Three tries and Global Imports MINI still can t properly diagnose and fix my ongoing engine problem. Their suggestion? Keep your gas tank at least half full with quality fuel. Seriously, that s the issue? Well, can I get my $300 back then?!?!

Worst experience ever. We waited 3 hours for a brake job only for them to tell us that they didn't have the parts. They were closing and told us to come back next week. The manager never called to apologize since he was absent on the weekend. I love my Mini but going in for service is a hassle especially when you have to drive an hour on way to get to the dealership. Again, we waited 3 hours for brake job and got an oil change.

/ scheduled maintenance. When I called to schedule the service and described to issue I was having on my roadster Josh diagnosed the problem and got me in the next morning. His diagnosis was confirmed and the problem was corrected quickly, so I was back on the road in just a couple of hours. Thanks for always doing exactly what you say you will do!!!!!!!!

I've been to Global several times and have always had a a very pleasant experience. The service guys are very nice and address any problems I've had. I see a few other people complaining and one even acknowledging they must have had a unique experience but I cant imagine they really got the treatment they "claim" they did. Some people will never be happy no matter what is done for them, so I'll use there complaints as unhelpful.

I had written a less than happy review 4 days ago, however, since then, Global MINI Imports has turned things around. After going back and fourth to get my car fixed I was distrusted of their knowledge and capacity to solve the issues, it was just a lot of time that was being taken of my day to get the car fixed, and a lot of money gone with every visit. After verbalizing my frustration, Global MINI has taken the time to explain in detail the issues with my car, reviewed the quote they had given me before and applied a discount towards it. They were flexible with providing a loner car and coming to pick it up, as time was a big issue for me on this process. They also kept the car an extra day to make sure no other issues would arise and fixed a side light I've been meaning to get changed without me asking nor charging. The only reason they're not getting a 5 star is obviously because of the issues in the beginning. However they do make it up to you and they hear you when you express your frustrations. Throughout this entire process Desmond was very professional and willing to help, always trying to make it up to me even though it wasn't him who dropped the ball. I'll trust him with my car again.

We weren't sure it was "the one" at first, but after the test drive and some conversation, we did know that we wanted to buy our next vehicle from Tyler Walton. After a month long search, we finally found THE one; a minivan, at the MINI dealership, ironically. We were so grateful for his thoughtful listening. He asked all the right questions in just the right way to make us feel so comfortable walking through the car buying process with him. The numerous awards on the back of his desk are well deserved and we wish him much more success in the future. If you want to walk out of a dealership without any buyer's remorse, Tyler is your guy. Thank you so much to Tyler Walton and Global Imports MINI for working with us to find just the right fit in vehicle and financing. we are VERY pleased.

Lonnie has always been helpful as to explaining any needed repairs and helping schedule such based upon the budget of the Church and severity of the issue. Moreover, he has proactively kept our interests in mind by scheduling good times for our service visits.

Moreover, he has been very effective in communicating with our extended warranty carrier, National Auto Division, so to have them pay for covered items.

I am appreciative of your personal efforts to maintain an excellent repertoire between your customers and your firm.

Absolutely amazing experience. They listened to everything I wanted, didn't pressure me at all, and made sure I was happy. Peter was a joy, especially. He kept me abreast of what was happening every step of the way. From my car being built, to it being on the ship, to its arrival in GA, and finally letting me know it was at the dealership. He not only called my cell but he made sure to email and text too, so that I would know immediately. And when I couldn't pick it up that day, he sent me picture and video updates. I'm just saying. It's really anxiety producing to order a car and just hope everything's okay and having to leave it to someone else. It was just amazing that Peter always supplied me with information and are sure I knew exactly what was going on. He went above and beyond. I am so thankful to him and the rest of the staff. I have never been happier with a purchase.

I took my car in for service and the problem still exist. The body shop also worked on it after it was vandalized and it now leaks when it rains. If I take it back it'll be the third time in 3 months.
This place isn't the best deal for the money. Expensive and doesn't fix anything.

After researching everything "mini" for almost a year, I finally purchased a 2016 "Volcanic Orange" 4-door MINI Cooper S Hardtop from Lynn Moore this past Saturday. I couldn't be happier with the car or the customer service I received from Lynn and the rest of the team.

I was extremely impressed with the atmosphere at the dealership. I walked in, excited to buy, but dreading "the process." I never felt under pressure to buy, I looked at just about every MINI on site, and Lynn was available to answer all my questions.

When I finally decided on a MINI, the sales manager made the process of negotiating the price for both the new car and trade-in easy, and in my opinion, very fair. The finance manager thoroughly explained all the paperwork I needed to sign, and the value of the extended warranty without pressuring me to buy it.

Global Mini is relaxed, friendly, and fun. How many dealerships have a disco ball in the showroom?
If you want a car that's fun to drive, fun to customize, and looks great, I would highly recommend visiting Lynn Moore at Global Imports MINI.

UPDATE 02/29/16: I went back to the dealership on 2/26/16 for what they call their "Second Date." It's your chance to follow up with any questions or concerns. Mark Thomson was my motoring advisor and did an outstanding job at answering the few questions I had after my first week of driving my new MINI. I also received a very nice MINI gift bag, as well as some nice discounts from Joe in parts (a great guy!) for some accessories I wanted. So far, I couldn't be happier with my experience from the entire Global team.

My wife found there was a bubble on the front left tier. It's the first time we visited the service sector of Global Import MINI, I felt very good about the service provided by Lon. He's very professional and nice. The tier was replaced in an hour, and the expense is 0, because we bought the additional tier warranty. I'm very satisfied.

I had a great experience with the service department at Global. Lon discussed everything in detail (and in terms I understood) that needed to be done, was very friendly, and even gave me updates as I waited. Sometimes 2 hours can feel like MUCH longer when you're waiting, but the seats were comfortable, they had K cup coffee, and everytime I picked my head up from my book to look around it seemed like they noticed and Lon came back with an update. I don't know much about cars, but I feel good leaving my service in the hands of Global - they tell me what needs to be done and why it's necessary.

I went for a Countryman preview event. Not only did the sales guy never talk to me when I arrived, he sent me the incorrect information for the event. I arrived an hour early and waited for the food and beverages to be served. The beverages were 2 liters, and the food was crappy "hor d'oeuvres". Not only that, they had a kid walking around with the "hor d'oeuvres" plate. My husband and I left 20 minutes into the event. This wasn't the first time we've been frustrated with Global either. I will never go back here, even if they have the perfect Mini that I want.

This is a great dealership. I had a good experience when I purchased my mini and when I had to take it in for a recall fix, it was a breeze. I made the appointment, they confirmed appointment with me the day prior, they organized a loaner and called me when the car was ready. Not only did they address the recall issue but they serviced my car because it was nearly due for a service, which meant I didn t have to return again. They also made small fixes which they noticed. Apart from really loving my Mini Clubman, I recommend this dealership. The staff are amazing and very, very professional. Thumbs up to Lon Miller for looking after me so well

Jermaine was the best service agent that I've the pleasure of doing business with there. I will be honest and say I had a few bad experience there in the past, but I was trying to give them another try. Jermaine was detailed and let me know the status of my car. I was there a bit longer than I expected, but there was a minor detail that took a while longer and Jermaine took the time to explain what it was and reassure me that he took care of it. He deserves a 5 star. I am only giving a 4 star because service mechanic did not reset my service indicator for when i needed to change my oil again.

Buying a car is big decision. I had to be completely sure about my choice and I had to love the car because I plan to keep for several years. I test drove many other makes and kept coming back to Mini. I made several visits to Global Mini over a long period of time. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to Tyler and Peter for all their time helping me figure out the best car for me. I test drove many possible options and finally found the perfect car, the Cooper Clubman 2016, which I am thrilled with. The staff at Global Mini are a great team. We closed the deal with Sergei Antipov. Sergei was awesome! He is so caring, and made sure I felt great about the car and the overall process. The managers and Sergei stayed very late helping us and I was able to take my new Clubman home the same night. Sergei Antipov is a wonderful motoring advisor. Sergei made it my absolute favorite car purchasing experience!!

I bought a used Mini Cooper S from another non-Mini dealership. Within a week I had problems with water leaking in the trunk after a hard rain and the dash gauge cluster quit working. Both issues were taken care of by Global Mini. Lon was my service adviser and he got my car in and taken care of very quickly. He was very pleasant and helpful. Global Mini will be my first stop for all my Mini needs in the future. I can highly recommend their service department

If I could give zero stars... I would but this wasn't an option. My husband was surprising me with a MINI (something I have always wanted) and also get my daughter one... That is two purchases. He had found the Oxford package and discovered that it was a package for college students that have graduated within the last year. If we, as adults in our 40's, who are probably paying for their college education, want to purchase this vehicle... was going to be an additional $6200!!!! The salesman said they had other discounts they could give, like if we owned a BMW with in certain period of time and other ridiculous things we could qualify for a discount. To me they are saying that if we don't conform to their requirements then we aren't worthy to own one of their vehicles. So while the "working class" has to work... we also get penalized for working. Just an FYI we have 5 vehicles in our home ALL worth more than the "mini" so money was the "issue". I guess I'll go look at the Fiat Spider. Terrible service... terrible company.

David Roman was my point of contact at Mini Cooper on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Atlanta. From Start to finish he gave me daily updates about what was going on with my car and worked very closely with my warranty company to make sure all covered charges were covered. He worked hard to help me secure a loaner Mini Cooper car so that I would have transportation while my vehicle was being fixed. This was such a great experience that I will be buying a brand new Mini Cooper in a few weeks from that same dealership.

While I absolutely love my Mini, the collision and service department has extremely poor communication. If you try and call, you immediately get told to push 1 for service..2 for sales.... 3 for parts.... the one and only way to get an answer is to push 2- sales! Shocker! There is no voicemail- so when you push 1 for service, you end up in a vicious loop that goes no where. I dropped my car off on Wednesday for collision repair- they never called me! I finally called on Friday and after leaving a message with direct line to Ivis, I received a call back. Ivis was professional, friendly, and my car looks fantastic but.... communication STINKS! My car was not ready until Wednesday and I had to call and ask if it was ready- no call, no text, no email- until after my car.

Fantastic service. Sergei was great, taking care of our car quickly and professionally despite our not having an appointment. Our battery went dead and we needed it fixed/replaced immediately. We walked in without an appointment around noon, but Sergei greeted us promptly, diagnosed the issue, and promised to have the car ready by the end of the day. Got a text around 4pm informing us that the car was ready for pickup. When we got there, it was waiting out front, freshly washed. Sergei handed us the key, informed us that it was a warranty repair so no charge to us, and we were quickly on our way. Top-notch, professional service from start to end.

After reviewing my car history, he referred me to Josh for further assistance. As always Josh (Pruitt) was awesome! My appointment (verbal) was followed up with an email and calendar invite. When I arrived I was expected and treated accordingly. Loaner agreed upon at the outset was processed speedily. Received email when work was done and again, speedy exchange of keys and paperwork.
Work was performed to satisfaction, and follow-up was excellent.
Only rub was getting there for 7AM appointment, no sign pointing to anything open and one gets the impression the place is closed. All else was great!

There is only one place to purchase your next Mini and that is Global Imports in Atlanta and the only sales person to ask for is Sergei Antipov. I am now on my 8th Mini and have been very pleased with the service that I have received. Sergei always makes sure that I am taken care of, and when working with me he devotes all his attention and time with me. I love my new Mini and I love Global Imports MINI. Thanks every one in Atlanta, my car arrived right on time, now sitting in my driveway. Love all you guys especially Sergei.

Global Imports is a 5 star customer service experience. From our salesman, Andre, to the Sales Manager, Asif, to Tyler who handled paperwork. We purchased a pre-owned Lexus ES350 with explanation it had been checked out with the service department and this pleased us more than other dealers who simply put their pre-owned autos on the their lot without verifying conditions. If we were interested in purchasing a Mini, Global Imports would be our preferred choice. Thanks to all at Global who made our transaction smooth and worry free!

I bought the car in December it was a certified pre own with 27000 miles. I got a service notification for the oil change and when I went to the dealer a quote of 600$ has been presented to me. The reason is that at 30000 miles there are some service that needs to be done. That s not what I expect when I buy a CPO I expect that you sell a car with 27000 miles with this service already done. I changed just the oil and they provided a complimentary car cleaning it at least that s what was written in the received because the car was not really clean. Not sure I ll go there again for a service or to buy a car.

Let me preface this review by saying I can be a bit more demanding than the average consumer. My profession allows me to see the business bottom line and then work towards the consumers' bottom line for resolution. So I expect the same from any business. That being said, Global Imports Mini of Peachtree Industrial has exceeded my expectations on EVERY visit except one. And even on that one occasion I was still pleased with the effort and kindness they showed. If they quote you something, they will honor it. You can trust their word. And that is so important to me. Jermaine Duberry and Josh are absolutely wonderful and make me me feel valued. Josh ensured that my warranty was honored and answered a million questions about specifics within my warranty. Jermaine asks about my family EVERY time he sees me. We share anecdotes about family and life which makes the visit feel personal and genuine because that's just who he is. Because of their kindness and dedication to service, I will continue to be a customer and recommend this location to others.

I absolutely love the awesome customer service that we get on our visits to Global! Ericka (the cashier & phone receptionist) is excellent! She always gives service with a smile and it helps that has a great phone voice! Desmond (my service advisor) is outstanding! He's a perfect combination of personality, product knowledge, and professionalism! He's the BEST!!! Kevin (the ASE Tech) is amazingly knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain problems and solutions; I trust his advisement and his credibility is admirable! Chris, who looked at my convertible top, is a manager with the kind of passion that shows how prideful he is about his work!
