Installation went as planned. Our AC went out on Tuesday. Kyle, the customer service representative arrived on Wednesday morning at 10AM. By 12PM we had a replacement contract in place. Thursday evening at 5PM both new units where cooling our home. Kyle was even able to give us a better price and warranty than a competing vendor. Installation technicians were respectful, friendly and very professional. Kyle and customer service personnel have all called to make sure everything was working properly and to make certain they had met our expectations. Fantastic, prompt customer service.
