My husband has been trying for one entire year to get another Ford dealer to investigate a serious road noise in our 2017 Fusion Hybrid. Each time he took it in for service he was told nothing was wrong. I finally convinced him to take the car to Fort Mill Ford. Thankfully he did. The great mechanics at FM Ford DID find a problem, explained it thoroughly to him and solved it. My suggestion to ANYONE that wants GOOD service on their Ford vehicle? Take it to Fort Mill Ford. BTW.....we will be sharing the great service with the manufacturer as well as Yelp and social media. If you live in Rock Hill or surrounding area, don t waste your time with the other dealers.
