The greatest experience leasing a car I have ever had. In my whole life. Fun experience. Love my Mini. Kudos to Ty.!

BUT SERVICE Dept Is another story. Bad experience with two of the three Service Advisors trying to sell you things that are not needed or also not supposedly covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. I can tell they are only as good as their leader the Service Manager. He must be pressuring them to lie or mislead the customer on unneeded flushes $149.99. Always not covered by warranty so it pure profit and commissions for staff. Please Service Department take notice your ruining the experience of owning a Mini and losing a sell or lease the next time.

. ***Mr Baker General Manager take notice you have some poor management dealings in the Service Dept. and future sales are going to decline for Global Mini if this continues. I really would hope you will take this info and find ways to fix. I want another Mini in 11 months but right now Ty is going to lose out on my next Mini because if some issues are not addressed soon I will go to another Mini Dealer.
