I have bought my last two mini cooper's from Globa...

I have bought my last two mini cooper's from Global. My first experience was great. I dealt with Phil and he was the greatest. He made me feel comfortable and like I was part of his family when buying my car. My second experience was not like that at all...and I mean AT ALL!! I went in to test drive a roadster but the sales person would not even let me look at them. I was told I would be getting $1700 back on my trade in and it took 4 months and several calls to get $400. When questioned about this matter I was told I was wrong and nobody ever said I was getting that much back. It was a horrible experience and def made me dislike the Mini I was driving.

The sales person called my place of work several times (after I asked him not to call the office) demanding I take the survey after purchasing my car. I took the survey to just get the calls to stop.

I could go on about the sales team at global but I will stop...trust me if you want a Mini I would look elsewhere.

The service department is not much better. Again I could go into a long rant about the service department but really all I need to say is this....I took my car in for service June 2015 everything was great. Flash forward to September 2015...I took my car to another mini dealership for a recall come to find out I had several recalls that were from 2014. The disregard of a safety recall at a dealership is something I cannot stand for.

Until the management takes control of their business I will not be stepping foot on Global's property. I would much rather drive out of my way and go to the Mall of Ga Mini where the treat you like family and not just a dollar sign.

Global Mini service is by far the best experience I've had since owning a car. I'm always greeted like family and my service advisor Lon Miller is the greatest. My car is always ready when promised. I highly recommend this dealership for service.

Took mini me in for an oil change, front end alignment and flush. Mini me was ready in an hour and 45 minutes.

Great service and wonderful people! Fast, easy and done well. I had all my oil changes included with my Mini Lease so got a 10,000 mile oil change and purchased a tire rotation and balance ($59). They also did a free wash and vacuum. Most everything was great. Only issue was getting in touch with service department to make an appointment wasn't the easiest thing. But eventually they made it very easy when they got back in touch with me. Might want a digital appointment calendar. That would have made it much easier than calling in and trying to get on with the service team (although i did call late in the day(5pm) after work everytime) .

Took my 2015 Hardtop 4 Door in to get a checkup before a road trip and service advisor was out that day due to a sporting accident so the advisor working Eric Davis was helping me out. There was a big service that was coming up in a couple of months but the system said to do the spark plug replace, microfilter replace, and oil change service. I had not planned on staying more than maybe an hour or two. Eric got the MINI down to the shop, asked them to get it all done as quickly as possible. Took about 2.5 hours but now not only has the car been checked over but has new plugs, oil change and microfilter.

In the last two years I have had my Mini serviced four times at Global Mini, and was never advised that I needed an oil change. My red oil icon - do not drive - came on, and I was almost completely out of oil, well below the minimum line. My technician is no longer employed by Mini, so I called and emailed the service manager. He did not reply to either attempt. I am moving on to Kennesaw Mini. This could have been a very serious situation, and I am appalled by the poor service and response.

Initially it was a great experience. I was shown a variety of cars and there was no hassle in price. The issue became when Floyd Holloway over promised and under delivered. He promised to drop the vehicle off at my home the same day of purchase, it did not happen. Floyd was not transparent about the process of delivery and appeared more focus on the deal. He told me the vehicle would be delivered the following day and again poor communication and it was not. He gave me $50 for my time; however, he still failed to keep his promise of delivery. In the beginning of the sale he indicated he could be reached on his cellphone if I had issues, I texted Floyd several days after the sale and I haven t received a response as of yet. I went to the dealership and Asif Dossani, James Hall, and Chris Bramblett took care of the issue immediately. I m enjoy the vehicle but unhappy as to how I was treated after the sale was finalized by Floyd .

Awesome service department, have been coming to them for years for our two (now down to one) MINIs. Not the high pressure "you need every service under the sun and your vehicle has numerous issues" service department. They finish on time or sooner.

Terrible experience. Service advisor was fine but they scheduled dent guy to come at time of appointment and I waited over an hour only to find out he was just leaving and would be another hour or so. So I left really mad. They called to schedule him today again. He never showed up or called.

I had my first visit with Global Imports Mini just the other day and it was a great experience. I was there for just a standard oil change, and the service was great. Jermaine Duberry helped me and was totally awesome. I definitely recommend talking to him when you go in, he is very helpful. He even went out of his way to help answer questions for me. I would highly recommend using Global Imports Mini services.

My wife and I just purchased our new Mini last week and our salesman, Sergei, made the event so enjoyable. He drives a Mini himself so he knows the car backward and forward. He was very accommodating with allowing us to take a lot of his time in 3 visits, as we test drove several different Minis on the lot, ran the math on different purchases, and then asked a gazillion questions as this was our first Mini purchase. He always gave us the full disclosure as far as what features he liked and didn't like, and although I'm a salesman myself, I never once felt that he was leading us astray. We walked away with a great deal on a Certified Pre-owned Countryman and are very happy with our purchase. He was simply a pleasure to deal with, and I cannot recommend him enough.

I bought a 2018 Mini Cooper from Global Imports last year, and it's due for service. Try finding a phone number to call service, or get through to them in any timely manner. It's been a frustrating experience trying to get through to the service department, and no, I don't want to sign up for emails from Global Imports. I'm going somewhere for service that will actually provide service.

Unbelievably poor service. Just drove 2.5 hours to pick up a part that I was told over the phone was put aside for me, just to be told that the part was previously reserved for another customer when I arrived. An entire work day and the better part of a tank of gas wasted. Absolutely unacceptable. Just another reason why I'm about done with this brand.

I'd been wanting a MINI for a while and had been planning to buy a car in about six months, but when my car died unexpectedly, I decided to consider buying a MINI then. I went to the dealership planning to just explore and consider my options, and Sergei did an outstanding job of helping me find the MINI that fit what I wanted and worked for my budget. I absolutely love my MINI (it's a MINI Cooper 4 door, hardtop), and my only regret is not buying one sooner! The service I received at Global MINI, especially Sergei's help, made a hectic time much easier.

The best thing about the dealership was NO PRESSURE. They didn't lean on me for extended warranties, service plans, or any add-ons. Purchased the MINI (the exact one I wanted--red, manual, stripes, etc.) for the pre-agreed upon price. Jonathan, our salesperson, and Marvin, the manager, are really low-key, cool dudes.

I was searching for a particular car for 2 weeks. Visited many local dealerships and had several negotiations that fell short.
Then the required car was located at Global Imports Mini on Peachtree Industrial.
I have never seen anyone better at their jobs, than people I've met there.
They were fast, to the point and no BS.
Outstanding service. In/out in under 2 hours !!!!
We'll see if the car (its used) will be OK in the long term, but people and service at this dealer were exceptional. Specifically Rick ! Ask for him !

This was not my typical experience at Global Mini. I ve had lots of good experiences with two Minis. Normally they would easily get 5 stars, but not this time. I needed a clutch replacement and two new tires. It took a week longer than they estimated to finish the work (2 week s total), and though I was told the car had been washed and vacuumed neither had been done. I hope they re back on their game next time.

I've owned 4 Mini Coopers since 2002, best auto on the road in my experience. Global Imports is the best dealership in the ATL metro area, and Lon Miller is a superb service adviser! As for sales, you can't beat the deals Sergei Antipov can put together for you as he's excellent at customer service getting you the best fairest price available!

I posted a previous review a year ago unhappy with the customer service in the parts dept. I decided to give them another shot last week and spent $315 with Paul. I also stated I had a large order as my daughter had wrecked her R56 but would prefer to email that list to simplify the process. Paul provided his email and I sent him the info that evening. I did not hear anything the following day so the next day I called to be sure he received it and he stated I might can get to it late today but will probably be the next day so I asked if doing business and helping customers is more important than inventory? Paul replied yes right now the inventory is more important I was floored...and still several days later have received no response.
So I sent the list to Mall of Ga mini and they had it processed in 30 min spending the $2462.99 with them. Global needs to take some lessons from the Hendrick group.

I received a next day appointment at a time that worked around my schedule. Josh and the staff around him took our Mini in immediately, promised it back in under two hours, transported my wife and I to a shopping area for our wait, then picked us up when the Mini was ready.
Outstanding service, clear explanation of everything that was done. Then the Mini was cleaned inside and out. The Mini continues to impress me and a lot of people that I know and meet.

I greatly appreciated the relaxed environment. Everyone that I encountered was very professional I didn't feel a sense of pressure to make a decision. Rick Massey was my salesperson and I must say that his attentiveness and level of commitment to help get me through the whole process smoothly,took the car buying experience to an all time high. My previous car buying experience at other car dealerships left me feeling somewhat disappointed and frustrated.

Had a great experience while buying car at this place. Highly recommend Quent Jordan. He spent lots of hours and days (I visited at least during 4 different days) providing me information about cars, current and on going deals and events, as well as other questions related and unrelated to cars. Zero stars is my true rating. Had my 2015 X3 front headlight repaired at Global Mini Collision in Chamblee. Worst experience ever... don't know where to begin. While my insurance repair order called for the headlight replacement to be BMW OEM parts AND the advisor in charge of/overseeing the repairs ASSURED me they would be.... guess what... nope! When I came to pick up my vehicle 2 WEEKS LATER, had I not ASK them to FIND the advisor to check over my vehicle with me for the repair completion (you read that right...had to ASK please FIND the Advisor and review my vehicle) I would not have identified that they DID NOT use BMW OEM parts for my headlight! While it was BLATANTLY OBVIOUS, I POINTED IT OUT TO THE ADVISOR! His response was "oh man, they grabbed the wrong part". Whatever trevor, in this case travis.. As if that wasn't enough, when I asked why didn't he check the repair before he said it was ready for pickup, he responded "I was too busy, I have a lot going on." I lost it. I live wayyy on the opposite side of ATL and had to return the following week to wait a few hours for the correct OEM headlight replacement. I've been a customer since 2006..Global's service has reached an all time low. Trust not and question EVERYTHING BECAUSE YOU'RE PAYING FOR IT! IT being ALL the customers Global has lost and continuing to lose..we're paying through the nose to make up Global's loss! Not good folks, not good. I love my ultimate driving machine but it's time to go in search of.

After leaving the Kennesaw Mini and having a terrible experience there, I went to Global Imports Mini! I was approached by Peter, who was very patient and helpful and made sure I was happy with the vehicle that I chose. He showed me all the features that the vehicle had, and kept me updated throughout the day of the purchase, due to work I wasn't able to go to the dealership but Peter did everything for me I provided all the documents and all I had to do was show up and sign. I definitely recommend this dealership they have a variety of vehicles and especially if you're just starting and trying to build your credit up they will help you get approved!!!! :)

I loved our experience at Global Imports Mini. From the website showing inventory to driving off the lot with a new Mini, everything was great. Mark Thomson was great to work with and truly worked as a partner to help us find what we wanted. It was a very "no pressure" relationship. They have a great selection of new and certified Mini's so it was not hard to find just what we were looking for. If you haven't looked at a Mini, do so...they are bigger and offer more for your money than you might think. And when you look, call Mark Thomson at Global Imports. You'll be glad you did.

Once again, Josh Pruitt and the team at Global Imports Mini were outstanding! My check engine light came on late yesterday afternoon. Within 24 hours, Josh was able to get me an appointment, diagnosis my issue, and even get my vehicle fully repaired! He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and I felt at ease by him taking the time to explain the issues and how they should be resolved. I recently moved to a different town that has a local Mini Cooper dealer, but I still make the extra drive to come see Josh and his team because of their exceptional customer service and professionalism. I always feel like I'm in good hands with the team at Global Imports Mini, and they make being a Mini Cooper driver that more enjoyable!

I'm getting service at this dealership over 4 years and always having good service. I moved to Marietta and once got service at nearest dealership, then I knew I made a mistake. Since then, I am willing travel another minutes and miles to be back to Global Imports Mini.
My Service adviser Josh is always nice and professional.
Well I am also playing a role of after service in international motor company, I can clearly tell the level of service here.

By far the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I found my dream Mini Countryman and had the pleasure of working with Sergei Antipov (motoring advisor). I right away felt I was with the best salesman in the dealership and that was confirmed because he took his time with me and walked me through the whole process making it a smooth purchase.

Global Import Mini Service Department is terrible, I brought my 08 Clubman in for a brake job and I got the car back and a light low brake fluid light came on and brought the car back and when I told the guy at the desk he just said it was low on windshield fluid was low don't worry about it. I know I was there near closing time but REALLY ... he didn't even go look at the light. Took it to a service station down the road and the guy topped off my brake fluid and didn't charge me for it. Never using their service department again.

I recently took my 2013 MINI hardtop in for routine services. Again, the waiting area is comfortable and there is plenty of MINI eye candy filling the showroom for my viewing pleasure. There's free wifi and coffee.

My service advisor, Lon Miller, took great care to check in with me and give me status updates on my car. Service completed, courtesy check on oil & air pressure completed, and my Hobbes was washed, vacuumed, and returned to me.

My car has been in to Global Imports MINI for various maintenance and warrantee service, with each experience being the same - the work was done right the first time within a reasonable amount of time!
