Our salesman, Joel Abrams, was very kind and knowledgeable about Honda Odysseys. We enjoyed working with him. Excellent customer service. The whole experience was great, except for the finance department. Might want to educate your finance dept employees about using the word "retard" in front of their customers, as some of us have special needs children and find it very offensive. I couldn't even focus after that comment. It's disgusting and disappointing.

My husband and I have been dealing with Gwinnett Place Honda ever since the dealership opened many years ago. The experience there has always been excellent, with the sales staff as well as the service crew. Over the years, we have purchased several cars and have been happy with all of them. Delavan Mair has been our sales person for the fourth time, most recently in early October. He is quite knowledgeable about the different models and knows how to steer us to the one that best fits our needs.The first time we purchased from this dealership we felt the price was fair, and coming back as repeat customers we have continued to get very fair prices. We have owned Hondas since 1976, and have dealt with other dealerships, but Gwinnett Place has been the best! We will continue doing business with them until our driving days are over.

We purchased a Honda Pilot a few weeks ago and I have to say Tyler Spinner is one of the greatest sales people we've ever dealt with. He has an amazing personality and he really knows how to listen. He has one of the best attitudes of any sales person in any industry I have ever dealt with in the past 30 years. This young man is a super star and he's going places. We were super impressed with him. Whoever is managing this Honda location really knows what they are doing as the staff was fantastic. Kudos to all involved!

I had a great experience with the folks at Gwinnett Place Honda last month. I worked with Kristian Gjessing and Joseph Yim. I purchased a new Odyssey that had a few "kinks" in it from the factor. The kinks presented themselves over the first couple of weeks of driving the Odyssey. Rather than try to fix a bunch of little things, Kristian and his team just gave me a new one all together. I was really impressed. I will go back to Gwinnett Place Honda when making my next car purchase.

I've been a patron of Gwinnett Place Honda for 5 years now. Back then I actually owned a Honda, but now I'm driving a Toyota vehicle and I still have my car serviced at GPH. Their service attendants are professional, courteous and extremely attentive to your needs. They are honest about your cars service needs and most maintenance is pretty fairly priced. I always shop around and I've even tried 3 different Toyota dealership service centers. They cannot compare to GPH. I highly recommend them for your cars service needs.

I purchased my 2018 Honda CRV last year at Gwinnett Place Honda and had an excellent experience. My Sales Associate, Deja Kelly, was and continues to be amazing with her ongoing support. Brandon Wood is my Service Advisor and he is outstanding. Brandon is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I hope he never leaves because I have complete confidence in his recommendations! He always explains everything thoroughly and is available to answer my many questions. I highly recommend both this dealership and "my" support staff!

I have owned 5 Honda cars throughout my adult life...

I have owned 5 Honda cars throughout my adult life. It s the only car brand I have ever purchased. I have always loved my Hondas. On October 13, 2015 I purchased a 2016 white, 4 door Honda Accord V6 with tan leather interior from Gwinnett Place Honda in Atlanta, Georgia. Today I noticed 3 cracks in the leather of the drivers seat. This car is almost exactly 5 years old with only 35,400 miles. UNACCEPTABLE. I spoke with a Curry Honda representative and she recommended calling Customer Relations at Honda Corporate. I called and spoke with another representative who informed me that the leather interior was not covered by any warranty. I have owned 3 Hondas with leather seats, and my last Honda Accord was over 10 years old (100,000+ miles) with absolutely no issues to the leather seats. You have lost this Honda customer. I will never purchase one of your cars ever again. The fact that you do not warrant the upgraded leather seats is UNACCEPTABLE, especially for a car that only has 35,400 miles.

Everyone I've encountered was very pleasant! They offer 20-something point inspection for free, and are fairly close to my new place, so I figured I would give their service department a try, as a dry run for the car I'm going to be buying in the new year or so. I was told my recall repairs would take up to three hours on Saturday, but I don't like rushing folks, so I dropped my car off and planned to get it later that afternoon. When I called 4 hours later it was still not done, but no big deal. I could pick it up Sunday.

When Steven in Service called me to tell me that I was done, I asked if everything was okay on my inspection and he abruptly told me that it was all on my paperwork, and to have a great day. I asked if I could pick it up another day and he said that whenever was fine, still rushing me off the phone. I was a little puzzled, but chalked it up to a long day.

When I came to get my car today, I looked at my paperwork. It turns out that there are several repairs that require immediate attention. Had Steve called me, I would've been happy to do at least two of those repairs same day. As it is, I feel like I was ignored because I was in an older, less shiny car. In addition to that, I was NOT informed at any point that they didn't have the parts for my second recall. Being disabled, it's hard for me to make an extra trip out of the house, and I don't have much faith in this service department to call me when the part is in.

One of the bigger dealerships for Honda in the Metro Atlanta area. Fantastic inventory with models in several trims available to drive out. Specials on offer to celebrate the festival season.
Very friendly staff, courteous and helpful. They know their product and are happy to help you choose the right car for you.
Sales people sell. Some hard, some soft. Here they also offer you an excellent product.

I had a wonderful experience at Gwinnett Place Honda. My service advisor was Andrew Prucha! I made an appointment because my car was acting up. And let s just say that he saved the day. Super nice and super knowledgeable. With the whole pandemic they made me feel safe. Provided transportation to and from home while the car was getting fixed. Wonderful customer service. Went above and beyond. I will be back soon to get other services done that Andrew said I needed. Thank you again Andrew for an awesome experience!

Bought my first Honda Civic, 2006 Honda Civic EX,51000 miles and the experience was outstanding. My Agent, Shon Hood was great. We test drove a vehicle and the miles for me were just too high. Then he(Shon) told me about a Civic that he had just got in. went and looked at it and at first i wasn't too impressed. wasn't my color (inside or out) but as I test drove the car and saw all the added extras it had. by the time we returned I was sold. but I had a price and of course they had price. At the end, I believe I received a good deal and I was very please. already put her on the road and the lil Civic Coupe rode like a Beauty. if you go there, Ask for Shon Hood. he will take good care of you.

They brought the car in from an out of state sister dealership quickly as promised. I appreciated them going the extra mile to buff out some minor scratches and to make us a second key. I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda CR-V at Gwinnett Place Honda and every aspect of the buying experience was fabulous! It began when I visited their website and was able to review the cars that they had on the lot. I engaged in an online chat where my questions were answered to determine that they had a few cars in which I was interested. I quickly received an email, followed by another email the next day inviting me to the dealership. The salesman who sent the emails indicated that he wouldn't be at the dealership when I planned to visit, and included the name of his manager that would be happy to help me. Once there I met salesman Bruce Rosario, who introduced me to several cars on the lot. Bruce was very knowledgeable about CR-Vs and taught me a lot about what the model had to offer. He was patient with my questions and seemed eager and excited to share his knowledge with me. He was friendly and personable and proceeded to show me several aspects about the car that I had not learned from other dealerships which I had visited. In fact, he truly "sold" me the car! When my husband joined me, Bruce welcomed him and reviewed details of the car. As the shopping process evolved into the buying process, Bruce became our advocate and introduced us to his colleagues that worked with us through the price negotiations and financing. The price was fair and the negotiations were transparent. While my initial intention was simply to shop for a car, the pleasant shopping atmosphere and the lack of pressure lead to the eventual car purchase. Before leaving the dealership with my new car, Bruce again took time to teach me about the navigation system and to sync my phone to the Bluetooth. The process was a pleasure from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda and Bruce Rosario for any car purchase!

We ended up with Collin after we decided to buy and he helped along the way and was extremely helpful and followed through when he came back to add some features to the car. London London 100 times London. London was my new car sales guy and he was AWESOME SAUCE!! There is nothing worse than having to buy a car because your car broke down and you are stranded on the side of the road!!! London helped me get just the right car for my budget and helped me pick out something that I would love to drive. Got a 2016 CRV. LOVE IT!! He understood the stress of trading in a negative equity car and kept me upbeat and engaged. I love my car, and I am not going to regret it when that first payment is due because the finance team didn't try to get over on me with the payments. Hey Guys, one of the worst Honda dealer in the planet. First, the sales person and the finance are not well behaved people. They are cheater and very very rude.
All cars are overpriced. Same used car (mileage, model etc.) you can get much cheaper from other dealer like CARMAX. 2nd and most important, they don t have 3 or 5 days return policy. Once they cheat you, they did their job and will get the salary from the company. Whereas all the used car seller has nice return policy. 3rd, the warranty provided by them is only the eyewash. They will not take care anything if you face any issue after sale. Please think 100 times before going to this dealer

I normally dont waste my time writing reviews but I had to for this particular location. I've been shopping around for a car for quite sometime and it was just difficult to find the "ideal" car I wanted for the right price. It wasnt until the other day I finally made a purchase. I found the car I wanted (all specs included) and I LOVE IT. Wasnt sure what I wanted until I met Joseph Shin (one of the car sales guys there). He had an answer for every question I had - plus he got me a great deal! I feel good about my purchase and wanted to give a big shout out to Gwinnett Place Honda and Joseph for all of their help. On Saturday, October 31st, I took my Accord 2014 f...

On Saturday, October 31st, I took my Accord 2014 for oil and lube at the Honda Service Station. I left the car with them. About an hour later, I received a call from the sales person telling me that I need new rear brake pads and alignment. I told her that I'd like to see the pads and will be there in about 15 minutes. The sales person too me to the shop and the technician pulled the car and showed me the pad, saying its only 2-3 mm left and I need to change the pads. I questioned him that I have only 37K miles and am surprised that the brakes are gone. He said he changes pads quite often at 20K miles. so this is good. I asked for the pads replacement cost and was told $189. I called firestone down the road and they had a special for $99. So I dropped the car at Firestone. An hour later, Firestone called saying the brakes are fine and all I need is some lubrication of the brakes. I came back and challenged the technician and salesperson at Firestone. They showed me the pad measuring gauge and the report that they filled out saying the pads F/B are 6 mm. Meaning the pad have another 60% life left.
At that time I took the car to the Honda dealership. Called the service manager and he challenged me saying that he needs to look at the brakes himself and usually they (Firestone) looks at the from pad only. The manager took the car in the shop and then came back in 20 minutes saying, "I am afraid that they are correct, the pads still have 60% life left on them".
This was a VERY bad experience for me at the Honda service station. I have already purchased lube package from that so I am forced too go back. Otherwise would NEVER go to them and would not recommend anyone to them after this experience. Total rip off.
If I had not challenged these smart people, I would have wasted a couple of hundred for nothing. These folks made me waste my whole Saturday. I will not forget...

The best customer Service I have ever received at a delearship. I worked with Amos Dunnom and he made sure all my requirements were met. He was not pushy or overbearing as other salespersons at other dealers. I walked out the dealership with the car and payment I wanted!!! He truly made my car buying experience exceptional. Josh assisted me in moving from the service dept into sales as the Insight AC was not as cooling as I thought it should be. Knowing that I am driving for eight hours later today to Brunswick, he had me in and out in under 3 hours from HELLO! He and all who assisted him were very professional and fast working. Just bought my 2nd Honda from this dealer and again had a pleasant experience here. I originally was just coming to browse & test drive. Well I got a New 2015 Honda Accord Sport sedan and absolutely love it. Traded my 2010 Honda Accord LX which I had bought from CPO next door. I appreciate the professionalism of this dealership. I was greeted by new car floor mgr Chad Mills & welcomed me to choose a car I wanted & theyd help me out. My salesman was Mr. Ali and he got the car I wanted, no pressure to buy some other style or color. No pressure! Richard A. in finance got me a great rate and a monthly payment I could afford. Professional, diverse atmosphere that Im pleased to business with. I would recommend this dealer to my family & friends. Hope to trade in my weekend car in the near future. Thank you GPH for another awesome experience & Quality product! Keep up the great work & integrity.

Update 4/26/2019: I was reminded recently about Gw...

Update 4/26/2019: I was reminded recently about Gwinnett Place Honda and realized I hadn't told everyone how they tried to make me a satisfied customer (see Curtis Simmons' response below, the pre-owned sales manager). I called and was told AGAIN that they would not pay for my broken drive shaft because it was no longer under warranty. THE EXACT SAME STORY! I brought it in FOUR TIMES while it was under warranty but their mechanics misdiagnosed the problem. The mechanic who fixed the problem (NOT LONG AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED) said that it should have been IMMEDIATELY obvious to a decent mechanic. He said Gwinnett Place Honda was either lying to me or had mechanics that were just plain awful. "Just plain awful" fits their customer service, too.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Delavan Mair SEEMED extremely helpful and efficient until the cars were sold, at which point we were forgotten. The selection SEEMED wonderful, but i regret my purchase since I was misled about a recall, a persistent smell, and getting matching headrests shipped after the sale. The customer service from both Sales (Delavan) and Finance (Robert Turner) SEEMED good at first, but do not trust them. They are in it for a 1-time fleecing of the customer...I can't imagine anyone wanting to repeat a purchace from Gwinnett Place Honda based on the way we were treated (DETAILS BELOW). I recieved the following email after my warranty expired. The second email is my reply. No one has since replied to me.

By now you have undoubtedly received many positive comments about your vehicle from friends and neighbors. I trust that you are satisfied with the service I have provided so far. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to talk to anyone you know who may be interested in a new or previously-owned vehicle. A few things:
1) you promised my wife that you would get her matching headrests for her minivan. The two in the middle were missing. It's been over 3 months and we haven't gotten anything.
2) I've had to bring my truck in 4 times I think. Each time the technicians told me it was a problem that was covered by the pending recall. When I called Toyota they told me that if it's a problem now it can be fixed and Toyota will pay for it. I don't know why the technicians at your dealership didn't tell me that, but I'm very disappointed. The truck is loud and embarrassing to drive, and it shakes at all speeds.
3) the smell in my truck that you promised would go away from being cleaned has never gone away. It still smells like wet dog and I have to do everything I can to cover it up.

So, I have a car that I'm embarrassed to drive because it squeaks so much and is so loud outside, and embarrassed to drive people in because it smells.

Would you recommend this level of service?

I would love to talk to you and figure out what you can do to fix these problems that were never fixed. In fact please call me at [redacted]. Your technicians put this off long enough that our 3 month warranty has expired but our dissatisfaction is still very real. If I don't hear from you, I guess I'll change my 5 star rating on Google to 1 star with this explanation, and I certainly would not recommend anyone to your dealership. So please call me and hopefully we can get this fixed and have this be good for both of us.

UPDATE: The problem that caused me to bring in my truck finally turned out to be something completely unrelated to what they told me. One tow and over $1,000 later, the problem is fixed, but not by Gwinnett Place Honda. They said they wouldn't cover it because it's out of warranty now. Remember when I brought it in 4 times while it was under warranty but you wouldn't fix it???

This dealership is amazing!!! I had such an amazing experience!! Just wanted to thank Reggie for helping me get the best interest rate and an awesome warranty!! Also wanted to thank Rodney for helping me get the best deal. I really liked Akeem at Gwinnett Place Honda. I was at ease with him because he could answer my questions and he wasn't pushy, annoying or belittling of my concerns. He allowed me to talk through my pros and cons (yes, I made a list) and gave honest opinions when I asked. I felt he was honest with me.
Jamal, General Sales manager is awesome! You can tell that he invests in his people and he empowers them to be great at what they do. Everyone on the sales floor was friendly and proactive- I believe leadership is a top down process, so the positive atmosphere he has helped to cultivate is refreshing.
Mike in Finance was great as well. He explained everything in an easy way and was great with rapport despite the late hour. I plan to finance with my own employer in the near future so we didn't have to work on the interest rate part but he was fully prepared to do so. I had other questions that he was able to answer and provide guidance on as well. He was engaging and didn't rush me at all. The paperless process is very, very impressive.
Luis in service was sincere and friendly too. Though I had to come back two days after the sale because my car seat covers for the 3rd row weren't in (not his fault), he made the process as smooth as possible. I asked for help with something on the car and other's in the service group helped me as well. Again, team effort.
My only issues would be to place a sign near the chairs in the service wait section that there is a separate children's room available and there was a disconnect with scheduling the accessories.
This is my first Honda experience. The dealership is immaculate. This team beat out Nissan down the street and every car that I've ever owned (4 cars) except for this last unfortunate "experiment" with an Equinox, had been a Nissan. So trying another maker is a big deal for me.
The customer service experience at Nissan wasn't NEARLY the same walking into the sales group at that dealership. It was night and day.

Andrew Sabau in the collision center provided superb extraordinary phenomenal customer service. After picking my car up and experiencing technical difficulties I called Andrew and he went out of his way to assist me as far as driving to the near by gas station where I was temporarily stranded. Andrew provided a jump and recommended going back to the dealership because my battery was still under warranty. As always my service advisor Jeffrey Hawes took care of me with my battery replacement under warranty. I ve been a customer with Gwinnett Place Honda for 12 years, my second Honda Accord purchased from none other than other Albert!! The whole staff takes great care of you across the board. Highly recommended!!!

I had a great experience at Gwinnett Place Honda! Tyler was my salesperson and he was awesome. He worked really hard to get me a great deal. I love my 2018 Honda Civic lx, thanks Gwinnett Place Honda. I will definitely be back for my next car purchase.

Covousier went above and beyond, working with manufacturer to get warranty coverage on hesitation issue on our vehicle. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable on getting extra keys made and general maintenance. Will go back to Gwinnett place Honda for expert service!

Service department is wonderful. Had an issue with the flap under the engine. Another Honda place didn't fix it properly so I took it to Gwinnett Place Honda. The let me know the damage and how they fixed it and it's been great ever since! Michael was friendly, helpful and professional. Taking my car here from now on!

Easy to make the appointment. Work completed timely. Kudos to My Anh- pleasant, easy to work with. Only complaint is that mask wearing should be mandatory. Several customers in waiting area not wearing a mask and one service advisor person not wearing a mask.

I am looking for a new Honda mini van. I sent an email with my offer to Gwinnett place Honda, 3325 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, Ga, 30096. I believe I have a right to tell dealership what price that I want. Vice versa, the dealership or salesman has right to refuse or accept what customer offers. But salesman cannot insult customer via email. Specially in case of Eddy Chen, here was what he replied to me:

T..., ARE YOU GOING TO BUY NEW ODYSSEY OR STEAL IT?
YOU ARE NOT A REAL CUSTOMER AT ALL.
YOU ARE UNREALISTIC AND CRAZY PRICE SHOPPER.
WE DO NOT WECOME YOU AND DO NOT WANT TO YOU.

I still have an original email from eddy Chen. If the dealership wants proof, I am happy to provide it.
