Jordan Bateman did an excellent job diagnosing, not one, but both our ac units. He was very professional and friendly, but yet very down to earth. I felt like he was genuinely invested in trying to provide the best quality of repair within as low of cost as he could. Although he provided me with all options, he seemed honest in what he thought would be most beneficial. I truly appreciated his honest down to earth (non pushy) demeanor, and all his hard work and time he invested trying to make sure he found the ac problems to come up with the best solution for our budget and situation.
