All I can say is Wow Roberto was FAST !! he called me literally after I submitted a inquiry on the website , he came all the way from St. Augustine to Oakleaf in 40min to come and talk about A ductless unit for my brand new home. I m so glad he came and I chose Griffin . I related to him well for our love of pit bulls , I have a puppy and he immediately went to my new blue pitbulls and stated he had one for 16yrs and recently put him down.
