I live at the new VASARI Luxury apartments,
Let me tell you the customer service here is horrible! I moved in March 22, 2018 to a brand new complex never been lived in apartment. I experienced issues with the plumbing in the master bathroom the toilet kept clogging the plumber has come out twice I also experienced the upstairs neighbors feces and sewage come into my tub from upstairs through the tub. The manager Laura came out to look she called her construction workers everyone was puzzled And couldn t figure out what was going on they called the plumber the plumber was able to determine there was a blockage in the pipes, however I have still had issues with my toilet now they re saying that I have to pay a plumber to come out because the only issue they re finding is toilet paper clogging the pipes at the beginning of the pipes. The plumber has deemed there is nothing wrong with the pipes or the toilet bowl. Now the assistant manager Brittany is telling me that I am responsible for the cost of the plumber because the Vasari cannot continue to incur the cost. I am a tenant this is not my responsibility, however in her email to me she stated that the plumber will replace the toilet bowl and will not charge us for the replacement of the toilet bowl. Why are you already looking to replace the toilet bowl when initially you said that issue is just toilet paper and they re blaming me toilet paper is normal that should go down the pipes easily . The plumber has not even come out yet they said if the plumber comes out a third time and they deem that the issue was toilet paper I will incur the cost however they ve already talk to the plumber and they are already considering replacing the toilet bowl and they can t even schedule me till Tuesday 5/15/2018 which in the initial email I Sent was on 5/8/2018 my toilet has been clogged now for five days. This is ridiculous!
