Horrible business practices to handle situations where they failed to meet new tenant expectations. I'm still waiting on my money to be refunded 29 days after the fact that they wasted my time, money, and effort. I'm filing a lawsuit which is going to take up more of my time and money to get back what was already rightfully mine. You can't move someone into an apartment with a lease that is already invalidated due to an infestation, and then not even mention that there is already a citation from the city for that exact issue. And then telling us that we have to wait 21 days for our money to be returned to us and leave us with debt piling up because of your companies failure to pre inspect the unit to be leased.
