My experience at Global Imports was fantastic! If you are in the market for a MINI stop in and ask for Rick Massey. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and is eager to please. I can't say enough about how pleasurable my experience was with Rick & Marvin. They are definitely my friends for life, now!

These guys, messed up my engine made us pay $7000 for a new one. Overall their services are so over priced and they cut corners all over the place. Sure the waiting room is super impressive but their work on your actually car is terrible. Don't take your mini here

I would like to give less than one star! We have a 2007 mini cooper. Took it in for service, Brake light was on and also needed an oil change. They are charging over $500.00 PER AXLE for the brakes! That is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! They originally quoted $300.00 per axel to replace brake pads front and rear. Then they charge us $125.00 just to check items that they need to once that brake light comes on due to mileage indicator (we have under 50,000).

They did Recall work last year on the car and they did not fill up the oil all the way as we started having engine lights come on which never happened before so we had to add oil in order to drive it to them for oil service.

Then they charge us another $125.00 for an oil change and tire rotation and another $65.00 to fix our plug in lighter that was loose in the car. THE WORST THING.....THEY PROMISED A LOANER......MY HUSBAND SHOWS UP......NO LOANER! He is now stuck there most of day losing time from work. THEY SAID THEY GAVE US A DISCOUNT FOR NO LOANER. Total bill with discount is $1,400+ Hate to think what it would have been without discount. I am sure that discount must have been under $100.00!

Never getting another Mini Cooper or going to this Dealership again! Every time we go to THIS Dealer they have us by the you know what and we never get out of there under $500.00 for a simple service check. There is always something they NEED to do and it costs us and arm and a leg. If you do not get the service done by a Mini Cooper Certified Dealer they void any warranty on the car.

Very disappointed in this dealership and how they are OVER CHARGING for things that would cost 1/2 the price at other dealerships who can and do work on Mini Coopers. Planning now to go to the BBB. They have you hostage and charge you way over what the fair market value is for service.

I came here to buy a Rav4 actually, not a Mini Cooper. But if we are being honest, I had better service here than at any Toyota dealership in Atlanta. I am not used to the no haggle system but I it allowed for a much less stressed environment. The managers, finance and sales guys were all so willing to work with me and have blown me away with their service. Would highly recommend this dealership.

After visiting multiple dealerships and doing four test drives all on one day, I finally pulled into the lot at Global. Global Imports was the only dealership at which I was treated like a guest rather than a customer. Don Bryan was enthusiastic without ever being pushy, and the Mini Cooper test drive he took me on was a revelation. Three days later, he had found the right car for me, and after a little bit of negotiating, we had a deal. I LOVE my new car, and have nothing but good things to say about Don and the entire purchasing process.

We bought our first Mini here several years ago and enjoyed ourselves but the service department was horrible, body shop poor QC and when buying our second Mini found the sales staff arrogant, their stock having features that don't reflect what people value (sport packages instead of GPS) and they don't take USAA car buying so - no respect for military. I brought my car to your service group on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Atlanta, GA. In addition to having some work completed under our extended warranty, I mentioned issues with my blue tooth and a vanity mirror. Travis advised that I would have to pay for these independently, and I agreed. It turned into a massive and expensive complete system replacement. Travis called to let me know, listened patiently to my concerns and went to work on the repairs, keeping me informed all the way. He went out of his way to speak to a District leader, which resulted in a solution that was truly unexpected and helped us out considerably. We only have our car serviced with Travis and the team at this location--because we always get such attentive service, and now more than ever, after the lengths Travis went to help us out with a challenging situation. We are very grateful and satisfied and wanted to take time to say it in a meaningful way.

This was probably the best car experience I ve ever had. After three visits, I walked away very pleased not only with the car, but also with the friendships/relationships established with my salesman Floyd, sales manager Asif and even the graphics designer Chad. However, I would be remiss if I didn t mention how Floyd bent over backwards to assure my happiness and for this I am forever thankful.

What did I like about it? Everything! From the moment I walked into this dealership I had a good feeling. I began speaking with Richard (Rick) Massey who was very helpful, informative, honest, and kind. They didn't have the car in the rare color I wanted but Rick told me he would keep an eye out for me. Thankfully he stayed on it and sure enough I am now the proud owner of my perfect ice blue Mini Sport. I believe most sales persons wouldn't have taken the time trying to find my needle in a haystack car, with all my specifications but Rick did and presented my car to me in the most beautiful way! I'm extremely glad I went to Global Imports Mini and met Mr. Massey. All the people there were super nice and even the paper work went smoothly and without stress or pressure. It was like buying a car from a good friend. I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Global Imports Mini!

I got a great experience buying my first mini with Rick (Richard Massey). My family has always been loyal in Toyota so I was hesitated when going with a different brand when choosing my new car. However, Rick is very friendly and beyond helpful in helping me in considering different options that work best with my situation. Among the reasons I chose to have my new baby as a mini here, Rick is one. He is the type of advisor you can trust and rely on. Even after I got my baby mini and had to come back for service, Rick goes out of his way and make sure I'm covered and happy with my mini. I totally recommend Rick if you plan to purchase your car in Global Imports Mini.

I love my Mini Countryman, I've met nothing but mighty fine people at Global Mini. However, I do want to provide a rave review for Josh in service. I don't know many people who enjoy taking their car in for service, as it typically leads to unplanned expenses. Josh is a guy who just gives a positive vibe, never trying to up-sell me, giving me options such as you have "8,000 miles left on your tires", etc. I bought my Mini in 2014, and I'm pretty certain Josh was there then, and I know for a fact that he is still there now. Thanks, Josh, for alleviating the pain all car owners inevitably go through and always going that extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. When it's time for me to purchase a new Mini, I can honestly say it's because I love Mini's, and the experience I've had with Josh in the service department. MB

Anthony, Dean and Tyler were amazing when my husband and I purchased my new 2019 Mini Cooper S four door. Best birthday present ever! Everything was mostly negotiated while we were out of town and over the phone. The delivery was great and Anthony showed me all the updated features since my previous 2015 mini. The showroom was clean and everyone was friendly. I look forward to working with them in the future for services and future purchases. Highly recommend!

The service manager, Josh Pruitt was very professional and courteous not only to me, but to every customer in the dealership getting their car serviced. He constantly provided updates on each persons car and kept them abreast of the service progress. I did not have an appointment but Josh squeezed me in for an urgent check engine light issue. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had in any car dealership. 5 stars for sure Josh and Global have set the standard.

Went in 3:30pm on Super Bowl Sunday (rental was due back Monday), knowing what we wanted and concerned we might be keeping people from leaving early. Test drove and purchased our Mini in under 3 hrs. Staff was courteous and helpful- Raymond was a pleasure to work with! Never once felt rushed or like we were bothering anyone, even as the biggest football game of the year was getting started. Highly recommend Global Imports Mini!!!

THE STARS: KEITH BELL was my sales rep. He asked the right questions to understand my weird list of demands and wants in a car. And he pulled the best options and allowed me to make the decision! He was patient with me, and went above and beyond with getting my license plate off of my old one(I didn't even ask or think about it - HE just did it)
MARVIN SIBERT is the business manager that jumped through hoops, made extra phone calls, and went so above and beyond to help me get into this car. And he did so as chill as he could be which made me actually chill out and begin to enjoy the experience! TYLER WALTON helped me out with the financing...stayed super late to make sure it all went perfect.

You can tell that this wsan't a special case scenario...it is the attitude that this place has of just taking care of folks and making it as easy as possible!

I would give 0 stars if I could. As a 3rd time repeat customer, I have been nothing but patient with Global Imports Mini in the process of reciving a refund totalling close to 10k. I was told I would have it within a week of purchasing my vehicle and it has been almost 3 weeks. I am extremely upset that a promise was not kept. Had I known going into this that I would not have my money back at this point, I would not have bought a vehicle from this company. Do not buy a car from this dealership, They are dishonest. The GM and I spoke on the phone for over 20 minutes last week.It was near impossible to get him on the phone I had to call over 5 times to speak to this man (Marvin) and he would not let me get a word in period he spoke over me and bullied me and was very rude and unprofessional.

Josh did a good job servicing my Mini Cooper, and also provided me with a courtesy car since the repair took longer than a couple of hours That was extremely helpful. He also gave me regular and realistic updates, and tried his best to give me a small discount on the total bill.

It was a bummer though that my cooling system already was defective even with my Mini just 5 years old, and that it cost me over $1000...

Additionally, the automatic handles for keyless opening of the doors were determined to be defective also, and I decided not to get that fixed since it would cost over $500 per door handle...

The purchasing experience did go well, however, make sure your advisor knows what you want is what you WANT when buying your vehicle. Thoroughly and physically go over the car inspection report with the advisor and to be sure that you get in writing that they will address any concerns in a timely manner. Also have a good memory so that you can repeat what was offered to you at the time purchase. After I was told that problems would be taken care, I had to initiate a few calls to them to start the process. Although some details were not taken care of until a third visit. I am not pleased on how many times I had to take this vehicle back to have problems fixed and then still was not satisfied with some the results. Not from the service advisor himself, but excuses were made instead of rectifying the problem at the time it was brought to their attention. It seems that the over all excitement has a downplay after you sign and drive the car off the lot. Right now I am and still in the process of getting the kinks completed for the exterior surface of this vehicle and have text the sales manager, 3:40 on 2/11/16 regarding when I would be bringing my vehicle back to complete this and still no answer yet today, letting me know he received my text. Since having my first experience with this vehicle, the SMALL things count and sometimes nice can be DECEIVING, but my experience should not have been a fight, after all you should have complete satisfaction from start to finish. I hope to finish this service with them soon. However, after reading the reviews for this dealership and with the warranty on this car I am trusting not to have anymore dissatisfaction when taking my vehicle in for service and things can get done in accordance to the warranty. On that note, it is going into two months and so far I enjoy my car and its performance!!!!

I had a great experience with the service department at Global Imports Mini and it is in great part to Kathy Angus. I bought my Mini used from another dealership and recently moved to Atlanta, so this was my first visit to a mini dealership for service in this area. I came to Global Imports for routine maintenance as well as a problem with my car shaking while braking at high speeds. I was incredibly stressed to find out I would need my brake pads and warped rotors replaced, but Kathy gave a thorough explanation of what was going on and what needed to be done so I understood the issue completely. Being a person of little means since losing my job and taking a job with much less pay, I was very concerned about the price. While I know that a Mini is not as cheap to fix as an American made car, I was pleasantly surprised that Kathy made sure I got the best deal possible for my needs. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and caring during my visit and I will not hesitate to take my car back to Global Imports and Kathy again. Driving my car off the lot, I could immediately tell the difference in how my car was running and was immediately thrilled and justified in trusting the service department at Global Imports. It is difficult to find a service department that you do not feel like you've been stripped of all of your money for little work, but this service department did a lot for a pretty reasonable price, considering I am one of many that chose to buy a Mini Cooper instead of a cheaper car.

i felt like a didn't be long there. I had to beg them to take my car in since the only do appointment only. They took care of every single customer call them by their name, one my car was ready the guy yelled and said your car is ready, turned around and left, didn't even wait for me and I didnt know where to go since it was my first time there but with all the other costumer he sat down next to them and explain them everything as if it was a restaurant menu. I never had such a bad experience in any dealership, it felt like they were doing me a favor by taking my money.

I go here at least twice a year to get my car serviced. It can be quite expensive, but the service is always superb, and the car will be cleaned and working great when it's returned. The waiting area has free wireless, coffee, and tea, and it's reasonably spacious if you get there early.

I will never buy Mini cooper. My car has constant problems and when I go to the service center, they just fix one thing and charge $ 600~900. After that service, the other problems can be found. Labor fee is about $400 even in case of changing a small gasket. The car doesn't have serious problem, but during 2 years, I had to pay about $ 4,000 for 5-6 times visits. I really regret buying a Mini Cooper.

We have a 2015 Mini Cooper we bought new at Global Imports. Our scheduled maintance is for once a year. We take it to Global for maintance. Yesterday was our service day. This car has less than 30k miles. Maintance fee was $345. I noticed they did not rotate the tires. I take my other cars to the dealership for maintance. My Infiniti is every 5k. They always rotate the tires. It really helps with the life of the tire. I called Global today to ask why this was not done and talked to Tom. He was the service scheduler. He transferred me a few times but it kept sending me back to him. He pulled up my paperwork and said they did rotate and balance. I informed him that was last year. He said he would have the service rep call (that is who I was trying to talk to). No call. I called the Service Manager and left a message. No call. All I wanted to know was if I needed to take this somewhere and have it done.

If you are expecting the same old tired dealership tricks and impersonal service this is not the place for you. If you are looking for timely, warm and caring with a touch of "let's get this deal done" RUN DON'T WALK TO GLOBAL IMPORTS MINI!! I walked into the dealership for my 2 pm appointment and my deal was complete in less than 2 hours. My sales associate, Alexandra Jerral, was the sweetest, most knowledgeable and professional salesperson that I have dealt with in a long time. Marvin Seibert, Jr the GSM was equally as fabulous. He came right in got my deal completed and made me feel like we had known each other for years. My vehicle wouldn't be ready until the next day due to prep and I was given a loaner in the meantime. I cannot express enough delight with the entire experience. I will definitely invite my family, friends, co-workers and anyone else who will listen to stop by and become a part of the Global Imports family. Thanks again and I will have your cake Alex

I have been taking my Mini Cooper to Global Import...

I have been taking my Mini Cooper to Global Imports MINI since I moved to Atlanta in 2011. They are personable and professional. If my car is going to take a long time they are great at communication and always willing to provide assistance for me to either go to the mall, get home in an Uber, or take one of their courtesy cars out for the day. My last service Joshua Pruitt was my point of contact and he was awesome. Even if I do have to wait for my car to get done, their dealership has a comfortable and modern waiting room and they clearly put their customers first. I will always come back to Global Imports MINI!

After taking my 2003 Mini to Global for several years and receiving such great service from my service advisor, Lon Miller, I decided to buy a new Mini last year. He is incredibly friendly and professional, knows Minis inside and out, and genuinely cares about his customers. No one looks forward to car repairs less than I do, but I have always trusted that Lon made the best recommendations for my previous car. He was great about explaining everything, making recommendations, and keeping me updated.

I'm receiving the same excellent service on my new car. I haven't had any problems with the new car, so no repairs have been needed, but the free car washes are a nice perk and my first oil change was completed quickly.

Everyone at Global has always been fantastic to deal with. I'm really glad I decided to stay in the Mini family and can't recommend Lon highly enough. If you take your car there, definitely request to have him as your service advisor. He is awesome!

Update 7/21/2020: After an unexpected issue with my sunroof, I was able to make an appointment quickly with the help of Eric Davis. Repairs took a few days but with a courtesy car who cares? With the help of Eric and the Service Department my Mini is back in action, Thank you!

I have Never had such a Painless Experience in the history of purchasing a car. Rick is Awesome, Marvin is Super Spectacular at what he does! The only bad moment for me is that Rick is so busy making everyone happy that it just wasn't enough time, so I had to go back.... :)
