Brian Diep and the staff here were amazing, professional, and patient with me during my car buying experience. i never write reviews but if there is one person you should go see at this dealer ship is danny moon. He gave me all the hook ups and was super polite and never let me down when some new rate came in. Always kept me updated and also did his best as a dealer. I thought really lowly of people who like worked at dealerships.. but he deff treated me like a friend and i would only recommend people going to him. I promise you hes prob the best person to go to!!!!!
I've been purchasing or leasing vehicles from Gwinnett Place Honda for close to 18 years. During this time, I have never had a bad experience. Even if I was unable to make an appointment in advance, Gwinnett Place has always tried to "fit me in." Furthermore, although certain things may be listed as "simple fixes" as defined in the owners manual, this dealership does not consider any maintenance work to be too small. Thus no need to feel embarrassed with any maintenance inquiry. The service advisors are very knowledgeable , make you feel at ease and provide timely status in case an unforeseen issue is discovered. Also, this dealership (like many others) does have a courtesy shuttle. But for the most part, I never had to utilize it because the wait was very minimal. With all of the above being said, there is no reason why I would want to patronize another dealership.

I am rating this place only because of one of the internet sales manager named Troy. Whoever goes to buy car from this place never get involved with Troy. Troy lies to his customer flat. He tries to sell you car for at least $3k more than the actual price. I went to buy Honda Accord 2020 LX from him and the last price he gave me was $25,574 and when I requested him to give me some discount he said that s the last price he can do . After that I went to curry Honda and got the same car drive out for $22,500. So I instantly save $3k. Later on when I try to confront him saying that curry Honda is offering the same car for less he said hold on a minute and started his lies again saying you are our good customer and he can sell the car for the same price as curry Honda . I didn t liked his lies and got the car from curry Honda . Note- I bought two cars from Gwinnett place earlier in last 3 years and I knew exactly how much it cost but still Troy tried to get more money out of me . If you want to buy the car from Gwinnett place Joseph Yum is the guy though he is the manger now .
The sales rep was amazing and helped me through my entire process of trying to trade my car and helping me get to where I need to be with this deal. But I had an issue with this dealership not offering GAP insurance anymore, which is confusing and also a deal breaker. GAP insurance is a big part of buying a new car and there are very few options on getting GAP insurance with a insurance company. I m just very dissapointed with how things turned out in this situation and very frustrated. Honestly everyone that helped me was awesome. I just dont understand how a whole dealership takes away GAP insurance.

This is the second Honda I have purchased from Gwinnett Place Honda. Why? Because they are truly the Premier dealership for the Atlanta area. They take customer service seriously and ensure that they get you into the vehicle you want, rather than trying to pressure you on an up-sale. They also happen to offer the best pricing in the Area. The staff are beyond professional and great to deal with. All in all an awesome transaction and I LOVE my new Civic.

10 out of 10!! This place is phenomenal! If you're a first time buyer, I would highly recommend coming to this Honda dealership over all the others around the area. From the customer service, to the knowledgeable team, to the cleanliness of the dealership I could not be more thrilled!! The salespersons never made me feel pressured, they understood my financial situation and were able to help where they could, answered any question that I had with no hesitation. My BMW was hit on the highway by and F-150. Luckily my insurance company referred me to Mr. Matt Paolini at Hendrick Collision. Mr. Paolini took fantastic care of my car while it was getting repairs and actually went above and beyond what was expected of him. It was amazing how quickly he responded to my phone calls and emails, considering how busy he is.
My car was returned to me looking practically brand new. He even had my wind shield seals replaced, and it was no where near the damaged area of the vehicle.
10/10 recommendation for Hendrick.
11/10 for Matt Paolini. If you have to take your car in for repairs, insurance or not, definitely ask for Matt, you will not be disappointed.

Usually I have great experiences at Gwinnett Place Honda when it comes to service. This time however I was greeted to a big grease stain on my seat and door. When I let my service advisor know he promptly took it to be cleaned. When it came back he went with me to see if it had been resolved and to both our surprise it still was not. My service advisor then took it himself to the detailing dept and he ended up having to clean it himself.
Awesome customer service I did not have to wait long for my oil change and they even had some screws for my protective cover underneath my car that they replace without charging me. I will definitely be going back here for all my services for my vehicle

They did an amazing job with my car!!!! The cars name is Lee and omg. They left my car like NOTHING HAPPENED! So glad I choose this place to get my car fixed. Yet Im a tiny bit concerned because I left my adapter ( iPhone 7 and up knows what this is ) in the car and when I got my car back it wasn t there ..? Not trying to think the worst but that s just it.

I was impressed with the courtesy and service my this dealership--until I actually went there and tried to take them up on it.
I called to see the price if any on a replacement visor that started hanging in my 2007 Civic. There was a service bulletin out on this by Honda (08-023) noting the dedect. When I called, they asked for the VIN which I provided. I was told that it was covered, and asked to make an appointment, which I did.
When I arrived at my appointment I was told that it was NOT under warranty, and they refused to honor what I was told on the phone to get me there. I was sent to the parts department to buy one, then they would install. Internet price upper $40's, Gwinnett Place Honda in the $80's (for a part they told me was on warranty the day before).
Follow-up - The service manager saw my review, reached out to me,and offered to complete the repair at no cost. It was done, well and on time.
In retrospect, any business that relies on humans has the potential for service breakdowns, The true measure is HOW the business responds. Kam, the service manager responded proactively to resolve the problem and reinforce a policy of honesty, for his staff and this customer alike. It is appreciated, and noted in the revised review.

As a first time car buyer, I prepared myself for the lengthy and drawn out process of such a large purchase. I was apprehensive at first, but the people at Gwinnet Place Honda made this first purchase a breeze. I was expecting the typical "car salesman pitch" but I was pleasantly greeted by employee Joseph Shin. He politely answered all of my questions and was genuinely helpful. I would have given 5 stars if GPH had had my part in stock. I don't suppose they can carry every part ever produced by Honda, but it was a disappointment. I was pleased with the service I was given by Denis O'Connor and was impressed with his knowledge. My car was ready the next day and the problem seems to be completely fixed.

I purchased a brand new Honda CRV at Gwinnett Place Honda and really enjoyed my experience! I drove my car there in a cloud of smoke from overheating and used it as a trade in and Chad Mills the manager reassured me that I would not have to drive that disaster home! That was a big relief! He stood by his word and made it happen! Cameron was the sales associate that took me on a test drive and answered all my questions and was very patient with me while I took my time deciding which vehicle, color, and interior that I wanted. It was an A+ experience from walking in the door to walking out! The finance department was even wonderful going over my warrantee options! What a well run business! The entire experience of having your wrecked vehicle repaired is typically very exhausting. Gwinnett Place Honda Collision couldn't have made this process any easier. Came up looking to possibly buy a car. since i'm more into american made models i was a little hesitate at first when i first walked onto the lot. Needless to say i was a bit overwhelmed with the selection this place had but then i met Stan "The Man" Chen who was my salesperson that helped ease my worries. Honestly I first came to Gwinnett Place Honda because of convenience and seeing how i lived five minutes from there. It was the first dealership out of six that I was scoping out and was just testing the waters when I walked through the door. Walked in, was immediately greeted by one of the sales guys (Joseph Shin) and he proceeded to ask questions about what I was looking for. I vaguely answered his questions since I still had five more dealerships to see but pretty soon he got the hint and asked if I wanted to test drive any of the vehicles and I chose the Accord. We picked up the car and started driving around as he explained all of the features the car offered. He was very knowledgeable about the car; even minute details that a car junkie like me would appreciate. It was a very casual and comfortable ride with Joseph never being pushy about the sale. We returned to the dealership and he explained a lot about the financing and in the end offered me a better deal than the quote i received from a bank. Honestly I never intended to purchase a vehicle that day, let alone from the first dealer but I am more than satisfied with the service I received from Gwinnett Honda, especially from Joseph. Thanks man! I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a honda.

I bought the HONDO ACCORD EX on the New Years Eve. It was a busy day and had a very good buying experience from the sales team here. I received a very good quote from Joseph Jim (Internet Sales Dept) and then it was easy process to finish the deal. Later we were assisted by Joel (Sales rep) with other formalities. Overall had a nice buying experience. Today I went in for a Rear Spoiler installation and the Service Team Rep Rudy took care of me. I had the spoiler and the door sill installed in one hour waiting time. Excellent Service !!!! 5 Stars *****
