Experience was great. But even though I spelled my first name to two employees, they still managed to mess it out. I know I have uncommon name (I'm Polish) but it's very unprofessional to mess it out after correct one was given twice.

I usually go to the other Honda dealership to service my car. But the mechanic refused to fix my car because he wants me to follow his suggestions. So I decided to come here at Gwinnett Place Honda today to service my car. And I was not disappointed! The service went so smooth and FAST! Thanks to Mr. Denis O Connor for helping me. I will definitely return to this place :)

I had an excellent experience with Charles Kim. He knew what i was looking for and everything was ready when I got there. For me, if I ever go to dealer shop to purchase a car, it would at least take more than 4-5 hours, but with him it only took 3 hours! I love my experience with him and if i need car again, i will call him again!

Great buying experience and customer service!

Very positive experience could not be more pleased. Gwinnette Place Honda helped us out when our '05 Pilot died and we needed a new one fast for a cross-country trip. Mike Pham in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable. No high-pressure sales tactics he showed us what we asked to see and answered all our questions; then stayed late to ensure that we got what we needed. When we stopped by the next day to pick up the cargo mat, Mike Crouch in service volunteered to help install our pet barrier in the cargo area, making a difficult task on a hot day much quicker and easier. This was our best car-buying experience ever!

Had an issue with a truck tire tearing up the bottom of my car on the highway. Brought it into Steve Shoemake, my service advisor and he was able to get it all done the same day and saved me reporting it to my insurance by reducing the cost to just my deductible. This is first class customer service!

Steve Shoemake took good care of our CRV, which just turned 100k miles! Got us in and out on time and is very trustworthy. We like him as our service advisor!

My experience at Gwinnett Place Honda was remarkable, and it was all because of Stanley Chen. Out of all my car buying experiences he was by far the most helpful sales person at any dealership. I don't know much cars and he was able to break everything down easily for me. I seriously recommend him anyone!

When I walked out the door of this place, I felt cheated. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. I removed all their ads (Gwinnett Place Honda) on my car, no free ads.

First of all, the salesman was nice and cool. The manger and the financial guy were the ones that gave me a bad experience. The manger was pushy, fat, ignoring, loud,and rude. The financial guy is a lying mofo so watchout for him. He would make up stories about your credit and how banks wouldn't fiance you and how hard he would have to convince them to. All of that were craps because all he wanted to do was to for you buy their services. He would give you a high interest rate and lower it after you buy his services while telling you stories about banks. That guy shouldn't work in the dealer he should write children books.

While examining the car, the staff called me to let me know there were a few other things that needed attention. They wanted my permission and gave me a price before they went ahead with the work. The service center is always kind and courteous. They just checked my TPMS light and made sure that everything was good to go for me and it was really quick too. The sales staff is great as well. They are always so kind when I walk through the dealership.

Not willing to warranty a Honda battery within the warranty period because they did not sell it and my wife had no recollection of where she got it. The battery was manufactured July 2010 and carries a three year full warranty! Here it is March 2012 and this shop won't honor the manufacturer's warranty. FAIL!

From the moment I set eyes on the white 2017 Honda Fit Ex , on Gwinnette Place Hondas Web Site , I received an SMS text . I accepted the SMS , am scheduled the earliest appointment . From then on everything went forward seamlessly .
Toni Samad met my brother , and I , and gave us a detailed synopsis of the Honda Fit , and answered any question we had . .
After test driving the car , I did the deal , and bought the car .
Toni Samad , and Robert Turner were amiable , caring , kind , very focused , and organized .
It was a pleasure to do business with Toni , and Robert .
After the sale was signed , and sealed , I drove my White Honda Fit EX home .

Special shout out to Sales Assoc Mansoor Butt and Sales Mgr Joseph Yim for making my new car purchase an outstanding experience.
I was going to pay cash for a new HR-V last week.
The only question was which Honda Dealer was going to give me the best drive out price.
Hats off to Gwinnett Place Honda for taking the challenge seriously and beating out 5 other dealers on price alone.

While I might not be sold on what car I am buying yet, I am sold on Gwinnett Place Honda.

I visited today and received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from Tyler Skinner and his manager Dustin.

They helped me with every question I had, never were pushy and provided me with some tasty Starbucks coffee.

When I buy my Ridgeline, it will certainly be from GPH!

I have never been in an accident and he walked me through every step. He had quick answers and great suggestions to streamline this unavoidable process .. Everyone has had rough experiences with car dealerships and salespeople. My experience at Gwinnett Place Honda was totally different than all my other visits to car dealerships. My salesperson Joseph Shin really helped me out and understood my needs and wants. He helped me get into my new Honda Accord Sport!

Hello David, thanks for reaching out to me. I am in the market for a preowned Honda CRV and i'd picked Gwinnet Place Honda to be the first stop for finding the perfect car.

We came in a little late on Friday night, with about 30 minutes to closing. The gentleman who worked with us on the sales team, was very nice. He showed us a few cars that fit out requirements (cost around 15k, reasonably low miles etc). The car we really liked was a Honda CRV 2011, with 40k miles or so. The cost price was 16,999 and this was a little above my budget but i asked the sales man what he could for me and how much flex was there in the car. He said he might be able to get 16,500 and I said I could do 15,500.. I was hoping we would end up somewhere in the middle or that the sales man or his manager might be able to work out a deal for us without either of us losing out. But that was not to be. The manager, I think, Ronnie was his name came and heard us out. All he said was a curt '16,990 is final'! No attempts to work with us, nothing to try to win our business, nothing. Just a curt '16990 is final'. So when you said you trusted that our needs were met courteously, the answer is a qualified yes. The salesman was courteous but thats more than I can say for your manager and his curtness. Not sure what we did that the manager felt we were not worth his time. I was ready to do 15,500 for the car and I would have paid in cash and picked up the car that night. But no, that was not to be. I'm not sure David, that I should return to your dealership after this. I'm still in the market, still walking around with cash but no car yet.

One of the best places to buy a car, quick, easy and trust worthy. I went in thinking to only look around and do a little eye shopping until I spoke to one of the sales men who by the way are all professional, courteous and willing to go above and beyond. I was lucky enough to find my sales men who not only showed me an amazing car but gave me a deal and got my wife's new car purchased and taken car of in only a few hours. With COVID precautions set, we still wanted to minimize contact with people so we worked with Michael Scott and manager Joseph Yim to select, negotiate price and apply for financing remotely. Michael and Joseph were very efficient and saved us a lot waiting time. With all the paperwork ready to go, we were able to walk into our appointment, sign all the paperwork, and drive out the lot within 1 hr! He made our purchase quick and pleasant, he took the time to go over all the features the vehicle offers and made sure we are comfortable with all of them before leaving the dealership. My car broke down in Atlanta my name is Timothy Smith I pulled into Gwinnett place Honda . I spoke to a very nice service rep named Rudolph. After a short analysis they told me what was wrong. Rudolph has the shuttle driver Carry us to the red lobster, eat and pick us up. They carried us to the hotel they picked us up the next morning and the car ready around 9 am did a wonderful job car runs better than it has in years thank you for your service Rudolph and the shuttle drivers.
