One star because zero stars were not an option. One of their properties scammed my boyfriend and I by taking our money under false pretenses then raised the deposit by $900 5 days before we were supposed to move in. Do not live in any complex managed by FPI Management, they are not forthcoming about what they will charge and they back their complexes even if the management is both uninformed and lying to you!
