We just moved in about a month ago...we leased a 3 bdrm and it is huge! My family and I are so comfortable here. Our neighbors are super nice...we made a really great choice renting at Ridgemar in El Paso, TX. Thank you to Veronica and her team for making the process so easy.

Not impressed with FPI Management whatsoever. Our gated community is always OPEN, allowing the drug dealers and homeless people who live on the street outside of our community entrance to prowl the parking lot and break into vehicles. Not sure what the point of having a "gated" community is, when the gate is never closed.

Apparently package distribution is just too difficult to comprehend. I had a package sitting there for 4 days but was still told "nope, it's not here." It took me one glance into the closet to find my package. How difficult is it to set up a notification system or to just distribute the hoards of packages sitting there? It''s almost 2020.

One of our fellow residents has a lease end date of Dec 7 (per the lease he signed ONE year ago), yet is being charged for the entire month of December. I don't know where FPI has done business before, but you can't charge your residents 12 months and 3 weeks worth of rent on a 12 month lease. We will be contacting housing authorities about this matter.

Forget sleeping in on the weekends, because they allow one resident to continue to feed a rooster that likes to start making noise before 4 AM, every single morning.

The units are not updated and renovated like the website states. The only unit that looks like the photos is the show unit. There are no amenities, and it's an extremely high-crime area. Save yourself the trouble, money, and fear of your safety by selecting a rental in Lynnwood or Mukilteo instead.

So, we have lived here almost 12 years. The rents keep raising but no improvements are made. The "workers" hired for landscaping and contracting are so bad! They butcher the trees every year and it just looks awful. They paint the buildings like 2 year olds would. They did a real crappy job repairing the balconies. FPI obviously hires the cheapest labor. Plus, l have asked for years to have the outside of my windows cleaned and to have my balcony power washed. Not done. Never been done! The owner of this property keeps asking for more rent and nothing to show for it. Also, 12 years and l have not had my walls repainted. They also do not shampoo the carpets. I had my gross carpets replaced by them a few years ago, but never have they ever shampooed them. I have to pay to have it done myself. And the blinds? Forget about it! Paid for those myself, too. I am going to remodel this place myself, which we have started. They can't do anything about it after my 12 years! But, overall, the manager here is just ok and FPI is the worst. Cheap, cheap, cheap, just like the owner.

If I could give half a star, I would. This by far is the WORST management for apartments in all of Placer County. We have had three incidents of construction with absolutely no notice, the staff on the complex are so incredibly rude it is unbelievable and then when you try to go up the chain to actually get some help you eventually tap out at a voicemail that doesn't return any of your calls. What a joke! My infant daughter hardly gets sleep with all the construction they are constantly doing, it's been 7 months of straight construction. Horrible tenent serveice, horrible living conditions, and then they make it mandatory to squeeze additional fees out of you. Our apartment is literally right next door to the dumpster area but we still have to pay $35 a month for someone to walk the 20 feet and put it there for us. Ridiculous. Preserve at Creekside in Roseville, CA. DO NOT RENT HERE!

I live in everett wa at the vintage at holly village. the manager here is very good. She's friendly and works with us. But the security needs to be improved GREATLY. Most of us, are elderly or disabled as i am. And i am concerned that they are waiting til "after the fact happens" to do anything.

Our apartment complex has recently been bought out...

Our apartment complex has recently been bought out by this company and I haven t been able to reach anymore in months!!! The property is a mess, the pool is filthy, and other neighbors have even called and complained to the state and city officials. I have never had this problem with our last property manager people. This is very unprofessional and I hope this company gets bought out by someone better.

My mother lives in a retirement community using a walker and they won't even help shovel snow from sidewalks("plow broken"), or even shovel parking spots so that residents are even in a safe environment. She's afraid to even leave her apartment due to safety issues that aren't being acknowledged.

We toured this property this weekend and were overwhelmed by the five star customer service that Tessa provided to us on our tour! I highly recommend coming to tour and renting at an amazing property like this! FPI hires quality staff that treat you exactly how you would want - five star service and nothing less!

I rent one of their properties in Albuquerque, NM (Villa la Charles). Although the apartments have been there for awhile, FPI Management has done a great job keeping them in shape, with colorful awnings, choice landscaping, a pristine pool, state-of-the-art gym equipment and absolutely wonderful local management (Jacqueline Herrera) and a great staff (Emily at the front desk and Robert in maintenance.)

I have reached to fpi many times and called no response to my issues/concerns so maybe leaving this review could help bring good management to copperlane apartments again since the management here is an epic fail...
I don t have nothing Good to say only that I been a target for being mistreated and harassed and being stalked by a neighbor/manager while she takes her Dog to poop by my window as an excuse only to take a peak in my home how embarrassing and overwhelming god.
My kids can t even go outside to play with out the office bringing notices to remove toys what a shame.

I really dont want to give even 1 star. but for the fact that its default I have to leave it @ 1

I was a resident of The Onyx apartment @ Redmond(APT 152) from 2014- till 2015 Aug. Today its 1/17/2017. Almost after 1.5 years, I am getting a call from the Debt collecting agency that I have an outstanding of 650$. I have been relocating every 5 months to different parts of the country and even out of the country for a while. But my land line nor email address never changed even when I moved out of the country. I am still using the same.

There was an interest charge of 100 $ in my outstanding. For the lethargic act of the management I have to pay the interest. I wish It did not happen after 20 years. May be they might have asked me 100k $ or write off my bank balance. Was it my mistake to still have the same landline number and email address just to ensure any one with whom I was associated can still reach out. were they sleeping all time till now.

The community had my landlines and email address in the record. I did not get any single email is the past 1.5 years.
I was informed that the dept collecting office got this information a week back to collect the outstanding. It did not even take a week for them to call up and inform about the outstanding. I will not agree nor any one would if the companies justification is that they had sent MAIL. Things are more agile in this world.

I have been trying to reach Kyle who was the media reputation manger and he was unable to bring anyone for discussion who is responsible to cause such delay in the communication. In spite of looping in people who are responsible, they were deliberately avoiding.
This is totally un unprofessional and unethical

Living experience was also pathetic... No proper maintenance .. ticket would take ages to be addressed, The managements leasing office always talks harsh. dont treat residents like real customers. Once you sign the lease, we are trapped and loot money as much as they can during move out and that too after years when people would have forgotten what were the damages . Nice strategy!!!

One of their properties scammed my boyfriend and I by taking our money under false pretenses then raised the deposit by $900 5 days before we were supposed to move in. Do not live in any complex managed by FPI Management, they are not forthcoming about what they will charge and they back their complexes even if the management is both uninformed and lying to you!

We are super disappointed with this property management company. We have been residing in this place for 10 years. They bought the property and the nightmare started. They decided to remodel the property, but don't want to relocate the residents. They painted my bathrooms today, told us that we cannot use them for over 24 hours. How can we survive without shower in CA in July????? I talked to the apartment management, they are really nice ppl. They said we are so sorry, but we can't help you.
I would NOT recommend residing at any of their properties since I see most of the reviews are bad. Mostly the same issues.

As a tenant of an FPI managed property I can say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. At the apartment complex I lived at I along with other tenants experienced a lot of problems with the property manager. Kacey Koons is the manager at Shaliko apartments which is managed by FPI portfolio managers Dawn Rowland and Jennifer Laureno (sp). After bringing numerous issues to the complex manager Kacey and then Dawn and Jennifer such as open drug use at the complex, rampant theft due to the lack of security and the lack of the manager Kacey Koons failing to enforce the lease agreement rules. They did nothing but turn a blind eye to our concerns. After pictures, emails and other concrete evidence they Dawn and Jennifer kept the property manager on at the property. When you have a property manager partying with the tenants no one is held accountable. I had over $1300.00 of items stolen from two of my vehicles in over 2 months time. I know of three other tenants that had items stolen from their vehicles as well. Security was a joke, after bringing the issue of the poor security for over 5 months they finally decided to change the security company. Any improvements to make the complex a more safe and enjoyable living environment came from the tenants.
Fights, open drug use and parties well into the night at the pool could be witnessed on a weekly basis. The culture stayed the same no matter what complaints the residents brought to the management.
I had a face to face meeting with Dawn Rowland to address these concerns their were 10 residents were identified with these same complaints. After the face to face meeting with Dawn Rowland none of the residents were contacted to confirm what I had been witnessing. Funny how Kacey Koons would harrass tenants for silly infractions, yet she would do nothing to enforce the late night parties, open drug use, non operational vehicles with expired plates and the poor performance of the security company. When the residents would post something negative on social media they would threaten the residents with a 3 day notice. Any resident that complained would be harrassed. When I reached out to the owner after exhausting all avenues at FPI, I was sent a letter from the owner stating "any future communication needs to go through their attorney". So the owner did not care to hear from the residents either.
Rocklin PD had to respond to Shaliko apartments from Jan.1st, 2015 to Oct.1st, 2015
255 times for onsite incidents. When the management was presented with this information they denied they had any issues at the complex and told me my claims of these issues were false and unfounded. I was threatened with a lawsuit as well. They bully you into not complaining about anything.
Now that I have finally moved out from Shaliko it's been 24 days and I have yet to receive my security deposit. I was told by management it was mailed 14 days ago.... Yeah right! Funny how I had all of these issues and now my refund just happened to get lost. What a coincidence!
The law states that the landlord has 21 days to get your refund to you. Now I am requesting the status of my refund and now Jennifer will not respond to my emails.
This is the worst nightmare experience I have ever witnessed. It's like a nightmare that will never end!!!
I can't wait to be done with these idiots!!!!
FPI is horrible bottom line!!! They do not listen to the tenants, they just want their apartments filled and want their tenants to not complain when their are safety and security issues. Their managed property did not provide a livable and safe environment.

FPI manages Somersett Hills in Roseville. We have lived here for three years and it is a wonderful place to live. Debbie is the manager and she will go above and beyond for the residents. It is very quiet, and clean. We have not had any problems at all. The few times I have needed maintenance, Debbie has it taken care of that day if possible. The neighbors are amazing and most have been here for five or more years, which is rare. It is a hidden gem.

I stay at Tanager Springs in Fresno CA for over a year. This is my second experience with them and the first time I left I felt like I was leaving family. Norma is one of the kindest and caring people I have ever met. She is very easy to talk to and has a very compassionate heart. When I returned to town I knew I wanted to come back here and lucky for me the was an apartment available. Maintenance seems overwhelmed sometimes but they are good. I love it here.

FPI Managed property called Onyx at Redmond has horrible maintenance issues. Their leasing office has been unresponsive, upon contacting FPI office, I was assured of prompt action, but nothing happened.

Going through my experience at Onyx, I would never recommend any FPI managed property to anyone.

This is a review for The Meadows by Vintage in Bellingham WA.

These people were nice and helpful when you live there, once you move out, they will show you their true faces. They billed me $3383 after we moved out!!!!

Before we moved out, the manager said that we had to pay only until the last day we stayed (which is only 2 days of the new billing circle) then they billed us for the whole month.

They also billed us for the new carpet replacement of more than $1600 saying that they replaced the carpet before we moved in and after we moved out, which is a lie. Before we moved in we were told to wait for a few days because they just shampooed the carpet. Then after we moved in, the carpet was still wet and it took almost a month till the carpet got dry. I also talked to the new tenant of the apt and he said the carpet was not replaced, they just cleaned it because when he moved in the whole floor was damp.

Today I went there to talk to the manager, she was totally ignorant and rude. She asked me to talk to the credit company that handles my case while she was the one who prepared the bill to cheat my money. She even threatened to call the police on me. Such a horrible place, I so regret that I gave them 2 years of rent.

The Meadows by Vintage, dishonest business won't get you anywhere! You guys are supposed to help low income people, not to scam them. I hope there will be more people who raise their voices so police will investigate this place.

I live in Lotus Landing apartments and the housing manager is not a nice person at all I asked her if she would work with me with the rent I had most of it just short by a little? She calls me Friday evening saying she could on my give me until Monday morning by 10 am to come up with the money....so I go to her before 10 and tell her I am short and she says it is nothing she can do her supervisor already told her they can't work with me that today was the last day to pay...and the housing manager said if I call her supervisor they are gonna tell her the same thing that I would not be able to speak to them personally they go through her? What type of company is ran like that?? You never can speak to someone higher they go through the leasing owner only?? Sounds kind of bogus?? I told her I want to pay my rent i just need a couple of more days to pay it? She says no . Her assistant tells me I could hand my keys over and just leave the apartment to avoid the eviction? Really? Like where am I gonna go with 3 kids??...this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with...i just wanna stay here pay me rent and when my lease is up in May I will be gone!! Never again so unprofessional and not caring or considerate at all!! I don't recommend this company to any one!!!

Let me tell you the customer service here is horrible! I moved in March 22, 2018 to a brand new complex never been lived in apartment. I experienced issues with the plumbing in the master bathroom the toilet kept clogging the plumber has come out twice I also experienced the upstairs neighbors feces and sewage come into my tub from upstairs through the tub. The manager Laura came out to look she called her construction workers everyone was puzzled And couldn t figure out what was going on they called the plumber the plumber was able to determine there was a blockage in the pipes, however I have still had issues with my toilet now they re saying that I have to pay a plumber to come out because the only issue they re finding is toilet paper clogging the pipes at the beginning of the pipes. The plumber has deemed there is nothing wrong with the pipes or the toilet bowl. Now the assistant manager Brittany is telling me that I am responsible for the cost of the plumber because the Vasari cannot continue to incur the cost. I am a tenant this is not my responsibility, however in her email to me she stated that the plumber will replace the toilet bowl and will not charge us for the replacement of the toilet bowl. Why are you already looking to replace the toilet bowl when initially you said that issue is just toilet paper and they re blaming me toilet paper is normal that should go down the pipes easily . The plumber has not even come out yet they said if the plumber comes out a third time and they deem that the issue was toilet paper I will incur the cost however they ve already talk to the plumber and they are already considering replacing the toilet bowl and they can t even schedule me till Tuesday 5/15/2018 which in the initial email I Sent was on 5/8/2018 my toilet has been clogged now for five days. This is ridiculous!

After a new management company FPI became an autho...

After a new management company FPI became an authorized owner of Danbury Park Apartments in December 2017 and started a renovation this summer our positive and quiet living here is switched to negative and terrible staying. Now we live in the construction zone, and even more: we have to stay outside our units with little kids from 8am to 5pm for the 2week period and return to dirty unit with our packed stuff and breathe with paint fumes. The management provides only one hospitality unit and a community room in the leasing office for 24 families at the same time and no any other reimbursements. We constantly hear rude and not respectful manager. We feel intimidated because manager has a power to give us 30-days notice. He is doing a great job for the owner, but not for residents, by breaking fair housing laws.
Don t become a victim on this property!!!
Stay AWAY!!!
We wish that we would not feel homeless after paying rent!

Brittany is the one who showed me the complex and did a fantastic job showing me around. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who was looking for a clean, beautiful place to live!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had living ...

One of the worst experiences I've ever had living at any apartment. Trust me, that's really saying something because I've lived in a lot of horrible places. They towed our car twice, without warning us (as they are supposed to do). They knew that we lived at the apartment complex because of the sticker in our window so they could have easily called our cellphone number and we would have moved the car immediately. But, instead, I had to wake up to find my car nowhere in sight. And, in the end, I had to pay over 800 dollars total (for both times) to get my car back. I would like FPI to reimburse me this money.
The gym is atrocious. Dirty and the other residents are very discourteous. I had to throw a couple of teenagers out of the gym once for being extremely loud and inhaling helium from balloons stolen from the front entrance "now leasing" advertisement. I did this with the questionable help of the so-called "security guard," who actually did nothing. Clearly I would make a better security guard than this girl who looked to be about 17.
In addition to this, they have wrongfully charged me for parking and refuse to give me back my money, even after I sold my car and gave them back my parking sticker. They also consistently give us the wrong bill every month for our rent. I want my money back. You people are criminals who steal the hard-earned money of struggling people. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Worst customer service, ridiculous fees they "forgot" to mention and not willing to work with you on anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. Long time residents who have lived here for over 10 years are moving out because of FPI Management and we are doing the same.

Currently a tenant at Foxborough apartments. Never have I lived anywhere as mismanaged as this place. They constantly put notices on our door after we pay our rent online that we owe more and more money. I went in to fix the issue got it straightened up then they get a new office manager and I get more notices for fees they forgot to tack onto my rent. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. They even brought me a notice of a fee they wanted to add onto a previous lease I had with someone else. Never will we return never ever will I recommend a place who's gate constantly breaks down and at 11pm you're forced to park at jack in the box down the road.

I was over charged $500 for carpet that was not worth it and was fine when I moved out. I was charged 175 for misc charges the apartment was clean and they charged a cleaning fee. Another $300 for something else. Charged late rent amounts when everything was current and paid off. Had been communicating with them for months just to see what my account looked like. They did not do a proper move out inspection with me present.
I will not be renting from them in the future and I recommend you don't either.
A whole bunch of unnecessary charges just to keep the deposit smh

The manager David Hamlin at Redwood Commons in McMinnville Oregon is horrible. Very controlling and won't stop harassing and trying to evict my mom for dumb reasons. It's his way or pretty much your evicted. We have called the portfolio manager who won't even call back so very poor service and crappy business. Don't live in there apartments, you will regret it. I wouldn't even given this place one star it deserves zero!

Our law firm has been an FPI vendor for 19 years and hoping for 19 more. It is such an honor to work for such a professional management company. FPI staff is well educated in customer service. It has always been their goal to provide the perfect home for its tenants. It is our firm's duty to stand behind FPI if any legal issues that arise. Over the past 19 years, the VERY FEW issues (very small concerns) that have been brought to attention of management were treated with professionalism, realizing 100% resolution. In most cases, our intervention was not even necessary due to the care given to the situation directly by the management staff.

I am always happy when I receive a phone call from their staff. As it turns out, they treat their vendors as well as they treat their tenants.

Personally, I am always reluctant to move into an apartment feeling like management has too much control over my daily living. I am always very careful about where I rent. FROM THE TENANT STANDPOINT, I CAN CLEARLY STATE THAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CONTRACT WITH AN UPSTANDING WELL EDUCATED AND DELIGHTFUL TEAM TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME, FPI SITES PROVIDE THAT TO ITS TENANTS. Having a great management team allows the tenant to only be concerned about where to place your furniture and hang your family photos.

I give FPI a thumbs up in both vendor rating and tenant ratings. COME HOME TO FPI. You will truly be satisfied. Tell them Angela sent you! : o)

I am currently a resident at The Village At Broad Apartments. I have been resident going on 4 years. I am very happy here. I have never had any issues or problems here.. The on site manager Leslie does her job very well. She makes us feel very comfortable and makes us feel at home. She is always there for us and makes us feel like we can talk to her about any thing . When ever we have any maintenance issues they are taken care of right away. The maintenance man does his job very well. You can tell they both take pride in there work. In my eyes they are both awesome at there job.

I would not ever rent from FPI management been waiting for my deposit for 2 months every time I call I get transfer to different people leave massage but no reply it's to the point that I feel like calling 7 on yo side as I look at past experience I rented from property they own and sold which was stone creak and notomas Sacramento I would not ever rent from FPI management .

I help a resident that lives in Everett Washington, Vintage ar Holly village. The building is great, always clean and cozy. And the management staff wonderful. They are all so helpful and interested in any issue we have. Without being noise or uninterested. They have handled all of our concerns professionally, quickly, with smiles and precision. We love working with them and look forward to living here for many years. I highly recommend this facility to everyone looking for great place to live, spend holidays, and enjoy family, friends. Horrible business practices to handle situations where they failed to meet new tenant expectations. I'm still waiting on my money to be refunded 29 days after the fact that they wasted my time, money, and effort. I'm filing a lawsuit which is going to take up more of my time and money to get back what was already rightfully mine. You can't move someone into an apartment with a lease that is already invalidated due to an infestation, and then not even mention that there is already a citation from the city for that exact issue. And then telling us that we have to wait 21 days for our money to be returned to us and leave us with debt piling up because of your companies failure to pre inspect the unit to be leased.

The previous management was not the greatest, I felt like the office manager didn t care too much about their tenants. Now with FPI management and Yeri in the front office I get amazing service! I see the security come by a lot more and ensure we are in a safe positive community at courtyard at Artisan Square!

FPI management just took over brand new apartments...

FPI management just took over brand new apartments in Colorado. There has been zero communication regarding the transition. Nothing about when amenities will open back up. None of the staff that I have actually seen wear masks during this pandemic. New grills not operative in 1/2 of the community. Air conditioners not working in apartments. On and on and on... hoping to get some resolution. Update: cockroaches. Unbelievable. The apartments are not near 100% occupied and they moved people into my building, one couple from Arizona and another from Texas. I love our out of towners and during a pandemic they should have been required to quarantine for 14 days. And they brought a cockroach with them. Great. Shrubs dying. Front of community beautiful and, of course, not so much back where my unit is located. Haven t been allowed in clubhouse for 6 months even for a cup of coffee. All amenities shut down after 5. No credit on rent for lack of amenities.

Lived in Affinity at Walla Walla now for two years. A year ago I moved from a two bedroom to a one bedroom due to a divorce. The transfer went well, I thought until it came time to receive out security deposit back. Affinity returned only $200 of our $500 Security deposit, charging us $150 for painting, $50 for cleaning and $100 for carpet cleaning. Our apartment was spotless when we left. Absolutely no damages, simply normal wear and tear. I have talked to the manager, no action taken. Wrote a letter asking for monies to be returned, no response! The first of May I sent a letter to FPI Management in Folsom, Ca sent certified return receipt requested. I received the notice signed 5/2/17. As of today, 5/25/17 I have heard nothing. Poor management responses! They are breaking the laws of Washington State! Read your state laws before signing a lease. Their current lease used here is not legal!

I am a customer of affinity, being managed by fpi, and very poorly I may add.
The small apartments were nice, but only because we had many amenities that we were told were our extended living areas, until the virus hit. We were locked down tight, no gathering, still no gathering, no use of our extended living areas, we were locked out of all of that. First the amenities were slowly opened up Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. but you must sign in and wipe everything clean before and after use, time limits, people limits, social distancing, required to wear masks. Took away any desire to use our amenities and treated like a bunch of first graders. This apartment building is 55+ independent living but turned into a prison and the residents had nothing they could do about it. We were stuck in our small apartments, nowhere to go, the building felt like a airless tomb sucking the life out of its prisoners. Also I might add that we were not compensated for the loss of these amenities, they tell us they are not part of our rent! Now isn t that nice that the owners are paying for all these extra amenities out of their own pocket, that would account for why our rents are so high I guess.
The building is showing the stress too, no, it s not lonely, depressed, isolated, but it is sick! We have untrained and unsupervised maintenance men, dirty and smelly garbage rooms that they weren t even shown how to lock securely which left them open three times in two weeks. The front door entry is kept locked 24/7 yet the back doors of the garbage room were left wide open for anything to come in. Right now there are dirty wine glasses in the pub from last weeks pub night, not the first time I might add, guess the house keeper doesn t clean the pub on Friday s or Monday s, but what the heck, nobody goes in there for ice anymore after they put a lock on the ice machine to keep the residents out.
This is fpi management, and it sucks!

Mgmt at Kings View Estates in Fresno, CA is a nightmare! They really don't care about their tenants at all. I've put in many work orders to have various things done, to no avail., many excuses, many! FPI MGMT MADE us move out of our unit to renovate giving us only a 6 day notice to do so. When we balked a little we were threatened with being sued for non compliance, and that my credit and rental history would be ruined by not doing it. We were told months ago that we would be reimbursed for the inconvenience , but when asked again, about 2 weeks ago, i wad told the owner informed the office staff that because tenants got solar panels that it would be reimbursement enough!! When we were made to move, we all were told to not change our addresses?? Why is that? A lot if us are either getting Social Security, cal-fresh, medi-Cal etc., etc., etc! As of today, our brand new water heater is out, brand new dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor, we cannot use it, all the new lite switches are put on upside down, I mean it could really go on and on.The apartment they made us move into was already renovated, so we've ended up with a pig and a poke, with no one that really cares! There is no security here what so ever, after FPI took over, my family has been robbed 3 times. For the safety, and mental ease of your family, do yourself a favor, DO NOT RENT/Lease HERE! YOU'LL BE SORRY, JUST AS MY FAMILY IS! Total incompetence in the leasing office here, maintenance is just killing time collecting a paycheck.

This management group had me sign a lease than called me 1 week before my move to tell me they rented me the wrong apartment. They want to wait 21 days to give me back my deposit. Do not rent from this corporation! I wouldn't give them a star but I had to in order to post. Do not rent from Slate Creek in Roseville CA this is the part of FPI that rented me the wrong apartment.

This property management company has just taken over my apartments of which I've been living there for almost 8 years and already has made my life a living hell. We have had multiple reasons they need to enter our apartments and they just took over in January. They now have changed the laundry room hours to 8am to 9 pm. I would get off at 530 and have school and I usually don't get home till 9 so now I can't wash during the week, the whole time I have lived at my apartments it has never been that way. Now they send out a notice about cars having our apartment registration stickers which I was never given one, when I call they said I need to provide current registration and insurance, although I have insurance and registration I'm sure there are people that may not have up to date registration or insurance and trying to just get by, yet they receive a notice saying their car can be towed if they don't have that. I feel like they are coming in trying to change everything in the hopes that they will push low income families out, and now with seeing this rating of 1.6 out of 5 and reading all the many horrible reviews it makes sense that I am not the only one. I will be sure to look into this further, because this property management should not still be in business. I have lived here for so long and suffered through multiple project management changes and this by far is the WORST. If this property management company takes over your apartments prepare for the WORST.

Renting to anyone to fill apartments. Some elderly with Alzheimers who wander hall ways day & night.
Placing vulnerable elderly adults into INDEPENDENT LIVING 55 PLUS.
New tenants who are with known "felons" in our suppose " safe atmosphere".
Lived here 2 yrs. Have had 3 different managers & multiple staff changes too.
I will be leaving in 5 months from having contracted work in Montana.
Never will lease from an Affinity or FPI Mgmt again.
Who has their own daughter as their direct supervisor?
No real corporation does?
Violating privacy & confidentiality laws of any tenants & HUD, who have valid concerns.
if you complain, management threaten you with eviction, intimidation, threats, verbally tell at you in front of other tenants and via email.
Horrible atmosphere and so many because are Senior Citizens afraid to come forth.
Sounds by the ratings above it's a corporation " problem".

Me and my boyfriend (Rebekah S and Michael S) live at the Windemere Apartments. We have never liked any managers as much as we do the ones here and we have lived quite a few places. Theresa and Sarah are always on it and Kenny and Juan are always quick to come and fix things. The only way we would ever leave here is if you got all new management and they sucked....or we could finally afford to buy our own house.

The apartments are old so I know they come with some issues but as long as they are taken care of I don't mind. I DO NOT LIKE THE PARKING PERMIT THING THOUGH!!! If it has to be everyone should get one hanging guest pass for when family comes and such. I do not like having to pay for them to come stay...but this is not the fault of my managers this is the management company
