I have been at Generations for about three years. We switched when our insurance changed for the pregnancy and birth of our first child. We have always loved our care and the physicians are amazing. However, this year we have been on a journey of getting pregnant, and have felt really let down by Generations. I am a patient who doesn't search the internet when in need of answers - we choose providers we trust, and we listen to them. On our infertility journey, it has felt like an uphill battle to be heard, seen, and cared for by this staff. The lack of returned phone calls, no updates when test results came in and no clear communication of a plan to move forward have left my husband and I disappointed and hurt by the people who are supposed to be our biggest help in this season. Unfortunately, the administration and organization of this practice has led me as a patient, to switch practices.
