The Groves Senior apartment Dublin ranch is managed by FPI. This place is a major fail because of one very serious problem...the property director. Everyone knows exactly who she is, most sites will edit out her name but shes such an Idiot with a Capital I...if you caught my clue. She is a shady woman. There are all kinds of claims on her to several housing authorities of abuse, bullying and false accusations against senior tenants. Her name is well known in the housing communities and her time is limited. There are a group of senior that have been documenting all her bad moves and have consulted with lawyers and community leaders. I can say from experience she is truly a bad person who cares nothing about the senior tenants who live on her property.

We lived on an FPI property in northern Nevada for a while. When we were deciding on which apartment complex we wanted to move in to, FPI was very helpful, no pressure, friendly, and accommodating. We absolutely love the staff! Once we moved in, the apartment was very clean and cared for. The process was smooth and easy. With the few issues we came across while we lived there, maintenance was quick to respond and fixed things the first time. The grounds were very clean and well kept, also. Had we not had to relocate to another state, we'd still be happily living at that property. FPI, and specifically Jeremy, Sabrina, Brittany, and Theresa are the absolute best!

They have recently taken over Highland Creek apartments in Roseville. It has been a nightmare! Seems like every time I come home there's a new rule taped to my door. The latest one was we can no longer have ANY BBQs on our patios or balconies. I have been living here for over 5 years and they make me want to move.

Reno for a few months now, and it is amazing! Sabrina and Brittany genuinely care for all their residents and it shows. They are so awesome. Not to mention the apartments. They are nice and cozy for any type of living situation. Love it here!

In the short time I have lived in the Village at B...

In the short time I have lived in the Village at Broad apartments I have felt more at home then anywhere else. This isn't just due to the apartment (which is beautiful), but because of the maintenance staff and manager. Leslie is professional, kind, yet firm with her policies which keeps our community safe. She always seems willing to go the extra mile for her residents when most would not. The maintenance is quick to act on repairs and the grounds are always in top shape.

In November, FPI Management rolled out a new website in which residents at the medallion apartments in Los Angeles could use to pay their rent online. Even though the system was down (several people at the company also admitted the website was down and having "issues"), FPI Management (Medallion Apartments) still charged me a $200 late fee while threatening me with an eviction after unsuccessfully being able to register as the website was down. After reading the reviews here, I genuinely believe this was done by the company purposefully. Yeah, these other lackluster reviews on here are accurate based on my own experience.

I recently moved out of harbor isle in Stockton, I was told by Alyssa the acting manager that the paint had a 2 year warranty and since I had been there for 2 years I wouldn't have to worry about the paint or carpet. I was charged for the paint, I called her to let her know and she got a hold of her AR at fpi management and she told me she had given me the wrong information and that the warranty was actually 3 years. I told her if I was given the correct info I would have had the opportunity to bring the apartment back up to par, which was why I signed for a pre-inspection, she said herself that was the whole point of a pre-inspection. She said even if you would have touched up the paint you would have been charged. Which makes it sound like all the tenants are being set up to fail. She said she would try to work something out with management. If I am unable to get the 250 I was charged for the paint I will be taking this to small claims and go for all my deposit, considering most of the apartment is covered in paint I would of had a fair chance to clean and not be charged the 120 for cleaning.

I ve been in my apartment for about 10 years and this is the first time I m getting a face lift! I got a new porch and toilets. They are working on my apartments right now and I can t wait to see all that it has to offer! I live in the South Sacramento apartments and I don t plan on going anywhere soon! The rent will go up but that s to be expected! I just wish they would do something about these tenants who think they live in a house and play their music so loud and smoke their weed outside ! This has to stop! And stop the lies to the manager! If I gotta be here legally, so should EVERYONE!!

I went to lotus landings apartments in sacramento ...

I went to lotus landings apartments in sacramento to rent an apartment with them on June 5, 2017 and on July 14th lotus landings contacted me in regards to the apartment stating that they were in the process of evicting someone. They knew I had section 8 and that the voucher expires within 60 days. They contacted section 8 and canceled my voucher and now they're trying to keep my holding deposit. I've spoken to someone at FPI Management in folsom. Which is headquarters. She suppose to have been thr supervisor and she stated that I would recieve my holding deposit back. I haven't recieved a phone call, my holding deposit or a clear answer from them. They know exactly what they're doing. They are unprofessional, they hang up in peoples face and argue back with the residence and they also walk around with inappropriate attire. You can see their tattoos on their arms, feet, back, and neck. Very unprofessional!

Quite possibly one of the worst PM companies I hav...

Quite possibly one of the worst PM companies I have worked for. Giving one star is doing it justice. Upper management is verbally abusive. There is a severe lack of disregard. As a new employee I had asked several employees is this company good, and I received the same exact answer from all of them. That should have been a red flag. My supervisor is the rudest person I have met. The tone of voice and utter disrespect is unacceptable as an employee. HR is ridiculous. They never answer phones. Instead of sending ridiculous daily prayer requests, the president of this company should be aware of what is going on within the company. You have Overworked, disrespected and underpaid employees. Listen to employees on site managing these properties of yours. They are the only ones who truly know what is going on. Upper management, owners etc have NO idea what is going on in these properties they are supposed to be looking over. There is a reason for these employee turnovers. Do not recommend this company.

Read the negative Google reviews of The Palms written by former employees, burned tenants, and people applying, like me.

Please save your money and peace of mind. These people are as bad and as shady and as dishonest as they come. They will act like they are not salesmen and then will try to scam you, move the goal post on you, and lie to you every step of the way. Here is my experience:

I toured an apt with the old leasing man, Cornelius. I told Cornelius that my application would be denied right from the beginning since I had no rental history in the last five years so I would need a guarantor, my mom. Sure enough, after the report and $200 for the holding deposit, they denied me since I didn't have rental history in the last five years but I do in the last 10. Also, he said my mom, who is a homeowner of 40 years, doesn't have rental history either, which is a flat out lie. This guy is seriously low wattage. Not only did he deny me, but in a weasly way say I would have to pay an additional deposit of $1440 on top of the base deposit of $500. What's the point of a guarantor?

So then he says I can take out a bond by an even shadier 3rd party company to cover the add on deposit. You want me to pay a non refundable $250 to a company that has a website that was made in Microsoft Paint so they will give you a $1440 bond for a deposit that you're gonna keep anyway cause, let's be honest, you're crooks, and so they will chase me down to get it? No.

I say, well I'm not doing anything like that and if I'm denied, then I'm denied and I want my $200 deposit back. *He actually says I'll give you the deposit back*! No less than 30 seconds later...GUESS WHO IS MIRACULOUSLY APPROVED AND DOESN'T NEED AN ADD ON DEPOSIT? And now I can somehow use my mom as a guarantor. Con. Artist. But a bad one at it.

I haven't decided to take them to small claims court yet to get my $200 back. I have witnesses of all my conversations with him. I am definitely writing another bad review for FPI Management, the parent company, and am definitely registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for shady business practices.

I just left the pool and I must say I LOVE IT! they just added all new pool furniture and it looks amazing! the pool is always so sparkling and so clean. It's one of the best pools I've seen. Thank you to the Ridgemar team in El Paso, TX for this beautiful pool and how clean they keep it!

Canyon Vista. You know some times I get bored and go down to the office, say hi to the girls, make a cup of coffee and relax in the common area reading. The first people who were nice to my roommate and myself were Sabrina and Britany. Him and I just moved here and those two have been absolutely 5 star to the letter. The property crew is on top of site, wall to wall. These guys were shoveling the entire walk ways during the snow storms. So in less than 5 months this entire establishment has touched my heart and earned every cent I pay, which is very fair. Pool, tennis, basketball, Jacuzzi, sauna, entertainment room, public office (pcs and printers), weight room and gorgeous scenery.

According to the Late Fee Fairness Amendment Act of 2016, (which unfortunately does not apply in Nevada) a fair late fee shall not exceed 5% of the rent. However, FPI regularly charges 10% of a persons rent as a late fee, which I should add, they issue on the 4th of the month, which is illegal. They have a habit of charging astronomical "office" fees and nondescript charges, and will absolutely be condescending when you ask about why you are being charged. I strongly advise them to amend their late fee policy.

After being hired I just want to say the company makes no sense. When you submit a disposition to accounting you get hints on how what tab to look at. Not what is wrong, how to fix it, nothing helpful.
Safety reports are a nightmare, no one is willing to help train you.
If something is wrong, tell me how to fix it, help me learn. Instead as an employee I am ignored by Accounting, HR, Safety, etc. It only takes a minute or two to help me get it, take the time as an FPI employee you should want to help your team mate. You are alone and no one will help you.

Words cannot describe the disappointment I feel with North Main and the new property management. FPI took over management of North Main last winter/spring and the quality of living has only depreciated. North Main was a property the residents were proud of and called home, the common areas were full of laughter, friends, family but now it is an embarrassment, a waste land of emptiness and sadness. Not only does management make threats against the residents quality of living but they no longer treat them as a resident and human but as a unit # instead. There has been a complete lack of communication and transparency of changes and despite attempts by the residents to address this, it is constantly ignored. I would advise anyone considering North Main to look elsewhere in the area and not consider North Main in Louisville, CO.

We live at Aspire in Tracy. They go through a lot of employee changes, but the maintenance staff is consistently fantastic! Christian and Jeff are always there when you need them and always professional and easy to talk to. The office responds to emails in a timely manner and try to keep the property clean and nice for the residents.

My daughter and I tried to rent an apartment in Elk Grove, CA . We had to work with her HR to get her income because he lost her paycheck stu. After several days we finally received the rental contract, to our surprise they charged us a 2,000, yes 2,000 dollar deposit because she lacked rental history. Seriously people! They tied to work with us but couldn't get the deposit. They told my daughter it might be a little more with out rental history, 1400 more is not a iittle!!

We moved out of their Avion location on Nov. 3rd. ...

We moved out of their Avion location on Nov. 3rd. and just received our deposit check on Dec. 14th. We were also charged 266 dollars for rent and utilities. We cut them a rent check for 133, during our, final walk through and gave them our forwarding address for our deposit check. We also transferred all utilities to our new place. FPI sent our deposit check to the apartment we just moved out, with the idea that we would leave a forwarding address with the post office. The concept would be great if all our mail didn't already go to our P.O Box, the forwarding address that we originally left with them.

I would like to know where we file complaints about the management people at our apartment complex.? Copper Ridge Apartment Complex. We recently changed management companies and have a new management team. The Asst. Mgr. Ben, is a very rude and arrogant young man. He's in the habit of hanging up on people when we call the office. I put in a work order for a new air filter about 3 months ago, I waited a month and finally purchased my own. When he is given a work order he does nothing about it. When the manager is not here, which is often he takes one and a half hour lunches and is hard to get in touch with. He has been very rude to other tenants also. He is one reason that some of us tenants are looking to move. The manager is just as rude. They both speak to us as if we are ignorant, I also heard Yvonne telling someone on the phone that the tenants are always bitching about one thing or another. (sorry about the word, I don't speak in that manner.). .Some of us have been here a few years and pay our rent on time, now we are looking to live elsewhere because of these two incompetent people. Our complex was very kept up, now it looks disgusting. We have underground pipes leaking since last year and it will draw mosquitos in summer. The property is terrible, very embarrassing. Homeless drug addicts break into empty apartments, I've actually seen them, no one cares. We've had bad management the last few years, these are the worst. We've also changed management seven or eight times in the seven years I've lived here. Is so sad that its a terrible place to live in now.

OMG! The worst place I have ever lived in due to ...

OMG! The worst place I have ever lived in due to the FPI property management at Indigo Springs, Kent, WA. Since day one it s been a nightmare. Lack of communication from the staff, not keeping their commitment. No follow up or resolutions to issues. 1. They changed my moving date without telling me, until the day day before i was schedule to move in. 2. Promised me a parking space, but come to find out after i move in there was none available, so they gave me a temporarily parking spot in another building, (1 block away) which i have reported 5 parking incidents with no responses. 9 months later I am still waiting for a closer spot and now due to Indigo Springs STAFF error, they did not include my parking dues in the system, even after I went to the office and told them I couldn t see the parking dues on my lease? I spoke to Kara the manager to correct it in the system and she assured me my account would be corrected. They are now charging me $325.00 for back pay parking dues, how is this my fault? They cannot explain what happen? Or why I did not get any notifications? 3. Repairs within the apartment well forget about it! Months will go by before you see your work order being processed. 4. I have also complained that workers came in my apartment without my permission 3 times it happened. December my lease will be end and I will be moving out ASAP! Please RUN from this place.

My wife and I were the first people to view the house and immediately wanted to rent and was told we would be sent an application by email. Never received the email and when we asked why the FPI employee Courtney said she promised the house to a personal friend. What an unprofessional company who will deliberately waste your time. Will never rent a home if it is managed by this company.

It is my belief that because they offer affordable housing, the properties they manage are not as well kept as they could be, apartment repairs are of the lowest standards, and they make all kinds of demands in regards to tenants while not maintaining their own rules and regulations. I love the people in the office at my apartments and I know they can only do as much as this company allows when it comes to repairs. I will never rent from this company again. They are shady and see tenants as easily replaced.

ZERO STARS. FPI MANAGEMENT employees and upper management are verbally abusive. I have more than two-pages review and sadly due to word limitations, I am unable to post the entire review. I do not wish to be referred to the portfolio manager of Waterford Cove Tami Pittman because she just covered up for her employee Robin who shushed me and asked for me to be quiet when I walked in the office to seek help and follow up on my unanswered emails, phone calls and voicemails. My dog and I were attacked by a pitbull in my apartment complex. The dog was off leash with no owner. The dog appeared to belong to the same tenant, against who I filed a complaint about going noise disturbances. I was informed yesterday about the dog incident has been taken care off but the way Robin treated me was not addressed. I was told by Tami that she consulted her staff and Robin did not continuously shush me. Tami also told me that the reason my calls, voicemails, and emails were answered because they were busy and can t respond to everyone s calls. What type of business ethics is that??????
So can someone kindly let me know where to find help, and who to speak with, without being verbally abused? I hope someone is taking all the reviews seriously.

- FPI Management is all around incompetent, could complain for days

- Fire alarm system has been faulty for years at their Domain Oakland property. Alarm falsely goes off at all hours of the day. The first day we moved in, the fire alarm went off at 2:30am. FPI did nothing to help the residents, even though residents complained about this issue every single time it happened, and it happened weekly. Domain and FPI Management did NOTHING about this issue until they were forced to by the Oakland Fire Department Special Operations - they were fined and forced to fix the issue.

- Residents let their dogs use the apartment complex as their restroom, FPI management does nothing to fix this disgusting sanitation issue

- Everything is a numbers game, they have NO customer service skills

I could go on and on just don t live here or deal with any properties that FPI Management is responsible for.

If there are any good reviews left about FPI management, it was left by one of their employees.

As a realtor, I have never in my life witnessed the various, vast amounts of inconsistenices along with lies from any apartment complex that I have attempted to help lease at within my entire career. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 Taryn Patterson made an appointment to view a unit at 2700 Cahuilla St, Colton California, which was one of the apartment complexes I selected for her. We drive from Palm Springs to Colton to find an empty leasing office with no one to assist us. About 5 minutes later, Joey, one of the leasing consultants sees us standing in front of the office and from there lets us know that he had no idea we were coming. He let us in the office and contacted Collette to see who scheduled us the appointment for that day. After speaking to her, he then realized that the appointment was made through the scheduling center, and what he said was "they always seem to have some type of miscommunication", he said "the same incident actually happened a couple of hours earlier". He then gave us information about the apartment complex which then brought up another issue. He quoted us a price that was completely different from what the rent was supposed to have been. After seeing the apartment Taryn decided she wanted to go with Reche Ridge so she filled out her application and put the hold on the apartment. Later that day Joey called to inform Taryn she had a few things on her credit that needed to be worked out. Taryn got those dings out, and got approved for the apartment. We call back a couple days later to find out that the background check hadn t been ran, and it would take 24-48 hours to receive the results. We then call back a couple days later, since no one from Reche Ridge likes reaching out to they re future residents to find out that they employment verification hadn t been ran. Thats when the issue was escalated to Renee. Renee apologized over and over again about her employees not being properly trained. She then said Taryn could rent the apartment for $1190/mo and told her she could move in that day. Joey told Renee the only issue with the apartment is that the cabinets hadn t came in yet, Renee said if she could sign something in writing saying she s okay with moving in with no cabinets and Taryn agreed. Renee later calls back to ask Taryn if she could give them a couple of more hours there may be something wrong with the plumbing, and that the apartment is ridiculously dirty at the moment. After hearing Joey and Renee argue in the background for a good 15 minutes I felt it was only right to escalate the issue. Renee felt it was unnecessary to escalate the call, that she could help fix the issue, and did not want to give me her higher ups number. So she later calls me with Angelas number and of course we had no luck getting in contact with Angela. They told us to come down, sign the leasing agreement, and pick up the keys. We then agree to drive out there from Palm Springs to Colton, after we were informed to give them an extra 2 hours of cleaning. We make it to the apartment building at 6:03pm to find the apartment building empty. What a joke right?! We forget about it and try to pick up the keys the next day. They have the holding deposit, the lease is signed, and they say she is no longer able to move into the apartment because of the way the realtor talked to Angelas employees. At the end of the day FPI Management is a joke. I will absolutely make sure that this issue is publicized. We also have a police report of the whole issue. The police officer suggested that we sue. Theres definitely some type of discrimination going on and I will definitely get to the bottom of this. Joey, Collette, Melissa, Renee, and Anglea, definitely needs to be under fire. Every day that that apartment isn t leased the company is losing money. This whole story will be fully publicized along with the police report.

I just became a resident at Spring Park apartments and I can honestly say that I made the best choice ever! Staff are resourceful, friendly and generous. Management was very kind and welcoming from move in day on to now. Love love love this place!!

They steal your $100 "holding fee" and then lie about it being put back on to your card, say they are over nighting a check and then cannot provide a tracking number with fed ex. Liars, crooks. Good thing I never have to work with this dishonest company who steals money from hard working people. My money was supposed to be given back 4 days ago. I want my money back NOW.

Don t ever rent from apartments from this management!!! They will scam you with fees after you move out! Our apartment was in perfect condition, no damage to anything in the paint. Everything was clean. They took 600$ in deposit fees for paint that didn t need to be fixed. Expecting my money back!

i guess this place manages The Sorrento Apartments in Stockton Ca on RoseMarie Lane, the apartment manager is by far the worse ive encountered, it is literally impossible to get a hold of her, i asked her a question concerning help a month ago and still havent recieved a answer she just keeps stringing me along, ive called numerous times and NOT ONCE has she answered the phone and the door is Closed during business hours, ive been at this complex since 2012 and ive NEVER had 3 day notice until they came, SHE told me to hold off on payin so i did, then after i paid i came in for help she refused me AGAIN, so today i had to walk in again and didnt recieve a solid answer. ZERO COMMUNICATION skills.

As a former employee of FPI's I've had a great exp...

As a former employee of FPI's I've had a great experience with amazing support from my co-workers to the HR department to the corresponding emails send out by the CEO Mr. Treadaway himself. You recieve the adequate training needed to succeed from both in person and monthly online trainings.
I worked at multiple properties in the Sonoma County area and more times than not residents have been satisfied with no intention to leave, renewing their leases unless they absolutely had to relocate.
Anyone looking for a good property management company to work for I highly recommend FPI Management!

Currently dealing with an unhealthy situation at Caliber at Flatirons in Colorado. The team just simply refuses to respond to phone calls or emails. Many issues with the apartment including leaks, but the worst is the noisy air conditions units on the roof that vibrate so loudly through the roof that it cause headaches, nausea and lack of sleep. Please someone at FPI management help.

I m really disheartened to see all of the negative reviews about FPI management..Considering I ve had the BEST experience in apartment living every since I moved into one of the communities they manage. I ve been living in one of their apartment homes for almost two years now and everythings great. The workers in the office are welcoming and attentive to any of my needs. The grounds are well kept. I really feel like home here. Overall, have had a good experience with FPI.

I live at Village at Broad street apartments in San Luis Obispo. I have lived in some type of subsidized housing for 20+ years while raising five children. I must say I have never felt as safe or been attended to by staff to ensure our apartment is safe and meets safety regulations as I have found here at VAB with Matt ( maintenance ) and Leslie ( property director). They both have gone above and beyond their duties from day one, getting our unit move-in ready, to current day when an appliance goes out; they promptly replace it. They are courteous in all their dealings with myself and my little boy. We feel completely safe letting them enter to fix things when we are not at home. The level of care they place with the residents they serve surpasses any commitment level I have experienced prior to living here at VAB. The time I have lived here as been the happiest time and the most peaceful community I have ever resided among. Leslie has surpassed every landlord I have had with her patience and has exceeded all expectations of her job description; she truly is a gem. This community here at VAB would not run as smoothly, be safe, or have the beautiful accommodations that we have that work properly without the team in place.

Truly despicable. I moved out three months ago. Property manager failed to show To my walk through. I paid my last months rent with a bank check. Three months later I get a call from a collections agency stating that I never paid my final bill and that over $1900 had been added for the condition of the apartment. This was a 750 sqft apt. That was painted white when I left! Now no one will return my calls from the company. And I was never sent any correspondence on this via mail or phone.

Went in with a list of questions at hand to ask, and every single one of them answered exceptionally well. Gloria had a very positive attitude and made us feel welcomed and part of the Spring Park community. Apartments were very clean and had a modern look to them, something I could definitely get use to coming home too and bringing over guest without hesitation.

I would give zero stars if I could. I lived in the Domain Apartments, which FPI has now been fired from thank goodness! When I first moved in, it was very nice, but new building management (Marcus of FPI) is extremely cheap and has removed many programs and perks of the building and went so far as to refuse to assist me when my unit was infested with ticks when I returned from a vacation in Chicago in the middle of winter, claiming it was probably from the airplane. Just looking at him you can tell he is shaddy. Former management was much friendly and more effective. I moved out because of Marcus, but am considering moving back in now that there is new management.

I am a building owner in Chicago and after living in the Domain, I would definitely NOT suggest hiring FPI to anyone ever unless you want your residents to hate where you live, never renew their leases and furthermore as a very minimum make absolute sure you don't get their representative, Marcus. He has zero interpersonal skills, zero problem solving capabilities, zero sense of right and wrong or any ability to analyze the appropriate action to take as a building manager. Just look at the reviews for Domain Apartments in Oakland. Basically 100% of the reviews directly call him and his management techniques out as being the reason each person hated living at the Domain.

The staff here is amazing! I was lucky enough to wonder in thinking I was going to look at a different apartment complex. They were so nice and welcoming. They even told me how to get to where I was going but I decided that s since they seemed so accommodating that I would look around here. This place is beautiful! The grounds are so well kept. It was just such an inviting environment. I m waiting for a one bedroom to open up right now. I did go look at the other place but I decided this is the place for me. I just want to thank Sabrina and the other staff members for being so kind. I was clearly lost

I ve had bad apartments before, but this takes the cake. If i could give this 0 stars it might begin to capture the reality of this company and its staff. If you see that this company is managing any property you look at do yourself a favor and move on. That is of course unless you enjoy $75 convenience fees on credit and debit payments, AC and heating units that don t work after 8 fixes, and perhaps the most incompetent dishonest employees imaginable.

The grounds are kept well manicured. I pretend the pond is my own personal yard. Tessa and Alex are always smiling when you pay rent or need anything done. Very professional and its a joy to have such a great management team!

I was recently threatened by Alicia Parker a member of the office staff after I contacted Reno PD in regards to a residents constant drug use. This situation needs immediate attention. The member of management in question seems to condone the rampant drug use at The Bluffs in Reno. I personally am filling a harassment lawsuit due to Miss Parkers law degree and her ability to overturn a court order and her threats of having me physically removed by maintenance during visitation of my children. I will also be contacting Reno Housing Authority in regards to the many violations that are present on the property.

The training program for new employees is great and something that most companies do not offer anymore. If your looking for a new company to work for I highly recommend giving FPI a call!

I ve been living at The Courtyard Apartments for over 3 months now...Living here has been nothing other than perfect. We had an EASY application process, were approved in less than three days, moved in without any problems. Yeri manages this place as needless to say she s does a phenomenal job. She makes sure everything is taken care of, residents are happy and the apartments are loved. She goes over and above and makes the model feel like home for when you first walk through it. Before we moved in, we even got to talk to a resident who s already been living here for months, he said Yeri completely turned this place around since last management. She s made Courtyard clean, SAFE and a home environment for everybody. You d be silly to not move here or to not love Yeri! Her work dosent go unrecognized.

Since the health concerns going on, I understand why the front office here at Courtyard @ Artisan Square remain closed, but I do not understand why the communication is so horrible and UNPROFESSIONAL. We have a new manager here, Yeri is no longer with us and it breaks my heart because I know if she was here, I wouldn t be experiencing what I am. She got to know and familiarized herself with her residents and treated us as priorities, and made sure we were taken care of. I have called Brandy twice, who is apparently the regional manager of this complex. NO responses. I have reached out to Amy at Corporate. NO response. I am not one to ever complain, I love loving on people but this is just ridiculous. I should not have to call three managers to have my questions answered. If you all are working from home anyways, not sure how communicating or shooting an email is so difficult. The lack of professionalism, accountability and concern for their residents is disappointing. Rent somewhere who makes you feel like family, not an inconvience. FPI needs to reconsider their employment or they will lose residents within time.

I wish I could give it no stars. We lived in a complex managed by this property for two years and ended up having to break the lease before your second year was up. The company then fraudulently charged us with $6000 in collections. Our lease stated that we wouldn't owe anything. They also leased another family into our apartment not even two months after we moved out, but try and state that the charges were to pay for the apartment until it was leased again. Our rent was less than 1100. Our pet deposits were $800 on top of other starting charges for damages. I know for a fact we didn't have $6000 in damages. On top of all of that, we got no notice before charges were sent to collections. No chance to dispute or pay of charges before it went on our credit. Now my family of four can't find a home because of this company. Is that a company you want to rent from?

This is not a company worthy our business and I would use caution when dealing with them.

Have lived here at the Oakbrook apartments in Rancho cordova for a year and a half. Most of my experiences have been great. Most of the down fall I have experienced started with this company taking over management. Most recently went to pay rent at the office (During normal business hours) when I arrived there was a printed note stating they left early. I figured no big deal I'll stop by in the morning since they were not available. When I went in seeing a new person sitting there which happens ALOT. She says the managers aren't here and they said too bad it's late. So now because they decided Not to inform anyone they were bailing out early I'm out 100 dollars and the cost of a cashiers check. Which brings my rent to 2100 for a two bedroom. The general lack of service and respect for tenants is outrageous. Another thing this smart company decided to do was remove the option of a after hours drop box that already existed in the wall.

Sounds to me like no only do they want to charge the absolute maximum for rent they will figure out ways to get that extra late fee as well. Without any notification of there absence it's rediculious that they would not work with the people. By the way when I showed up to pay rent on time I was met by 3 other tenants as equally upset.

It is now the next day... called to speak with a manager to discuss... new person says both managers aren't available today. Convenient.

Tried to contact FPI ... with NO success. It's through a 3rd party answering service.... Which dosent pick up either.

Update: we lived with fpi as the manager of slate creek for about 3 years. . . The new owners replaced our clothing washer and guess what it works you can smell soap funny because the whole time fpi was here they said our washer worked just fine on top of that an incedent report was given to fpi i go to try and get it from new management they dont have it. But fpi gave them everything right? I dunno about how all fpi workers are but as far as corporate run i dont suggest living at any of their properties. . .me start with the staff we had did try. However fpi themselves is aweful. After living in slate creek 3 years with my ac going in and out our new team replaced it. I had staff that wasnt here long flat out lie from fpi. My flooring was off and damaged from move in up until just this week. I dont blame the staff on site but the laziness, cheapness and the way that fpi runs some employees that work on sites is just wrong! I cant speak for all district managers but the one over this site at the time wouldn't even return calls . . . All I can say is scope out the staff before living on one of their properties and DONT MOVE IN SITE UNSEEN EVER. To add fuel to the fire due to them not fixing my ac for the last 3 years I'm stuck paying high Bill's on a fixed income because I'm disabled this was not holland issue they fixed it but this was on fpi and the poor service from the big office and cheap ways not including the walk way they never put in so kids can stop almost getting hit by cars Shame on you fpi the things you did to staff and people living here are so wrong dont put what you did off on holland when they are left cleaning up your mess also this was not on office staff that was here from fpi this was because of the big office !!

My family has lived at The Village At Broad Street Apartments for over 3 years. We have seen a lot of management and maintenance staff come and go. But the current manager, Leslie Huffstutlar and Maintenance Supervisor Matt Marshall is by far the best team we have had here. The property is always clean. Leslie is always available for us and is very easy to work with. Work orders are addressed right away and Matt is very kind and professional. I can't say enough about them.

I am always taken care of if I need anything they fix it so quickly and the staff are amazing. My experience with the staff and my current living conditions has been such a great attribute in this chapter of my life. From moving to the East coast to California it hasn t been an easy change, but I am glad I chose my apartment with FPI. From contact, touring, application process they made it a very fast and smooth process, especially when I had a specific time frame to meet. Until now, the staff has been very attentive. Someone is always available to answer my questions, and you can tell they have a sense of pride in their work place. When you need maintenance completed they are quick and professional. Also I am very appreciative for my bulky items that get delivered. They take my packages and keep it safe in their office. The office is is such a convenient helpful neighbor! The vicinity is clean and well kept. My summer days looked forward to the pool. Also number one reason I chose this place was safety. They team here completely are a part of that package deal with the detail and service for their tenants. Thank you again!

Had an issue. Both office and FPI (management company) refuse to amend agreement to help with issue. Do not trust their stipulation in agreement to "amend the contract at discretion of..." because they refuse to do it, even if you have paid rent for 12 months already. Get dodged by office. Get dodged by FPI. This is bull****. Ghetto apartments, ghetto management. Handle your business, or this review doesnt change. And the Portfolio manager is on vacation in the middle of supposedly "dealing with my concerns." So cant get a supervisor to talk to, to help me out. Im moving out, no more rents if they dont adress me. And no, i dont want to email you. Either get somebody on the phone, or lose rents. Choice is yours. 3 months of waiting for assistance with a simple one-page amendment is INCOMPETENCE, nothing less.
