My beloved CR-V was totaled last year by a tractor trailer and I got an Accord but missed being in an SUV. When my used Accord starting having engine issues I decided it was time to get a car loan for the first time in almost 15 years. I spent the last week test driving different cars from various car dealerships around Atlanta. I got a good deal on a certified pre owned 2014 CR-V from Gwinnett Place Honda and I m very happy with my interest rate, warranty and final price. This is my 6th Honda so I guess I m loyal to the brand.
Edit :: I have a 681 credit score and was offered 5% interest rate until the day of sale. The day that I came in to buy my car I was told my credit history wasn t long enough to get that rate and I would pay 10% interest. I agreed to this rate. However the man handling my loan told me if I got an extended warranty I could get 4.8% interest. I agreed to it but the next day I crunched numbers and was shocked that this warranty cost over $4,000! I immediately called and asked them to cancel the warranty and give me the higher interest rate. To use interest rates to try and sell such an expensive warranty to customers seems dishonest.
My appointment was at 10:50am, got there a little early. It was suppose to take an hour and half. But they got me out within 1hour. Replaced airbag recall and oil change done. I was very please with my service tech Jeffery and the time.

Had to come to dealership because of a recall, but other things to do as well. Wait time was pretty good for all the services to be performed on my car. I was shuttled off to lunch. Live in Marietta, but I'd rather travel up to Duluth to this dealership. So far, so good! Been coming here for the past 3years.

This was my first time purchasing a new car from a dealership, and Joseph Yim, the Internet Sales Manager that helped me, made the experience a breeze. He had an in-depth knowledge of all of the cars I had questions about, which made the process that much easier for me. He even knew how other dealerships priced their Honda's and why they were more expensive or cheaper compared to Gwinnett Place's prices.
They seem to be all about transparency here. We were able to reach a fair price, fairly quickly, without much negotiation. Even in the financing office, I didn't walk out feeling like I had been cheated. The few people I interacted with during my car-buying experience here were all very professional and were on top of their game.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Look for Joseph Yim. I bought my 2015 Accord from him, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

He kept me updated through the whole process of having my vehicle repaired. he broke down step by step of the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. I like people that's direct and don't waste time. I showed up he got me in and got me out. This place is the best. If you come here ask for matt. He even had them detail the vehicle for me.

Always great customer service! I do their very best to get you in and out as quick as possible or work with your schedule. Friendly smiling faces and they always have the courtesy shuttle available if you need a lift close by. And they have a Convenient workstation for those who must continue to work while they wait for their vehicle to be serviced or have a place for your kids to plug-in if they're not into the little playroom .
Hot chocolate would be a bonus since a lot of people do not drink coffee and occasionally complementary snacks because you're already getting serviced on and probably paying some out-of-pocket if not under warranty . !
Don't forget, you can always ask for a complementary quick run through the car wash which helps you take care of your vehicle !

Usually, I leave reviews for places if I was extremely unhappy with their service. To my surprise, I found that I needed to leave a review for the excellent experience I had at Gwinnett Place Honda with Joseph Shin. He knew that I knew nothing about cars and my biggest fear was ending up with a car that I didn't want from the beginning. I explained to him the basic necessities I needed in a car and he lead me to purchase my first Honda Civic! I'm extremely happy with my purchase but even more with the experience. The amount of patience he had with me throughout the process was second to none. I'd definitely recommend Joseph Shin when considering the purchase of a new vehicle!

So, my boyfriend comes here to get his car fixed and what not. They are extremely helpful in that field. But as for customer service it's lacking. I've been coming here looking for a car but no one ever helps. They stand outside but I am not sure if it's because I look young but they just never seem approachable or come to help when I look around as if I want to speak to someone but will always acknowledge "older" people. Anyway, if you come here for car service then this place is great but if you seem to not fit their criteria of helping customers then maybe not. I'm sure they are great but I just didn't get that great experience everyone else is talking about.

Stay away!!! I went in Friday for an oil change but of course I "needed" 90k mile tune up, cabin filter change and some kinda flush etc. Total cost? $1000.00!!!! Okay upsetting as that was I applied for a line of credit to pay for it and Tuesday,that's four days later, a check engine light comes on! In 8 years of owning the vehicle NEVER had a problem with this car NEVER had a check engine light come on but just by coincidence now they say the car needs two new transmission pressure senors and turns out I "need" new brakes today (but not a necessity on Friday when I was just there!) and for the sum total of $600+ I can get that done. Refused the brakes but got switches "changed". I had prior to this asked for the old parts but it just so happens the part shop closed and the service guy couldn't give'em to me and then he says anyway it's $10 per sensor to get my own part back. Oh, the icing on the cake he says to me if you would've gotten the $100.00/month warranty that I mentioned to you on Friday it would've covered things like this!! BS!!! Sounds a little shady to you? Me, too!!
I love American cars but thought i would give Honda a try for my next vehicle. As soon as I walked in, i was met by a wonderful smile by Joseph Shin, sales. He greeted me, shook my hand and made me feel welcome. I told him what i was interested in and he showed me exactly what i was looking for, a 2014 Honda Odyssey. After my unfortunate accident, I researched many different collision shops prior to finding Gwinnett Honda Collision. I was very concerned due to my car being very new, a crystal white color and a lease. From the minute I arrived, Matt and Andrew exhibited the utmost professionalism and customer service. They acted quickly and went above and beyond in helping me address my needs, ensuring I was treated fairly by the insurance company and educating me on the process. The quality of the work done on my car is exceptional. It looks brand new. The turnaround time was well above my expectations. Working with two insurance companies on two separate claims addressing two separate repairs, I thought I'd be without my car for a month. I got my car back in less than two weeks. I highly recommend Gwinnett Honda Collision. I hope to never have to use them again, but I surely know where I will go should I need it.

Set up Saturday appointment 8/11/18 for 11am. Was told it would be a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. I drove 35 miles to get there because it is where I bought the vehicle. When arrived I was about 20 minutes early I was told it would be a minimum 2 hour wait for my (prepaid) oil change. I don't feel this is acceptable. It doesn't take this long to get service when you open your check book to buy a new car.
