Would not budge on price....Luckily trade in value was ok enough to compensate. Sales rep Mark Dawson,though personable, I did not come out of deal feeling like I was taken care of. I asked about the 90 day deferment being offered almost everywhere and I wasn't even told I was not supposedly qualified for this until signing on the dotted line...."Oh my bad" was the salesman's response for why I wasn't told about this important bit of information. Also concerned that my credit rating was supposedly some 30 points lower than my actual report resulting in a higher interest rate being offered....The sales manager did apologize the next day about the deferment issue... I'm still not sure how that changes anything....I don't think I will return for business.

Had an multi accruing issue with my Mini which was frustrating, but thankfully was able to be issued a loaner vehicle while being repaired. Global covered the 2nd deductible of our 3rd party warranty due to 2nd repair taking longer then originally quoted which we're not excepting but grateful to the curious jester. For a dealer to care that much of a customer, I'm only going to take my Mini there to be serviced.

The cost of repairs was reasonable. We would definitely come back to Global Imports MINI for our future needs. I choose Global Imports because I live in Chattano...

I choose Global Imports because I live in Chattanooga, TN where there isn't a mini dealership and it is near family in Atlanta. The service was friendly and took care of multiple car issues and a recall promptly. Took it in on a Saturday and picked it up later that day. I did not expect to get everything taken care of in only one appointment. Global Imports exceeded my expectations!! I will continue to use them to service my Mini Cooper!

I love Global Imports MINI. I bought my convertible Cooper S in 2010, and I've had excellent service from the dealership since Day 1. I have my very own service agent, Chris, who is amazing -- he even gave me his cell phone number. And they always do their best to give me an accurate time on when oil changes and tire changes will be done, or get me in a loaner car. They service is what you'd expect from a luxury brand, for a fun sports car!

Had a great experience buying a use Porsche from these guys. Raymond the sales rep was responsive to my texts, open and honest to deal with and overall a great sales person. This was a long distance sale, where I never even saw the car until they delivered it to me! Could not be happier with my purchase and would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

The whole process was ok , however when I went to pick up my vehicle , front desk asked me to pay $2800 and I knew that Insurance company did/will take care of it . I ask the lady to double check and see if Insurance com sent the check to me? Then she did figure out that Insurance Company already paid you guys ! I am glad I did make her to double check . My rare sensors were working before accident and I did notice they are not working yesterday , I called the body shop and I have been told that I have to pay $500 to get it fixed which I am going to talk to my lawyer about it . Other than that everything else was good .

I had a bad experience here and do not recommend any service here . There s is lot of disconnect between the staff . It took them 2 weeks just to appraise the car but at the time of dropping the car they told we will appraise it with in 24 hours and give a call . No one responded in these two weeks .I went to the dealership and could not get back the car as the service dept had the keys and they are not available. And I don t have car for 2 weeks and I had to shed the money for Uber and Lyft . On top of it I had to pay 150$ for diagnosing the car . And after all this happened , they did not understand what took time to just appraise the car and they were always taking about paying that 150 bucks rather than understanding the problem . Finally I lost the patience and paid the bills and took my car back . And then went to Car Max , they appraised it with in 20 mins and sold my car to them

I just want to give a special shout out to one of your employees named John Beck. The reason I want to recognize him is for him finding my wallet on the ground outside on the ground near the the service department on 12/26/2018. I did not even know that I had lost my wallet at the time he returned it to me. This just shows that he is a very honest person and there is still good honest people in the world. He is definitely a employee that your company should be proud to have in your organization.

I'm not sure if you are allowed to choose your service representative or if you are suppose to accept the next available person, but that's exactly what I have found myself doing. I will only deal with Josh. Not because the others are any less knowledgeable, but simply because he is a people person and we talk every time I come in. He actually cares about his customers and that to me is the one thing in customer service that you cannot teach someone. Keep up the fantastic work Josh.

After having a completely dreadful experience at M...

After having a completely dreadful experience at MINI of Kennesaw, I decided to brave more traffic and headed to Global Imports MINI to get my vehicle looked at.

Not only did Desmond come out with me and inspect my vehicle before checking it in (I was concerned about some road debris that I had come into contact with earlier that week), but they had THREE options to allow me to continue with my day away from the dealership.

The best option for me ended up being a 2018 Cooper S loaner vehicle that drove like a dream while my own MINI was being worked on.

So, not only did I have a quality repair and a clean vehicle when I returned, but I was able to continue my workday without interruption, and drive a fun model that seriously is making me consider upgrading. Way to keep that brand loyalty alive, Global Imports!

If you want a MINI, go see Tyler Walton. I got my Countyman from him last year and he is everything that you want in a MINI representative. Just a very fun, chill, and professional guy that kind of embodies the spirit and uniqueness of MINI. He made the experience great for me and my family, and even stayed involved well past the sale.

I've been to other MINI dealers in the area and around the country. I have yet to be as impressed as I am with Tyler and the rest of the team at this dealership.

I just wanted to take time to write that even though I've purchased my car over a month ago, I continue to receive great service from the mini team. My second date, which was facilitated by Mark Thomson, was very informative and helpful in getting me more acquainted with my new countryman. Mark was personable and answered all of my questions, even the ones that probably should have been common sense. Most recently, when I brought my car in for a wash I was greeted with the same level of professionalism and care. Their consistency leads me to believe that I have made a good investment.

I have had my Mimi the Mini since 2013 and Global imports has always been super helpful and great to deal with for my service. My car has been amazingly reliable, and their regular service visits help keep her healthy and on the go. Their staff is always a pleasure to deal with, straight forward, and I do nothing more than hand over my keys to them and viola the car is ready.

For me, the service level matched the new MINI Cooper S, which is hard to do because it now incorporates BMW technology and has more HP. As I told Mark, the service level is so good that it actually impacts your decision on what type of car you want to buy (i.e. MINI or another brand). Keep it guys...!

Nice quiet waiting area with great coffee maker. Good wash of my Mini, and I was good to go! Love your service department, and keep buying from you (5 Minis in 11 years) because of it. Also had a great sales experience on our latest purchase from John Beck and Tyler Walton doing the finance.

I just dropped my MINI, Lyudmila, off and it was so quick to get in and do the paperwork then get in the loaner and be on my way. Granted, I arrived right as they opened so they weren't busy, but I could tell they have good organization and are very efficient in general. Will miss Lyudmila but am fully confident they will be able to fix the issue she is having and have her back to me as soon as possible.

We purchased two mini's from this place and while their Sales Dept was fair, I believe their Service Dept is horrible and if this rating scale had negative digits I would not hesitate to give them the lowest number in all categories. Their service is horrible and their prices are much much higher than their only competitors in Atlanta (MINI of South Atlanta). I will admit that Chris in the service department is genuinely an awesome guy, but the rest of their team suck!

We had so many issues with them but this last one really did it for us. Both of our cars had a knocking noise that we complained about very early on, but they advised it was normal. Sure enough as soon as warranty was no longer in place the timing chain tensioner went bad and had to be replaced. They quoted me $2,400 to replace it and advised it could not be covered by the warranty. I had no luck speaking with BMW directly when attempting to resolve this issue.

Finally, I contacted Scott at MINI of South Atlanta and without hesitation he mentioned he would try and help me out. Besides for the towing cost, Scott managed to get it all covered by BMW and I didn't pay a single dollar.

I am now in the process of selling/trading both of my Mini coopers being that this was just one of the many issues I have had in the past 4 years. I am completely dissatisfied with both the quality of the car but most importantly the service I received at Global Imports MINI!

He spent a lot of time with me, showing me all the cool things my Countryman can do. Service repairs are ridiculously priced. Took my vehicle there on warranty for brakes two hour drive. They changed the pads but wouldn't replace rotors. I told them that no self-respecting mechanic would ever put new pads on rotors in that condition. They said that unless they were "broken" they weren't allowed to replace them. I asked to speak to the manager, they said he was on vacation and no one else had authority.

Worthwhile experience. The team at Global MINI are not sales people, they are people people.From the moment my father and I walked in the door until we picked up the vehicle, this team ensured a VIP experience. We were greeted by Business Manager Jonathan, while being led through the sales process by John. Prior to completing the finance process, which was impeccably handled by Alex, we were offered food by one of the other team members!. We felt valued and appreciated. The process from beginning to end was seamless and actually enjoyable. I was impressed by their professionalism and polish. Highly recommend.

Worst service department ever. Do not expect them...

Worst service department ever. Do not expect them to tell you what actually needs to be done. Went in for a "service" light. Was told I needed an oil change now, & alignment, and tires balancing was overdue by 500 miles. I had previously had body work done (which took 2 weeks longer than they estimated because they broke one of the parts, costing me another 2 weeks in rental car fees) and asked why they didn't say anything when it was just there. Was told body work was separate from service, and that the alignment and balance was absolutely necessary. After getting the alignment report... of pretty much nothing being wrong, they went ahead and charged me $185 for 2 services that were completely unnecessary. Which I never would have approved if they hadn't lied saying it had to be done. Don't know why I would expect them to be honest after the body shop incident. Unfortunate since their sales people are great, but they've completely lost my trust.

This was my first service/maintenance visit to a Mini dealer. It was truly a great experience, although it took quite a bit of time (only reason for the 4 stars). I was able to make an online appointment on Saturday for a Monday service visit. I do not live in Atlanta and was visiting family and found this dealership very nearby. Service was excellent and though I have the hood to trunk coverage, the price of my service which was not covered was on sale. Thanks Global Imports for a GREAT experience and WONDERFUL customer service!

Of course I wasn't planning to buy- but then Sergei showed my the dark blue Cooper S with the pretty white stripes. It was love at first sight. Sergei was great- friendly, personable, attentive and not at all pushy. The overall experience of buying a car ranks up there generally with getting a root canal, but this was not my experience with Sergei, Matt and the rest of the Global Mini team. The place was cool and inviting, and everyone that I encountered was very friendly.

Followed up on my wife's service today - apparently the car actually needed oil and needs rear brakes but instead was sold a battery and battery "programming" (to replace a 3 month old battery) a brake fluid flush, a coolant system flush, and other undecipherable items. $12 shy of $1K we're still $600 short of the car having the correct service. Make sure you have them actually explain all the upcharges they are including and calling "required".

My first experience with GI Mini was a 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. They did their best to make it right so I went back. This time when I went in for an oil change I was told I had a nail in one tire and thread bare tire that needed to be rotated. I was told it wold be $450. I left with only an oil change at my request and went elsewhere because of the outrageous price they were asking for the spontaneous work. The place I went to removed the nail, and said the tire was holding air. Also the tires that were threadbare were good for another 6,000 miles. Left without spending a dime. Really disappointed/pissed off that Mini tried to hustle me.

In general , this place is okay. I brought my Mini...

In general , this place is okay. I brought my Mini here for a check-up because of the engine sign was on, the guy in the front was friendly and I only waited for 1.5 hrs from 7 to 8:30 am before they told me there's something wrong with the wiring with the water temp sensor which caused the engine sign malfunction. Another hour later, they said there was an accident when they tried to replace the water temp sensor, a small fire sparked and they had to replace something else too, which will arrive the next day, they will call when it is ready. I didn't receive their call by 4:20 pm the next day so I called them, they told me the car was ready to pick up. that is the whole account of my experience here. Pretty normal experience of dealing with auto services I guess, the good thing is my Mini is under full warranty , so I don't need to pay a penny.

Over the past eight years I have leased two MINIs ...

Over the past eight years I have leased two MINIs and purchased one from this dealership. I have never, in any customer service interaction, had as terrible an experience as I have had with MJ today. In the year since I purchased my latest MINI, he has ignored me and failed to honor our purchase agreement. Today he made it very clear that I was inconveniencing him because I dared to follow up the issue with my spare key yet again.

Clearly, this dealership doesn t value your business after you have made a purchase, even when you are returning to get your car serviced. I am so disappointed with the way I ve been treated and the lack of customer service I have received.

Asif stepped in to do MJ s job for him and resolved my key issue after 11 months of trying to resolve this with MJ and the manger, Dean.

I would not recommend purchasing with MJ or this dealership.

After my previous had been totaled in an accident ...

After my previous had been totaled in an accident I thought I would never fall in love with another car again, that s until I sat inside a Mini Countryman. It is so unfortunate that I now, with great disappointment, that I write this review. After attempting to register my newly bought pre-owned Countryman today it was brought to my attention that I had been sold a car that the Global Imports Mini dealership DID NOT HAVE THE TITILE FOR. You could imagine my surprise after paying in full, via cashiers check not to mention, for the vehicle. It is beyond me why they would agree to sell a car, which had a lien on it, and they had no existing title for.

After traveling from Baton Rouge to Atlanta I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Global Imports Mini not only had a pre-owned Countryman in stock, but it was also in my price range. My mother even took time off of work to organize the purchasing of the vehicle, as our salesman had advised her that someone else was interested in the vehicle. I was so very excited when the vehicle was purchased, and assumedly fully mine. I had to make yet another trek to Atlanta (driving throughout the night, after an 8 hour work day) to arrive with time enough to pick up the car. At this point I expected the rest of the car registering process to be easy. Unfortunately, that turned out to be far from the case. Upon calling the dealership to inquire about the whereabouts of my vehicles title I was told a very long story about how the vehicle was sold to me with a lien on it and upon the dealership trying to pay back the lien holder they learned the bank had sold the tittle to another bank, and this bank that supposedly had lost the title! None of this had been relayed to me beforehand.

My concern and anger stems first from the fact that I was sold a vehicle under the impression that all of the necessary step to legitimize the sale of said vehicle had been taken care of. Second, I cannot help but think that the salesman, and dealership as a whole, overlooked taking necessary steps because they knew we were looking to pay in full for said vehicle upfront, and just like waiving a steak in front of a dog, saying "we don't, finance, we buy" to a car salesman apparently calls for all protocol to fly out of the window in pursuance of a commission. Third, why on earth would they post a vehicle for sale on their website without properly acquiring, or in this case at least making sure proper paperwork could be found when needed.

I wanted to believe that my continued experience with Global Imports Mini would be a good one, and I wanted to believe that I could trust someone that made a commission of my purchase would ensure that things were handled the right way, and sadly that just isn't the case. This grievous error and inexcusable oversight has caused nothing but problems for me, and I can only hope that this doesn't happen to the next person that chooses to purchase a "certified" pre-owned Mini from this dealership.

I work in insurance and the 3 most important things I have to determine on a daily basis are coverage, liability, and damages. Global Imports Mini failed to ensure I would be covered when they failed to accurately locate the physical title for the car before selling it and fully disclosing to me the existence of the lien on the vehicle. Due to this Global Imports Mini is 100% liable for the amount of trouble this issue has caused me, and believe me the damage has been done. Attempts to rectify this situation have gone beyond nothing more than simple apologies, which in this case are not enough. I could only hope the commission was worth it the trouble this has resulted in.

Scheduled by phone two days in advance to have a four wheel alignment.
The phone call was quick and easy to schedule while i was on the North side of town for another appointment.
On the day of service I directed by clearly marked signage where to park and enter. Was greeted by the friendly service advisors at the service entrance.
I turned in my keys to Josh and helped myself to a K-cup in their waiting area. The floor plan was very open, clean and will lit. There were comfortable couches and several TV's to catch up on sports and current events.
Josh came by to give me an update on my car. Suggested i needed tires, which i was aware, replace an oil sensor that was leaking, replace the serpentine belt and of course the aforementioned alignment. It was not a hard sell on the tires but the prices he quoted were considerable more than other previous quotes i had from other sources. I told him i would defer on the sensor because i was short on time but to go ahead with the belt replacement.
Was in and out in about two hours. Not bad for the work performed. I will be back and may also schedule the oil sensor replacement, if i am unable to complete the work myself. Thank you Josh and G.I.M. team.
