One of the best Ford dealership's that I have been...

Awesome experience. 5 Stars. GM Todd G. came to the rescue when I fell out of love with my new 2020 that I had purchased earlier. Minor repair made me want out of the vehicle and into something else. After getting the vehicle in the shop ASAP as opposed to the 10 days + it was going to take Crossroads Ford in Indian Trail, Todd got me in the same day after bringing my issue with Crossroads' delay to his attention. After he met me there with the service manager he put me in a new loaner and I was on my way. Next morning they had diagnosed the problem and before I could ask, Todd had the vehicle appraised and started looking for me some options to get into another vehicle. That was on Thursday. By Friday we had a new vehicle picked out and he ran the credit and numbers without me having to come down there. He got the deal done ASAP and by Saturday lunch we were in our brand new vehicle. Also, please note another 5 Stars owed to the salesman Andrew, who was outstanding. He was polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Car dealerships are never the ideal places you want to spend 1/2 of your day but I will tell you they made the process as easy, quick and painless as can be. Thanks to Todd a very poor experience with another dealer turned out to be a great experience for me and my family. Great job!
I had the most seamless experience here with Bob Szal. These guys are to the point, honest and efficient! This was my first car buying experience and it couldn't have been better!
The staff are great and the process was so easy! Drove away within an hour! Highly recommend!
Very good experience - oil change, 30k mile service and recall notice all taken care of in less than 3 hrs. Very happy with the service, efficiency and professionalism.
Most helpful of the four Ford dealerships I visited. Salesman was on the Ball all the time. He is still helpful after the sale, as well.
I went in for a test drive that I received at an auto show that was in town a few months ago. I ended up falling in love with the car and decided to go ahead and try to get the vehicle. Although I ultimately decided not to go with the vehicle, the total experience is much better than any other customer experience that I have had at a car dealership. Patrick Pettengill made this a very dignified and respectful experience as he was very respectful of my opinions and time during the entire experience. Patrick and his manager Eric were very friendly and open about how I felt and my situation with the vehicle that I was pursuing. I will be going back to this location to work with this staff as they truly cared about my experience and my time.
I will never come back to this place!! I dropped my car off a week ago and still have no car. Each day I have been promised it will be done tomorrow and given a different excise each time. I ve been told they are working on it and then hear later that my car hasn t even been touched. They have no loaner cars so I have been car-less since. I was told that I can get my keys and pick up my unfixed car and just bring it back when I can. Not with a recall that can blow my engine!!! Whenever I call I can barely get someone, and most times get hung up on. Then come to find out my car was finished today and no one even called to tell me!! I called and was told they were closing. I asked for them to put the keys in my car and leave the car unlocked and I would get it. She agreed. I drove 30 minutes to get my car to find it still locked with no keys in sight. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company in my life. This company has lost my whole family s business and we have been using them for several years.
Saw a car on the internet that my wife and I went to go look at and most likely we were going to purchase it at Fort Mill Ford. We called and had an appointment and when we got there they were expecting us and talked to us about how Fort Mill Ford does their purchasing for cars and trucks. The representative that was talking to us was very polite and very informative when it was time for him to go show us the car he went to look for it. after he went to look for it and they found out that it had been taken to another location because somebody else was buying it and they did purchase it so we had to leave and the call center really messed up so make sure when you go there that the vehicle is there we traveled over an hour and a half to get there in an hour and a half back home. The representative was very remorseful and sorry that that's all we got we will not shop there again.
Kirby gave me the five star treatment. He has been responsive and took very good care of me. Thanks to Kirby, I got the best little car I could ask for!
The are rude and horrible during the purchase process, however that is not the worst offense. I had my vehicle in for service a Ford Explorer and they were negligent in checking and making the repairs for a recall that was extremely dangerous to myself and my family. I would consider all other dealer options.
Happy with the car, not the experience. A cash sale should not take 4 hours to complete. Also, don't appreciate the sales manager providing inacurate (he lied) information about option packages on the vehicle.
There was zero pressure from Scott. He took the time that I needed to decide while answering all of my questions. He was very patient and I was able to get a lot more truck for my money. Thank you for being a great salesperson. If you buy a Ford, go to Fort Mill Ford (ask for Scott Benner) and tell them Tom Peet sent you.
Sammy and Blake were amazing. The process was flawless. Gave us more than adequate time to make a decision and answered all our questions. They truly want you to walk away from your purchase happy! 3rd vehicle we have purchase through Fort Mill Ford and we will be back. Awesome experience!
Service at this place is awful. The service advisors and Manager Tom Grubb are both dishonest and misleading. My experience with this dealership has made me want to buy another FORD again just to avoid having to deal with this place. Take your car some where else to be serviced. They are not honest and will scam you out of money
I had my first oil change done yesterday and I was very pleased to see that the outstanding customer support service I received when I purchased the automobile is the same outstanding/excellent service I received when I had the oil changed.
The professional and family oriented environment that was extended by Brandon Gafgen exceeded my expectations just like it had when I purchased the vehicle from Adrian Ashley.
.
Thanks for your continuous good work and support.
I am turning 70 this year and my wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle to replace the one that came off a 36 month lease. We took to the internet to find a car that we both loved and easy to get in and out as we are getting up in years.
We spotted a SUV on-line that we wanted to test drive and we called and made an appointment with Fort Mill Ford South Carolina.
We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by the receptionist which than assign us to work with Mr. Adrian Ashley, an Experience Guide that proceeded to help us purchase an automobile. He let us test drive the SUV we had seen on line, however, we noticed that the seating in the back was not large to accommodate our three grandkids and we decide to keep looking and that is when Mr. Ashley recommended another vehicle that we loved and purchased.
For my past almost 70 years that I heave lived in this world, I have purchased over 15 or more vehicles for me, my wife and our two boys and I must admit, I have never experienced such, respectfulness and honesty with any of my previous dealings with all other car dealers in my lifetime.
The Honesty and Integrity of Mr. Adrian Ashley the Sales Guide and Mr. Jorgen Malmgren the Finance Manager, made us feel that we were dealing with family members, due to their caring and respect they showed to both my wife and me.
These two Gentlemen instilled the hope that there are still good people in this world and not everyone is out to get you for all you have by doing and saying what you want to hear to get you to buy from them.
I strongly recommend this Dealership due to their Honesty and Ethical business practices and the great people they have groomed to deal with potential customers, and I would love to talk with anyone that is interested about my positive experience I had at Fort Mill Ford South Carolina.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased in my life. The non-salaried approach is great. No high pressure salesman. They came out to my house to appraise my trade-in while I was at work. Applied for financing online and by the time I got the dealership everything was ready to go. Easy process and I would high recommend you check them out.
Worst experience at a dealership in my entire life. Can you please tell me what the point of being able to hold a vehicle for 24 hours if you are just going to sell the vehicle to someone else while I'm making the 1 hour and a half drive to the dealerahip? You offered no solution other than looking at your other used vehicles. Don't you think that if I saw something worth looking at I would have told Felicia (during one of our many phone calls back and forth) that we wanted to look at multiple vehicles and not just one in particular? Gimme a break! You guys are shady as hell and I can't believe you actually make sales with this type of business behavior. You screwed me out of gas, my time, and you made me waste a whole Saturday on this crap. I WILL be calling Ford Customer Care as soon as possible to inform them of how you treat people who are interested in their brand. REDICULOUS! I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars!
We went to 5 Ford dealerships looking for the car I wanted. None had it, but Ft. Mill Ford found it and got it for me at the payments I wanted within days! They are very accommodating, friendly, and expedient. Ask for Middleton!
Twice in the last year I have had a failed purchase at Fort Mill Ford as a result of their sales games. It is frustrating to get such poor treatment from the local dealership.
The sales people were fantastic, TruePrice made the experience extremely fast and easy and got a great deal on a new car. If you ever are looking for a new car go see Billy at Fort Mill Ford.
I took our Explorer in for a recall service and had a wonderful experience. Timely repair and they even took care of separate recall that I was unaware of proactively. I would highly recommend, Frank was great!
Suggestions to get 5 stars in my opinion would be a local shuttle (maybe 2-3 mile radius).
My experience with Ford Mill Ford was one of the most positive car buying experiences I have ever had. The negotiating was easy, and they did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I would highly recommend Janette Moore as a sales on consultant. She was very knowledgable and diligent in working with me.
Very friendly and nice waiting area with options to grab a bite but over 2 hours to do an oil change is a bit excessive. Granted they also rotated the tires but I can do both in my garage (and will next time) without a lift or resources the dealer has and a lot faster. Brought in to fix minor problem (new car) which even though they said got fixed, wasn't and had to wait an additional 15" to get someone to look at it. They've finally agreed to order a new part. Will see how that plays out.
Fort Mill Ford Service Department was amazing, We took our Transit in for a check engine light and found out that it was pretty serious. The Parts had to be shipped in and we did not have time to wait. Some how they found a part locally and had our vehicle on the road the same day! Thanks!!!
I have had nothing but superb experiences at Fort Mill Ford and my latest visit was no exception.
I had a great experience working with Lou at the Fort Mill Ford dealership. He was open and honest about the cost of the car, service plans, and warranty information and explained everything in detail for me. I got exactly what I paid for and couldn't be more happy with my car. Ask for Lou in sales the next time you are there and you will not be disappointed.
Awesome buying experience.Middleton was very helpful and there wasn't any pressure to purchase
Ashley and Stan... the dynamic duo!!!! They are great!!! They really helped me into a new 2017 Ford Focus and I love it!!!!!
Our experience was phenomenal! From the time we started working with our Experience Guide all the way until we left the lot, with our beautiful 2016 Ford Focus, was so wonderful. We were never rushed, the paperwork was promptly completed as our car was being cleaned one more time and we were out the door in about an hour.
The showroom is inviting and everyone we encountered was friendly and nice. We never came across anyone that was rude, disrespectful or who wasted our time. The lot is welcoming, organized and we were able to look at vehicles without feeling claustrophobic.
Bottom line, our buying experience at Fort Mill Ford was unlike any other vehicle purchase we have transacted (in a VERY good way!). We will definitely come back when we need another vehicle and recommend Fort Mill Ford to everyone we know. Thank you to everyone at Fort Mill Ford for such a GREAT experience!!
I was looking for a F150 regular cab in velocity blue with a back up camera. I been to 2 dealerships in Charlotte Town and country wanted to only sale me the black one they had and I got very little response from Capital. so I said let me try Fort Mill I walked in they found what I was looking for went and got it from another dealership and gave me a fair deal they went the extra time to find what I was looking for
Lou Angelici was an awesome salesman! He made the process very easy and enjoyable! Thanks, Lou!
Best car purchasing experience that I have ever had! Lou was wonderful- did not pressure, just helpful and delightful to work with!
Got a good rate on my car loan but the repairs can sometimes take a while.
My wife took our 2014 Fusion Hybrid in because the battery was dead. We didn't know if it was the conventional battery or the Hybrid battery. They did a diagnostic check on the car and found that the conventional battery was the issue. So, the told her the price of the battery was $130. The total bill was $411. What they didn't tell her was the breakdown of the Labor cost, the service rep told her the total of the labor cost but not the breakdown. So, when I went to pick up her car I asked for the breakdown of the labor cost. Turns out Ft Mill Ford thinks that it is a common fee to charge $116 to install a car battery. That is $14 less than the cost of the battery itself. Buyer beware if a Dealership! My goal with this post is to get just one person not to use the service department at Ft mill Ford. We have used them for all of the services done on her car, NEVER AGAIN!
Just bought our second car at Fort Mill Ford and it was a great, easy experience! I had to be at work soon, and from the time we stepped on the lot until we left was only 2 hours, including the test drive. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle!
Fort Mill Ford sale representatives were very friendly and helpful. Keith, Desiree, and Eric were extremely professional and cared about the customer. I highly recommend going to Fort Mill Ford to purchase a vehicle.
I went twice, first for my F150 in 1/17 and again for my wife's Fusion in 6/17. Both times we were quoted lease payments that were much higher than we expected. Both times we ended up at a dealer in Charlotte where we received lease payments very close to the those on Ford's website.
If you are searching for a new vehicle and you are searching any place else other than Fort Mill Ford you need to stop and drive to Fort Mill Ford because you will not be wasting your time. If I tell you my story I will take up too much space but what I can tell you is that what I have been trying to do forever happen for me in matter of minutes at Fort Mill Ford. From the first phone call from William Young to the walk out the door in my new vehicle presented by William Young was a superb experience. Once again, if you are trying to purchase a vehicle go directly to Fort Mill Ford, and make sure you ask for William Young. He is patient, courteous, and will work to make your experience a great one!!! Thanks to everyone at Fort Mill Ford!!!
They are not willing to haggle, that's part of the excitement of buying a vehicle feeling like you walk away a winner.
My husband has been trying for one entire year to get another Ford dealer to investigate a serious road noise in our 2017 Fusion Hybrid. Each time he took it in for service he was told nothing was wrong. I finally convinced him to take the car to Fort Mill Ford. Thankfully he did. The great mechanics at FM Ford DID find a problem, explained it thoroughly to him and solved it. My suggestion to ANYONE that wants GOOD service on their Ford vehicle? Take it to Fort Mill Ford. BTW.....we will be sharing the great service with the manufacturer as well as Yelp and social media. If you live in Rock Hill or surrounding area, don t waste your time with the other dealers.
My only complaint is that there is only one service provider for large trucks (frank, who is awesome) and he sometimes gets tied up with other vehicle checkins when there are numerous others to check them in. But big trucks can only be checked in by him. Need to put him in a location with a sign: large trucks only checkin.
Service advisor Bobby Komisarski was awesome. I didn t have an appointment and walked in early Saturday morning. I kinda knew I was gonna have to leave the car there but he had me back and running within 2 hours!! Great customer service!

First off, I worked with Tim M. and he was so kind and patient with explaining the car buying experience to my husband and I. I was looking for a bigger car since having a new baby, and it was my first time buying a newer vehicle. Loved the experience and the kindness of the staff. However, I went in with a price in mind and I ended up leaving with a car payment $200 higher than needed because of their required dealer costs and I totally don t love that. YES IT IS TRUE THAT YOU MAY ONLY FINANCE IN HOUSE. I don t think it s fair that you re required to pay extra monthly because of cars getting stolen from their lot. I believe that should be a cost absorbed by the dealer and not by the customer. It s just not fair to have customers pay for that cost. Also, my tag expired over a week ago and I was told that it was supposed to come into the mail this week. It has yet to arrive. Also, we were told that our car was going to have gas in before we left, I didn t realize that I was only given a little over a quarter of a tank. Then, the manager said that we could get an inspection anywhere since we were from NC and that he would cover the costs over the phone, but I tried to call for them to honor their word, and no one helped me with that matter. I will say again that the staff is very kind and willing to explain themselves, but there was certainly miscommunication and I am partially uncomfortable with experience, looking bad. I plan to discuss these matters further. Don t get me wrong, 2018 Dodge Durango, but I don t feel confident that I was given the best deal.
An overall EXCELLENT experience while traveling. My 12 F-350 Diesel was due for an oil change and also needed new tires (55K on original Michelins) Frank made a good quote on four new Michelin LTX A/T 2s. In & out in a couple of hours, enjoyed a great burger in the "In House Diner" Great way to spend the morning and the new tires are quiet and ride great!
I want to thank Ron Kirby and Eric Curtis for helping me buy a new Ford F150. They were both outstanding and patient in helping me get the best deal and get all my questions answered. Both of them are easy to work with and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car or truck to work with one of these salesmen. All the staff at Fort Mill Ford were eager to help you get through the process of buying a vehicle as painless as possible. My truck had been a loaner and had a few blemishes and Ron and Eric had the shop fix those for me before I took it home. I recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new vehicle.
Great service in quick time. Appointments are started on time and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
02/15/14 Saturday,
I had my vehicle 2013 F150 supercab service their and it was not a good day their. The vehicle was damaged in their service dept, and do you think if anyone would tell me,of course not. This truck had a broken grille and a large nick under the hood were it was hit,the grille had to be replaced and painted, and the place were it was hit had to be repaired and painted. The body shop who fixed the vehicle was, Earl Tindol Ford, because I could not afford to have this vehicle fixed the way Fort Mill Ford wanted to do it, they wanted to used the service dept to put the grill in, knowing their not going to be able to fully repaired and paint. I did get the vehicle out of the body shop today and looks great.
I just purchased a car with the dealer on 11/23/19. It was a quick, very organized process!! Middleton was great and was thorough in explaining each and every step!! I got a great trade in price and I love my new car!! Thanks Middleton and Fort Mill Ford for EXCELLENT customer service!!
They made my experience easy and really like true price. Very easy to understand and makes everything easier. Ive taken my car for service a few times and anytime I need an explanation, they gladly let me know.
My service advisor, Brandon was friendly and attentive. He explained in detail what each "fix" was for and how it would improve my experience with my car. Everything he promised from the work done to scheduling was right on point. Brandon and Fort Mill Ford set the bar very high. I'll be back.
Got an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation for $200. Not outrageous I guess but of that, $20.55 were miscellaneous charges . When I asked what that was for I got no answer that would indicate anything other than because we can . It s only $20 but I m not going back.
Not the place to take your Ford hybrid for service. Despite being told that they were certified for electric/hybrid service, my C-Max spent a total of 112 days in their service department and they still could not diagnose the problem. My problem remains unresolved.
I recently purchased a new F150 from Fort Mill Ford.
Let me start by saying my sales associate was terrific.
My real problem with Fort Mill Ford lies in their practice of advertising prices that contain every single rebate you could 'possibly' qualify for, including vehicle trade-in incentive, and Ford Financing incentive--neither of which I was prepared to use. I feel that the practice of advertising a price in this manner does not allow consumers to compare Ford products in an apples-to-apples manner. Other nearby Ford dealerships do not follow this practice, which reminds me of bait-and-switch (without the switch) or loss-leader (without ever selling a product at a loss).
If you put a price in an advertisement, online, or plaster it on a vehicle windshield, that should be the price of the car. Period. Putting three-letter proprietary acronyms with an asterisk to indicate that you have to qualify for every rebate to get that price is deceptive.
Other area dealers do not follow this practice, and I would be much more likely to send friends and family to Clinton Family ford or Keith Hawthorne Ford, based on how they treated me.
The only reason I ultimately purchased my F150 from Fort Mill, despite their horrible sales practices, was because they had the truck I wanted, with the options I wanted, in inventory--and I couldn't wait to purchase.
Very professional, informative, and friendly service. Super fast too.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Love our new truck, and the customer service
Car shopping can be a pain. After surfing the internet and going to some dealerships in the Charlotte area we decided to visit Fort Mill Ford. I am glad we did because we found the car we wanted. Our experience was also pain free because of the friendly service and their patience with us. I would highly recommend the sales person Eric. He was knowledgeable, easy going and didn t pressure us.
Bought a new F-150 truck and traded in my old vehicle. The whole experience was first rate. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership
Fort Mill Ford is the worst place to buy a car! Whatever you do please pay attention to what you're signing because they add so many unnecessary fees that you may end up paying $6000 more than what you expect! This includes an overpriced extended warranty, maintenance plan, phantom footprints and something that they spray on the car before you buy it ( but they charge you for it!). Luckily I was able to notice these charges and got some of them taken off. I'm now waiting on them to refund the extended warranty to the bank. Also good luck on trying to get someone over the phone! They have very poor customer service and lackluster attitude!!!!
We saw the vehicle we wanted online. I sent an email inquiring about its availability. Tyler Frey contacted me promptly and informed us that it was still available. He sent the vehicle package info right away and stated that there had been a recent price change. To my suprise the price had dropped. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Eric Curtis. Eric is the most friendly, non pushy salesperson we have ever met. The whole experience was very pleasant and friendly. We left happy to have the vehicle we wanted and at a great price. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle without feeling pressured.
Great place to buy a car. Awesome prices on nice used vehicles!
I entered a contract under false pretenses. The salesman took the liberty of adding on a interior /exterior package & explained it to me as they would fix any stains in the seats/carpet and detail it when that happens. I thought great I will get it cleaned every 3 months making the 700+ worth it. When I called to make my first appointment they said they didn't do that. I was like well I paid $700+ for it so it needs to get done or get taken off my bill. They said I can't take it off even though I was lied to. I am thinking about hiring a lawyer because this would not have happened if I would not of been a woman shopping solo. Luckily I noticed all the other add ons he slipped in and had then removed before I signed .
Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Also, ask for Middleton. This guy is amazing, honest and transparent. They treat you well here, and will get you the best deal possible. I WILL be coming back.
Thanks to Terrence.. no haggle and speedy process. After struggling at Mazda Keffer playing 4 square car sale trick, we were almost giving up buying a car. Fort Mill was last resolution to try out and it was lucky day at the end. Loan process was easy and below the market rates that I had pre-approved. Car price was fair and reasonable. No need to haggle. Go for it!
I got just the help I needed to find the right truck for my needs. The sales rep was patient, listened well, and let me come to my own decision on the particulars of the truck specifications. I got a full explanation of all of the various incentives and financing options, extras, etc. I did not feel any pressure to choose any options I didn't feel I needed, and the overall process was clean and efficient. After sales support was also responsive and effective.
I made an appointment to visit the dealer and informed the scheduler I was not interested in playing the haggling game nor did I have the time. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by William Kennedy. William quickly looked up my appointment and we moved to see the vehicle of interest. To my surprise the vehicle was parked upfront waiting. I was given a complete overview of the vehicle before going for a test drive. Once we came back from the drive William asked what did I think and I thought here we go. To my dismay this never happened and we got right to the numbers and rebates. The experience was exceptional and would recommend the dealership and especially working with William Kennedy. Now a proud owner of new truck.
people at Fort Mill Ford are very nice and always work for the best of your car.
Very unimpressed with my service today had my car for 4 hours and stated they could not find a issue . Same issue happened as I left had to call Ford coroparate
We took a Greyhound bus to N Carolina to get a great deal on a 2016 Mustang. Bus ride sucked, but was worth the trip. No Ford dealer in Jacksonville, Fl would match their deal. Terrence picked us up at bus station and treated us to lunch. David Waterman did an excellent job in putting together a great package. You guys are Awesome. Thanks again
I wish my husband and I could share a more positive experience at this dealership. If you are traveling from a further location to look at a car at this dealership buyer beware!!!
My husband and I live in Winston Salem, NC and were in the Market for a gently used Chrysler Pacifica. We saw a listing for the car we wanted at this Ford location. We specifically wanted front sensors and 360 camera, which was a feature that is apparently harder to come by.
My husband called the dealership and set up an appointment for 6:30pm July 30, 2019. He called a couple more times to let them know we are serious buyers and how can we purchase the vehicle on the spot and possibly trade in our Hyundai Genesis 2013. My husband was told to bring a cashiers check. He texted a picture that he had a cashiers check in hand and that we were on our way. We also emptied our car and took our title in case the trade in worked out.
We pull into the dealership for our appointment and my husband notices someone is coming back from a test drive on the car we were ready to purchase. After getting more clarification we were told my husband talked to a CALL CENTER and that no one at the dealership knew we were coming despite the appointment being in the system.
Basically they had a walk in right before us, and when the couple realized we intended to buy, they purchased the car right in front of us.
The whole ordeal was grossly mishandled. We had no idea we talked to a call center and not the dealership directly. Additionally, we provided proof that we are coming to buy by sending an image of a cashiers check and drove 100 miles each way. Never were we prompted to leave a deposit or explained that it s a first come first serve basis and there are no guarantees.
I am sure we will find a car that suits our needs, but unfortunately this dealership and call center need to do better by their customers. Seems like sales are their bottom line, and customer service, an appointment, etc. mean nothing.
Will not be making the same mistake again!!! Also, maybe this review saves someone else the trouble and make sure you don t just talk to the call center and insist on talking to someone direct!
Debbie was so helpful in scheduling my appointment over the phone. Brandon offered amazing service whiley car was there.
Bought my car from Fort Mill Ford about 4 years ago
My son found a car he really liked from here and we already had our financing. However, the dealership does not allow outside financing that is not in their network. I was very disappointed as I have never heard of this. I realize that this is their policy but when they were explaining why, it was not legitimate reasons. They were saying things that were not accurate and did not make any sense. I hate this for my son but we will move on to another dealership.
So I have used the service department at this dealership a few times for my company car, and have always had a good experience. I like the fact there is a Enterprise rental car location onsite as well. I went in today to drop off a car for service, pick up a rental car, and to also begin looking at possibly getting a new vehicle for my wife. After dealing with the great service department I headed to the lot to look at the 2016 Explorer. I was met in the lot by Lou. I didn't catch Lou's last name, but I can tell you it didn't matter. Lou was a complete turn off. He wouldn't answer my questions. He wasn't knowledgeable on the product, and didn't really seem like he was interested in even being at work this morning. So based off my few minutes with Lou we will NOT go there in the next few weeks to purchase a vehicle.
My experience at Fort Mill Ford was wonderful... This was by far the least stressful car purchase I have ever made... My salesperson, John Turak, was very pleasant and easy to work with... The overall experience with everyone at the dealership was outstanding... I will certainly recommend Fort Mill Ford as the place to purchase a vehicle...
Customer care was great, man at the front desk makes you want to come back and feel like your car is in good hands.
Scott Benner was great! Had the truck detailed and cleaned went through the entire vehicle with me showed me every option I had and how to use it. Also it was the quickest deal I've ever had! Was only in their for 30 minutes and out with my new 2016 XLT F150! Also we came from NC, which was about 2-1/2 hours away. Next time I buy any vehicle I will be going back!!
It was a great experience. Frank Arnold was very polite and informative. It took a lot less time than I was expecting. I will go back.
I can't believe I'm giving a car dealership five stars. I guess I got there on a good day; everything went smooth, fast, no hassles, problems, disagreements.... and the salesman bought our lunch in the onsite cafeteria that was actually pretty good. I left in a good mood. That seldom happens when I'm buying a car. :)
My wife and I purchased an F-150 and Explorer from Fort Mill Ford at the same time this week. Our salesman was Adrian Ashley and the sales manager was Chris Motrynczuk. Both were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Both gentlemen had laid back no pressure attitude and were a true joy to purchase from. I highly recommend Fort Mill Ford and definitely encourage you request to work with Chris and Adrian personally.
William Kennedy helped me purchase my 2018 Ford F150. He made the buying process very easy and did a great job answering all of my questions. I have driven the truck for over 4 months now and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you William for all of your help!
Clean ,friendly and welcoming.very professional .great experience
Went here for factory recall service was fast friendly I got me in and out with no problems they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need I'll be back at fort Mill Ford very soon
The people were all friendly and very helpful. But spent $300 on a service that I didn't need. I needed the transmission serviced but the service advisor insisted it was the drive shaft that was causing the truck to "thud" when the vehicle would start off or slow down at lights and stop signs.
This particular service was unnecessary at the time, now hopefully the transmission doesn't screw up between now and when I can spend that kind of money on the truck again. The transmission should have been priority. It still has the "thud".
Great visit to Fort Mill Ford. Used the over night drop off and truck was ready within a reasonable time. Will certainly visit again!
After this experience, I wouldn't come back to this dealership, nor would I recommend it to anyone .
Had a great experience buying a car there today, thanks to Bob. He was super helpful and I ended up leaving with the car I wanted and within my budget. I ve had some unfortunate experiences in the past with car shopping, and Bob made this experience super easy and stress free.
It was great. Sammy was great to work with. The selling process was really straight foward and simple. Love that that do the foot print on each car that comes across there lot. Makes u worry less about your vehicle being taken. Was an awesome experience. I wil definitely be going back for my next car or truck. Thanks again Sammy.
The absolutely best and easiest car buying experience that I ever had.
The staff went out of there way to take care of me...
This was our 4th vehicle from Fort Mill Ford & 3rd time dealing with William Kennedy. He have been very happy with all the vehicles we've purchased & the service we've received at FMF. William and the rest of the team always helps us get into the right vehicle to fit our needs. We have never felt pressured into buying a vehicle. I highly recommend looking at FMF for your next vehicle & working with William.
I have been servicing my cars at FM Ford since the place opened and this is the first time that I would give the service department a failing grade. The failure is in customer service not the service itself. To begin we had an appointment to drop off our car and I arrived on time. Three service reps were present when I dropped the car off. My rep was busy with a customer. The other reps were not busy but I was told I needed to wait for my rep. While waiting 2 more people come in who were also told to wait. Why couldn't the other two reps check us in? The visit was for a recall and diagnosis. I called twice during the day curious to get a status on the diagnosis. Both times I was not able to speak to any rep and had to leave voicemail. Both times I asked for a call back. My wife also called and had to leave voicemail. I finally received a call back after 5PM which was the time the car was supposed to ready anyway. My wife picked up the car and when she asked about the diagnosis she was told that a new water pump was needed. This would be a warrantee repair but they would not have parts until Tuesday of next week...The service rep did not offer to keep the car and provide a loaner but told my wife that the car was not safe to drive. The water pump issue is a known problem and there is currently a class action suit pending. I would think sending the customer home with a vehicle with a know problem, that could strand the customer would create an additional liability not to mention causing the customer great concern. I am not sure what happened to the service reps that used to be at FM Ford but you need them back. Or get the new reps some training so they can work like a team, provide good customer service and make sound decisions. If this was not a warrantee issue I would be taking my business elsewhere.
Had an issue caught on my camera in my car of 2 people from service abusing my car and playing around in it while operating it. Service manager at the time refused to accept responsibility for his teams actions. Said no harm was done even though Im sure there wasn't as much tread on my tires when I picked it up. Had to go to regional customer service and it even took them 2 weeks to get the service manager to call me back. Absolutely unacceptable . I prefer not to have my car beat on by your mechanics.
