returned to Global MINI for a "second date." This is to give me an opportunity to ask questions and have my car checked over and detailed. Mark Thompson scheduled the appointment and was available from that time on. Josh Pruitt was my services advisor. Both Mark and Josh were very personable and kept me up to date throughout my visit. It turned out there was a slight problem with the car's radiator, which kept me longer than expected. Josh explained everything, including the need for a second appointment, when they would provide me with a loaner car. Mark was available after the car was detailed to answer any questions. He followed up later with an email sending me links to apps that would be helpful to me and my MINI. Josh brought over Sergei Antipov at the end of my appointment. Sergei sold me the car in December of 2015 and is a delightful person. The entire experience was A1+.

After receiving increasingly bad service from a different Mini dealership, I decided to give Global Imports Mini service a try when my air conditioner stopped working. Josh was a great service manager, and was able to provide a loaner car, then work with the service technicians to quickly correct the problems. Josh provided me with regular updates on the status of my car, and I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of, as I often feel when seeking automobile repair service. This positive experience has renewed my love for driving and owning a mini, and has cemented that, when the time comes to upgrade to a newer model, Global Imports will be my dealer of choice.

Thinking about a MINI? Read this FIRST!!!!
I have been an owner and fan of the MINI and BMW products for a long time. I am now on my 3rd MINI Cooper S. With that as the backstory, I want to enlighten you, as a potential buyer ,to the sort of Brand Product Support and Customer Service you can expect with MINI. If they will treat me, as a current and prior owner of five BMW / MINI vehicles, you can imagine what it might be like if you re a first time buyer! My MINI Paceman S has developed a transmission shifting issue. The local dealer (who didn t sell me the car) advised the car was out of warranty BY 9 DAYS!!!! Even though the mileage was well below the limit and the car not abused (driven by a 59 year old woman), MINI has thus far, after a local and regional service underwriter review, has declined to cover the premature failure. It s hard to imagine a company with $10B annual revenue feels it necessary to squander customer good will, loyalty and tarnish the MINI Brand over 9 days of warranty coverage, but apparently so. I will keep you updated should things progress, but in the meantime, understand this is how you too can expect to be treated. Regards, Mark

What a good car buying experience! I went in for service and as soon as they brought a loaner out I knew that I was toast and would be leaving with new car I feel like everyone there was so kind and helpful and I will definitely sing their praises to anyone looking for a new MINI! I had a violent headache all day and MJ and Asif were so kind to find me some medicine. I feel like that little touch was the difference between a MINI dealership and just any old dealership. They (and Tyler) also did a great job at working out a deal that was beneficial to all parties. They really went above and beyond. Tyler was very friendly and personable and I loved how his office was decorated. We ended up naming the car Stormie because of the stormtrooper on his desk! I have to say, I used to work in a dealership so I am used to people who work in dealerships being sales people but at this dealership it is much different, they are just people trying to help you get in your dream car.

I brought in our new to us 2013 Cooper S for some 'close to the expiration' maintenance and dealt with Motoring Advisor Jermaine Duberry. He was very professional but most importantly he showed his expertise in a way that made me feel confident that he would take great care of my new baby. The car was done and ready to go at the time he had said it would be. This young man is a wonderful asset t to Global Imports MINI. You need to take good care of him to insure he stays with your company.

I bought my car from a mechanic friend knowing that it would require a new clutch and a new timing chain. This required the engine being removed. Despite the car having a "Service due in 5/2016" notification no other work appears to have been done besides changing the clutch and timing chain/tensioners. I never received any notification of other issues and the service light was never re-set.

Six weeks later I brought the car in for an inspection, in part to see what the service light was all about and in part because my mechanic friend told me that she it was probably time for a coolant flush. I dropped the car off, they said the car was due for an oil change, a micro filter change and a brake fluid change. In doing the oil change they found two large leaks which resulted in them needing to drop the subframe *again*.

While it is totally possible that these leaks didn't exist before the second visit, the car was only driven 8-10 times between visits and it appears that no other checks were performed during its initial visit. Additionally, the service due 5/2016 notification still appears.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Where do I start!!! I have been looking for the right MINI for me and my hubby for months...., I mean months. My hubby on a whim took me to this dealership, because he saw a Pewter Countryman S at a great price sitting on the lot.
In no ways was it our plan to move forward that particular day. We were greeted by Tyler, who was friendly and not pushy. He took us on test drive and that was it. Finance was wonderful, and Matt the Business Manager was out of sight!
I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a MINI.

However, just be prepared to be there all day!!

This was my first experience at Global Imports MINI. I went in for a brake repair and replaced two tires. At my request, Lon Miller escorted me down to the garage to talk with JJ, the mechanic working on my Cooper. JJ answered all my questions and provided some helpful advice about caring for my MINI. I appreciate Lon and JJ's professionalism and their willingness to go the extra mile for a new customer.

The service wasn't horrible but was really irritated by a few things. I made an appointment a week prior for a recall to be done. I explained and reiterated on the phone over 3 times to confirm all the information and concerns we went over about my visit. They assured me it would only take 1hr to do the service. I explained to them my fiance was expecting soon but due to circumstances would have to be with me that day and I couldn't have her up there that long including a 2 hour drive x2. Its also a 2 hour drive for me with no kickback for gas. So we arrive at dealership and first thing they tell me is it could take up to 2-3 hours despite what I was told on the phone. So I understand sometimes things take longer and that's fine but just be up front with me and I could have prepared or scheduled for another time. I will not be back to this dealer for any future mini cooper service

I am in from out of town and my check engine light came on. I brought my Mini Cooper S in and they did an inspection and solved the problem. They also let me know my brake pads were at 3.5mm, so I asked them to replace the front and rear pads and sensors. I picked up the car this morning and they had washed it and had it out front, ready to go. David was great and helped me throughout with clear and honest communication. Texting made it easy and convenient.

I've had an emotional attachment to MINI since I owned my first one in England 50 years ago. The driving experience and sophisticated options of the current versions (we bought a four-door hardtop with the premium and sport packages and the wired upgrade) convince me that we made an excellent choice. Although we live five hours away from Atlanta, we followed my brother's recommendation and began dealing with Rick Massey at Global Imports over a year ago. What a patient and personable man he is! A month ago we sold our Honda CR-V and were finally ready to buy. My wife researched the available options and asked Rick if he had what she wanted in her preferred color scheme. He found one several states away and had it transported to Global at their expense. The purchasing phase was pleasant with everyone involved proving themselves to be extremely knowledgeable and competent. We will be returning for the follow-up consultation in a couple of weeks to ensure that we are getting the full benefit of what a 2016 MINI can do. Based on our experiences to date, we have every reason to be optimistic that Global will continue to provide excellent service to us and our vehicle for many years to come.

My car looks great. However, the car was sent in for very minor damage to the back rear bumper - paint only. It took 2 weeks to complete the total repairs. Mini said that the time was due to parts being ordered. However, had they ordered the parts prior to taking my car, since it was drivable, I would assume that the repair time would have been quick. Thankfully the claim was uninsured motorist and insurance paid for my rental. Had it not, I would have been without a car for 2 weeks for a VERY MINOR repair. This entire process could have been much more efficient.

After having my 2005 Mini in for service, I was asked if I would be interested in selling my car by the dealer. I had reservations, thinking I would never get anywhere near what I wanted for the car. I made an appointment via phone through Jalyn who was extremely personable, friendly and answered all my questions prior to arriving. On the big day, Jalyn greeted me at the door and introduced me to Tyler Walton. We chatted about my car's history while he took notes, photos and started to prepare an offer. While the initial offer was below an estimate I had gotten from CarMax, I asked if they could do any better and that's when he really dug in. The process took some time, but he kept me well informed throughout my wait. In the end, they came back with a great offer and I signed off to sell. I can't say enough about all the employees I came in contact with from the receptionist to the finance manager. Most of all, Tyler...he really made me feel at home and truly understands the meaning of customer service. I know somewhere down the road I will own another Mini - such a fun, reliable car - and I'll be coming to see Tyler to make it happen!

I just moved from New York to Atlanta. During this period of travel and transition, I was upgraded to a Mini rental car on two occasions. I found the experience of driving a Mini completely pleasurable, even exciting; It is fun to drive, feels solid and safe, economical on gas and mileage, and surprisingly spacious.

Although not at all a car enthusiast, I was so impressed that I made a trip to Global Imports MINI to become more familiar with the different models and pricing to seriously consider buying once I moved to Atlanta. There, I met Mark Thomson who patiently introduced me to the various models, color and trim options and purchase and lease alternatives. Although my move to Atlanta would not be finalized for four or five months, Mark kept in touch with me presenting alternative available Minis. He is patient, thorough and has a caring and gentle style which I am sure reflects his caring and gentle nature. At no time during the five month period did I feel a sales pressure and, because of Mark's consistently staying in tough with me, did I consider other car options.

I finally purchased, with Mark's invaluable help, my first Mini. It is exactly the car I had wanted; model, trims, upgrades, pricing, payments, etc. it is as though Mark had made my wish come true without pressure and without forcing a compromise.

I am now driving my Mini and loving it. Without Mark's gentle perseverance and absence of hard sell pitch, I may very well have ended up with another vehicle and completely miss on the thrill of driving a Mini.

Regular maintenance check up went well. The car wash was severely lacking! Because I have luggage racks, the roof does not get clean, the tires were still dirty and they didn't even touch the inside with a vacuum. I left the car with them the whole day so they had ample time.

For a first time Mini owner, the staff was very professional. I was greeted and taken care of from the time I stepped out of my car. I have visited on several occasion in the past two weeks to service and buy parts for my older model Mini. Each visit is a pleasant experience. Great customer service skills from Mr. Jermaine in the service dept. Warm and friendly atmosphere. My only complaint is this is the closest dealer to me, which makes my drive 85 minutes in good traffic.

Let me just tell you from the moment she walked in I could not have asked for better customer service! My husband and I joined her inside and we were greeted humbly and graciously by the stores manager, as well as the General manager.
This was the easiest car buy you could ask for! My daughter was assisted by the general manager Marvin who was an absolute sweetheart, another manager Dean who went over the whole Mini inventory for my daughters exact list of options! and a sales expert MJ who drove around with her and made sure she got the exact car of her dreams!
! She couldn t make up her mind because all the cars are so cute !
Everyone was so patient, helpful, and most importantly honest!

I ve always had great experiences at this dealership with the service department. In particular Joshua is incredibly professional and very helpful. My last visit I thought I was going to have to pay for my battery to be replaced but he got it covered under warranty. He recommended an oil change as we were a little bit over since our last one and got me a coupon which cut the price of the oil change almost in half. I highly recommend this dealership for service. We bought our 2016 mini Cooper Clubman in Massachusetts so I have not dealt with the sales side.

We took delivery of a 2021 Mini Cooper Countryman from Global Imports Mini in Doraville, GA just a couple months ago. The sales experience was great and we were very pleased with the management of our custom order.

After about two months we discovered a tire was continually losing air pressure and could not find any sign of a road hazard. The service team at Global recommended we bring in the car for them to investigate. They too could not find evidence of any damage to the tire, but did find a miniscule leak when the tire was fully submerged in water.

Much to our surprise, Eric Davis, our service writer, and his manager decided to replace the tire at NO CHARGE. That's service above and beyond and is just one key reason we will return to Global for future service needs.

BUT SERVICE Dept Is another story. Bad experience with two of the three Service Advisors trying to sell you things that are not needed or also not supposedly covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. I can tell they are only as good as their leader the Service Manager. He must be pressuring them to lie or mislead the customer on unneeded flushes $149.99. Always not covered by warranty so it pure profit and commissions for staff. Please Service Department take notice your ruining the experience of owning a Mini and losing a sell or lease the next time.

. ***Mr Baker General Manager take notice you have some poor management dealings in the Service Dept. and future sales are going to decline for Global Mini if this continues. I really would hope you will take this info and find ways to fix. I want another Mini in 11 months but right now Ty is going to lose out on my next Mini because if some issues are not addressed soon I will go to another Mini Dealer.

Working with Alex was such a pleasure. She responded promptly to respond to all of my questions and is very knowledgable about the process. I ve never purchased a vehicle remotely until buying this Mini, and she made the process seamless. Raymond was fabulous as well. He brought the Mini to us with a smile and grace. He knew everything about the car, and was patient as I went through the learning process. He even took our picture when the deal was sealed, and all of our friends and family got to enjoy the moment as well. AND, I absolutely love my new Mini!

Horrible service department. Wife went in for and "no cost maintenance" oil change and left paying $185. Expect them to push services that are not covered under the "no cost maintenance". When I spoke to someone that was supposedly the service manager and asked if the $100 alignment was not covered, he said "tires aren't covered". Alignment is chassis / suspension, not tires. I would say the $59 tire balancing while pricey is more along the lines of a non covered tire part.... which they also sold her. The Service Adviser Lon Miller told my wife that if she didn't do these services she would have to replace the tires, not that it was recommended for best tire life which is way more accurate.

Top-notch service experience! Our Cooper S was due for scheduled service, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I unexpectedly showed up nearly an hour early, but my service advisor (Lon Miller) was totally on top of everything. I elected to wait on my car. The service department was finished in less time than promised, and they even washed the car before they brought it back around to me. The car is great, but the service and attitude at Global is even better.

I had by far the best car buying experience with Sergei Antipov. He is nice, professional, informative, and helpful. The entire buying process was smooth and delightful. Sergei helped us find the perfect car at the price we can afford. He patiently explained to us every details of the car after the transaction even though the dealer was already close. The finance department efficiently handled our paper works. We were well informed with all the finance and warrantee options with no pressure of buying any instantly.

The drama started on the third day I had my car. My kid left the rare door open when I was backing the car out of the garage. The rare driver door was pushed a little further back by the garage upright and can no long be close properly. It leaves a one inch gap on the top when close. I called the Global Imports collision center. Even though, the collision center was all booked up for this month, they were able to squeeze me in for an estimate.

I arrived about an hour before my appointment time due to the change of my schedule. Harrison Davis gave a warm welcome and offered me an instant estimate. Davis examined my car carefully and gave me his opinions. To be accurate, Davis called technician Mark Rodeck for a second opinions. Mark came out spent several minutes inspecting the damage and then some unbelievable things happened. Mark was able to adjust the door back to the right position with a couple of pushes and bends. I was charged nothing, not a penny, for getting the problem fixed instantly and Davis even offered a car wash to check if any leaking problem. I can t appreciate Mark and Davis enough for rescuing my new car buying experience. I have been pretty upset and disturbed for several days because of this incident and now I am a happy mini owner again. I highly recommend you try Global collision center before you go to anywhere for bodywork.

The guys at Global Collision Center and the work they did was phenomenal. I was skeptical about taking my car (body work) to a center referred by the dealership (in my case, Dyer and Dyer Volvo). I figured the work would be good but the price I was worried about. They quoted me more than 1/3 less than the quote I received at a commercial chain/competitor. Then they did the work and came in under the estimate. The work done was perfect and took them hardly any time at all. I am embarrassed to say that I've visited several collision centers in my days of driving.....but these guys beat them all by miles.

I found my dream Mini on Globals Website. I called and spoke with Dean. He was very friendly and listened to my wants and needs. After 15 minutes we had a deal! (I didn't even have to go in to the dealership) I went in the next day and was assisted by Quent. He spent almost 2 hours with me going over all points of my New Mini Cooper Countryman S Park Lane edition. The entire process was Awesome. Customer Service is alive and well. Thank you for an amazing experience. You have gained a Loyal Customer for life!

My review is for Mini KENNESAW, NOT GLOBAL MINI! i would NOT recommend Global Mini and I WOULD recommend Mini Kennesaw.

Mini Kennesaw was an excellent car buying experience in every way possible - from the customer service greeting from Emily, the initial set up with Randy, the new car manager, and the car delivery and set up with Sergei. I love my new Countryman hybrid! PS - I went to another Mini dealer in Atlanta and the experience was poor, so decided to buy from Mini Kennesaw even though 20 more miles from my house - I am glad I went to Kennesaw!
