Honesty lost them a sale, but that's worth 5 stars for me!

Poor service, bought trainers, wrong size received, sent them back recorded delivery, 21st Dec. Still no communication regarding exchange, never reply back on emails. Don't waste your time. spend that extra and go local. Customer service is non existent.

Very poor, order trainers came very quickly wrong trainers. Sent emails phone left massage no reply this is over two weeks. If you are taking orders and money over this period of time, also have staff in when order are wrong. So if your thinking about ordering some trainers let's hope they send the right ones, because you get know help if there wrong. Poor very poor

Ordered some Adidas joggers from there website. Seen mixed reviews but I dont comment until I've experienced it first myself. They came 2 days later and with free delivery. Very happy with MA sports.. Thankyou

Still waiting for a kids top..or even a reply or an answer on the phone....ignorant company been 2 weeks

I ordered from here a week ago an paid for first class delivery. Payment was took in full and I got a confirmation email.my things still haven't arrived IV messaged and emailed the company the last few days and not even a reply back about my order so I don't know what is going on.i want to warn others do not buy things on this site!

I ordered Heelys on 3rd December the money was taken, the seller told me the item was out for delivery and confirmed this via amazon email after the delivery date had passed the seller cancelled the order saying they did not have them in stock and they where listed as an error.

I have now got to go out and find another pair of heelys in time for Christmas and I simply do not have time for this.

I am very angry with the seller and find it very unprofessional that he lied saying the items where on the way and took 10 days to tell me they where out of stock.

All their products are absolutely fake got my Adidas Trefoil hoodie and within an hour of having it took it to the adidas shop and they confirmed it was fake.

I Bought a pair of Adidas "ZX Flux" from MA sports and the mesh material covering the toe torn after a week. I am over 70 and have only worn them casualy as I do not do any sports activites and had not put the shoes under any strain whatsoever. I even bought a size larger as these shoes apparently run a size small.

MA Sports I bought them from via Amazon did not want to know and all they seemed to care about was getting my money. I would never buy from them again.

I recently ordered Adidas Gazelles and they are 100% fake!
Stitching coming undone, the front shape doesn t line up, wonky and the insoles are stuck on with glue as one shoe had it completely unstuck.
I tried ringing the number on there website which just keeps repeating itself over and over, sending back and I hope I am not charged for them.

I contacted MA Sports looking for plain children's Wellingtons as my son doesn't like the usual superhero and starwars characters that are on most kids footwear. We chose a pair he liked and they were delivered very quickly. He loves them, super comfy. Thank you!

Ordered some trainers a week ago, not received yet, had an email saying payment pending immediately after placing the order nothing showing up on my credit card, so don't know whether to 're order or just wait as don't want to end up with 2 pairs
