Gum on top of the back of desk chair, sock next to bed, coat hanging in closet yet when we checked in & blood on down comforter on bed next to window. Water pressure in shower was poor. Knob to switch water from tub to shower was broke. Juice machine was out of order. Orange juice in carton & apple juice were less than desirable. Tables should be cleaned in breakfast area in between patrons.
Horrible experience. Will NEVER stay here again!!! First, the outside stunk so bad like manure. Garbage was overflowing outside of hotel for the whole weekend I was there. Dirty and unkept. Hotel itself is outdated which is ok. But, tub was cracked and pieces coming off and shower head had a leak or was broken. Every time is was turned on, top of shower head had a leak that would spray onto the ceiling which would then cause almost everything is small bathroom to get wet. Then... checked sheets on bed. DISGUSTING!!! stains on sheets and comforter. Looked like pee stains and what appeared to be big poop marks. Not stains. I called front desk and informed them and told them I needed new sheets. He then said that I needed to go down to get them because there was no one there at that time (11:10pm) and he couldn't leave front desk unattended. REALLY?!?!? I was already in my PJ's and upset. Sent my kids down to get sheets and told them to tell the man I needed a new comforter as well because comforter had big poop stain as well. I wish I would've taken pictures. I was just so upset! The kids came back with two fitted sheets the man gave them and he said there was no comforters. REALLY?!?!? I could not sleep. Uncomfortable the whole night and just wanted to get out of there. I expected more for the price they charged and I paid! Very dissatisfied!! Never again. I do not understand how this hotel has 3.6 stars. DISGUSTING and horrible service! It should be ZERO stars!
This hotel was just okay. The carpet in the hallway needed attention. The front desk seemed short staffed. The room was clean and things worked properly. The breakfast was very good.
It's a basic hotel that is showing it's age. Some TLC would improve it especially the bathrooms. Only one way in and out so don't miss it! Clean rooms and a good breakfast which improves the rating for me.

Recently my wife and I stayed here and were charged $100 for incidentals not only on my credit card they also changed my bank account and they will not refund my money this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at don't stay here.

Rooms are ok. Sink and set up is really nice but the bathroom is so small, the bathtub has paint peeling from it, the shower curtain is dark brown stained(it s a white curtain) and doesn t look clean. The beds aren t that comfortable but it s a convenient location and low price. Stay wasn t bad but i would definitely pick another hotel over this one.
This place was terrible the customer service was terrible no body wore mask while working there, the room was terrible stained sheets the floor comming apart, and even the towels stained. But, the best part is I lost my debit card and the "manager" wouldn't let me go look mind you i just left 5 min prior and after a lil uprise she brought me up wouldn't let me look she had to and of course she walks in looks around doesn't check anything and told her where to look and she shakes her head just tells me I can't look and takes me number the cleaning ppl weren't even there yet worst experience ever. O ya and drugs everywhere every one staying there was doing something insane dont waste your time id rather sleep in a dog crate then here thumbs down

The rooms don't look as nice as the stock photos, but you can tell they've been updated recently. Better lighting in the room, and water pressure from the shower would've been nice. The temperature outside was below freezing all week, but the heat and hot water inside worked great. The front desk staff was friendly, and housekeeping did their job without asking. This hotel is within walking distance, or a very short drive, to an indoor water park, Dutch Wonderland, Walmart, Tanger Outlets, and several restaurants. Best of all, the affordable rate made our stay a great value. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Very bad hotel. Not upto the standards. Have stayed at the various quality inns in different states and I am sure this is the worst one I have stayed so far. The rooms are very dirty and the showers don't work in the room. Had a difficult time not being able to take a shower after a 10 hour long drive. Terrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone and don't think I will ever stay at Quality Inn again as I feel its just like taking a chance with quality and cleanliness.

Some things have taken place I've had to b a motel bumm, they charge too much no breakfast as they say over the convid, now we needed bathroom paper the other day . I had to get my own due to not having any, myself I avoid the desk people as much as possible. Getting out for leaving us horrible traffic sucks during the day.
Woman at front desk was either very intoxicated or very incompetent. Perhaps both. The hallway smells. Room was decent. Get what you pay for.

Comfy stay for a night. Hotel is a little outdated and could do with a touch up but good location (close to restaurants and the Tanger Outlets) and good facilities (gym, free breakfast and free parking). Pet friendly ($15 charge per night)
Rooms are modest but clean and comfortable. General maintenance (not housekeeping, but actual property upkeep) was a little lacking. For example, the room had a tub that had been resurfaced and the resurface was coming off in chunks. Windows fogged up when air conditioning was turned on. My particular room smelled like someone had smoked in it and stayed with a dog. Keys repetitively lost charge daily. There was ample parking. Location was convenient and property was easy to find. Staff was friendly.

It was a comfortable and slightly clean stay. I say slightly because we did encounter a few hiccups with cleanliness. Our bedsheets were stained with what I'm sure were blood and drool stains. yuck. As soon as we requested for new sheets they were replaced..however, we were given new stained sheets. Not necessarily cleaner than the first ones.
The wood laminated floors felt wet, sticky and uncleaned, but we never complained about it. We spent most of our days out of the room anyway. The overnight was comfortable and quiet. All in all, we had a decent stay for the price. However, I wouldn't stay here more than 2 nights and will not be returning nor do I recommend it.
It's a convenient location for the price!
The building and hallway itself was dark and smelled of cigarettes. The entrance to the rooms is in the rear of the building. Not an inviting entrance. We didn't have their breakfast which was included, instead we went to cracker barrel which was 5minutes away and HIGHLY recommend it! If you're on a budget visiting, not super picky, and spending your days out of the room then go for it. Just dont expect much. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Management needs to address the cleanliness of the rooms and perhaps a new paint job, especially in the bathrooms. Paint was chipping along the door way.

Front desk was understaffed and unresponsive. They put someone with obvious mobility isses as far from the elevator as possible. NO handicap parking. Floor was not carpeted, which is not bad but the laminate floor was badly installed. Bathroom had issues. Opened suplies in room. Someone's black hair was all over. If you are used to Quality Inn, this will disappoint. Bed was comfortable but sagged to the middle

Do yourself a favor and skip this disgusting hotel. Decided to book this hotel because we ve stayed here in the past with out a problem. Today however, as we were checking in the manager and front desk clerk we re not wearing there mask. They also seem to be very upset about house keeping. They whispered back and forth but eventually got quiet. My husband and I went to our room to find the room had not been cleaned. It looked like they came in and took the dirty sheets and made the bed to make it appear clean. I check all the sheets and every single last one was dirty or stained. My husband and I left to go talk to the receptionist. As we were heading there we heard 2 employees screaming at the top of their lungs at each other. My husband did not feel safe and we decided to check out. Very disappointed and will not be staying ever again.

Rooms need to be updated. Unclean, rugs need to be steamed or replaced. Towels need to be replaced, seems the detergent use does not do the job. Guest bathroom need to be cleaned with more scrubbing agent. Bed sheets need to the replaced old stains and worn out. Damaged rugs in stairway. Air condition need service. Noise could be heard from neighboring rooms. Pile of towels in hallway from Thursday night until Sunday morning. Will not stay again.

Older hotel that was semi-updated. Nice lobby, friendly staff, clean rooms. Room looked like amateur installed flooring. Breakfast area could be bigger with more seating. Can be tricky turning in and out from highway. For the price, ok.
I stayed here with my family for one night, everything was clean and the price was reasonable, I would stay again if I had to go back.
People are nice .... The rooms are not cleaned well at all found things on the walls had to scrub out tub before use. Oh and the manager owner, kicked a cat and went into peoples rooms before they could answer the doors. I heard more then a few times that people were getting their money charged more then one time out of their accounts.

This hotel has been rated 3.7 at a glance I would rate it a 2. Once I got to my room the tub was filthy (see pics) had not been clean. Bed dressing was not fresh and sink not clean. I prepaid for this room through RCI which I am truly surprised they use this establishment in their network. I am here for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook which is located 15 min from the sports complex and my suggestion is...find another hotel.

Cheap room with decent quality when all other hotels were sold out. Hotel did not answer the phone when called but I was in the area so I stopped by. Breakfast was par for the course eggs, sausage, cereal, DIY waffles, and bread.

Only the lady at the front desk was exceptional. She was very accommodating at least someone had a good work ethic...My first room smelled, sheets were on inside out and everything was wrinkled. I was given another room...could see the owner does not keep up with maintenance ie. Leaky faucets, painting when needed,repairing torn baseboards...will not go back to find out if anything was fixed.
Their hot breakfast a hot mess...terrible eggs,pre-made with black spots in them and some kind of hash that tasted like a taco...not my choice for a first meal. I was glad for the waffle and yogurt...even with that the batter was dripping out in large amounts.

Very loud overall. Paper thin walls. Was like sharing a room with 20 people. Lots of traffic noise as well. You could hear when a car would start in the parking lot.
We had a very nice stay here over the weekend with extended family who were all together for our niece's wedding! We booked a total of 5 rooms. All the rooms were very clean and the manager was very accomodating, letting us use the breakfast room for a gathering place to visit when we all arrived after the wedding! She even made sure we had plenty of coffee! The breakfast looked and smelled nice. We actually had other plans for breakfast so didn't stay for it but enjoyed a bagel w/ cream cheese and coffee early. It's not a fancy place but clean and fresh with cheerful service means more to us!
Please this place has no leadership organization, workers smoke all the time,some stuffs sleeping around with clients, dirty rooms,dusty rooms, stained bedsheets n blankets, workers complaining about their money,a clients complaining of bedbugs, please management do something. You need a structured leadership n plan for your business/workers.
I stayed here on July 4th with my children. As we were walking to our room I noticed the hallways wrte muggy and humid because they didn't have the air conditioning on. By the time I got to my room I had to take a shower cause of sweating. I showered and then began to hangout with my children waiting for fireworks. I noticed myself iching alot and felt like I was getting bit by something. Didn't really pay to much attention till I came home and realized I had little bit e marks all over me. The next day when I got off work and came home. I sat down n noticed big welt marks on the back of my calf's. After doing research I found out they were cause by bed bugs. I had to comoletely disinfect my house, clothing, blankets everything. I will never stay here again. It's disgusting

I cant even rate this cause it was Nasty it looks nice on the outside but BEWARE!!!!!!The first room we got was not clean. floors were nasty and the carpets were not even vacuumed. They changed us into another room and it had the smell of death in it and all the floors had not been mopped.The tables and desk were dirty..And the cloth chair looked like it had cum stains on it..went and bought cleaners and rags ,Cleaned the tables,desk, chair and the floors on my hands and knees and the smell never went away.When i spoke with the General Manager he said"Well this is not the best hotel" I mean really? Stay away from here! TRUST ME!!!! The fleas and ticks have not left the building fans!!!!!
