I live at Abbey Pointe Apartments and have always had a great experience! The girls in the office are always super helpful and try to get things handled right away, which is nice because it makes you feel like the residents are the top priority to them!

Skyline Canyon apartments have the most welcoming ...

Skyline Canyon apartments have the most welcoming feel of any apartment I ve lived in. The staff are friendly, professional, and most importantly, they get the job done. They are awesome! The community is peaceful and the views are spectacular. I love listening to the frogs at night in the courtyard. It is so peaceful. But none of that matters if the staff isn t good and the staff at skyline Canyon are absolutely the best. I couldn t ask for a better place to call home!

The maintenance team, Craig and Anthony, leasing staff, Vanessa and colleagues, and Lydia the Community Director, consistently demonstrate their drive to provide a pleasant living experience. They are very responsive to matters that may arise and do their best to keep our community in excellent condition.

Fpi management is unfair someone broke into my home and destroyed they place and assaulted my kid and I got kicked out of my place now they wont rent to me although i am the victim me and my son been homeless for an month. The person who broke into our home is in jail facing child abuse assault wit an deadly weapon and yet I'm getting punished also by not bee. Able to rent from them any advice

La Privada is a great place to call home. They are currently doing renovations, and the manager Laura is very helpful and friendly. I also got to meet Lorraine she was very cheerful and helpful and answered all my questions. I love living somewhere that when I need to speak with the staff I get treated with respect. Thank you ladies for your great customer service!!!

I'm not sure if this is the same company that runs the landing at Fancher Creek but I paid my late rent on line and it said it was taken but now I'm getting this notice about eviction. I have two months left on my lease .soo not fair I won't rent from this company again.

$$$ is first for this company. We lived in one of their properties in the Bay area for several years. We have 2 toddlers so we clean our home everyday and keep it in good and clean condition. They charged us for brand new carpet for entire apartment because of one small dot on it. Charged $3300+ for carpet + $700 for cleaning + painting etc. NEVER EXPECTED THIS MUCH CHARGE. Took all our deposit and asked nearly $1000 more during this pandemic when everyone is going through financial difficulty. We were late on a rent payment just ONCE in several years for just a few hours and still got charged for $75. Never going to involve with this management again! Felt really down after being so quiet, respective, responsible tenants for years.

First off I would just like to start off by saying how great the girls in the office are and how great Ping is the maintance. I appreciate how the girls put together events for the residence. One month they did donuts and coffee for us, another month they did their Halloween event and passed out pizza, candy and soda to the kids. Great community to live in.

I am part of Nance Property Services, a company who has done work with FPI for years. They are one of the largest for a reason. They pay on time. They take care of their vendors. They care about their upkeep and keep the properties we have seen in great condition. If i needed a rental i would certainly use them. It should be easy to get a property since they have thousands.

I am writing regarding Casa Grande Apts, Cypress, CA, This place is so poorly managed by the office staff. Maintenance staff are friendly. We are elderly and they continue to harass us after we gave them a notice we were leaving. Here are the reasons we are leaving 1) no security guard (only occasionally 2)Storage unit broken into 3 times with no response from the office 3)snooping to see what was on the patio and then gave a notice about boxes, (nothing in the lease to designate "no boxes" 4) wanted to come in and "measure the kitchen" 6 weeks before we are leaving. Increased the rent to higher than surrounding area (reason we are leaving go more bang for our buck"

I have lived at an FPI Management property in El Paso, Texas almost a year and I've had a great experience from the application process through my stay. Upon moving in, the community was so beautiful and green. The apartment I choose was a corner home near the front; just wanted I needed! To top it off the girls in the office Gloria, Mary and Ellie are super nice and caring. I've never seen an apartment complex staff care as much as these ladies do. They truly make my stay here feel at home. Thank you to Gloria for always helping me. No mater what she's always accommodated me and I'm just so happy to be here. Definitely plan on renewing.

FPI has gone downhill severely since some of their Executives have moved on.. Moved out of SLATE CREEK 30 days ago, just recieved a bill for carpet repair paint touch up, and when I brought it to onsite management's attention, they manually change the install date and have NO good records of when the carpets are replaced and just GUESS, yes GUESS at when the carpet was replaced so they can erroneously charge you for excessive wear and tear! What a joke! Just recieved the erroneous bill last week and already getting debt collector calls for the bill JUST recieved. Only been moved out for a month! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE HONEST ! I HAVE TRIED TO REACH THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE AND CAN'T GET A CALL BACK, BUT SURE CAN GET THE CALLS FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY FOR A 30 DAY OLD BILL RECEIVED A WEEK AGO!

This group/corporation/company has to go down as one of the most abusive and disgraceful associations in the market. It's absurd to see them take advantage of people by making money any way (legally but abusively) possible within their properties. If I'm ever to lease anywhere else, I will make sure to do my research and make it a point to not EVER be under their umbrella.

This company is absolutely horrible. They are unresponsive and run a slum Lord style operation. If you are in a bind and have no choice but to move into one of their properties, I suggest you keep a copy of current real estate law regarding tenant/landlord responsibility. They will ignore you at all costs .If you have other option I strongly suggest not taking a tenancy with this company .The complex I was in became infested with birds and rats inside the walls and multiple break ins starting occurring. We started a neighborhood chat to try and keep the peace and offered to pay for a security gaurd as a community and they literally told us it won't do any good so just "deal with it". Left hundreds of voicemails at their corporate offices, never got a return call. Don't trust these reviews....give it a try yourself. Call the corporate number and ask to speak to someone regarding one of their buildings. YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM! PS: reported human feces being thrown all over the fences and provided video proof of safety issues and was still ignored.

I live in the Heron Creek apts , the first year of...

I live in the Heron Creek apts , the first year of me living in my unit my rent changed three different times causing me to be behind with late charges . Now with in the last three years of my total of four years in my unit I have had nothing but issues with my unit. I had to have a plumber brought in to fix my toilet and was told I would receive a bill for the plumbers visit which I have yet to receive, I also had to have a small section of my carpet replaced , again still no bill . I have checked on these bills several times and an told nothing is there. The property manager that you have here sucks. She is verbally abusive can't keep up with paper work or keep maintenance repairs up. I have called and called and still nothing she has vehicles towed that are functioning and can not keep the trashy people in line. I have complained numourous times about my downstairs neighbors weed smoke seeping into my unit and nothing is done. I have spoken with lots of other tenants who have previously and currently live here. She trades drugs for rent and plays favorites. A lot of the tenants are affriad or no not know who to talk to to make complaints and when complaints are made with the main office no one EVER follows through. I have been trying desperately to move out of my unit and have been told by the property manager that she isn't going to lie about my rental history with you guys. I have never broken any lease agreement . I do my best to follow my lease. Having someone abuse their so called power has been hard on my being able to move. I am sick on the management that you have placed in this complex and I am not the only one . If need be I can give the names and numbers of all tenants whom have pretty much been bullied by your property manager. I am about to speak with a lawyer about these issues since you guys do not wish to handle your business as such. You guys should want a proud reputation . But after reading all these other comments I gather that this company simple doesn't care and just wants to legitimately steal money for us the little guys. Thanks but no thanks. I'll be contacting an attorney.

P.S. I still which I could give this place a zero star shittest group of people . Nothing changed and nothing was fixed . And I still haven't heard back from anyone about a extremely small amount of money owed to them for an extension since I didn't get the bill till late since it too their property manager long enough to get my copy out to me .

After being notified that my friend was approved for renting, we set up an appointment on saturday 3pm. My friend (applicant) drove 2 hours from Okland. The Office was closed and had a sign on the door "will return". We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and finally gave up. My friend drove all the way here for nothing. I am trying to find the contact number for the upper management so i can file an official complaint. Even during the review period, it took forever to get call back or email response. The apartment they were managing is called Eclipse96.

9/20/18 Update: I emailed all of the details to Kyle from FPI as requested but have not seen any results and have not been contacted by anyone from FPI although I have left multiple voice messages and have also emailed them directly.

FPI Management deserves zero stars and has gone well out of their way to earn that rating. I recently moved from an FPI managed property in Martinez, California called Somerset Apartments and was not surprised to learn that they had deducted money from my security deposit in order to upgrade the apartment for the next tenant. We lived in the apartment for a little over 5 months and moved in under a previous property owner. When we moved in the carpets were not clean, the apartment was not particularly clean and the walls were not freshly painted - these were not issues because we were not responsible for these items upon move out based on our lease. We never signed a lease with FPI and moved somewhat promptly after they took over and FPI had the gall to deduct painting, carpet cleaning and general cleaning from our deposit although the move-in checklist offers proof that these things had not been done prior to us moving in. Also, we left the apartment CLEANER than when we moved in and FPI GUTTED the apartment after we moved out in order to remodel. If you completely remodeled and replaced all of the appliances, what did you pay to have cleaned, FPI? Now they won't return my calls or emails. I checked Contra Costa County's court case website to see if they have been taken to court before for these types of issues and they have. FPI has had at least 25 court cases in this county alone! Thieves! Stay away from this company.

Do not rent with this company if you want to be treated at all like a human being with a problem. You will be ignored.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I have been dealing with a smoking neighbor since March 2016 when I first moved in. I have asked to be moved to another unit several times as the smoke is seeping into the carpets, even considering it isn't even me causing the issue, but the neighbor. It smells so foul in the bathroom, that there have been times I cannot shower for work the next day. It has made me cough up mucus just being in my own home. The dryer kicks up the smell and makes my clothes smell like smoke. This has not been a happy quietly enjoyable apartment. It has been awful. Any attempt at talking to upper management has been met with a brick wall. No one is returning my phone calls. No one is taking this issue seriously.

Do not rent with this company if you want to be treated at all like a human being with a problem. You will be ignored.

The horrible experience to highlight in this revie...

The horrible experience to highlight in this review is how they put ridiculous charges on the disposition of security deposit after the move-out. I had lived at Alderwood Park Apartments in Newark, CA and recently moved out.

* While there is at the very most barely visible normal wear and tear to the wall/paint, they try to charge you for paint works.

* The same with bath floor. Originally at move-in there were less than perfect conditions, then at move-out they want to get your money of $160 for anything, if any at all, that is at most normal wear and tear.

* They also pretended that I did not replace the drip pans. I can even show people the receipt of my purchase of two full sets of brand-new drip pans that I place on the stovetop. Yet, still they try to charge me drip pan replacements.

* Furthermore, they try to overcharge me for utilities. They added about $150 more in addition to the actual usage of last month before the move-out.

When the disposition mail was received at my new address, I immediately recognized all the problems (it s a long list and not all of them are included in this review). Then I wrote an Email to the rental office and the property manager. I clearly requested for a call back to discuss and justify the charges. But guess what, they have not responded at all!!!!! (Now that I think about it, would it even be surprising that they were not willing or able to contact people to justify the charges, given how they tried to put overcharges in the first place?)

On the disposition of security deposit they threaten people that if you don t accept the overcharges and pay what they want from your pocket, they will use collection services to force you to give them your money and damage your credit. Funny that at the meantime they don t even care to contact people if all the overcharges would genuinely be defendable.

Now maybe it s about time to 1) report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and 2) go to small claims court for a refund. Those who have found their problems may want to consider these options too!

This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, an...

This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent management company I have dealt with out of the four apartments I've rented in the past. I am currently trying to resolve an in discharge which resulted in the bullet going through my front door, my living room wall, and my bed room walls. This happened mid September. I was told that they would have someone out immediately the following Monday too hang a new front door and patch the walls that were hit. Three weeks later they had repairmen come out and do a subpage patch job. Now almost two months later I still have a front door with a bullet hole in it. I always pay my rent early or on time. I attempted to call to get a hold of someone in my office and no one ever responded to my calls. There is such a lack of communication, it is unreal! MY FRONT DOOR STILL HAS A BULLET HOLE IN IT causing my electric bill to go up and not to mention THANK GOD my family members or I weren't hit by the bullet from my NEIGHBORS gun that went off hitting the walls just less than a foot from where I was sitting on

I m not sure how you can run any type of business based on these work ethics, poor communication, poor management. I will never rent from anywhere that fpi management runs again.

A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE AT THIS COMPLEX. NOTHING BUT MAINTENANCE ISSUES, COCKROACHES, TERMITES, ETC. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO PAY TO LIVE LIKE I HAVE FOR SIX MONTHS.

I WAS LET OUT OF MY LEASE FIVE MONTHS EARLY WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY THE BUY OUT OF $4,250.00. BE WARNED.

MANAGEMENT IS IN NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM WILLING TO DEAL WITH RESIDENTS IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER OR ADDRESS MAINTENANCE IN A TIMELY FASHION.

THE COMPLEX FROM THE OUTSIDE LOOKS OKAY AND THE OFFICE IS NICE BUT LOOKS CAN BE VERY DECEIVING. THEY ARE CURRENTLY MAKING COSMETIC REPAIRS IN THIS COMPLEX AND SPRAY ON A WEEKLY BASIS FOR COCKROACH AND TERMITE COMPLAINTS.

OTHER RESIDENTS HAVE REPORTED BED BUGS AND MOLD.

SORRY BUT I COULD NO LONGER PAY TO HOUSE TERMITES OR ROACHES AND COULDN'T DEAL WITH THE HASSLE OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE OFFICE ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS WITH ALL THE ISSUES GOING ON HER.

REVIEWS OF THE MANY OTHER BUILDINGS THEY MANAGE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AND THAT SHOULDN'T BE TAKEN LIGHTLY.

I ve lived an apartment about 7 months under FPI Management.

What FPI management is doing for tenant? What condition is livable for tenant?

Recently, my unit got water damaged and manager requested to vacate my unit for construction due water was falling from ceiling and over flowering from sink and damaged whole unit expect one bedroom.

They needed construction for whole kitchen and living room and master bedroom include wall, ceiling, and flooring and more.

FPI gave my back such as conditions below on 9/16

1. Kitchen sink was leaking

2. Dishwasher waste thru air gap and made another flood countertop

3. Counter top was dirty and tile didn t install properly because they kept existing tile to use.

4. Microwave didn t work

5. They took out shelving for some base kitchen counter but they didn t install back

6. Beyond kitchen cabinet wall didn t patch and left huge gaps

7. They left a lot of dust in whole unit such as power of gypsum board and it was very hard to breath.

8. They didn t finish some wall, electric outlet, and base molding

9. They left water damaged closet cabinet

10. And so on (If you need more detail, I can share all pictures on website)

On 9/16, I walked thru with property assist manger and inform to her.

On 9/20, I got call from property manager and her first saying was when I will pay for rent.

On 9/22, property manager came to unit and I walked thru with her again. She told me that they will re-construction for new tenant when my leasing is over. Even she agrees that was unprofessional job.

On 9/23, they repaired for major things such as dishwasher, wall, countertop and so on.

I still remember first date of seeing this unit. It wasn t all new but was well maintained.

But they returned me different condition and It was completed on 9/25 for major things. They said that they provided me livable condition so I had to pay from 9/16. I claimed a lot and they offered me another $250 off for 4 days. (my rent is $1999/month). Do I have to pay rent for uncompleted job?

I ve contacted your office and they gave me regional manager or supervisor contact inform. But I couldn t contact him.

Now my kitchen sink is still leaking and I got call about 3 days notice if I can t pay whatever they offered.

Per your understanding, I ll share pictures what condition was on 9/16, 9/25

Please teach me what is livable condition and how FPI charge rent for tenant what FPI support for tenant.

I would give zero stars if I could. This management company is handling the office at Allegre in Davis. Worst experience I've ever had. When we moved in we were missing shower rods and the dishwasher would not drain among other things. This was over 3 weeks ago and nothing has been fixed. I have contacted the people in the office multiple times just to be told that they're working on it. We haven't even gotten our mail key yet. Still being told that they haven't gotten to it yet.

I have been a tenant of Village at Broad Street since it was built in 2011. Leslie has been, by far, the best manager we have had. She has been the most professional, most efficient and most effective in the time her and her team have been here. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues or work orders and does great work all around. Happy to be a tenant with such a great group!

Hello, I live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. My apartment number is #125 located at 3594 Cederblom St.
I'm sitting in my apartment and being choked by second hand smoke. I signed a non-smoking lease on July 14, 2018. Since that date I have complained to Ashley your location manager about the second hand smoke.
I have also talked to other residents who have complained to Ashley. Nothing happens, we get excuses that they can't identify the offenders.
Some of the residents have called the police and reported the smell of illegal products being used in the apartments.
I was elected by over 51% of the residents to the position of Community leader in December 2018. I listed in my January 2019 agenda to the community for the January 4, 2019 meeting. This agenda included the violation of smoking in the apartments by some residents.
Ashley threatened to evict me for telling residents to read their lease agreements when I was asked about issues residents were concerned about. Ashley claimed to have received multiple complaints that I was trying to enforce the managements lease agreements. When I was only referring residents to the lease agreements they signed. Smoking & the effect second hand smoke has on the health of residents that don't smoke. Even though it was on the agenda for the 1/4/2019 meeting it was totally ignored. Ashley's immediate supervisor was present at this meeting. We need help, Ashley knowingly leases to smokers and expects them to leave their apartments in the late evening hours in rain and or snow for a smoke. An unreasonable request, that I know is not being followed. After Ashley and her staff leave at 5:30 in the evening and on weekends those residents that smoke rarely go to the designated smoking areas. Please help us, we are not receiving any assistance form Ashley, who seems by all actions to simply choose to ignore this issue.

I woke up this morning and she had my car towed and I don t know why I pay rent on time every month, seems like she s a racist I m not sure Upon moving I recently check rent cafe and it says that I moved in 1396.00 but I paid over 1800.00 dollars. I've been at Spring Park Apartments in El Paso, TX since August of 2018 and if it wasn't due to me having to leave soon, I'd definitely stay here for years to come. Great place to live and it's generally near everything you'll ever need in El Paso. I definitely recommend that anyone looking for a nice and affordable community to live in; this is your place.

I was accepted by diamond creek apartments and was told that I was able to move in...I was packed and ready. I did everything I was supposed to do.. I had a 30 day notice in at my apartment. The day before I was scheduled to move in I was called and told I needed to come in and fill out another application. I was so devastated because It was already snowing and I was supposed to be moving in. I DONT know what happened but I ended up homeless. I paid a holding deposit and never got my money back, i paid $70.00 for credit checks, plus hundreds of dollars driving back and forth with my disabled son to get accepted. AND I WAS LEFT HOMELESS. When I talked to the manager she said SHE SAID I DONT CARE IF MY SON was disabled or not...I was very upset and had never been treated this way.. I been in my apt for 8 years and credit score 604. and was treated horrible. I dont know but this was so WRONG. THEY KEPT MY HOLDING DEPOSIT AND LEFT ME HOMELESS ! AND MY CREDIT REPORT MONEY WAS A WASTE.

Would never let these people Manage my properties I m a tenant at Schuler Landing Apartments in Stockton California my unit was burglarized by the landscaping company that this management team employees this happened on Monday, August 6 here it is Friday and I have yet to be contacted I ve left several voicemails with Michelle Simmons Vanessa and also Susanna still nothing. POSSIBLY THE WORST RUN MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT IN ROSEVILLE AT SLATE CREEK APARTMENTS.

1) NEVER EXPECT SAMANTHA THE MANAGER TO CALL YOU BACK IVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND EVERYTIME IVE TRIED TO REACH HER IM TOLD "SHES NOT AVAILABLE AND WE DONT KNOW WHEN SHE WILL BE" - CAN YOU BE THAT BUSY??

2) IT TOOK THEM OVER 3 MONTHS TO HANDLE MY LEASE CONTRACT TO UPGRADE FROM 1 UNIT TO THE NEXT, WHICH WOULD HAPPEN AT THE END OF MY OLD LEASE.

3) ALL OF MY PAYMENTS ARE AUTOMATIC (AUTOMATIC FOR WHATEVER THE MONTHLY BALANCE IS FOR INCLUDING SOME UTILITIES) AND THERES NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE WITH PAYMENTS - I CAME HOME TONIGHT TO A NOTICE SAYING I HAVE A PAST DUE BALANCE ON A UNIT I HAVENT EVEN BEEN IN FOR A MONTH AND THAT I RUN THE RISK OF MY LEASE BEING TERMINATED OVER $45. I OBVIOUSLY PAID THE DEPOSITS BEFORE MOVING AND THEN RENT WAS AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED AND OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT ON THE 3RD AND SOMEHOW 10 DAYS LATER IM BEING THREATENED TO BE KICKED OUT FOR SOME PAST DUE BALANCE, WHICH ISNT EVEN LISTED ON WHAT THAT BALANCE IS!!!!

NO WONDER THIS COMPANY HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE

I love the staff and maintenance team at Canyon Vista! They are so quick to help and take care of anything that comes up and are always so nice. Sabrina is very well spoken and kind. Brittany always has a smile and is so helpful. The resident events here have been so fun too! The only thing I could say is not the best is cell service here but I hear rumors of a cell tower being put in soon!

I HAVE BEEN AT HOLLY VILLAGE FOR 10 YEARS AND THAT IS THE LONGEST I HAVE EVER LIVED SOMEWHERE. I LIKE THE HOMEY FEEL OF LIVING HERE. WE HAVE CRAFTS, BINGO, MONTHLY BIRTHDAY CAKE AND OUR LANDLADY IS VERY NICE TO PEOPLE AND WILL GO OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP PEOPLE. WE HAVE A BOWLING ALLEY NEXT DOOR TO DINE AND HAVE DRINKS. THERE IS ALSO RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY AND A SCHOOL RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FOR THE GRANDCHILDREN TO ATTEND. YOU CAN TAKE WALKS AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND FEEL SAFE. IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS THEY ARE A PET FRIENDLY COMMUNITY AND THEY ARE ALSO SAFE. THERE IS A GOOD MAINTENANCE TEAM HERE THAT HELPS AND GETS MAINTENANCE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

The (Leasing agent Leticia) is the best very patient, and always helpful and thorough.

I'm very sad and disappointed by the management at Polo Run. They destroyed my personal property and screwed me in court without paying for my property. Management held on to my money orders for 9 months without communicating to me, causing me to lose my assistance in housing. This company has no compassion for the wrongs they have committed toward their tenants. If you allow corporations to continue to mistreat citzens how are we growing???

I too have only been at Slate Creek Apts for a little over 2 weeks and I regret moving here everyday. I was told that all apts had been renovated like the one I was shown by one of the uninformed leasing agents. So I went on their website and picked out a unit that was available and the day I was suppose to get my keys for the unit I chose, I was presented with an apt with no renovations at all. I was lied. Bait and switch for sure. I hate this stupid complex and I too found a leak under my kitchen sink and evidence of a previous leak above the master bathroom. Maintenance came and looked at it and made a big hole in the bathroom ceiling and they haven't been back to fix it yet... Going on day 4 now. Don't move here, it is terrible. Most definitely one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

I have a daughter who lives on the 6th floor of the Urban Center property that s on Ash Way in Lynnwood, WA. She has 3 children, 2 of whom live with her. Both of the children that reside with her are under the age of 3. She has lived there less than 8 months and in that time the ONE elevator that is in her unit has been out of service 10 times. (1 was for maintenance.) This is life altering for a single parent who must carry an infant and control a toddle to get them safely up 6 flights of stairs. Grocery shopping is not even a possibility as carrying an infant, controlling a toddler, and packing groceries is impossible. I have spoken with the on-site management personnel each time this life altering nonsense has happened. They have had many excuses, (shocking) but I have finally learned that this property is under contract with ThyssenKrupp and no other company can work on the elevator, regardless of ThyssenKrupp s inability to to look into/FIX the issue for over 3 days at times. So FPI Property Management can you please do something about this, NOW? I m real clear this property has been made accessible for low income and elderly people but it seems to me, my daughter, and my grandchildren that that is not really accurate. My research shows that Otis is a much higher rated elevator maintenance company. I m so sick of this for my FAMILY that it makes me shake with anger. Also note that I won t stop this quest until I see results.

We applied for an apartment managed by FPI called ...

We applied for an apartment managed by FPI called Ashford Park in Sacramento. The staff is terrible. We stopped by on a Saturday to see what was available. We waited outside as asked while another person was shown a unit. When it was our turn we were given a floor plan sheet and a price sheet and rushed out so she could help the people who came in after us. We decided to apply before seeing the unit because there was only one left of that model and we didn't want to loose out. We payed the high app fee of $49.12 per person. plus a holding deposit. We were denied 24 hours later and now we have to wait for our money to be returned until they process it. My options to get it back are drive 30 minutes away or wait for it to be mailed. Skip applying here and go down the street to the Broadleaf apartments they are much more friendly to everyone.

It has been 72 hours since we applied and 48 hours since we were denied and we have not received our holding deposit back nor have we been notified it was mailed or that we could pick it up. The management company for this complex has horrible reviews as well. FPI Management in Folsom, CA look them up and stay far far away from the Thieves here

If there is ever an issue with our unit it is always resolved in a timely manner. Leslie is thorough and professional and she genuinely cares about each of the residents.

1 star is to high. The way the seniors are treated is disgraceful. Management team, Abel in particular, are so unprofessional. A good manager refers to file for notes, forms etc., so you appear to know something about that resident. Low income doesn't mean we're second class citizens. I'm so blessed to be moving on. My heart goes out to the residents remaining. I would never recommend any property maintained by FPI.

Literally the worst owners ever. They bought Danbu...

Literally the worst owners ever. They bought Danbury park apt in January and decided to remodel. They are taking two weeks to do a very simple remodeling of the kitchen and two bathrooms. Worst job ever done. We went to tell management and they did literally nothing about it. At first they said that we were a handicapped apt then they said it wasn t. Then they said our guest bathroom was getting a removable vanity because all first floor apts were getting one for future handicapped people. Now they are telling us we are not getting one and we are stuck with our tiny gas station sink that holds nothing. Management said we can buy one with our own money and hire a contractor to get it installed AFTER we submit a reason to have one. A vast majority of residents are not happy with this remodeling and wish it never happened. Nothing was wrong with them in the first place. Say they paid a lot for this remodel but it does not look like it in the slightest.
