This review is for Eclipse 96 Apartments in Fair Oaks, CA. It has been 33 days since the apartment has been vacated and I still have not received the security deposited.

The property manager Alyssa is highly unresponsive, unproductive, and unprofessional. I have made several attempts to get my security deposit back to no avail. This company will hold your money in BAD FAITH! I encourage everyone who has not received their security deposit in full (due to bogus cleaning fees, etc) to file a claim against them. I know I will. Or better yet, do not rent from this management company.

I ve been renting here at Alpine Gardens in Modesto Ca for 4 months now . My first month here the air conditioner unit went out and Robert and Leticia were quick at getting someone to install a new unit.
When I had questions or concerns The staff at Alpine Gardens always got back to me and made sure my concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend you . Thank you Pamela Crisanty.

I'm in Reno at The Montebello and this place has been a complete disaster! I had maintenance in EVERY DAY fixing and patching from the day I moved in. The first time it rained I figured out that 2 or my 3 bedroom apartment has MAJOR leaking! It's bee 5 months now, paying "luxury" rent for a "luxury" apartment and I've only bee able to use 1/1 of my 3/2. My home office has been disrupted and my room torn apart 3 times because they were comign in to fix the problem. Guess what? I'm 5 month down the road from when the problem started and NOTHING has been fixed. "Attempts" have been made, but my windows still leak every time it rains.
I moved my office out to the dining room only to find the same issue with the kitchen window leaking!!!!
The bathroom between these two bedrooms has tile cracking on the same walls that we're having issues with...
You think there's a leak in the wall????

I have been patient, positive, helpful, offered suggestions, talked to management for the property AND maintenance...

I'm fed up! If you know what's good for you, you will stay FAR away from these "luxury" apartments and FPI. Save yourself the heartache and moving costs, and the added fees they tack on EVERYTHING!!!

I had a wonderful experience with FPI they were very kind and informative and they helped me find a place to call home. I am very grateful for them and I highly recommend them.!

Super friendly staff at Canyon Vista apartments in Sparks, NV. I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to swing by and consider all of the great amenities they offer! Brittany was a huge help for me in the application process!

My grandmother has been a resident here for over 5 years. At Girasol the residents have dealt with roof leaks since the property opened... they are still experiencing the leaks.The "manager" has been here for 15+ years and has done nothing to improve the property. Is there any higher up manager I can speak too? I have no issues with the other young lady that works here as well but the main property manager continues to neglect the property and the well-being of its residents such a shame.

I used to rent from them for 4yrs not until i bought my own house.
The staffs are very diligent with their work. I call them for something that needed fixing in my apartment and they are there right then and then.
Staffs at their management office are very attentive of anything that needed attention!
I would always want to go back live there because i feel like they are my family to me.
I recommend them to the community.
I give them 5stars! Excellent job!

I am currently on the interest at Stanford Court in Rocklin. Since I have put my name on their list and in following up I cannot EVERY get in contact with staff there. This is email and VM. Then I call the co operate office and the receptionist sounds like I'm a bother. She transfers me to the regional who NEVER answers her phone. I totally understand why FPI ratings are low and have a bad name in the industry. AND THE PROBLEM IS THEY SEEM NOT TO CARE ! I would rate FPI -1

Me and my brother toured the Tracy Park property and were impressed by the quality of the apartments, amenities, and staff. Amy, in particular, answered all of our questions and made sure we left fully informed to make a decision. While we did not move in due to our circumstances, we are seriously considering this location in the future.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. EVERY experience I have had with FPI Management has been absolutely horrible! From the very beginning -AFTER the lease was signed, of course, there has been nothing but lies, lies and more lies! Not to mention that in the two years that we've lived here, we have had FOUR different managers and are now without a manager again! THE ONLY POSITIVE ABOUT THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY is that SOMEHOW, they manage to have a maintenance staff that is friendly! I much prefer to interact with the maintenance staff - just wish they could run the office too! ***WARNING TO ALL PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS*** STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY FPI MANAGEMENT! By the way - I am a Property Assistant for an international property management company!

We lived in Ageno from November 22nd 2019 to end of May 2020. We rented an apartment and had the worst service one can imagine. Following were the issues and the property manager Cindy Guzman did very little to help us with repairs. Then after we left the apartment to move to a house we received a bill for cleaning service. We left the apartment in a clean and very good condition, yet they wanted to spoil our credit and sent the cleaning charges invoice to a collection agency. The apartment manager was not cooperative in helping us with repairs. We had following issues:
1.) Sink in bathroom was blocked drainage for over 2 months
2.) The ceiling over the A/C filter housing has a large hole ever since we moved in and was never repaired.
3.) The tub drainage had a blockage for over a month
4.) We did not have any hot water in r in the kitchen for over 1 month
5.) The dishwasher did not work and the heating element was non functional from day one since we moved in. It was repaired after 4 months
6.) We had 2 garages and they were incorrectly programmed such that the garage doors would open up on their own and neighbors would come and tell us.

Many times we requested repairs and Cindy ignored our requests. When COVID issued occurred she stopped responding to emails. Then when we ended our stay we received this long cleaning bill even though we left the apartment clean. She did not attend the final inspection to check how clean we left the apartment. The service is horrible and I would encourage others to not rent an apartment at Ageno.

I just got a notice for my cars tags being expired and when i showed proof of cars registration being paid they said i need a sticker. While in The mean time the manager living on the property hasnt had license plates since the year ive been living on their property. Now im being threaten with my car being towed

Ok the ppl is great. But they never pick up the phone during normal business hours in pearl creek apartment. When I called, there is always a cool at the office. No one is answering the phone.

My family and I live at skyline canyon apartments here in Reno Nevada. The office staff, Alex and Tessa are great. They are so very helpful. Maintenance here is also amazing, completing our work orders asap. We love it here and highly recommend. Thank you FPI!

Absolutely the worst property management company I've ever experienced. They have zero care for the customer. As an Oakbrook Apt resident in Rancho Cordova, I have 1st hand experience with their policies and their facilities. Example: It's mandatory for residents to pay $30+ a month for someone to take out your trash. Non negotiable. Other residents have huge issues with bed bugs after moving into their new apt. Please read honest reviews and research before you rent from FPI.

Living at the Adora apartments has been great! The management and staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The entire process from applying to moving in was very easy. The complex is always quiet and kept very clean. I would highly recommend!!

An absolute amazing property management company to work for! Amazing training opportunities, excellent corporate office staff full of amazing support and guidance, and team building is huge! It makes me sad to see unhappy tenant reviews but I understand that there are a lot of emotions and stress when it comes to housing and monetary issues. And let s understand that we are drawn to post our grievances more than our positive experiences about anything really.

FPI Management promotes well being and positivity and it s up to each individual to take that to heart and utilize it and branch out to make each community an amazing place to live! But this is a HUGE business and there are a lot of procedures, steps, rules, guidelines, protocols, you name it, that we the employees are required to follow. Positive communication between tenants is key and some understanding and genuine kindness plays a role on both sides.

FPI Management promotes a great work environment and huge support team for their employees. I ve never had a bad experience with anything. Just always remember to put yourself in the other persons shoes and take a few steps, then give a phone call with a friendly message, because we re here to help. Life is what you make it.

This apartment management company is not intrested in its customers feedback. The Oakbrook apartments are horrible and FPI doesn't care, with such a high staff turn around and bad manager at this place. I cant wait to get out of here and tell everyone I know to not rent from FPI or these apartments.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived here at Oak Ridge Apartments for over 10yrs. The new management they have, well the ghost manager because he DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR FOLLOW UP ON ANYTHING, never see him. The voicemail have no message on it. The phone just ring and ring and ring. How professional? This place has went downhill since the new manger and maintenance man that did not last but a few months. Let me start with the nasty neighbors that leave their nasty garbage in front of their door for days at a time, nasty food stuck all over the concrete in front of their door. The ROACHES ARE ENOURMOUS, they are in the walls, light sockets, behind the dishwasher, stove, refrigerator outside your door, patio, ect.. Roaches are roaches and nasty and disgusting. I have spent well over $200 in roach accessories within 4 months and they are still in my very clean apartment . The RENT IS OUTRAGIOUS, you do not get what you pay for!!!!!! Clean this place up. The best thing you had going was Jennifer and Marco!!!! At least the place would be clean and they would not allow all the disgust. The Roaches would have been dealt with. I will contact housing authority to come out an assess this place for rodents, roaches, mold, termites and ect...If I have to!!! THE PITBULLS IN THIS PLACE ARE SWARMING. No size limit on pets anymore. I paid a hefty pet deposit to have my small dogs here and to see pit bulls and very large breeds here that I'm sure haven't even paid a deposit and allow their pet to poop everywhere is disturbing!!!! I have contacted the office, email, FPI management and NO ONE return calls. FPI management you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! you are taking advantage OF GOOD RENT PAYING TENENTS THAT HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO PAYING YOUR MORTGAGE FOR YEARS!!! this IS HOW YOU TREAT US, WITH YOUR EXTREME RENTAL INCREASES EVERY YEAR, INFESTATION OF ROACHES, AND A INCOMPETENT MANAGER!!!

I recently moved into an apartment community in El Paso which is managed by FPI management and they made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs. I am greatful to have landed in this apartment, because during my apartment search i ran into other managements that are rude and unattentive managements.

I usually do not post reviews, but based on how pleasantly surprised I am about my current living situation I wanted to take a minute to highlight my complex and it s management. I am new to northern ca. and now reside here because my job has transferred me to the Bay Area. Finding a place to live that is comfortable and affordable is always a challenge especially when you are not familiar with the area.
I have looked at many places, Parkside apartments in Stockton was on that list. I found this particular location after typing in apartments with freeway access (for the benefit of an easier commute) and after visiting the site and speaking with the property manager Tara, I felt very confident that Parkside was the right choice for me.
I have been living here now for about 5.5 months and I must say I have not had one complaint. The property is clean, residents are friendly, the staff is incredibly attentive and Tara definitely goes over and beyond to make you feel welcome.
I would 100 percent recommend this property.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, friendly and outgoing. They seemed to have a good working relationship with the maintenance crew. They also swiftly and quietly handled issues with neighbors who weren't so considerate.

Was looking to move from napa to Stockton and I was recommended to go to an fpi managed property and I called around and Jessica from abbey pointe answered and was really helpful and friendly. She made me feel confident in my move and assured I would be taken care of there!

I cannot say enough nice things about Canyon Vista apartments. The staff is the main reason I moved here. They were very personable, they did their job efficiently and effectively. I had to move because of unfortunate circumstances and they cared so much about my situation. Sabrina and Brittany were hands down the most amazing people I have ever met and I hope they stay during my residency because they are the MAIN reason I moved here!
The community is very quiet, the apartments are beautiful. There are some things that are outdated in the apartment. But nothing you couldn t handle. If you are looking to move here, talk to Sabrina or Brittany!!!

Great Service and staff at Independent Place in El Paso, Tx The Best Place to live.

I recently moved into Abbey Pointe Apartments. Katie and Jessica made my move as easy as possible. The location is ideal and the complex is quiet and very clean. I really enjoy living here.

Everyone I come across... from the rotor rooter man to people on Facebook, they all have complaints about this company.

We have been without a working toilet for hours and the maintenance person they have at Antelope Woods dont care that I have children that need to use the bathroom!! I know its completely illegal to do this to us. This company is garbage.

Had a great experience living at Cotton Crossing apartments in New Braunfels! Also had the pleasure of interacting with Tina Moore on a few occasions. What a nice and friendly person! Easy on the eyes too ;)

One of worst and most unethical and abusive business practices around here. they should be stopped at some point soon. In my apartment building, Bella Vista they towed too many residents' cars illegally yesterday. imagine living in a place where you have to keep an eye on your car at least once every 6 hours as it might just not be there anymore!! We want to hold them responsible for the charges and distress they impose on us continuously.

I love the staff at Canyon Vista! Sabrina and Brityany are amazing and very knowledgeable. FPI has some amazing employees here and have helped me feel at home!

Its a class act over at Independence Place in El Paso, TX. They understand their clientelle making it a no brainer for people looking for a place. Shout out to them!

The Human rights commission had to contact the copper lane apartments due to the harassment and retaliation done by the manager Christina Green. Christina Green signed a settlement agreement and she's required to take a fair housing class. Christina Green is a BULLY. Several tenants have complained about her attitude. She's rude and disrespectful! It's obvious Christina doesn't like her job. The regional manager marie Horner ignore every concern and she calls the attorney for FPI management to harass you. I was threatened with attorney fees by marie Horner but, the human rights commission told her I'm not paying her attorney fees.

Alex and Tessa at Skyline Canyon in Reno are the best! Ive loved going to the office every time they are there! Such sweet genuine people. I moved in a few months ago and everything has been so easy which is so rare. I love this place and im excited for the new ideas Alex and Tessa come up with!!

I live in one of their complexes in Siena Villas. It is so terribly ran lately. Sharing my review as my experience was so bad I m leaving another review for FPI which is the parent company:

I've been living in Siena Villas for 5 years, since I move to CA. There's some great things and terrible things about it.

Tl;DR Verdict: Not worth it, looking to move out or find a house soon. Old amenities and poor front desk cancels out the good stuff.

The Good: Location and units.
It's right off of i-5 and between Laguna and Elk Grove Blvd, so getting on the road and heading out is super easy. I will miss this. The units overall have quite a bit of space as well, I feel like this could rival some condos out there in terms of space provided. I'm in a 2 bed 2 bath. It is also located near some incredible walks by the lakes nearby.

The Bad: Amenities.
The pool, gym, and amenities in the units all look great in the pictures. But I constantly had to open requests to maintenance on my dishwasher and microwave which they never replace, just patch up. The public amenities are by reservation due to Covid-19 which makes sense but when they were available, the grills and hot-tub would break all the time. One time they fixed the grill handle bars with towel racks and left them like that for a year. When you're paying $1,800 a month for RENT is this right?

The Awful: Front office. Inconsiderate neighbors.
The front desk staff is very forgetful and the managers are not very hands on. So be ready to be follow-up on your own issues because the office will not return calls in a timely manner.

They will take 3-4 weeks to respond to emails or important updates regarding lease but will expect a follow-up from you the same day when it's something they need, like payment.

When it's time to renew your lease they will give you ultimatums, either you pay the 20% increase for 8 months min, or leave in 30 days. Most recently I was trying to work out my lease with them in the middle of this pandemic and they were not punctual or helpful. 5 years, no late rent. Still got treated like I wasn't approved to live here.

Inconsiderate neighbors will let their dogs poop in public areas (like the little dog park) and not pick it up.

It is still a decent place, just be aware of what you're signing up for. I hope this was useful to you as a reader, and some feedback the office (or parent company) can work on.

My family and I love living at Village at Broad Street. The property is very peaceful and well maintained, and the staff here is awesome. Leslie is always welcoming, friendly, and professional - and the best Community Director we have had in our 6+ years living here. Maintenance needs are always handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you Leslie and Matt! We appreciate you, and are very thankful to be a part of the community at VaB! :)

I don't like that the employees can't invite their spouses to the events, for example the Christmas party, or the "award event". After all, they work hard for the company but work harder for their families. Put this in consideration, as a wife I'd like to dress up and keep my man in good company. This comes from a person whose husband is family oriented; and if you don't agree, then what is family to you, and what's the point for all the hard work?

DO NOT. I REPEAT "NOT" RENT FROM ANYWHERE WITH THEM. THEY DO LITTLE TO NO WORK WHEN NEEDED AND WILL IGNORE EVERY CALL YOU MAKE TO CORPORATE UNLESS YOU ARE THE PROPERTY MANAGER. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL JOKE. BELIEVE EVERY 1 STAR POSTED HERE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY DESERVE. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

I have rented at Parkside in Stockton:) such a cute quite community. Tara the manager is great always handles things in a timely manner and always so friendly and inviting to be around:) would definitely recommend family and friends to rent here you won t be disappointed:) keep up the great work Tara!

Spring Park Apartments in El Paso, Texas are in stellar condition. After touring property and interacting with staff. I was very impressed at the positive and professional disposition and detailed explanation given to me.
I could easily access that these units and it's outside property is well maintained thus creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to its present and future tenants.

Independence Place in El Paso, Tx is an awesome place to live! Been here for 4 years, the ladies in the office have created a great environment for us residence!

This has to be the most ridiculous joke! I m a resident at Bridle Path Apartments in Stockton California which is managed by these thieves called FPI management.
The place is a gated community with limited parking space because of the sensless policy that parking is first come first serve.Why should I fight for parking when I m paying equal rent as any other resident.Some residents have many cars and end up forcing others to park outside the complex.
I tried to do that and I was scared for my life because there s random suspicious people riding bikes inside and outside the complex.
I got home late from work and there was no parking so I parked my car near the entrance it got towed had to pay 300$.
And if you want a garage you rent it for 75$ a month!If this is not exploitation I don t know what it is.
You people need to assign parking so every resident can enjoy their money s worth!
If anything happened to me because I couldn t find parking and had to park far and walk when it s dark yet I m paying all that money for rent, I will take legal action against this damn management company!This is a main concern for many other people.
The management is just greedy and unreasonable!

My stay at Sun Hollow in El Paso has been the greatest! Vanessa is the sweetest ever. She is always so helpful and friendly, taking care of all of our needs quickly, and you can tell she really cares about her job! Love this place, not just another money hungry company

North Main at Steel Ranch has taken a nose dive with FPI managent. I used to really enjoy living here. We have a really good group of residents who care about not just being neighbors but being a community. Unfortunately in February FPI management took over and the office management has been a disaster. A few examples to give you an idea of the complete ineptness of our current office manager.

The pool heater was broken for weeks. There are currently lime stains on the pool walls. We now pay a service charge to pay our rent (apparently I rent from ticketmaster). I had a large package delivered to the clubhouse and it was opened when I received it. The common bathroom for the pool often has no toilet paper. The woman s restroom was flooded in the clubhouse.

On Thursdays we used to have events like a painting class with wine and cheese. Our most recent Thursday we had a large metal bowl filled with hamburgers and coagulated cheese which management was proud of. It s a complete embarrassment.

North Main can be a great place to live, but it s currently not and it won t be until the management is changed. It s a shame and unless proper management is hired my family will not be renewing our lease.

Great complex, outstanding manager and a comfortable home.

In my time living at Village at Broad Street apartments over the past majority of the year my experience has been nothing short of pleasant. My few maintenance needs were swiftly addressed and timely in being taken care of. The environment is peaceful and welcoming complimented by the friendly housing director on site. Having grown up living in houses rented out by property management I have no trouble assessing the quality of the management that's present. That being said VaB apartments have remarkable standards and were very easy to work with during the move in process. I couldn't be more thankful for my opportunity to be part of this community.

My name is Jacob K. and I had spoken to you a couple years ago regarding a vinyl flooring issue / complaint at YARD in Portland Oregon. Basically, I had moved into YARD in Unit 611 in the Low Income via help from Veterans Transition Project for homeless Vets. The management was all different then when YARD first open. mentioned to maintainance that there were some parts of the floor that were wavey especially near door entry, if you got even the slightly liquid on it even cleaning the flooring would swell in the crevis. The maintenance guy said it's very cheap flooring like particle board. Eventually I decided to a different apartment in the same building because of issue. The management was going to charge me $3000+ for the whole replacement of the floor. I fought it and won with legal help and only had to pay 500+ for entry way which really was not my fault either. When I moved I went back to the new tenant of that apartment #611 and YARD had put in a whole new different type of flooring for the new Tenant that was so much better quality flooring and water proof material not like the cheap unreliable faulty partical board type flooring. I was shocked how sneaky they were about that!

I later moved again last year in YARD same building to the 20th floor unit #2006 for a small deck and better view of city. I noticed it had same cheap faulty flooring and there were some same waves in various parts of flooring but I was used to it at that time and really had stopped dwelling on the flaws considering past issue.

Well, I moved out this past August 3rd due to COVID 19 shutdown still looming & bad financial hardship related one my job loses in catering and food industry. I told manager that I could no longer afford to live there and she said she felt so sad about that for me. When I moved out I mad sure everything was clean as when moved in. There was normal wear and tear that just comes with living day to day and the carpet had got a spill stain in bedroom. Today I got letter in mail that they are charging me $1000 for minor painting carpet repairs and an outstanding $3000+ to tear out the faulty cheap partical baord flooring that I left in same condition as I had moved in! This is absolutely uncalled for and I don't want to have to escalate this issue regarding faulty cheap vinyl floor with a lawyer but I will again if I have to.

Great management company! Staff is always very helpful and friendly!

DON'T MOVE HERE. FPI Management took over the Steel Ranch property in Louisville, Colorado about 4 months ago and since then, the property has gone downhill dramatically. When staff first bought the property, no announcement was made to residents, and it wasn't until 3 weeks after the buy did they formally welcome/introduce themselves via a printed note left on everyone's door. As a result of the transition, all resident information was lost and made executing simple tasks such as rent or submitting a maintenance request very difficult. To this day, it is still incredibly difficult to get a hold of staff (it also doesn't help that they repeatedly have closed our main clubhouse during random hours when they are suppose to be available and open for questions).

I personally loved this community when I first moved in - bragging to my coworkers about the sense of community and involvement the neighbors had at this complex. My husband and I were brand new to the state, but thanks to the openness of this community, immediately made friends. I would NOT recommend anyone to move her since the new property management took over. That sense of community/belonging has been ripped away. The FPI management group does not take care of the property, cannot communicate openly with residents (often implementing new rules via a note left on our doors) and is simply not investing in making this property a great place to live anymore. LOOK ELSEWHERE, don't waste your time here.

I want to say that the people from FPI management at Spring Park Apartments is just outstanding and their customwe service is impeccable, I went there on a last minute walk in after driving 10 hours from my previous city with my wife and daughter, and Ellie and Mary were able to find me a nice apartment in such a nicely manner that is worth to remark. They even went to the trouble to go get my little daughter some stomach drops as she wasn't feeling good after the trip. That goes to show how much they actually care for the people living there!!!

Abbey Pointe apartments aren t only great in, next to the gym, markets, and local colleges, the staff is super friendly and helpful!

I LOVE this place!!!! The ladies in the office are AMAZING! Always friendly and ready to help. My apartment is beautiful. The process was easy and super fast. I ABSOLUTELY recommend SPRING PARK APARTMENTS!!! :)

I live in oak shade common Davis. The office service is terrible. I have been moved in this apartment for 3 months, and I filled the move in check list. The office told me they will fixed all the broken things, however I have been waiting for three months! Every time I ask the office she always said I don't know. I have never seen an apartment office like this. When lived in other apartment in Davis, the office usually come in one day and fixed the problem. I cannot understand why do I have to wait for three months to change a window cover the light, the microwave, and all the broken things. Although I have complained several times about the inconvenient for those broken things, she only told me to wait for the notice for repairing. I got the notice for three times with no one came. It is a nice apartment, but the office service is worst in whole Davis! I will told all my friends do not live in this apartment, it is not worth. Considering the rent I can chose a much better place!

1500 dollars for a 560 squared foot apartment. Multiple break in and staff leaves early at Santa Rosa. 1/10.

I recently went to Aspire for an apartment and loved my experience. The property is so nice and Tara and the team were so great with helping me finding exactly what I wanted!

Called the company to speak directly to the management about how there's false advertising for a property in Reno. No one ever calls you back. If your property is managed by these people.....move

What does it take for problems to be solved through this management company? Having made multiple complaints since mid August and now having our doormat stolen and nothing happening or changing, when does it begin to matter to your company that there are repeated problems that haven't been dealt with, what exactly would it take for my complaints to be taken seriously? Does theft not matter to you guys or what?

Spring Park Apartments in El Paso are very nice and located just off I-10. The FPI management staff are extremely professional and always go the extra mile.

We have lived in Adora in Roseville for the past 3.5 years and could not be happier! By far the best part about living here is the management staff, Amanda being tops. Marisol has also been doing a great job as well, as we continue to have a hassle free experience (well maintained, they assist with any and all needs, etc.) and an ongoing quality lifestyle and quiet surroundings that can't be beat. We could not ask to live in a better community, based on our experience to date. Look forward to continued peace of mind living with the support of staff on this property. Keep up the good work!

The property in Lemon Grove, CA stay away from. I've lived here since Oct 2019. It costs $4,600 to break the lease. In the lease there's a statement 10pm - 8am its considered quiet time. I have had nothing but issues with people above me and below me. From partying, running across floors constantly, loud bangs on the floor to where the ceiling could cave in, being woke up in the middle of the night from noise, dragging furniture across the floors, etc... Management here does nothing! If they do, the tenants do not pay attention. I have called the cops and filed noise complaints. Next move, find a lawyer to sue the tenants and the management company for not enforcing leases

I worked for these wackadoos at one of their Denver properties. They are sketchy and untrustworthy. Regional managers Lindsey and Dayrol (thats how he spells it) walk all over the property managers and haven't a clue what happens on their properties yet have no idea why things are the way they are. Theres not enough space here to describe, honestly the sketchiness and uncouth business attitudes they have.

Over all of the apartment communities that I have rented from over the years, I have to say that Spring Park Apartments are by far my favorite!
The property itself is well maintained and gives that cozy family-home feeling. Property aside, the true gem, or should i say gems of this location are the main office staff. Gloria and her staff make the process of renting simple and easy, and respond quickly to resident issues while always being polite and caring!

I am a ten year resident at The Vintage in Sequim. Management continues to deteriorate. The very minimum is ever done to resolve issues, and most of the time it is simply a myriad of excuses. Bad tenants are ignored for the sake of keeping units rented. Very sad situation!!!

Mesa Verde Apartments in Albuquerque, for everybody owning a scooter or motorcycle why can't we have a place to lock them at night???

Spring Park has been renovated and it is awesome, a great place to call home. The staff is amazing especially the manager Gloria. She goes above and beyond to help you and makes sure you experience the best resident experience. It is conveniently located in the midst of shopping, entertainment and dining.

Every time I had a problem it got handled immediately thanks to Yeri at Courtyard @ Artisan Square.

My boyfriend and I have lived at aspire for the last few months. This is our first place together and I can t think of a better first place. The facility is clean and well managed. The staff at the front office is fast to reply and help if any concern arises. We love living at Aspire!

Very friendly, professional and courteous. My community is in Davis and FPI does a wonderful job in all aspects of community living. Great group of people. Thank you for putting community first!

Spring Park apartments in El Paso is a great community to live in, management is awesome very professional and great attitude, maintenance guys are awesome too, quick responsive, thanks.

To my surprise, I see a lot of terrible reviews. My experience at the oaks at hackberry has been fine, no complaints at all, actually maybe one. My car was broken into, obviously this sucked, it seemed they had a few break ins though. So I guess the only thing I would say is up that security.

VAB has a terrific new manager and service person. Leslie is well knowledged, supportive, and very friendly. Thank you

The manager of this apartment does not take the time to answer or to call you back if you have an issue or if you need them to contact somebody else. The manager is hurtful uncooperative and does not answer any questions no matter how often they are repeated. I tried to get them to give me a rental reference and to this day I started this the end of August and to this day they have not responded to any of my requests nor the request of the other apartment. Thank God for people that are on my side to where I got the department despite the managers attitude towards me. I would not recommend this apartment complex River Terrace to anyone not even my worst enemy

I moved into Skyline Canyon a couple months ago and I LOVE it here. Tessa and Alex are amazing and are always willing to help with any issues or concerns I may have. Maintenance is also amazing and on top of everything. With only being here a few months I already feel the camaraderie among everyone! (:

I'm live at Spring Park Apartments. My husband and I have lived here for about 2 years. He's in the military, so we are about to move, but overall we have had a peaceful time here. We have only really had one issue with upstairs neighbors, that took a while to get resolved, but that was a year ago and the apartment staff has since changed The people in the front office are great and always nice. One downside for me is that Spring Park has swamp coolers, but I think that is normal for El Paso. The apt complex is quiet and feels secure and safe. For El Paso, having trees here is nice. It's a very pretty complex for the price. I would reccomend

What I find disturbing about Affinity is that they are blatantly trying to deceive the public and any future tenants. There are multiple reviews from a family that was directly negatively impacted by Affinity's business decisions and practices. Rather than work with the family to make things right, they instead chose to have all of their employees and affiliates pad their facebook reviews with 5 star marks. Were employees paid extra, or threatened with their jobs to do this? That I do not know, but after seeing how they treated my family, I wouldn't be surprised. Please do your homework if you are considering a move here! This business only cares about how much money they can drain from you. That was our experience after my grandmother passed. Shame on you Affinity and your shady, deceiving business practices!

The people FPI hires to run the property's they manage are the worst group of people.
Sherwood Apartments in Folsom needs to have everyone replaced with people that want to do there job and Not Rude people.
At Sherwood they won't answer the phone, If you get someone on the phone No matter what the problem or concern it's the tenets problem and Never the horrible management. I was working out of town and came home to find my truck missing from the Apartment, the management had it towed cause it was dirty and they assumed it was abandoned, did they contact the police to see if it belonged No, the truck is registered to my apartment.
I give this group a negative rating on running property.

When I moved out of my apartment after six month s I was accused of having a pet. That I don t have. Because there were stains on the floor. . They still don t believe that I don t have a pet. The offfice staff is very hard to get on the phone. The office is routinely closed, with a we will return sign . They don t return by the time shown.

The corporate office of FPI is horrible. I ve left two different voicemail s with the receptionist. Neither have been returned, I ve called their office many times. To see if I could by chance catch someone at the desk.
I finally got someone to answer the phone. I was then transferred to the person who manages that complex. Left a message, I ve never gotten a response.

I've lived at Spring Park for 2 years. Never had any issues. Wonderful community. Staff is great. I would definitely recommend.
