Griffin did an outstanding job of replacing my sorry C----r unit that was only seven years old. My new American Standard (Trane) was installed by a two man team exactly when they promised. They did an excellent job, and gave me an in-depth lesson as how to maximize it's performance. Altogether a great company to deal with
