After receiving increasingly bad service from a different Mini dealership, I decided to give Global Imports Mini service a try when my air conditioner stopped working. Josh was a great service manager, and was able to provide a loaner car, then work with the service technicians to quickly correct the problems. Josh provided me with regular updates on the status of my car, and I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of, as I often feel when seeking automobile repair service. This positive experience has renewed my love for driving and owning a mini, and has cemented that, when the time comes to upgrade to a newer model, Global Imports will be my dealer of choice.
