The service is terrible! Entirely unhelpful! They said they accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield which is my insurance. Then I got a call telling me I had no benefits and that I needed to bring $1700 to my appointment. I went to Fort Sanders and they had no issues with my insurance. I've never experienced this kind of service. Typically, a firm will work with you and figure out what the issue is; not so with Generations! On more than one occasion, "Kathy" was blatantly rude to me. I read the other reviews and this problem has been going on for far too long without improvement. I'd expect people caring for pregnant women (delicate as we are) to be as helpful as possible. Perhaps they're trying to stick to an elite few patients; if so, it's working! Never go to Generations.

P.S. In regards to the gentleman who had the "21 week issue", I was at thirteen, and the receptionist said they couldn't accept past fourteen weeks. I didn't think I was going to get an appointment in time, but someone else called and said there was a cancelation. Two dad later I got the $1700 chat and canceled. INCONSISTENT!
