My 2027 F350 needed a third oil change. Fort Mill Ford promptly got it in the service bay. They did a thorough job. I am very happy with their service. My service advisor Frank Arnold was very professional and took care of all of my concerns promptly. 3-27-18
I took my 2017 F350 in for it's second oil change. It did not take very long. I was happy with the service. 10-31-17
On November 11th I picked up my 2017 F350 Lariat DW Pickup truck. My salesman was extremely helpful through the process of my ordering the truck and letting my know when it arrived. I had a very pleasant experience at Fort Mill Ford in the purchase of this truck. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful and very professional. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Fort Mill Ford again.
I had an enjoyable experience at Fort Mill Ford. My salesman Scott Benner has been selling Fords for over 28 years and was knowledgable about the mustang I was interested in. Along with that I would have to say "true price" is the only way to buy a new car. I knew the price before I got to the dealership and was comfortable with it, so the only other item was seeing what they would give me on trade for my old mustang.
I can say with confidence that I would buy from Fort Mill Ford again in the future.
Fort Mill Ford has a nice clean building and their staff is very friendly. They have plenty of cars in their inventory to choose from and I want to thank Corey Edwards for a smooth transition when we were purchasing our new vehicle.
Frank, my service writer was very clear about what had to be done, and when it took longer than anticipated, he communicated clearly and often what was going on. He is very trustworthy and experienced, and from now forward, is my go to guy. I had been using a quick service outlet for my oil, filters, etc. and they were supposed to be checking batteries, but didn't and missed a badly corroded battery that caused the car to fail. I am going to use Fort Mill Ford for all future servicing.
I bought a new Ford Fiesta at Fort Mill Ford. My salesman, Terrence, was not pushy, but he was informative and friendly. I had checked with two other Ford dealerships before driving one hour to save thousands.
I had an unusual repair (broken satellite antenna). The tech explained how long it wold take to order the part, get it in, paint and install it. Also the estimated price, which I knew going in was not going to be cheap. The information was accurate and the repair was don on time and of good quality. I might not have been happy about an expensive repair, but Ft Mill Ford did everything they promised, on time and on cost. I was completely satisfied.
I recently worked with Chris Motrynczuk at Fort Mill Ford and he made the process really simple. Chris did not try to oversell me and was upfront and honest during the entire sales process. He comes from a finance background, which was also really helpful during the pricing discussion. My only disappointment was the "detail" of my car. Chris immediately recommended we get it detailed again. He even followed up to make sure I was happy with the cleaning afterwards. Overall A+ to Chris.
I have a 2013 Taurus. I came out to my car in a parking garage and it was completely dead except for a notice that said "No Key Detected". I called road side assistance for a battery jump and when they came my car did nothing. I had to have it towed to the place I normally have any auto work done. The next day, they called and said I better have the car towed to the Ford dealership because the keys were not working and they were not sure of the problem. Had the car towed to FMF on a Friday mid-morning. I was told that they were booked and couldn't get to it until Monday or Tuesday. They called me Tuesday(never got it done until Wed.) afternoon and told me it was the battery and it would cost $208....You can get a battery at Walmart for under $150 installed. They also said because the battery died the care basically shut down and the keys, etc had to be re-programed. They then charged me $101 just to run diagnostics. So I had to go through 5 hours of being stranded in a parking garage, 5 days paying for a rental car,& 2 tows for a BATTERY!! What happened to the days whenyour battery died,you got a jump and went for a new battery at Walmart and it cost $150-$200 all in under a couple of hours, not 5 days. I should not have been charged for the diagnostics! It cost me over $500 for a frickin battery. Then I pick my car up after hours and my car was FILTHY, had to drive to a gas station immediately to clean my windows, as I couldn't see out any of them. Owned Chryslers before this and always got a wash when I just took it in for an oil change. Really Ford, you returned my car to me like that???? Then I had questions about the battery warranty and possible tow reimbursement and nobody has returned any of my calls.
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had. FAST and straight forward. They played ZERO games, no changing prices, no pressure, no hard sells. I have worked in the auto industry and this is the nicest experience i have ever had. Cars are VERY FAIR PRICED. Terrence was a perfect in every way
I had made an appointment to come test drive a used car in they had listed and I had already spoken to sales representative to confirm my appointment less than 24 hours beforehand. I had already submitted a credit application as well so I could be prepared when I got in to purchase the car. I get an email the morning I m supposed to go look at this car to find it was sold out from underneath me. Keep in mind I had already submitted a credit application and everything! Very disappointed and upset.
I ve been here 3 times since purchasing my truck and every experience has awful. Today was the last straw. I scheduled rescheduled an appointment for today with shuttle service and was told since I have shuttle service meant I was dropping car off for a fit in type of appointment, which meant that it will not be ready until Monday. I ve never heard of such. Very unorganized, poorly managed department and undermanned. Such a shame, I kind of liked the buying process but this is a lesson learned, check out the service dealer also. 1 star is because it s rhe minimum I can give.
Friendly staff. Best experience I've had buying a new car. Scott Benner was very nice and has years of experience. He helped me to find the perfect car for the criteria I was looking for. I don't know if all dealerships use tablets, but Fort Mill Ford uses them to communicate with the various departments and it just makes the whole process a run smoothly. Stopped by the dealership to look at Explorers. Although they didnt have a huge selection, I really appreciate William Young being kind enough to spend time with me without all the pressure. He was very courteous and answered all my questions patiently. When I'm ready I will return and ask for him.
Service department was no help. I spoke to someone named Tony and his attitude was horrible. Asked him a couple questions and he either had no answers or gave me a yes or no answer without any explanation.
We just had our Explorer serviced at fort mill Ford and Brandon was our service representative. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant and easy to work with. The price they gave us was competitive and honored our service warranty as well. We will absolutely be returning to have our car worked on!
After scanning CarGurus over the last month or more, I spotted a great deal on a used car. We made the trip to @FortMillFord and took it out for a spin. This was our second visit in a couple weeks and we worked with Middleton both visits. While he could have been skeptical, he was courteous and patient with us. We ended up getting the car and I can't say a single bad thing about the experience.

Bought a 2014 Focus hatchback today! I was really nervous, but from start to finish the whole experience was without a doubt wonderful. I saw the car online and inquired about it through the site. I got a phone call and they said they would hold it for me. Through the VIP service they did just that and it was sitting right up front waiting on me when I got there. Billy was also waiting on me and treated me like family. He knew I was nervous and was a Sweetheart!! They worked with me until I was comfortable with the payments. This was my first-time buying a car from Fort Mill Ford, and I could not be more pleased. I found 2 cars I wanted to test drive on their website. Their staff kept in contact with me every step of the way to ensure those 2 cars would be available for my appointment. I ended up purchasing one of those cars and the buying experience was fantastic as well. No high-pressure sales pitch and no 4 hour runaround trying to get a fair deal. I brought my Edge in to check an oil leak, and for an oil change and received professional service from Brandon. In the process, a nail in my tire was discovered and I was kept informed throughout the process. The leak was corrected with my oil change and I was not charged the diagnostic fee.

Contract was done wrong 3 times as they tried to fly through it on the iPads. The finance manager had to go back and reprint the purchase agreement 3 times as they were imputing the wrong numbers

I had to call 30 days later and ask if the paperwork was filed for my registration with NC DMV. I was told yes it was filed yesterday (30 days after purchase).

Service department took the time to verify the problem although we were pretty sure what it was. Was a little pricey but got the job done. Brandon did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the process.
Service Department is not all that it is advertises. Have to constantly follow up with them to get anything done. They are to busy to actually give you an answer. Not impressed with the follow up and I would not recommend them based on my current experience. I feel like I am inconveniencing them and I am the customer.
I am usually skeptical (keep reading, I know most reviews start like this) when it comes to purchasing a 'used' car however, I enjoyed my experience at Fort Mill Ford. I did a vast amount of research and was prepared to purchase my Nissan Rogue. I wasn't expecting to purchase it from a Ford dealership and I was not sure if it would be a good deal since it was a Ford.
I was greeted warmly by Cole before I could arrive at the front door. He was not over the top and pushy when he asked questions about my preferences. We went straight to the Nissan and did a thorough walk through. Cole and I discussed everything about the car including the engine specifications and the features of the car. We completed a test drive and I was pleased with the vehicle. We discussed numbers and this is where Cole's patience was tested. I asked about everything! This was my first car purchase and I wanted to be sure I knew what everything meant. He explained it for me and his Sales Manager, Chris also came over to help me. They were both gracious with their time and we were able to secure an affordable and reasonable rate for me.

Did everything they were asked to do. The sales staff are salaried, so it doesn't matter if you buy the least or most expensive car on lot. I didn't feel pressured into buying and was able to get the features I wanted. 5/5 would recommend again to friends or family.
Mechanic failed to tighten lug nuts. Ruined my rim. Almost killed me and a small child. Impossible to get ahold of. Avoid as if your life depended on it!!
Service dept total lack of communication, wont return calls or answer. They misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me $2300 for work I didn't need. Then lied to me about driving my vehicle to diagnose the problem saying they did when it sat in the same place for almost 3 weeks. I had even marked my tires to prove that it sat. Don't get service done here, liars and incompetent.
I really have enjoyed working with Ashley and Lou at Fort Mill Ford. I was able to trade in my vehicle to get rid of my large car payment and purchase an older vehicle with the equity. Fort Mill Ford handled all of the paperwork. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will return in the future.

Our salesperson, Robbie Cagle, was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience possible. We had a tricky deal because it was an out of state lease, but Fort Mill Ford's entire team bent over backwards for us to make sure that everything was right so that the purchase experience would be as quick and easy as possible. Went there to check out a used car. Almost everyone was very professional and friendly, from those in the reception, to Rocky (Rakheil), who showed me the vehicle. No hardsell, and no pressure. Could these things exist at this place? Possibly, but just that I didn't experience any. Far superior experience to the other dealerships I visited.

I was provided outstanding customer service by both Bob the sales manager and Scott my experience guide. I found experience guide to be an interesting title, but Scott lived up to it. He had incredible Ford knowledge and shared it with incredible detail on the Explorer I was interested in purchasing. Many employees that were just walking by made eye contact and said hi. Very friendly environment. I was looking for a process that was detailed, efficient and with no game playing. I got everything I was looking for including an outstanding Ford Explorer. People I know will definitely hear about this experience.
I had bad experience two time this year at this place, i will drive 50 miles far but never go to this place ever again. They are not trasparent with their process and whatever they will do. not recomended if you dont want to get mistreated.

We had a GREAT experience! Scheduled a recall service on our '08 Fusions and just planned to look at the used cars for future, separate purchases. Our Salesman, Chris, was a huge help. Very patient and knowledgeable and really went to bat for us to get us the best deal. Instead of driving back with an "idea" of what they had to offer... we drove home in 2 new (pre-owned) vehicles and we couldn't be happier! I recommend Fort Mill Ford wholeheartedly! I take my time and research (my wife says to a ridiculous level) when it comes to making a big financial decision, like buying a vehicle. For most dealerships and auto salesperson this is not a good match. Billy Linville was tremendous. He was patient and followed up an appropriate amount for my style. He did a great job giving me the information and time I needed to make the decision. If you're like me, then Billy Linville is the salesman you want. In the end the reason I bought from Fort Mill Ford was because of Billy.
Before purchasing my car, I noticed that the front bumper cover for the tow hook was missing, leaving a hole in the bumper. The salesman promised the item was on order and they would ship it to me. I drove all the way from FL to SC to trade in one of my cars for the used Lexus IS200 they had. I have to yet to receive this part months later, even after I've called a couple times. At this point I'll have to accept my loss. Moral of the story: MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE THE WORDS THAT COME OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
Big Dave did exactly what was asked if him. He was very patient to explain things to me. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a ride to my EMS station which was 9 miles away, but he stated they didn't go that far.

My husband and I came into the dealership after visiting a competitors and were pleasantly surprised at what a difference. We were met by Chris Motrynczuk . We already knew specifically what we wanted. When we gave him our list, he really listened and went to find exactly what we wanted and Nothing more. When I first walked in the staff was not too friendly. I had asked for an oil change keep in mind that this is where I bought the car, and they told me that it was not likely for them to have the part. Before I had even bought the car they told me that I would recieve a free oil change and now they are saying they dont even have the parts for my car. Please be mindful before you purchase a used car from this delarship. They might promise you something and you never recieve it.
My explorer would not crank when I tried to start it but the radio, lights and AC would come on.
I was told by Fort Mill Ford that my alternator, battery and wire connecting the two were fried and would all need to be replaced for $850.
I had replaced the alternator and starter within the last 3 months and had the battery checked at that time. Considering that and the fact that the power came on did not seem like signs of a bad battery.
I had the car towed to another mechanic who told me only the wire connecting the alternator to the battery needed replacing. This cost about a quarter of what I was quoted at Fort Mill Ford and the explorer now starts up fine.
I should also mention it took 3 phone calls over 2 days before I was able to speak to someone to pay the $136 diagnostic fee (seems high) so that I could have my car towed elsewhere.
Maybe it was a mistake, I m not sure, but I saved $625 by getting a second opinion and my Explorer now starts.
After diagnosing the problem with my radio, Big Dave was very helpful explaining my options. He set up the repair on a schedule that worked for me. The parts and labor weren't cheap but I trusted FM Ford to do a good job. They did a great job!!!! Thanks!
Do not believe these folks. They emailed me twice, one phone call and one phone message setting up an appointment to test drive a car. They said that the car was reserved for 24 hours and would be available. Their exact words " We are holding this vehicle just for you...." I drove 100 miles, and no car. It had been 'sold'....waiting on financing..... Then had to drive 100 miles back. Quite simply, you cannot trust Fort Mill Ford.
Fantastic work. Just picked up my car from there after another shop messed up the breaks. The service was wonderful AND they came in under the estimate. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.
Don't trust these people with the safety of your vehicle. They will not take responsibility for almost causing an accident after not properly securing lug nuts on a tire. Very disappointing
I had 35000 mile service. They were great. Have a service contract. Next week I bring it in for recall a 3-4 hour service and a check on my air conditioning.
Ashley was great! She went out of her way to pick me up from work one day and ensured the car I wanted would remain available for me. I would definitely do business with them again!

2012 Ford Focus had a check engine light and was rough shifting. Frank Arnold gather detailed information from me and had us diagnosed within a few hours. The parts was available and we got our car back the next day. No body likes spending money for auto repairs but in this case, with a 2012 year model Focus w/ 150K plus mileage the fix was quick and afordable. The way I was treated will definitely maker me look @v Fort Mill Ford for my next vehicle. Thank you Frank!!!!
Yesterday I took my son M to Fort Mill Ford to buy him a car. What a great experience. We found the car he loved at the price that I was happy with. Billy L made it so easy and relaxed for us. As the process was progressing we hit a couple of snags with our payment and paperwork. Billy, Bob and Ashley (I'm still thinking about how much I loved her shoes!) worked out the details for us and solved our problem. They gave us a good deal on our trade as well. What took it from good to great?? M had learned to drive a manual transmission as a teen - but never since. Billy retaught him in a MUCH calmer manner that I ever could have - which gave us a much more pleasant ride home! Thank you for everything Billy and Ft Mill Ford.
