seriously. At times the rain was sideways. But the engine light came on in my car and so I swung by to see about making an appointment for a service. When I found out that I would have to replace the thermostat, even though I still have a car payment AND it was not the first thing over the past 20,000 miles even...I had lost my faith in my car. I loved it, but it no longer had my trust.
Tyler Walton took me and my broken heart and tired spirit on. Even though it was close to six when I walked in, and the weather was absolutely terrible, AND I had left my wallet at home that morning, he took all the time in the world to make sure that I was taken of. I have to say that I did not feel like a customer. He treated me like a friend. I told him what I wanted and I never doubted we would find something. And what mattered just as much...he offered me a ride home so I did not have to worry about that either. I got home at 10:30 having signed all the paperwork on a beautiful black Cooper S that had been waiting for me so long that it was a manager special. Fantastic deal. And Dean, the sales manager, offered me a fair price on my trade. I never felt hassled or disrespected. It was a great experience from beginning to end, even though at times we had to wait for the rain to ease up so we could have a safe test drive. Global had a bad reputation with me before from when they were in Marietta. They crew there now won me back and that is not an easy thing to do. Thank you Tyler!!

I waited to put the review up to see whether the dealership would rectify my problem. I went into the dealership to have my Mini hook up to the system to see why certain lights come on. Like the engine and brake light. Which cost 100.00. That s all I was going in to do but while there Josh advise me that I needed an oil change I was not sure why since the car wasn t advising me to have one but I got the oil change anyways.
When I drive the car it s slow to pick up this was an issue that I ve had which was another reason for the diagnostics test. I was tired of every time I go in they say nothing is wrong but I felt like the car doesn t ride right.
Once my car was completed I drove 10 miles from the dealership. I could hear a thumping noise not sure what it was and not thinking it would be anything since just leaving the dealership closer I get to my house which was another 15 miles the tire blows. I called the dealership to share with them that my tire blew and the repersentative on the phone suggest I hit a pot hole of which I knew I didn t but it was my word against theirs. So I had to buy a new tire and the way the tire is broke from the inside of the rim I know it wasn t a pot hole. But I was driving so I already knew that.
Well it s been a week since that tire was replace why did the same exact thing happen to the same tire the same way. I ve called and left a message because they d don t answer the phone with the service manager, Josh and the customer service line and no one has gotten back to me with and any responsibility nor concern.
Needless to say I won t be back at this Mini. Dealership and I will take my complaint all the way up the chain if need be.
Service was fast and efficient. I even shopped around for the service I needed and was surprised that the dealership was competitive with other local shops. My car has been running smooth since the fix. Would recommend.
The only reason I can really tell you about the cars is because I was going in there for a job. Honestly the place is amazing. Whoever came up with the idea of how this building is suppose to look inside and out has great taste. Amazing dealership for sure.
Josh at Global Imports on Peachtree Industrial Blvd, is amazing. He always greets me with a smile and takes care of my Mini as if it were his own. I will never ever go anywhere else again. I made the mistake of buying the Countryman from Rick Hendrix Mini in Buford. There's a world of difference between the 2 dealerships with regard to customer service and sales. Will never buy another car from them. Global Imports is the place to go and I will tell everyone I meet who's looking to buy a car to go there. These guys are the STANDARDS of professionalism. I came in off the street, with a desire for a great deal, I didn't get a great deal, I got the BEST deal. From MJ Dawson, to Rick (with a full beard) to Dean Wilson, and finally the GM Marvin Sibert,Jr., the staff is BAR NONE...friendly, professional, determined, are words that still don't describe my experience, as it was beyond fair and favorable. I went to buy a car, they came to please a customer... they stayed waayyyy past their bed times! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday an amazing one!

Haha this was so unexpected but I was sold a car without being given a sales pitch or feeling pressured. The entire decision was based on a conversation between two people and I enjoyed the whole process. I was recommended to get my Volvo fixed here from Dyer and Dyer on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. I had damage to a rear door of my suv caused by a pole that ended up being more severe than expected. The original time estimate from Global was 5 weeks because they had to go through my insurance. I don't know where the hold up or lack of communication was (whether the insurance or Global) but it took 8 weeks! They finally gave me a loaner vehicle after I gave a serious complaint to the manager at 7 1/2 weeks. When I got the vehicle returned, it looked brand new and I was happy with the job.
My rating is purely based off of the insane amount of time that it took them to complete the job. Based off of this time frame as well, I probably wouldn't use them again because of it. I expect a collision shop to get me fixed and on the road within a 2 week period. For it taking 8 weeks, you would have thought I totaled my car. It really was only a scrape on the door and bottom rail piece out of alignment. I would hate to see how long it takes for someone that really has a bad car accident to get their car from them. I did see that they had some bad reviews, but I didn't take warning. Take warning, they will DEFINITELY have your car much longer than expected.

Great service advisors, and knowledgable service people. I had changed out my battery with a new one after 9 years, and did not know that my ECU needed to be reset. The team at t he dealer was great, and while I was there I had them do an oil change and an EFI injection service. The car runs like new, and I think based on how reliable the car has been, this was only my second "repair" service in 9 years.

I leased a mini back in 2014, and then bought one in 2017. All the service are done by this dealership. However, what happened to me today disturbed me. I brought my car for its annual service and when asked what service I need, I told the service staff (Sergei) what I was told by another service staff (Eric) last time I visited. Somehow, it hurt his ego or something, he got mad and claims he didn t understand what I was talking about. A few minutes later, he checked the system and came to the same conclusion as Eric. While Eric is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Sergei seems to think it s ok to lash out at customers, maybe he thinks he can get away with it because I am a small Asian woman. Whatever reasons he has, it s not acceptable and it s unprofessional to say the least. A woman shouldn t have to be accompanied by her husband to get respected at a dealership. I appreciate what Eric does for his customers, and I hope good work gets recognized at Global Mini. At the same time, I am calling out bad behavior and expect it to be addressed promptly.
Went for a test drive. and the sales rep was being just a stereotypical used car salesman... I asked what is the difference between JCW and Cooper S, he said the JCW is a great car and its very popular and they have great financing options... asked again what's the difference in performance.. he said the JCW has distinct and sporting appearance...
They also tried to sell me on add on seat cleaners and vehicle tracking for $600 !!!!!
I told him I will think about it and come back if interested. Looking at the negative feedback here, I am glad I walked away.

Sergi walked my wife and I through all the features and how they functioned. The financing was a piece of cake. Really happy with our purchase. I plan on buying another mini for my daughter.
I just bought my first Mini from Global Imports Mini and had a great experience with Sergei who sold me the car. He has a lot of knowledge and was very helpful. I didn't feel pushed to buy a car like in other dealerships. He understood what I wanted and my budget. I'm glad I bought my Mini from a Mini dealership. Other dealerships selling Mini couldn't answer some of my questions about the Mini they were trying to sell me. I added the maintenance warranty and the rims and tires warranty which are totally worthy. Sergei put me in contact with Chad their graphic designer contractor who added stripes on my car to give it a new look. It was easy to set up an appointment with Chad and get the job done.

I have purchased many autos in my adult life. With that said; I've NEVER experienced the level of professionalism and customer service that I received at Global Imports MINI! First of all I never owned a MINI but as of yesterday I do! I couldn't be more thrilled. Being in the Finance business I expected your typical auto purchase experience. To my surprise I received the exact opposite. From the moment I walked in the door my Motoring Advisor Tyler Walton introduced himself. He listened, gently led me, gave me incredible intel into the World of MINI's. Tyler is without a doubt the "Model" Salesperson! Other's should take note of his precise skills. I had my financing wrapped up prior to arriving to the dealership yesterday so that I could easily walk in and out. Then the "un-expected happened". I met Matt Starrett (Finance Manager). I found him to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. I randomly asked him if he thought the finance deal I had put together was a good one and he simply asked me if I had 5 minutes? I said yes and within 15 minutes I was walking out the door saving TONS of hard earned $$. The only reason is that Matt Starrett took the time to care about a consumer like me! The experienced was "topped off" by having the pleasure to meet the new General Manager of Global Imports MINI Dave Baker. What a Professional and true Gentleman. I without any reservations suggest that if you are even remotely considering this class of vehicle...you owe it to yourself to look up this Team! I would do it all over again! Thank you seems inadequate but I'm deeply grateful for my own personal buying experience with Global Imports MINI. Thank you Tyler, Matt, and Dave for making the difference!

I purchased my wife a new 2013 Mini Hardtop last summer and we have now had our first service experience. So far it has been terrible and insulting. Last Friday afternoon we were traveling north on GA 400 past the NS Marta station when the passenger side window EXPLODED! My wife was driving and I was in the passenger seat, now covered with broken glass. Glass on the floor, next to the seat and some in the pocket of my jacket. We decided to head to Global Imports to get the car repaired. Many were surprised to see what happened. The service manager began to imply the we did something wrong and they would not cover the repair under the manufacture's warrant. I pointed out new chips in the paint that are consistent with flying glass, the service manager insisted it was road rash. There are no other marks on the car other that those. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and their service department should repair the car at the manufacture's expense. Blame the customer is not a good approach, it is very insulting. The story is not over yet. The car is due to be fixed this week, on my wife's birthday. I am looking forward to giving her back as a gift covered by warrant. To be continued.
As you will see in the following response, the repair was covered as a warrant item. I did some research on the subject and inquired a group of automotive enthusiast to learn more. After conversations and email communications a positive resolution occurred. I thanked them for working this out.
As always the Service at Global Imports MINI has been superb. I recently purchased my MINI from them, and was in to have its first service done. They had no problem fitting me in to the service schedule since I did not make an appointment. They were quick to take care of my car and were very friendly about the visit there. I would recommend them to any one that asked. My Service Advisor was Lon Miller, who was Excellent! And Sergai Antipov my sales person greeted me and had a great conversation even though the sales process had been gone. This friendly atmosphere is one of the most appealing reasons that I would recommond Global Imports MINI.

Brought the car in for a known issue with certain models, control arm bushings. They fixed it under warranty as well as 2 other major items. They provided a nice loaner while they had my car for a week. They also cleaned my car which was very dirty! Thank you for going the extra mile Global Mini.

I bought a car at this dealer last night and let me share with you how pleasure the experience was!! First, my salesman Peter Pham is very knowledgeable, courteous and honest! He treated me with respect as a customer so I am sure that he would treat other customers with the same respect! Second, both of the sale and business managers Asif and Matt were also pleasant to deal with! There was no sale pressure at all so I felt comfortable to do business with them! I have purchased two Minis from Global since 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience both times. Even service visits are worth the 2 hour drive it takes me. The experience of purchasing a motor from a specialty showroom such as Global Mini is an experience unmatched by conventional "car dealerships". Our Motoring Advisor Colleen Kelly and all of the staff we dealt with during our latest purchase were top notch and genuinely caring of my wife and I getting exactly the Mini she wanted. I highly recommend Mini Cooper motorcars and Global Imports Mini. They are both genuinely special experiences.
Returned recently to have a warranty service performed and it was of course once more worth the 2 hour drive. I was greeted by Lon Miller, whom I know well from past service visits and he was familiar from the moment I opened the door with who I was and why I was there. My service matter was an overnight job and I was given a nice loaner to make the trip home and return trip comfortable. It was a Countryman, which I have never test driven so I had a good long test drive of a different Mini. Mr. Miller was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If I didn't live 2 hours away I would go ahead and retire from my job and try to get on with this team! Good show again Global Imports Mini!!

Global Imports is as funky as the cars they sell. It is a very nicely appointed dealership which strives to satisfy their customers. If u like mini's u'll love their showroom. Thank goodness there are some lively and energetic employees to balance out others on the staff that are a little less friendly, such as Gary the service manager. Conversing with him was about as interesting as talking to an arrogant stump. The Parts department is an after thought, split between a desk upstairs while the real department resides downstairs. This probably works for the majority of customer who just need servicing and repairs, but ackward if you need a part. But, the important point is that it apparently works for the management. All in all it is a great little dealership. If you have to drive a car it might as well b a fun one. DB

I loved my buying experience at Global Imports MINI. I was looking at cars at other dealerships and visited MINI a little more on a whim. Alex, my motor advisor, was wonderful - informative, relaxed and clearly loved MINI Coopers (she's always driven them!). I test drove a pre-owned electric blue hardtop MINI and fell in love. The great interaction with the team there (thanks Alex and Dean!) made the choice to buy it all the easier. Highly recommend.
Jahir is the man!!! So is Eric Davis. I dropped my 2017 JCW convertible off on Tuesday morning and Jahir went over it with a fine tooth comb and fixed everything that was wrong with it. Eric made sure I had a FREE loaner car and by the end of the day, my ride was ready to rock.
I dropped of the loaner and picked up my car and couldn't be more satisfied.

I took my car to Global Import Mini because my check engine light came on. I knew that I was due for my 75,000 mi maintenance - so I was just hoping it was due to that. I took my car in, authorized an oil change and brake flush & they quickly got me a loaner mini and sent me on my way. I was super happy leaving with the loaner mini. They called me 2 days later letting me know that besides the $400 in maintenance I authorized - I also need a timing chain kit, solenoid valve and something else. Totaling $4,200. I can't afford this. Service suggested that I talk to sales and get a new car with a warranty. I DON"T WANT A NEW CAR. I LOVE MY CAR. I ended up taking my car to another place - and all I needed was an oil change. My check engine light came on because I was low on oil. I feel like Global Imports Mini lied to me in order to get me to buy a new car. I heard dealerships do this - but always hoped that it was a myth. It makes me sad that people conduct business in this manner.

This is a great dealership! I just bought a used Mini and the process was much easier and more pleasant then experiences I've had in the past. This location came highly recommended from a colleague and she was right to send me there.
Quent Jordan was a very relaxed, non-pushy salesman. When we realized the car I had seen online was at another location, he had it brought over. When I ultimately picked another car, there were no complaints about the work he'd done with the first one, just positivity. The financial piece was done VERY quickly compared to other car-buying experiences I've had, and he was cool with texting information back and forth when I couldn't be there in person or make calls from work. He also was happy to answer questions not related to the sale from my gearhead boyfriend who just likes to talk cars.
Overall, this is a nice and comfortable place. The selection on the lot is great and the staff is friendly and helpful and not the pushy, tricky stereotype of a car salesman. I'd definitely go back and I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a Mini.
The visit was 5 and a half HOURS. And all I was going in to check was a broken auxiliary port. They first charge $160 for some diagnosis. They come back with the incorrect diagnosis that nothing is wrong with the aux port. I have to walk down there and show them that yes, something is wrong. They agree. They come back with an estimation of $2700 in costs for necessary maintenance, saying my oil is leaking severely. I decline all of these services, But agree to the insane $400 charge to fix the aux port. There are never oil spots under my car when parking - the claims that I had a severe oil leak were pure bogus, and I ve since put a clean cardboard box under my car every day to monitor whether I have an oil leak. Not a thing. They were about to charge me $2700 for nothing. Regarding the aux port - my car comes back totally unchanged. Zero fix for the aux port. I tell them I m not paying for that, and after taking 5.5 hours to fix the aux port, they magically take 15 minutes to put the original port back in because I refused to pay for the service, just because it was almost closing time for them. Zero respect for my time. I have lost an IMMENSE amount of respect for mini after this terrible experience, and will avoid having my car serviced at mini dealerships for the foreseeable future, now that I know how little they can be trusted.
The customer service is stellar and it doesn't drop off after you've purchased a vehicle.

I just acquired our third Mini Cooper convertible from Global Imports Mini. When I drive the car, it makes me smile. It is a happy car. When I've had to get service on either of the prior 2 Mini's, it's been a delight to take the car in for service at Global Imports Mini. And each time we've purchased a Mini, the purchasing experience has been delightful. This time we worked with Sergei Antipov (our sales person) and with Tylor Walton (in finance). What a super-easy purchase experience
I've leased two Mini Coopers through Global Imports in Atlanta, and they are by far the most professional of any car dealership I've dealt with. The service team, in particular, is very responsive, friendly and they take care of business. Not that you have a lot of problems with a Mini, but even routine maintenance (covered under warranty for first three years!) is a breeze at Global Imports. Highly recommend the car and this dealership!

Purchasing a Mini Cooper S was not in our plans for that day, we merely went to look at the vehicles and learn more. The open, comfortable dialogue, demos and pressure-less experience gave us the opportunity to build our own excitement and propelled us to make a purchase that very day.
I had bought a used mini of 2007 from Nissan dealer on Nov 29th of 2013. On the first few hours after I bought that car to home, there was a leak in radiator and engine. I literally got it diagnosed by a technician on the same day of purchase spending all the way $105. Came to know there is a serious problem in radiator and it need to be replaced at any cost. I was totally depressed and called back the dealer and complained regarding the leaks. Nissan dealer promptly took back the car and promised to get it fixed. Later came to know dealer has authorized global imports MINI to get it fixed. In fact Global imports has eye washed the Nissan dealer and have billed Nissan that they have done perfect work for radiator. But in fact again coolant has started leaking and coolant tank is draining out since December 2nd week itself. Absolutely Global imports have cheated me and Nissan.

The sales person gave us the feeling that we were a bother to his life... and my 15 yr old knew more about the Mini than the sales person did. Incredibly disappointed in #GlobalImports
The process and customer service was excellent in my buying experience. Salesperson (Mr. Raymond Ezeagwu) was very knowledgeable, and understood our specific needs and wants in the buying process. He also worked with us toward our buying price target. This is the best MINI dealer on this side of the country. It has wonderful new inventory and can pull in inventory from all over the East Coast. Highly highly recommended car buying experience.
If I could give it more than 5, I would. This is my second Mini and will not be my last. They are by far the nicest, most lovely people in their industry. I have never left without a smile on my face. Ask for Sergei Antipov or Matt Starrett. They professional but still super fun. The service guys are brilliant. Whomever runs the departments must have the gift of not only hiring competent but nice people. They nail the dismount every time. Now I must motor! What are you waiting for?

I was highly aggitated to learn you can only recieve incentives on this car essentially if you have owned one of them or a BMW or if you are a recent college graduate or are currently in college. Hey it is there buisness but how do you grow your buisness with the business model. My wife was set on a Mini but when we learned this it off our list. My daughter was also contemplating buying one so 2 potential sales lost. It seems as if yall are not interested in selling to blue collar people. I own 5 vehicles 4 of the 5 more expensive that the Mini we were looking at so it is a decision based on mind set and not a financial decision. Just seems a little crazy to me but to each his own.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Went in looking to finally get my dream car and was not disappointed. Wonderful experience and Michael Drew made me feel like I was buying a car with an old friend. Michael was knowledgeable and honest. He listened to all my concerns and I left confident in my decision. I did a trade in and the process was seamless. Financing was very helpful in explaining all my options. Will definitely be coming back for my next car!
They always provide great service! But this time i was a little disappointed.
I had a problem with a tire (and i have insurance on them, as they recommended) and took the car to Global Mini for the regular maintenance at the same time. The tire was replaced, but, they didn't even cared to put the new tire parallel to the other new tire i had replaced few months ago. Now, i have 2 new tires on one side, and this is making the car to pull in one direction pretty strong.
I understand that this is a tire rotation issue, but it made me disappointed with them since is such a basic issue and i am surprised they didn't gave it a thought.

The service staff at Global Mini is excellent. Lon is always friendly, efficient and accommodating. He gets you checked in quickly, answers any questions and keeps you informed during the service process if there is information you need to know. When checking you out he takes the time to explain all the charges in a clear and concise manner. I highly recommend them for your Mini service.

We love our Mini! Sergei and Matt were both a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales, simply gave us what we needed and found the Cooperman we wanted. We appreciated how Sergei accommodated our schedule and was patient and knowledgeable during the walkthrough after purchase. He even invited us back for a second walkthrough the next day with our daughter. Thanks to Global Imports for bringing fun into our driving experience.

Don't get in a situation to have your car serviced. Understaffed and impossible to get a service person on the phone to answer questions. Love the car but mores hires are needed. These guys/gals are running themselves to death. Impossible to give good customer service under the circumstance.
