Teriffic service department and quality work. However, I must warn anyone buying a 2016 CRV that after owning one for a few months the car started vibrating when at idle. The dealer has help us but were unable to stop the vibrations. The dealer has been excellent but the Honda corporate has not helped at all and said it is a characteristic of the car and will not fix the problem as they will not even acknowledge there is a problem. Deal is five stars but Honda corporate is one star.

My car needs an oil change and tire rotation. I checked the web site to confirm Gwinnett Place Honda had proper social distancing, mask wearing, etc. and I felt comfortable in making the appointment. I pulled my car into the garage at Gwinnett Place Honda and I notice employees with mask below their nose. The person helping me was wearing his mask properly. Then I counted 3 Techs walking into the garage with NO MASK and I noticed a customer that didn't have a mask on as well. I asked the person helping me that I wanted my keys and my car because I did not feel comfortable. I drive 20 miles to Gwinnett Place Honda and I could drive 7 miles to another Honda dealership. My lease is ending within the next year and Gwinnett Place Honda will not be getting my business. If your employees don't care about the customers to keep customers safe during a pandemic than why should I spend my money there.

My experience with Gwinnett Place Honda was great the collision department made my car look new, I was very satisfied with the service and the car they took in making my vehicle whole again. I would highly recommend them to everyone for insurance repairs or any repairs for that matter there're the best.

My wife and I live in Western North Carolina where very few dealerships exist. We searched 7 Honda dealerships in TN, 2 in NC, 4 in SC, and about 20 in GA. I have only bought one new car in the past so I don't have much experience with working with salesman, etc. Despite all these things we had to overcome, Kristian and Quincy in the pre-owned department of Gwinnett Place Honda were fantastic to work with. We negotiated the price and they were willing to correct a few imperfections that the former owner had contributed to the 2010 Odyssey EXL! They stayed with us until 10:30pm on a Sunday night so that we didn't have to make the 2 hour trip all over again. I would highly suggest their department for your pre-owned needs.

Even after I bought the car, Mike remained responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. Great buying experience (I bought a certified used Honda Civic). I'm glad I came to Gwinnett Place Honda.

We got a large bill for service check up. I was convincing my mom the official Honda dealership wouldn't cheat us so we paid for all the parts suggested on the spot. Realized later the guy lied on the brake fluid discount and could have gotten an extra $10 off.

Also that I was dumb and didn't check that the air filter for the cabin aftermarket was not worth the $80 they were charging us.

Not marketing it one star only because while they serviced the car they offered a rental to drive around and there was actually a waiting room with a full table row where you could do work if you brought a laptop. Free WiFi.

I just purchased a car with Gwinnett Place Honda after owning my previous car for 14 years at almost 300,000 miles. I was a little apprehensive about finding a good car at a reasonable price. My sales attendant, Mr. Aron, and his manager were friendly, kind, and flexible in working with me and my budget. I felt very comfortable and my apprehension about getting a "sales pitch" or being "bullied" into getting a car I didn't want went away after meeting with the staff. I ended up walking away with keys in hand with a better car and a better deal than I expected. Everyone was professional from sales, management, and the financing department. I was the last customer to leave and I never felt rushed. Thank you so much and I am enjoying my new Elantra!

I had my 3.5-month-old son with me, so it could have been a really tough morning, but the efficiency of and comfort at Gwinnett Place Honda made it an easy day for us both!

Aaron greeted us outside of the building as we were walking in; we felt very welcomed. Honestly, we were just doing some research on a car but after dealing with Aaron, we ended up purchasing a 2017 Accord LX. He made the whole experience great and low-pressure. The entire team was very helpful and I am glad I chose Gwinnett Place Honda. We spoke with Troy as well and we were able to come to an agreement and appreciated his excellent customer service. Although we were there after hours, Albert with finance helped us get out the door as soon as possible; he was the last employee there. I really felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer and I will always return there for any maintenance or even my next purchase. Thank you to everyone who helped us!

I had a fantastic experience with Michael Scott helping my daughter buy a used Infinti ex35. Super responsive and once we decided to buy he went the extra mile in getting the car detailed and all new tires added he was also able to deliver it to us at home the next day which would have been a two hour round trip for him on what was meant to be his day off. I recommend Michael highly.

Excellent interaction right from the arrival till completion of the sale and departure from the dealer with the new vehicle. Zach is simply phenomenal. He understood my goals and worked with me and his manager to make this sale. Everyone there from the sales team and the finance manager who worked on the financials and signing of the lease documents was professional and wit a great positive attitude. I was delighted with the experience and they have earned a long term customer. I have no hesitation in recommending this car dealership to any of my acquaintances who would be looking for a new car.

Trevin Hendricks was our Service Advisor for this service checkup and he did a great job with letting us know what services they were going to be providing. He made sure that they addressed the second row seat safety recall on our Odyssey. During the check up they recommended that we get the 3 step fuel system service due to the condition of the fuel injectors. We have been a customer at Gwinnett Place Honda for over 20 years and will continue to return because of the great service we always receive.

My vehicle was serviced on November 24th, 5:20pm for an oil change. The next morning, my signal was coming on continuously, alarming me NO OIL. Honda at Gwinnett Place identified the faulty oil filter, which had spill oil completely over the bottom of the vehicle.
Service Assistance Steve and Manager Butler, and the service technicians found the problem quickly, worked with me for the correct solution. They did an excellent job cleaning up the oil spill on the vehicle, replacing the faulty filter, replacing the fresh oil I purchased in order to return to the dealership, and reimbursing for the inconvenience.
It really was a relief, the process went well.

I bought my 2007 Honda Fit from Gwinnett Place Honda in 2006. I am still driving my car and am still happy with the product. The buying experience was not so great. This was partly my fault as I was not planning on buying the Honda, but the dealership was on the way to my planned destination. The 2007 Honda fit was a new to the US model back then, so I pretty much paid full price. The problem was the $500 protection package that I later found out was nothing more than a wax job. I was really pissed and emailed the dealer the following days. I think my complaints reached a manger and in the end I got $200 of my $500 wax job money back. Fool me once
Forward 8 years later, I was shopping for a new car for my wife and the Honda CRV was a potential buy. Gwinnett Place Honda was next to the Subaru dealership that I just was at, so let s have a look. Long story short, Gwinnett Place Honda was doing the same dealer installer option crap they were doing 8 years ago. Instead of $500 wax jobs, now they have $200 pin stripping, $200 3M clear door tape and $100 wheel locking nuts. We eventually bought a Subaru Forrester. I was at two VW dealerships, three Subaru dealerships, but ONLY Gwinnett Place Honda had these types of dealer rip off add on. They are a huge dealership, maybe biggest in GA. I can t imagine the type of money they make on these type of rip off mark ups. I know people don t have to get ripped off. Just walk out and find a dealership that has some type of integrity.

Got there before my appointment time but was immediately greeted, and my recall servicing began. Thirty minutes later my service representative came to the customer lounge to tell me my car was ready. I honestly can't think of any part of the experience that could be improved upon.

Even with just a small service request he gave me his full attention and courtesy, compared to the nonchalance and indifference I've experienced at another Honda dealership closer to my home. Driving a few miles out of my way to this dealer is way worth it.

Gwinnett Place Honda is nowhere near where I live, but I'm occasionally in the area for work. When my job and my need for an oil change coincide, I can always count on GPH to squeeze me in for whatever service I'm needing. I know Saturdays are busy for the dealership, and my weekdays are difficult to predict. Gwinnett Place Honda's service area is huge and always full of friendly, busy employees. It's why I keep going back: They're always able to handle walk-in service customers.

Great customer service. I bought a new Honda Accord from them and noticed that there are minor scratches on the rear quarter panel on both sides of the vehicle. So I called them and they offer me to fix that for free. However, their detailing department did not do a good job in finishing the work. I have these swirl mark on both rear quarter panel from the buffing job I assume. That is the reason why I don't give them 5 stars. Otherwise, their price are very competitive and are willing to match price with other Honda dealer in metro Atlanta area.

Went in for an oil change, waited over an hour before the service advisor came back with a list of over $1,000 of repairs for my 16 year old Odyssey. Wanted to make sure the multi point inspection didn't find anything else and he assured me it did not. Paid for the work and the next week the A/C stopped working another $650 but they didn't say a word about it the prior week. Have sent letters to Service Manager and General Manager asking them to call me but neither have. That's what 20 years of customer loyalty including the purchase of two new vehicles gets you from GPH. I'm done with them. You should be too.

I have bought several cars here. I love the reliability and quality of the brand. Hendrick knows exactly how to run a dealership. Low hassle sales people and friendly service advisors make it a pleasure to keep my vehicles in top shape. And the little extras, like Starbucks coffee and super clean bathrooms, make waiting reasonably nice. I have never had to return because a repair was not done right. The body shop also does great work. All at good value.

I was in a very unique situation. I was flying in...

I was in a very unique situation. I was flying in to Georgia on Thursday to start a new job the next Monday. I didn't have a GA drivers license, and I didn't know anyone who could pick me up from the airport. I could test drive cars in upstate New York, but I couldn't visit any of the dealerships that I was going to be potentially buying from.

I test drove cars with my wife and was deciding between the HR-V and the Fit when I contacted several dealerships around Atlanta looking to figure out what it would cost to get me in each car, and which, if any of them, could get me in the car on Thursday night.

Michael Heng was not the only one to respond to me with reasonable pricing that could coordinate transit from the airport to the dealership, but he was the one I was most impressed with. I spoke with multiple dealerships by phone, but Michael provided a few key differentiators:

Michael was the only person at his dealership to contact me. He even followed up with me on the same day on his day off. He understood and remembered my situation. He didn't try to give me a "low price" that excluded taxes and fees, but gave me transparent pricing. He approached hurdles such as a lack of a GA drivers license and my late arrival at the airport with confidence that we could solve any issues.

Ultimately, it was that last point, a quiet confidence that Michael would make this easy and that things would go smoothly that caused me to go with Gwinnett Place Honda. And they did. The entire process was smooth. I got my GA license on Friday morning and returned to the dealership around noon to finish up the process, and I am thrilled with the car and the service I received. I was also glad that there was no high pressure sales at any point in the process, even when talking with other people at Gwinnett about car options and service package options.

I am very glad to have chosen Gwinnett Place, and more specifically, that I was able to work with a great guy like Michael through the whole process.

My experience was a very excellent experience. I didn't have to wait to long for things to be completed. My sale rep Patrick and Reginald Dube did an excellent throughout the whole experience. If I have come back to purchase another vehicle it would have to be here and through these two outstanding workers here. They went over and above to help me get what I wanted but most of all what I needed. I thank them both from the bottom of my heart.

Service Advisor Ronnie Butler always provide top notch customer service. He advises and recommends necessary service to be performed and what needs immediate attention or what can be held off until a future service appointment. With repairs, Ronnie keeps in mind and as a priority the safety of the vehicle's driver and passengers, i.e. family members, friends, etc. Thanks Ronnie!

All I left with was 11 inquiries, 8 of them all unauthorized and no car. I even emailed them when I found out they pulled my credit 11 TIMES EVEN THOUGH THE FINANCE MANAGER, TAMMY, SAID SHE WOULD NOT PULL MORE THAN 3 TIMES. When I called to confront her, all she said was sorry. They tell you one thing and then do the opposite. In the case of buying a used vehicle, I would recommend you shop around for better rates and other loaners than the ones they have. ALSO, they tell you about the first time buyers program, but don't disclose that it is for college grads, who purchase $20,000 + vehicles, and whom put $3 - $4,000 down on a car. They give you the image that they want to help and have all this access, but in the end they are no different than most car dealerships, just seeking revenue. Honda financial, I am so disappointed as a consumer and would never recommend to anyone I care about.
