I can t tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Cummings care. She helped me during my pregnancy and delivery. She is so knowledgeable and also very personable. I had a challenging delivery and yet she handled it all with grace and professionalism. I can t say enough good things about her. Her nurse was also very sweet, too. God bless Dr. Cummings and staff.

I called before making an appointment to check and make sure they took my insurance. After being told they do accept my insurance i booked an appointment with them and was recommended by a friend to have Dr. Greene. Going into my appointment, I was NEVER notified of having to pay a copay upfront before being seen and i paid about $200 out of pocket. i was there almost an hour before being seen. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional with me and was making remarks about me to another front desk worker and the whole lobby could hear. When i asked about the copay and other things she would not give me an answer or kept saying she "wasn't sure". A week after my first appointment, Generations called me saying they "no longer accepted my insurance" and I asked the lady why she told me they did accept my insurance in the first place! When i got a new OB they waited almost 2 weeks to fax my medical record over and they are trying to bill me for the ONE visit i had- which i paid out of pocket for and have proof! I have never had such bad service from a doctors office.

I had an appointment today, my first one with this establishment. It took me two months to actually get an appointment. Well, I was running late, due to my fluid work schedule (as doctors should understand, things at work come up, which is why people wait in the waiting room)... well, I called to let them know I was running late, and was on hold the entire half hour drive to their office, so never got to actually speak with anyone. I walked in, and not one person was in the main waiting room. Not sure why the receptionist couldn t field a phone call?
They had me fill out paperwork, then someone came and brought me to a second waiting room. After a few minutes, one of the staff members came and asked me to reschedule my appointment. You were an hour late she said, which couldn t be any further from the truth.
Don t schedule an appointment here if you want to feel that your time does not count. I felt so slighted by these rude people. Yes, I was a few minutes late, I stress the words few minutes here, but certainly not remotely close to an hour late by any stretch. I also tried to call and communicate this. I drove almost 45 minutes to be asked to leave. I am a full time working mom and it s not always so easy to break away from my rigorous career to take care of myself.
I left this office feeling like they didn t care about my health or my needs.
If you re new to the area, and looking for a gynecologist, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Wasn t a great first experience. Staff was friendly, but my experience was that it was very inefficient, from start to finish. Some major communication breakdowns. I had heard mixed reviews before making our appointment, and went in hopeful as we are new to Knoxville. Was very disappointed and ended up switching to another practice that we have been absolutely thrilled with.

I brought my wife here for her first OB visit. We have a high-deductible insurance plan and hoped to get an accurate estimate of costs before the visit. They seemed quite surprised and acted like this was the strangest thing they'd ever heard, but eventually the office billing rep came around and agreed to take our insurance info and run us a quote. The costs we were quoted seemed reasonable, so we went ahead.

The visit went well; all of the staff were very professional and the doctor seemed nice. There were no problems or surprises... it was a completely routine visit.

When we received the bill for the visit, it was more than double what we were initially quoted. The office staff were dismissive to our complaints, saying all initial quotes were simply estimates, and that we had to take up with our insurance company, who of course directed us back to the office.

We ended up paying everything, but lost trust in these folks and transferred to another office. I simply cannot recommend an office that doesn't give you an accurate price up front for standard prenatal care. Which is sad because the doctor at this office seemed quite competent and was highly recommended.

So disappointed with the front office and billing at Generations. When you go to the doctor for the first time once you ve found out your pregnant you shouldn t leave crying from how you are treated.

I love my doctor or I would have walked out.

They are not flexible at all. We received new insurance and I had not received the actual card yet but my husbands company emailed me a letter with proof. Apparently it wasn t enough proof for them and I still had to pay according to my old insurance. It s sad and pathetic to be honest.

Dr Greene is one of the finest physicians I ve ever encountered. She is truly fantastic. Her skill set and knowledge breadth is impressive. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She is truly one of the nicest people around. We are so, so lucky to have her as our OB/GYN!!!

Every time I came to this office I have to wait at least an hour, then the doctor just talk to you for a few minutes. One day, my appointment was at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:35pm. I ve been waiting for almost two hours. I have to leave at 5:30. The doctor never showed up. Terrible management. Never want to come back.

I had Dr Myers for a surgical procedure and not only was he great but all the staff was as well. I was concerned about getting surgery and it went like a breeze. Thank you Dr Myers for making my life better, I feel great!

The service is terrible! Entirely unhelpful! They said they accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield which is my insurance. Then I got a call telling me I had no benefits and that I needed to bring $1700 to my appointment. I went to Fort Sanders and they had no issues with my insurance. I've never experienced this kind of service. Typically, a firm will work with you and figure out what the issue is; not so with Generations! On more than one occasion, "Kathy" was blatantly rude to me. I read the other reviews and this problem has been going on for far too long without improvement. I'd expect people caring for pregnant women (delicate as we are) to be as helpful as possible. Perhaps they're trying to stick to an elite few patients; if so, it's working! Never go to Generations.

P.S. In regards to the gentleman who had the "21 week issue", I was at thirteen, and the receptionist said they couldn't accept past fourteen weeks. I didn't think I was going to get an appointment in time, but someone else called and said there was a cancelation. Two dad later I got the $1700 chat and canceled. INCONSISTENT!

Dr Leisy is worth the wait. Sometimes there is a wait time but she always explains every single thing that is happening. I have went to other obgyn practices and never been as happy. She has never made me feel bad about myself or anything about my health. She makes me feel like I have a mom in the room.

Even during my birth the on call doctors delivered him & she still came by to check on me. I ll never forget that & my son is 5 now.

My point to that is that no doctor I ve seen here has ever done me wrong!

We really liked the doctor we used and the services provided by Generations. However, leaving them has been a nightmare. We are not in Network, so they will not file with our insurance. Not only that, but they will not give us the hcfa forms or any other insurance forms in order for me to file. Until I get those I'm essentially out $2k! If you're looking to use Generations, they're good doctors, but MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN NETWORK.

The secretary was not helpful or considerate to my wife. You would hope that an ObGyn practice would staff friendly, loving people to deal with women going through stressful situations. Instead, my wife came away feeling more stressed and upset. Also, my wife and I feel like we were profiled because we are young. Needless to say, we have moved on to another practice.

Dr. Cottam and her assistant Kelly are wonderful. Always make you feel welcome and keep you up to date every step of the way. Highly recommend this office for pregnant ladies. Also, the ladies at the front desk and check out are amazing. I had to visit weekly for shots so I was always welcomed by name when I went to check in and out.

Dr. Myers and the entire crew at Generations are amazing! We chose this practice to deliver our first baby and throughout the process my wife has been taken care of in such a comfortable and caring way. They are incredibly patient with first time parents and happily answer all the inevitable questions and concerns we have had throughout our first pregnancy. Best of all, we've seen Dr. Myers for 95% of our visits (the two exceptions being he was delivering another baby on one visit and was vacationing with his family on the other). Even still, we saw another primary doctor (Dr. Cottam and Dr. O'Kelley), both of whom were fantastic to deal with. I'd HIGHLY recommend Generations to my family members and best friends.

I really liked all the doctors I saw and even the on-call doctor for my delivery. The triage nurses were always prompt with information or coordinating a callback from a doctor when needed.

The practice staff is unprofessional. The first sonographer I saw was rude and implied that we were only worried about the gender of the baby, not its overall health. When I asked for a towel to wipe the transducer gel off she said "it dries clear!".
Courtney the scheduler is curt. Once I had to reschedule an appointment due to illness and she said "well this is a very important appointment and you shouldn't miss it".
The first OB appointment was a 3 hour inter-departmental paper shuffle. The front desk staff weren't even pleasant until they recognized me after many visits. The nurses/techs just shuffle you around from waiting area to waiting area, avoiding eye contact or conversation. They won't update you on the anticipated wait time (and believe me, they can be lengthy). I had questions about a bill and after receiving no callbacks from the billing department for 3 months, I asked to speak to a supervisor. After receiving my answers from her, I thanked her for her time. Her response was a flat "sure". Really? I'm a nurse and worked in an office for 5 years. That is unacceptable behavior and would not have been tolerated where I worked. It's a shame the practice can't measure up to the excellence of the physician staff. I may be having the next child elsewhere.

This is my second pregnancy and I love the office. They do accept blue cross blue shield because I have it and so do my coworkers that go here. I have never had a bad experience with the doctors or receptionists and I have been going to this office for over 3 years now. I wouldn't go any where else again.

Dr Greene is nice but she has so many patients thst it seems like she can t take time with you or be personal. The wait time is usually very long and the visit incredibly short. My appointments always seem very quick and generic. She does stay positive and upbeat, I just wish that she had more time with her patients.

Just gave birth to my first baby a few days ago with Dr. Greene as my doctor. She is a wonderful doctor and really cares about her patients. Could not have made it through without her. I highly recommend Dr. Greene, Generations OBGYN, and Park West Hospital. The nurses and staff are incredible and very helpful. Nurses Ana, Allison, and Sarah go above and beyond. They really do their job well and make you and your baby feel well taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience at Generations. My primary doctor was Dr. Cottam and I had Dr. Cummings for one appointment when Dr. Cottam was out of town. Both doctors were amazing--professional and warm, and they patiently answered all of my questions. I had a placenta complication and Dr. Cottam kept my husband and I informed of how they would keep both baby and me safe. I would definitely recommend their practice to anyone.

Dr. Leisy is an awesome doctor. Very caring, skilled, personable and follows up on all issues. Had the ablation done last December and no issues since. If you need a great doctor...I highly recommend Dr. Leisy!

We love Dr Cummings and have always had a pleasant experience with everyone in the office except one ultrasound tech. This is our first baby but we couldn't be happier with our choice to come to generations and deliver at Parkwest.

I have used Generations for the care of both of my pregnancies and I would never go anywhere else! Dr O' Kelley is absolutely WONDERFUL and went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. He took wonderful care of me and made sure he was there for the delivery. I will never be able to thank him enough for everything he has done! Thank you to everyone at Generations for your top of the line and quality care!

I was a patient here for 6 years, they delivered my children. I lost my BCBS insurance, because I could no longer afford the premiums, and had to switch to a UHC policy. Called to make an appt, because I felt a lump in my breast, and the appt maker told me they didn't take my insurance, and there was nothing she could do for me. Wouldn't let me pay cash, and never offered to give me a reccomendation of another doctor. Just said, "I don't know what to tell you, I can't help you" and hung up.

Today was my first time at the Knoxville office...it was very busy but seem to move along pretty quickly. I had to have a biopsy done and Dr.Greene talked me through every step if it and it was not bad at all. I will definitely recommend this practice.

The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is be...

The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Dr Green, she is an amazing Dr, very supportive and considerate. I have severe endometriosis and have suffered through multiple failed treatments and procedures at multiple other OB's over the last 10+ yrs. Dr Green was very caring, listened to all my concerns, then explained my options. With my failed attempts at conservative methods, we decided that surgery was my best option, which I am more than good with at this point.

My issues are with the administrative staff. On my last appt, i was 2 min due to being stopped @ 2 different "COVID CHECK DESKS" and elevator issues. I even apologized to the lady up front for being held up by them. After checking me in, the lady behind the desk proceeded to exclaim "CAN YOU BELIEVE OUR 4:45PM JUST SHOWED UP! WHAT NERVE!" This was shouted loud enough to be heard clearly throughout the entire waiting room. You can't imagine the embarrassment this unwarranted behavior caused.

I was scheduled to come back for preliminary testing to see what type of surgery needed to be done. I was told by the schedule clerk that "if we need anything else from you we will contact you prior to your appt." When i arrived at my appt and checked in, the SAME rude employee from my previous visit stated that they had "estimated" the cost of my procedures and what they "thought" my insurance might pay on them, and that i had to pay almost $300 out of pocket. Confused, i asked if they would just bill me after insurance had paid their portion so i knew exactly what my portion was (which is how all my previous billings from this office had done), that i was not prepared to pay that at this time. She merely stated "well someone should have called you to tell you this." I then explained the ONLY call i had recieved since my last visit was the automated appt reminder to confirm my appt, that no one had mentioned anything about me having a bill to pay up front. She then went to speak to the so called office manager, and came back about 10 min later with another employee, who also stated she had spoken to the office manager and was told that if i didn't pay their ESTIMATED AMOUNT, they would not perform my tests and i would have to reschedule for a time when i was able to pay it. I asked if there was anyway i could pay a portion of it and get billed for the rest, to which i was told "the office manager said absolutely not." I ended up having to reschedule my tests for 2 more weeks out, which means another day of missed work, if i even decide to keep it at this point.

I have suffered with this ailment for over 10 yrs, and have finally found a Dr that actually listens and cares and wants to try to help, but now it looks like i may just have to continue living with this, as i do not believe in paying "ESTIMATED" portions of a bill that they don't even know i owe yet! The administrative staff were extremely rude and didn't even attempt to explain how i was supposed to pay for something that i was never informed of, and they can not even verify at this time that i will actually owe or not. This entire conversation was held over the main desk in front of the entire waiting room, when any private discussion like that should've been in private. I am not someone who tries to get something for nothing. I understand how insurance works and that payment is due at time of service. But i also understand that i should not be billed for something without it being first run through my insurance to see what, if any amount, i actually do owe, on top of the fact that the only excuse i got on their "laps of communication" was "well, someone should've told you." Very unprofessional, very rude, and knowing how great the Dr is, very upsetting knowing that these employees are pushing people away from care they desperately need because of their unprofessionalism and attitudes.

I used Dr. McCollum but all the doctors are great. I can not believe anyone would vote them below a 5 star. They were so wonderful and made my pregnancy with my first son such a joy! Delivery went absolutely great. Nothing could have been better than it was. Doctors, staff, everyone is great. Park West was a wonderful place to deliver. They did such a great job and the nurses are EXTRAORDINARY. They helped me out with breastfeeding so much and anything I needed they catered to. They let the baby 'room in' unlike other hospitals who take your baby from you if you are not awake. My baby stayed in my room the whole time [other than for his circumsicion] which i loved!! The room was great and so was the food. I would vote this a 10 if there were more stars :D

I have been a patient here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. I have referred family here as well. They all love their doctors. The insurance department have always given me very accurate estimates for any care outside the norm I may need. The phone room take care of my refills and questions in a timely manner. The staff are always very courteous and professional to me. I always know I am well taken care of. Even if my regular doctor is out of the office, another provider takes care of me.

Transferred here after having a terrible experience with Fort Sanders women's specialists. I also got told over the phone initially that they wouldn't take me because I was over 19 weeks pregnant. I see Dr. Meyers, who is nice enough, but rushes in and out so that you don't feel like a priority. They overbook every appointment, so I have never had a prenatal visit that lasted under 2.5 hours. I typically have to take half days off work to go, which is completely crazy. On multiple occasions, I have spent over 45 mins in the waiting room following the initial weight/bp measurements because they forgot about me or lost my file in the stack. There is no discount if you transfer prenatal care, so know that even if they're only seeing you for half the pregnancy they will charge the full rate. I even got transferred recently and they're keeping the rate in case i get transferred back. Billing consistently messes up my bills and overcharges me, then rarely answer their phone when i call. They also made me pay my full deductible even though I knew I would not owe that after an er visit and sonograms. They made me jump through all kinds of hoops to get the money back. They were initially going to keep it for 2+ months after delivery (i met the deductible before i was 6 months along). So pretty much, go anywhere else.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ever to anyone who is thinking about going to generations, I was seen in late December, they called me about 1 lab result, not everything they tested me for. I have called MULTIPLE times trying to get ahold of them and have gotten ZERO answers. I was sent to the ER for being improperly treated. I would NOT recommend.

They are amazing! I started going when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. Every trip there was well over expectation. When you are a pregnant woman you go in every few weeks. Even more when closer to your due date. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I still continue to use them even after 2 years after my daughter was born. I couldn't ask for a better OB to go to. The ladies up front are always smiling and happy to be there "which you can't find at a lot of places anymore". The nurses in the back are always helpful and polite and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with this office. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. They made me feel very welcome. The office and rooms were very nice and clean. Dr Cottam was great! She listened and answered my questions. She was knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend.

Very poor customer service experience. I scheduled an appointment on 2/5/21 for 4/12/21 (over two months later) as that was the next available. I then received a voicemail on 3/12/21 stating that the original appointment is no longer available. When I called back the following week, I was told the earliest available is JUNE 3RD. They had to cancel my appointment and push me out two month to see a doctor. While I understand that appointments fill up, I do not see why this is now a burden on me because you could not schedule a correct time originally.

After reading reviews on Generations, I was very reluctant to make my appointment there. However, I am so glad I did! I will agree that they are ALWAYS behind on schedule, and I feel like it always takes forever. But the staff has always been very helpful and nice. Additionally, I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cummings. I have recommended all of my friends to her, and they love her as well. I have been a patient for a little over a year now, and am very pleased. I say give them a chance.

Totally surprised by all the 1 star reviews. I couldn't have asked for any better experiences or a better doctor. Everyone is always friendly and willing to answer questions. Only had to wait a longer amount of time once and that was just because the doctor that I see was across the street delivering a baby. I understand this especially since I was once the one across the street having a baby and was totally blessed that my doctor was able to come right over and deliver the baby.

I have been seeing Dr. Talley for about 15 years. She did my oopherectomy and takes care of all my gyno needs. She has always been thorough, professional and personable. I got spoiled when she was in solo practice. I just had my 1st visit with her since she's come back into the generations group. The office staff were nice and helpful. My wait was not too long. A big busy practice will take some getting used to again but I have been pleased so far. My only problem is the patient portal. It doesn't work at this time.

I waited over an hour to see Dr. Green today thinking I was going to have my appointment. I was even charged my copay ahead of time. From the moment I got there, they just shuffled me from waiting room to waiting room. When it was finally my turn for my appointment, I realized toward the end of the conversation with the doctor that she didn't actually plan on doing anything that day. So I waited an hour for the doctor to schedule another appointment on a different day. What a joke. Everything they told me could have been said over the phone. They are just doing this to get the extra money. It s just doctors being doctors or in this case useless. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR NOTHING!!

I just moved to town and had a great experience as a first time patient of Dr. Cummings and Generations ObGyn. The receptionists (at check in and check out) were very nice and friendly, and I only had to wait about 10 minutes before being taken back for my exam. Dr. Cummings was extremely professional and thorough during the exam. She had reviewed all of my medical records from my previous doctor in advance of the appointment and discussed them with me in detail. She didn't seem rushed and she seemed to genuinely care about my well being (you don't always get that with doctors these days). They have a great online portal system where I can check the results of my tests within a few days of the appointment, which was a big improvement from my previous doctor. I am happy to have found a doctor and medical practice that I really like.

Most of the staff were unprofessional both in person and over the phone. Went in for the first appointment and ultrasound and once the baby came up on the screen the technician says, "There's your baby. It doesn't have a heartbeat." And then silence. My husband and I sat there with no idea what was going on. Was that normal? We had no idea as this was our first pregnancy. The technician then apologizes and says she is going to get Dr. Cummings. She returns without the doctor and says that Dr. Cummings 'didn't feel the need to double check.' Meanwhile the tech talks about this being the worst part of her job, literally making our lost baby all about her. Following that we go in to talk with Dr. Cummings who expects us to make a decision right then concerning what path we will take next. She does not even leave the room to let us talk but instead stares at us and waits. When I ask questions about letting the baby pass naturally, she says it will be just like a period with heavy cramps. We leave and later find out (by experience) that sometimes miscarriages are very similar to a birth, after my water breaks and I have contractions for over seven hours. Dr. Cummings did not even hint that this was a possibility. When I called to cancel my next appointment and explain my frustration and dissapointment, the receptionist says, "I will cancel that appointment. Have a nice day." Nothing else, even though I made my frustration very clear. Please do not use this practice but instead find doctors AND other staff that care about you as an individual.

Dr. Cummings is wonderful. She and her staff have been great throughout my pregnancy-she is always friendly and seems to have time for me. I have seen a couple of the other docs when she has been out of the office and they seem really nice, too. Generations has been great for us.

I would give five stars because Dr Myers is so nice and Dr Cottom was on call and actually delivered my daughter and I was a wonderful experience. However the receptionist are an absolute nightmare I swear I get anxiety about check out at my appointments and if you call over the phone they are so rude I have never experienced such a rude receptionist ever! And I work as a hairdresser with the public and my husband works in retail so I by no means am exaggerating one in particular must hate her job. It's a real shame because all the Doctors and nurses and everyone else through the whole nine months I encountered was pleasant except the appointment. Just sad they can make such a happy exciting time stressful I hope this changes. Then they would get five stars from me.

Unfortunately what started as a good experience had repeatedly turned into a bad one with this practice. They never run on schedule & have made me wait long periods of time for appointments ( Ive had to leave & schedule appointments because I couldn't wait any longer). Further, I recently found out I was expecting my 4th child (none delivered with them) and they waited until the last second to force me to change my 1st appointment...by 2 weeks. Then refused to let me see an alternate doctor without being penalized by forcing me to permanently change to that doctor in their practice. I vocalized my disappointment and was told this is their policy & that is my only option. I received a call shortly after from the same uncaring receptionist who told me her supervisor found an appointment a week after my original one. I've chosen to leave the practice instead...my child and my pregnancy are not a "number". I am truly disappointed with this practice & would not recommend them to anyone looking for intimate relationship with their doctor. Couldn't be more disappointed, and just days before Christmas as well.

This practice has been nothing but terrible. They are very unprofessional. They don t care about their patients. They told my wife they can see her but first she needs to go to HOPE Resource center so they can see how far she is. Then we call back to make an appointment and they tell us that they can t help us. They can careless about you. They make you jump 10 hoops to then be told that u can t be seen by them. Their policies are absolutely ridiculous. My wife is 4 months pregnant and they can careless about helping us. I wish I could give a 0 star. I will be filing a complaint with the Medical Board After what they have put us through.

Dr. Meyers was thorough and addressed all aspects of my treatment. He listened to my concerns and tested for everything that may relate to my issues and made a plan to address it quickly. All staff were nice and helpful. I look forward to continuing care here.

Dr Greene was absolutely amazing during the whole process. When my wife was in labor, she got really scared at one point and started to cry, Dr Greene hugged her and told her everything would be ok. As a husband and a father, that meant the world to me. She never treated us like a patient, but treated us like family. Best experience ever! Thank you Dr Greene!

This place was so bad, this is the first time I've ever left a review to warn others about this place. I started going sometime last year when I was pregnant with my daughter. My doctor was very cold the entire pregnancy. She would ask questions quickly and seemed to rush me out the door. When it came time for me to deliver my daughter she pressured me into being induced at 39 weeks and even seemed annoyed when I said I wanted to wait until baby was ready. But I reluctantly agreed to it. After baby was born I was discharged a day after giving birth even though I didn't feel physically ready to go home. Again, she was very cold the entire time and everything seemed rushed. The staff at generations is horrible as well. Courtney and Kathy are very rude but Courtney is beyond rude when you call to make appointments. Very cold staff, no people skills, LONG wait times, unprofessional all the way around. Worse experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE!

I personally didn t have a good experience here. I...

I personally didn t have a good experience here. I chose to Come here and have Dr. Greene as my physician because I had heard nothing but great things about her. Although Dr. Greene was GREAT, I ve never been impressed with the rest of the office. Whoever is in charge of Dr. Greene s schedule doesn t understand her capacity as a Doctor. My very first appointment at 8 weeks was a 3 hour appointment. Most of that time was spent in the waiting room because she had patients coming out of her ears. I waited, and waited, and waited. My second appointment was just as long, and it was only for an exam. No ultrasound no nothing. Once I spent the whole morning waiting around, Dr. Greene came in with a fetal Doppler and checked the heartbeat of my baby. Then I was on my way. I m 21 weeks and have had ONE ultrasound of my baby. ONE. During my last 2 appointments I have been promised by different staff members that I would receive an ultrasound. I didn t receive one at all. My very last appointment here was a nightmare. After I drug my 19month old all the way to the doctor with me, (I m a stay at home mom, no other choice) valet parked my car, assembled her stroller, walked to the tower, hopped on the elevator and arrived at the office- I was there for over 3 hours. With a screaming toddler. I brought snacks, an iPad, juice, stuffed animals, etc. I was brought back from the lobby, asked to urinate in a cup, and seated in a different hidden waiting room in the back for over 45 minutes. A nurse came to get me to get my vitals. (Weight and blood pressure) then placed me back in the SAME waiting room. I waited for another hour. My toddler wasn t cooperating at this point, she wanted down. I got up and walked with her, tried to let her know that we were almost done- even though I knew that was a lie. Finally a nurse came back to get me and take me to a room. I get in the room, 15 minutes go by, then 25, then 30. I open the door to see if anyone is around. Nothing. I call my husband in tears to see if it would be appropriate for me to leave and reschedule this appointment. He was angry that I waited Around this Long without being seen. I waited for a few more minutes and then a nurse came in and said she had made a mistake. It wasn t actually my turn to be seen . She apologized and sat me back into Dr. Greene s waiting room. She flipped the room and brought a different patient in there.. as I m sitting there with tears in my eyes. Emotionally exhausted from this day already, I was stunned. She came back about 5 minutes later and took me to the other side of the office to a different doctors Exam room. I was holding out thinking maybe at least I would get an ultrasound and be able to see my baby. 10 minutes go by, and Dr. Greene comes in the room looking rushed. She checked my baby with a fetal Doppler and sent me on my way. I was absolutely outraged inside. The expectation that patients are just going to sit around forever is ridiculous. I decided to change physicians and go to Contemporary Women s Health. When I called Generations to get my medical records, I was on hold trying to get a live person for 10 minutes. Then kept being transferred. Everyone I spoke to was rude with me. The woman from the records department was trying to say she was going to charge me for my records, until I threw a fit and explained my situation. When I came to pick up my records, the dark haired woman with short hair upfront was extremely rude to me. They have my license on file, as well as all of my information. And they have physically SEEN me in and out of the office to greet me by name when I walked in. I parked my car in BFE, Walked to the tower, waited for the elevator and finally made it 3 floors up to the office. She wouldn t give me my records without my ID. Even though she had it on file. At 21 weeks pregnant, I had to walk ALL the way back to my car, and grab my ID. The girl that gave me my records didn t even look at it, and she apologized for the other woman being so petty. Save yourself ALOT of time and don t even go here! It s a nightmare.

Dr. Leisy has been my doctor for over a decade. Dr. Leisy guided me through two pregnancies (2016 and 2020). She is a very conservative doctor. She is incredibly patient and takes the time to think through and answer my many questions. I am grateful I was under her care through both of my pregnancies, and am grateful to know that my health is in good hands!!!

I called to set up an appt and I ya e my insurance card. The lady was very unhelpful and hateful about my situation and said she couldn t get me in because it didn t show me in the system. I have all documentation that I have insurance, but she still wouldn t see me. Insanely displeased with this office staff.

I have been a patient at Generations since 2016. I have received excellent care and cannot recommend Dr. Cottam enough. She is always thorough and attentive, carefully addressing any concerns I might have. I truly feel like she cares about her patients. The nurses and the nurse practioner, Beth, have also always been wonderful.

I should NOT have to wait for hours to be seen on my routine visits that are now twice a month.... especially when the visit with my actual doctor lasts 5 minutes. I do not and will not ever recommend Generations at Park West. I d love to spend my day off doing something other than sitting in a waiting room waiting on someone to say ok you look good, pay me money, and go make another appointment so we can do it all again in 2 weeks. Oh then I have to walk out to hike 3 miles to my car..... I d say it s a Monday but this place sucks a** EVERYDAY

Terrible experience with Dr. Cummings. Does not care about her patients. Just trying to push patients through and see as many as possible. TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. Please save yourselves and go somewhere else.---Tried to call and contact administrator, told my follow-up was cancelled with no apology

I have been at Generations for about three years. We switched when our insurance changed for the pregnancy and birth of our first child. We have always loved our care and the physicians are amazing. However, this year we have been on a journey of getting pregnant, and have felt really let down by Generations. I am a patient who doesn't search the internet when in need of answers - we choose providers we trust, and we listen to them. On our infertility journey, it has felt like an uphill battle to be heard, seen, and cared for by this staff. The lack of returned phone calls, no updates when test results came in and no clear communication of a plan to move forward have left my husband and I disappointed and hurt by the people who are supposed to be our biggest help in this season. Unfortunately, the administration and organization of this practice has led me as a patient, to switch practices.

The waits tend to be very long but I have been going to see Dr Cottam and she is very nice. She has always answered any questions that I have. I had to go under a small surgery and she told me the risks and is always wanting to make sure I'm in my beth health. If you go there I would recommend Dr Cottam, but as I said the waits tend to be a little annoying but I have never had to wait over 45 min.

Dr. Cottam rocks! Yes, they are busy but SO worth it! (schedule appointments through the early week, never Friday from my experience) I had a really bad experience with another group & needed someone quick for a second opinion/surgery. During my first consult ever with her, I was more educated within the first 30 min. than I was the whole time I went to the other group. The other group had me scared to death but when I talked with Dr. Cottam, I felt at ease regardless if it was going to be good or bad. =) I suggest younger girls to go to her too. She is young & totally comfortable talking about literally anything when it comes to those embarrassing questions (I'm in my mid-20's). I just went through surgery with a breeze & super pleased with her staff helping me in that. I can't wait until she deliveres my children someday! I have heard great things about the group in that area also. =)

Having my daughter with this group was a terrible experience. The financial department could never give me a straight answer with my billing. I wanted things explained before I paid in full and they didn t appreciate that. When I would call when I had issues, (granted this was my first time so I had a TON of questions, I had a hard time conceiving) I was made to feel stupid and like a burden. I wasn t even explained to what a contraction felt like. I tried going to the business manager about it and it did no good so I simply switched after my baby.

I use my son's email but I have been with generations for about 23 years even before it was called generations. They helped me with my GYN needs for 10 years and helped me with a miscarriage then Dr Myers was my OB when I decided to try to have a second child 14 yrs ago. Dr Myers has done several needed surgeries since my son was born as well. I couldn't ask for a better group of doctors. They have always been thorough and informative when needed and they have been quick when it should be. At this point in my life I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my GYN needs!
