though this resort is dangerous. Be weary of staying here.

It's huge to start with. And every corner of this huge place is filled with awesomeness. Just make sure you carry everything. Don't buy anything inside the casino. It's all overly overpriced. Apart from that, you are bound to have a great time here...
There's an after the dark pool party that starts from 10PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Very clean and modern rooms. Friendly, helpful staff through out the hotel/casino. Great restaurants and bars right on premises. Easy parking options-self/valet.

My girlfriend and I drove out from NY to Atlantic City. We were really excited to stay at Harrah s, Mind you that we payed up extra for a Coastal Tower stay. Coming from Ny we knew we would be arriving a bit later so we called in prior to arriving to let them know we would be arriving late. Upon arriving at the hotel check-in they placed us in a different tower, the marina. The Marina is run down with green mold spewing from the walls. Once we went back to the check-in desk the rude staff highlighted a policy which they hid behind with out accommodating us for our stay after paying extra. Just got here already my trip is ruined because of HARRAS. Go anywhere else that decent rooms, this Marina thing is unacceptable.

This was my first time at the Harrahs and it was terrible! My first night i was awoken by a bed bug. I was bit several times and my arm swelled from the bites, which made the rest of my stay uncomfortable. I was given another room but that room had what looked like pubic hairs in the shower. I went back to the front desk and was given another room. Yet again bathroom had hair all over the floor. At this point i just gave up. I guess house cleaning was feeling lazy this week. The manager was in a meeting so i could not speak to them. When it was time for me to check out, I was charged for a movie i did not watch (I had no time to watch tv after changing rooms twice!). After disputing that I left the Harrah's feeling beyond disappointed.

First time staying in AC. Will never stay here again. BIG ROACHES!!!
