Please note that this review is limited exclusively to the scheduling process with Griffin Service. I cannot attest to the actual quality of potential services performed. However, the poor rating is attributed to the fact that the company called less than an hour before the scheduled appointment to reschedule. This was disappointing and frustrating since I had to rearrange my schedule to be home for the service visit. Based on the positive reviews from other customers, I am disappointed that it did not work out.
