I came to gwinnett honda for a first time regular maintenance on my car. Brandon, the person who took care of me was super helpful from the beginning to end of my service. He was very informative and kept me updated with what was happening during the car check up. Thank you brandon! The facility was calm and very convenient for me with my toddler and a almost 2 month old. The kids room is separated from the waiting area so that was helpful.

I bought my Civic at the Carey Paul Honda in Snellville and got an extended maintenance warranty. I called up and asked to make an appointment for an oil change (explaining that I bought my Civic in Snellville and had a warranty to get a free oil change). They took my information and set an appointment time for me.

I brought the car in and they then started saying that I couldn't get the car serviced there and I didn't have a warranty. The serviceperson (Jean) was very rude. I had to bring my car back to Carey Paul to get an explanation that my extended maintenance warranty works at every Honda location... except Gwinnett Place Honda AND Gwinnett Place Honda's extended maintenance warranty is not accepted anywhere but Gwinnett Place Honda.

I think it is safe to say that buying a car at this dealership (especially buying it with an extended maintenance warranty) would be a VERY bad idea...

The only concern was the lack of masks worn by the workers. They were working directly with customers and yet most did not wear masks. Protecting customers should be a priority and the lack of masks worn was troublesome.

HONEST DEALERS! I had a very pleasant and seamless experience with Gwinnett Place Honda.

I ended up buying a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L brand new. I had done my homework on this car and have been in the market for about two months. I was looking at New and Used. There were hardly any used ones in the market given how new the vehicle was. I found some great prices at other dealerships, but it was appalling how awful the customer service was at other dealerships.

You may pay a few hundred dollars more here, but it's totally worth it! Gwinnett Place Honda takes care of you. They work with you on a reasonable price and deal. They are up-front and honest. They won't pressure you into buying a vehicle. They do the best they can to make a deal with you. What they can't do on the price they make up in other ways. I ended up spending $500 over my budget, but am very satisfied with my experience and my new car.

I cannot stress how professional these guys are! WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Definitely recommend to others if you're buying a car, even if it's not a Honda.

I give GP Honda 2 stars as I purchased an Accord just 5 days ago. My sales Associate Tony S. was a nice guy however, I told him I wanted a smoke-free and accident free car. My transmission, went out on my old car and I had a week to find a car. I had a rental and was in a crunch and needed to purchase. The previous 2 dealerships had bad salesmanship. The car was masked with clean perfumed scent. Once that faded, the smoke smell was on! I called the dealership and explained it to them. I was offered a loaner for a day till the the odor doctor came and took care of the odor. Sales Manager Rodney B. told me that he will do what he can and take care of the smell. Rodney B. said we will take one step at a time. To my limited knowledge, once smoke smell is in something, it will not come out! I am hoping that we will be able to resolve this issue! I informed Rodney B. before I left that if the smell comes back I want an equal trade for the same car purchased!

After waiting for 4 hrs. for a planned and scheduled appt., I left frustrated due to a miscommunication. I wanted one thing added to my car and instead got something TOTALLY different. (Note to self; always clarify clearly and precisely when adding new gizmos to car.) Long story short, wait another hr. and have them remove the part, Or leave it on and involve the manager. Choosing the later, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous price reduction of my overall bill. (What took me in for servicing in the first place was this glaring yellow wrench on my dashboard. We use synthetic oil so thinking it had to be topped off, I made the appt.) After leaving the dealership at 3:30 on my way to Monroe, I was already on 316E when I noticed (to my fury and frustration) that the tech forgot to reset the button and here I am with this glaring yellow wrench again!!! I called the person who I had initially been dealing with, and was told to either A: turn around and come back. (NOT happening) B: stop in at any oil change facility and ask them to do it. (Again, NOT happening) Or option C: reset it myself. The person told ma to find the "Menu" knob and turn it until I came across "Maintenance ". I told the person that no where was there a "Menu" knob that I could see and that I only had buttons to push. What a heck of an ending to a very exhausting day. I ended up figuring out on my car that there is a reset button, and to wait for it to blink twice.
There are several morals to this encounter that can be learned. I just wish the lessons learned was at someone else's expence. Hence my rating.

My sales associate , Romanee Cotto, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.They were willing to do everything that they could to make sure that I left a happy customer who would return one day for another purchase! They accomplished their goal because I am very, very happy with the car that is perfect for me!!

I contacted ALL the Honda dealers in Metro Atlanta via email for a price quote on a specific Accord I wanted. Not only was Amel the first one to call me back within 5 minutes of sending the email, he had some very nice pricing on the car in under 10 minutes! He did not have the specific car I wanted in stock so I continued looking at other dealers. Almost a week later, I sent him an email on another possible Accord to see if he had it in stock. He responded to me like lightening with pricing and all associated fees laid out without me having to ask for it.

When I got to the dealership Amel was very professional and knowledgeable. Having myself been in the car business for more than 15 years I can always smell a rat or a shady deal. I am happy to say Amel is a straight up car pro. He was able to get me what I needed on my trade to make the deal work. Since I was technically "on my lunch break" time was of the essence and he was able to get me through all the paperwork and in my new ride in about 30 minutes. A big thanks also to Jeff Sutherland his manager for helping get everything process quickly
Fastest process I have ever been through!

Until you move out of Georgia you may not appreciate Gwinnett Place Honda. I gave five stars because I miss this Honda dealer specifically it s service department. I live in ohio where it s like a whole entire experience with Honda. In Ohio they have so many vehicles but none of these dealerships are making any attempts to improve their service centers to accommodate the tons of cars they are selling over here. At Gwinnett Place Honda I use to drive my car in without an appointment. I use to be greeted whilst sitting my car like valet. I use to have my keys taken from me politely then walked to the representative desk. I had real professionals working on my car. I mean people who actually know Honda vehicles. Then I would sit comfortably in the huge waiting area with computer/internet connectivity. I also use to enjoy free coffee or I could walk to the mall across the street to stay busy. After my service I got my free code to wash my car. I miss Gwinnett Place Honda and I wish I was back in Georgia dealing with professionals. I wrote this all whilst sitting fuming in some Ohio honda dealership waiting for my car.

Shon was absolutely fantastic! I was so nervous buying a car after my accident, and he made the process so easy! He wasn't at all pushy, very straight forward with everything, and very personable!
Robert was my finance person, and he made the financing process so easy as well! He made sure to explain everything to me and didn't try to sell me too much on anything I didn't need.
While I was getting ready to drive off with my new car, Mary made sure to come by and say hi and congratulated me on my new car! She was so friendly as well.
I've been to other dealerships, Honda dealerships included, and I would HIGHLY recommend coming to Gwinnett Place Honda over them all. The other dealerships were very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable with my car buying process. I was very happy with the service and so excited for me new car!

I had the best customer service experience at Gwinnett Place Honda when I bought my new HR-V! My salesperson and his manager Joesph Yim were very patient in explaining everything about my new car. It was just a pleasent experience with GPH from their guest services, finance (Chad) and their detail dept. My vehicle was spotless when I took it home. I am a happy Honda owner.

I had an awesome experience here at Gwinnett place Honda Duluth. As a dropped off my car for service, there was a shuttle that can take me home & pick me up when it s done. Everything was perfect & the staff who assisted me his name is June was really nice & helpful.

I got the certificates from Truecar for a new odyssey. After several emails to the internet sales person (Robert Dittrich) to provide me the actual drive out price for the van based on the truecar pricing, I never received any communications from the sales person. The only fresh email every time will be when I will come to the dealership to buy the van.

I decided to walk in to buy the odyssey as quoted in Truecar but the people in Gwinnett place Honda added several accessories to the van (which I totally do not need in the van) and pressured to buy the van.

The sales man who showed me the van later took me to the other sales man (Robert Dittrich was not in the office when I walked in) in the internet department and he was boring me for a while with all of his sales tactics. He even told me will reduce price on some accessories and he bumped the price on other accessories without looking into the actually product and labor cost of the accessory in question. As they did not want to sell me the van without the accessories they told me that none of the odyssey's in their dealership comes without accessories. As I was firm in the price as quoted in Truecar the internet sales person who I was talking at the dealership all of a sudden stood up showed his back and said there's nothing to talk to you anymore and walked away.

I was left alone in the dealership without any courtesy good bye from none of the sales person or people in their dealership. They had no decency or courtesy to greet me and end a sales conversation.

I really doubt how Honda is awarding this dealership as the best in Atlanta. Very disappointed for a dealership I was thinking was the best one in Atlanta GA. Because of this dealership I was even thinking if I should buy a Honda.

Gwinnett place Honda is registered with Truecar but I really doubt they respect the certificates from Truecar.

Hope this helps people who plan to buy from this dealership.

Bad experience - go elsewhere for service. We waited one hour and 45 minutes for just an oil change with an appointment. I was told the service would take under an hour. During the wait, received no updates concerning the delayed progress. Received no apology from service adviser and he didn't even discuss the multi-point inspection which was performed.

I enjoyed my experience at Hendricks, I felt like I received a good deal and good service. Everything was fast and I could tell that they really wanted to make sure that I had a good experience. The only negative thing I have to say is the amount of phone calls from various sales reps was a little overwhelming at times.
