I took our Explorer in for a recall service and had a wonderful experience. Timely repair and they even took care of separate recall that I was unaware of proactively. I would highly recommend, Frank was great!

Suggestions to get 5 stars in my opinion would be a local shuttle (maybe 2-3 mile radius).
