Our salesman, Joel Abrams, was very kind and knowledgeable about Honda Odysseys. We enjoyed working with him. Excellent customer service. The whole experience was great, except for the finance department. Might want to educate your finance dept employees about using the word "retard" in front of their customers, as some of us have special needs children and find it very offensive. I couldn't even focus after that comment. It's disgusting and disappointing.
