My experience started great. I was lucky to work with Peter Pham great sales guy!!!Wish everyone there had the same ethic at that place...

I purchased a pre-owned mini S
I felt cheated because 3 days after I purchased the car the service light went off (of curse they won't admit that it's their fault).I had to take it to service, because it needed it and while at service they found that the thermostat was not working anymore so they had to replace it.
I dont live in Atlanta and they didnt over a loaner car after i had to ask for it. (Come on i thought you were all about customer satisfaction)
While I first started shopping for a mini they told me that they make sure the cars they sale are in great shape.. well if you preach that you have those "standards" why dont you stick to them.

I am going to be honest I purchased the car there because there is no other mini dealership in my area, and i have been wanting one for a looong time...

I just bought my second REALLY COOL Countryman from Sergei Antipov; btw. I bought my first one from Sergei too :). I enjoyed every step of the buying process and I learnt a lot about my upgraded new mini too :). Wow - this guy has patience and knows EVERYTHING you may want to know about cars he sells - and he drives mini too!
I wish all car dealers provide such great customer experience!
If I decide to get a third mini (this sexy electric one:)) - I know who I go to!

I bought my first MINI Cooper Paceman from Phil this past Saturday and I have such a wonderful experience. He was very friendly, kept us up to date on every step of the process, really took the time to go over ever detail of the car and was with us until the end. I can't say enough things about my experience. Every staff member we came across had a friendly smile and said 'hello'. Way to go MINI Global Imports!

Daven Evans was the most professional, patient, in...

Daven Evans was the most professional, patient, informative young man. He answered all of my questions and assured me that my car would be taken care of. He was constantly in touch as far as calling to let me know he was enroute. He made sure I was happy with my service and detail. He said if I saw anything that needed improving, just let him know. He was equally disappointed that I could not get a car cover. With Tyler and Daven at Global Mini, I am sure I will buy another Mini soon.I loved the Chili Red that Daven loaned to me.

I just bought a 2011 Cooper S Hardtop from TYLER and ASIF. From the beginning, TYLER, our motoring specialist, helped us decide on which car to buy and what all the features were. It was TYLER'S day off, but he came in to see the transaction through. I traded in my 2002 Mustang for a very fair price, and I never felt Global Imports MINI ever oversold me. There was no pressure at all and they gave me a stuffed bulldog to commemorate my purchase! They are extremely professional and are all about service. Three weeks later, the check engine light came on. The repairs were pricey. LONNIE, TYLER, and ASIF were so helpful in my time of stress, and decided to come together to help with the cost. Thank you, Global Imports MINI! You will have my loyalty for life.

About the place: The atmosphere is exhilarating and inviting, and I actually like going into the store to check out the accessories and get a fist bump from TYLER. Global Imports MINI has definitely raised the bar for the standard of professionalism and friendliness. I felt at home, welcome, and important there!

Not satisfied! I took my vehicle in for a leakage ...

Not satisfied! I took my vehicle in for a leakage issue: water was spotted on the passenger floorboard after heavy rains. The service advisor surmised that it was due to a faulty hose, that this is a common issue. I left the car overnight. The car was completed and returned to me the next day. After a heavy rainfall, I noticed the same issue, again--in the same spot. It is clear that the service department did not address the issue or did not properly fix it. However, they rotated my tires and performed a realignment (as part of a dealership promotion). MINI got my $220.38 for issues not connected to the original reason why I took the car in.

Great selling team! They don t harass you like other places. It was an easy transaction all the way from the moment that we enter the dealership till they delivered our car and hand the keys to us. Really a great buying experience. Also the prices are the best on Georgia. Don t hesitate if you are looking for a MINI, the team at this dealership know what they are doing with the clients and treat them fair and with respect. Thanks to all that helped my wife feel comfortable buying her MINI!

I was so excited to purchase my first vehicle all ...

I was so excited to purchase my first vehicle all on my own! I paid cash, so that I wouldn t have payments. HUGE MISTAKE! I purchased the vehicle early August. September rolls around about 6 weeks into my new vehicle, and I haven t received anything to be able to get my tag. I call the tag office and they show that my title is in Tennessee and has not had anything done with it. So my tag office issued an extension. That was on sept.20th. It is now October I have less then 5 days so I contact them again, they now say that My title is in Missouri, they apologized they re working on it, finally after I get irate with them they want to send another extension. They have totally ruined my experience, I have a disabled mother that I have to take care of, hints another reason why I saved to purchase out right! I can t even enjoy my new vehicle. So good luck, if you purchase a vehicle through this company! I wouldn t pay cash to them! Oh and good luck finding help, all they know how to do is forward your calls to voicemail.... I wouldn t recommend this place!!!!! If I could ve posted this with no stars I would have!! BE WARE!

The guy told me to come back but now they don t want to take it back because they said that it has been use. Very disappointed with this group . Purchased a 2017 mini in March 2018 with 8779 miles. The finance manager sold me a mini full maintenance program upgrade for $600. What they failed to tell me was the milage already on this vehicle is my responsibility and would go against the 3 year 36000 mile maintenance agreement. Took car in for service with 37000 miles and they wanted me to pay $500 for the service I understood to be already paid out of the program. I called to try and resolve the matter but have been given the run around with each call. Salesman said he would handle it and get service manager to call me 8 days ago. Left voicemail on service manager phone no return call. I called the corporate office they in turn emailed finance manager and he called me finally saying he was gonna handle it and they would service the vehicle and took my number saying he call me tomorrow that was on 9/25 . Still waiting on that call also. He gave me his cell phone number and I've left him messages and on his work phone I left messages nobody will return your call. They sale this maintenance upgrade with not telling you that the miles already on the vehicle goes against what the program agreement is. Shady Outfit Only Care To Make The Sale Done With You Afterwards!

Terrible Customer Service. Try to claim their policies are Mini USA policies, when they are not. (I wrote to corporate and found that out) Will not try to go the extra mile for someone PCSing overseas, instead just stonewalled me- even when I gave 3-5 different ways to help me. I would go to Mini of Kenneshaw where they were so much easier to deal with and friendlier.

This dealership is top notch! I have been searching many cars and interacting with many sales personnel, sales managers and different dealerships and Global Imports MINI was amazing. Our sales person Mark Dawson was incredible and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The general manager and business manager, Victor, were both great too. Very customer oriented dealership and make you feel heard and special. Thank you Mark and Global Imports! By the way, I LOVE MY MINI!

Great customer service , nicer placed to visit but an oil change and tire rotation was from 0830 till 140. They had some programming to due on it. The lady that set up the appointment said 1 hour so we were not prepared for a 5 hour visit

Purchased a car from Global Imports Mini and signed the paperwork for a 2017 Mini that was in transit to Baltimore. Paid the deposit and was told 3 days later that the car was no longer available. Not sure how they can sell a car to someone else when we have a signed contract with the vin# and deposit.

We felt lied to and very disappointed in the poor service.

Asked for the deposit back and was contacted a few days later that we had to come in to get purr deposit back.

Would not recommend this dealership at all.

My service advisor Eric took the time to review and explain everything before any work was approved. I felt valued and the amount of time to complete the work was reasonable. Based on my visit, I would be happy to use them again.

The absolute worst service department in the city....

The absolute worst service department in the city. Pay for warranty on a car that doesn't pay to repair anything, also the service guy's will blame you for the defects in the items they sold. Best part is when you confront them on it with evidence, they will hang up on you and ignore you. Shameful way to treat a customer.

Update, take your car to mall of Georgia Mini. The customer service is leaps and bounds better and they do not try and sell you items and service you do not need. Global s number one goal is to make as much money as possible, no matter what.

I recently got into a bind when purchasing a 2012 Mini Cooper S Clubman that happened to be a total lemon from another private dealership. We had taken our newly purchased lemon to the GLOBAL Mini Dealership to diagnose all the issues after finding out that it was the turbo needed replaced, we decided to take the car back to the scam artist that sold it to us. Before leaving the Global Mini Dealership (Peachtree area) we decided to look at the cars on the lot while the service department was bringIng our car around to us. We were greeted by a employee named Floyd that ended up being the type of salesman that we were looking for to begin with. He not only was friendly, and informative but he changed our mood from grim to happy in no time at all. He showed us some options in our price range, then sold us an extended warranty plan after we chose the vehicle that I Fell in love with at first site, my new 2017 Mini Cooper S still under Factory warranty with a clean car fax, low miles , and loaded to the Gill with luxury options. I drove the car off the lot last night, thanks so much to Floyd our Salesperson and Tyler the financial man and to everyone in between and of course to my Hunny for making it happen. I love my new Mini. Great experience.

This dealership is amazing. From the moment I drove up, everyone was super helpful. It seemed to be very busy, yet everyone I passed greeted me and assured me someone would see me shortly.

Tyler was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and personable during our visit. I ended up buying a 2016 CPO Countryman and couldn't be happier!

If you are thinking about a MINI, do it!! Do yourself a favor and go to Global. This experience was surprisingly painless!

On February 17,2016 I purchased a 2013 MINI Cooper S from Global Imports Mini in Atlanta. I live in Memphis TN and located the car on the company website. I drove to Atlanta not really knowing what to expect. I was greeted by Lynn Moore (Motoring Adviser) who gave me the best car buying experience anyone could possibly ask for. The dealership was very attractive. Everyone I passed greeted me with a smile. Mr. Moore patiently guided me through the entire process as if I had known him forever. After the test drive I was sold! The MINI was everything I had hoped it would be. i was introduced to Mr. Matt Stewart (Finance Manager) and he finalized the deal explaining the many options provided by BMW Financial Services.
Before leaving, I met with Mr. Moore again to go over the many programmable features offered by the MINI Cooper. I cannot imagine anyone more knowledgeable about the product they sell than Mr. Moore. I will gladly drive 500 miles to conduct my future car buying from Global Imports MINI in Atlanta.

Been looking for a used 6 speed manual Honda Accor...

Been looking for a used 6 speed manual Honda Accord for months. Seen many, but most were trashed. Left work and came to this dealership just before closing on Thursday night, saw an immaculate vehicle I like. Grey/Black '07 Honda Accord Coupe, 6-speed manual. With my initial contact salesman gone for the day. Told them I'd come back Friday after work to close the deal. Received email Friday morning showing that the 'manager' was offering to hold the car until Saturday morning. Sent a signed buyers back to them late Friday night, with the intent of picking it up Saturday.

I had (insurance set up, certified check in hand, final inspection set) Saturday morning.

Got there Saturday morning to be told by the same manager that he had approved the deal to sell the car to someone else Friday evening before. closing. Now remember, I was offered the extension to complete the deal on Saturday morning, I initially told them in the email that I was coming in Friday night.

A logical person, would perceive the extension offered was never legit, because had I gotten there Friday as intended. Another salesperson was being authorized to sell the vehicle to someone else. Logical, right?

The manager tried to imply that he 'thought' I was not a serious buyer. Yet, within a minute later, said to me, 'both salespersons told him I was a serious buyer'.

The new term for such things is 'Trumpism'. Tell them anything that comes to your mind (the naive will believe), but when that doesn't work admit the truth, but take no responsibility for it.

I've complained to Sonic Automotive, the corporate office, of this dealership. Why, because this should not happen to anyone. If you not going to hold it, then 'don't offer it". Yes, I would have been fine if the offer was not made.

Now, I'm not going 'angry bird' and say this will happen to you. But this is what happened to me and I've got the emails to support it.

So just 'think about that', when considering this dealership. Get it in writing, if you buy from them.

My service rep was fantastic! He had the car on, heater running and the seat heater going fir me. Very thoughtful. However, the service sept printed they did a complimentary car wash & vaccuum which i was very excited about. That actually meant they poorly vacuumed the front mats!!! It s a mini!!! How long would it take to vacuum the back too???? Just don t print that on there as it actually made me think wow! y all are lazy not wow! y all are thoughtful It s the small things, isn t it?

MJ was my sale advisor. He took is time to explained every detail of my mini cooper and different options between the choices that I selected. At the time, I was not really ready to purchase because over the last 12 years I have browsed through Global Mini Imports inventory, read reviews, and researched recall issues.. I would test drive a mini everytime I dropped my Audi off for service. This time, I finally purchased a 2018 Mini Cooper S SUV. I love it! The technology package is insane with the new options. I am a first time MINI owner and loving my car! All of the staff at Global Imports are extremely professional and courteous. We live in Chattanooga and discovered on our drive home the battery needed replacing. Alex went above and beyond to help, driving all the way to Chattanooga to get the car. She gave us a loaner car for the day. Drove our car back to Atlanta and had the battery replaced. Drove back to Chattanooga for a final swap the very next day! Now thats service!

Best customer service of any car dealer I have ever dealt with. They actually CARE about you and do not try to take advantage of you. The showroom is very comfortable if you have to wait for service to be completed. If a loaner is available, they will let you have it till your service is completed. I wouldn't take my Mini anywhere else.

Terrible. I had made an appointment for a Mini "second date" at 9:30 a.m. When I arrived, I was told that the rep was in a meeting. When he hadn't appeared by 10:00, I told the other service rep that I couldn't wait any longer. At 10:20 the rep who was in a meeting finally appeared. I explained the situation and was told that my car was ready (it had been washed). When I got to my car, I was.told that the service people "forgot" to detail the car and could I wait for it to be done? At that point I was completely fed up and I left.

This is my second Mini from Global Imports. I certainly wouldn't bring my car there again.

My experience at Global Mini wasn't good. The car salesman Floyd totally played me. I purchased a 2017 Sentra Nissan a couple of weeks ago and week by week I am noticing problems with this vehicle. #1 the left front speaker of the car doesn't have a speck of a sound coming through it. #2 the right front tire flap its falling park as I am driving.

I called in to express my concerns with the vehicle and wasn't taken seriously. I was offered a flimsy resturant coupon by Jonathan (The Sales Director) who finds everything to be funny.

Lastly, because the car salesman Floyd (the black heavy set guy in his 40's ) was rude when I called to ask questions about the car days later; so I reported it to Jonathon and was told HE himself would get back with me. GUESS WHAT? He did NOT.

Doing a trade in here is not the route you want to go. They'll definitely remind you that your car was sold to an auction or WORST CRUSHED ALREADY.

Not to mention Floyd being smart stated that if I think he's wrong I should go to a Nissan Car Dealership and I did and found out the CAR was in a wreck and they air brush painted over it. And was lied to by the company with the carfax paperwork they showed.

I will never go here to look at vehicles again.

Ladies the STIGMA is true they do TRY to GET OVER on YOU here at GLOBAL MINI

I will be contacting my lawyer.

Quent Jordan was my sales rep and he was absolutely awesome!!!! So awesome that I am trying to convince my husband to purchase a car from him as well. He far exceeding my expectations. He made the process seamless. I came in expecting to be there for hours signing papers and blah.. blah.. blah... Quent had me in and out in under 60 minutes! Now that's service! I told him exactly what I wanted and he found me several car options to chose from. I loved that fact that he had access to different Makes and Models from other dealerships that were owned by the same company. He really really did a great job. In addition ... The sales mangers Asif and Dean were really sweet and welcoming. Everyone from the finance manager to the girl that answered the phone were really top notch. Keep up the good work to all of you there. I am so appreciative!!!

They were very down to earth, relatable, and able to withstand my moms spunk :-) I had tons of questions and they responded to me in an assuring way: straight to the point, with no pressure. I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience. This was my first time buying a car and I was so impressed with everyone who helped me. Rick treated me like family and made sure that I left in my dream car. Matt was so entertaining, he had me laughing the entire time I was signing paperwork. You can tell these guys really love what they do. Its also nice to know they're only a phone call or email away if I ever have any questions. Definitely the best dealership I have ever been to, and could not imagine going anywhere else!

Once I located the dealership, I was able to purchase a bottle of coolant and made new friends that are car enthusiasts like myself. I came in looking to purchase a new mini. After walking around for over 30 minutes and literally looking at every single mini they had, I realized they didn't want my business. Many employees saw as I stepped into cars, looked through windows, and inspected the information tags; they all failed to even say hello. The only time anyone spoke to me was because I held the for open for an employee and he thanked me. If I'm going to buy a new car, I want to make sure it's from a place that acknowledges the fact that they have a customer.

I want to thank Nick Odom for his exceptional service. We recently purchased a 2007 Volvo for our son who is attending Medical School. We had to purchase a car since the car he had was totaled in a driver less accident. After we purchased the vehicle and drove it to Nashville where our son is attending car, we had some mechanical issues shortly after arriving to Nashville. I contacted Nick who contacted the GM at Crest Honda in Nashville. Crest Honda provided my son with a loaner vehicle while the car was being repaired and saved me the cost of renting a car and repairing the vehicle. This type of customer service is very rare these days where cash is king. I will definitely refer people to Global Mini Imports based on the professionalism and after sale service that was provided by Nick.

If there was a negative star option I would use it...

If there was a negative star option I would use it here ... they fished my girls car for a fix on a recall and gave it back with a whole list of things wrong that were not previously an issue. After taking it to a another import mechanic we found that none of what they said was wrong and fixed an issue outside of the warranty for a fraction of what Global wanted for the same issue. If you want get ripped off go ahead visit these guys.

More often than not, the car-buying process is stressful. For me, it is not the actual process with all the paperwork involved; it usually concerns the salesperson/people and the dealership: the old bait-and-switch, empty promises, etc. Prior to my business with Global Imports MINI, I was trying to work with a couple of other dealerships. They threw every trick in the book at me and that just had me look elsewhere. With Global, they put their best foot forward from day one. They not only offered me a fair walk-out-the-door price for a custom MINI Cooper S convertible, they were great with their communication throughout the two-month process it took me to get my custom MINI from England. At the dealership, Peter Pham (my salesperson), came in on his day off to close the transaction because he knew I was driving 4 hours from Savannah to pick up my car. I met the manager, Asif Dossani, who worked with me directly with the pricing. Also, the Finance Manager, Tyler Walton, made the paperwork painless. Everything went so smoothly that my husband ended up buying a Countryman S without feeling he had been attacked by sharks!

Thank you Global Imports MINI for renewing my faith in car dealerships. You made everything seem so easy. I definitely recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a MINI!

Called and set appointment for that morning from work. They replaced 'sliced' RunFlat tire on warranty (purchased warranty when I bought the car), changed oil etc (that was due), and washed and cleaned. My charge $50. Good deal.
