I felt properly guided through the purchasing process. I was given options and didn't feel pressured to make one decision over the other. They worked around my needs and fit me with the best deal for my situation. I would definitely recommend Toyota Foothills. I've never had a bad experience and I have been a customer for nearly 3 years.

We had previously bought two cars from Foothills in 2014, which was a wonderful experience. So of course when it was time to shop again, they were first on our list. Our salesman was friendly, polite and accommodating. We appreciated him working with our schedule and making time for us when he could. The first sign of issues came when they valued our 2014 Prius at being worth only 7k as a trade in, when even in "fair" condition it KBB'd for 8500-10k. We were able to work our way up to 8k and moved towards the financing process. In the finance room, the finance guy suggested we sign paperwork before there were final numbers, with "hopes" that he could get the best interest rate (but it may change). Never in my car-buying life have I had someone try to get me to sign paperwork without having a final number, especially when the number could get worse, not better. A few other miscues in the finance office (misquoted credit score, not even seeing if we were eligible for the best interest rate through Toyota Financial Service before offering others, etc) and we walked away. As two adult women in their late 20's with solid credit and good job history it left us feeling treated as less than or even like someone was trying to take advantage. Our original salesman is the whole reason this place even gets a 2 from me. We've since taken our business to another local area Toyota Dealer -- who offered 8500 for the trade in right away, worked very hard to find the best deal for us and left us feeling respect and satisfied as consumers.

Just bought a new car from Hugh at Foothills Toyota! Very pleasant experience. Never felt pressure, was able to test drive the car and then the purchase process was very smooth and pleasant. I got a fair amount for my trade in. I would recommend Foothills Toyota for your next car purchase!

We bought a certified car that we love but promise...

We bought a certified car that we love but promises were made that were NOT kept. They had our trade in and our money so we are no longer important to them. They gave us only one key but promised us the other key the next day. The person who does the keys was on vacation so we were told she would take care of it the next day and we could get out key. Now they are saying it will take a week because they previous owner is mailing it to them. We told them we needed the key as soon as possible. We were ok waiting a couple of days but not a week. The previous owner has his trade in and nothing to lose, Toyota has our trade in and money so they no longer care. Now, we must wait so they can save a little money, and not make the key. I am more upset about them promising to have the keys for us and continuously making excuses. They should have the keys available today, as promised! We dealt with a person who no longer works there in the past and he would have made sure we had the keys. So disappointed he is no longer there.

appeared like a nice dealership until it came time to discuss numbers then all of a sudden they became very pushy and had a sudden change of attitude. I was just trying to get a rough estimate on numbers before we went over there and they were very pushy on me coming in in person. Once I did they only wanted to show me one certain vehicle. I asked about other models and other colors but nope. Felt rushed and not a good experience at all. I have heard good things about this place but my experience was anything but good.

Bought a new truck, post-dated the check. Salesman said it was fine-twice. Sales manager cashed check before the post date, caused me some personal expensive. sales manager told me it was my fault because i did not mention it to him.

When I went to this dealership, I was thinking about buying/leasing a highlander. When I went there they didn't have a highlander to test drive.
So I left my phone number to Owen and told him to leave a message when a highlander when one was available and I would come down there and test drive on my day off. I also told him to leave a message, because I worked at a secure naval base and I couldn't use my cell phone during work hours. I found out later that he tried to call me several times without leaving a message despite what I told him. So when I went back to there dealership a few weeks later, they still didn't have any new highlanders to test drive. After coming back a couple of times, and they not having a highlander available. So I finally went to a different Toyota dealership and leased a new Toyota Highlander !

What a great overall experience we had! Peter Badillo was the best salesmen we have ever dealt with. Not a pushy salesman, very knowledgeable and overall a great guy! We are so happy with our two new cars that we purchased from him! Also would like to thank Ryan Holley for helping us find the truck we needed! Reccomend this dealer to all our friends! They are the best!

Everyone I met at Foothills Toyota was genuine. Not that fake-y used car salesman vibe. People were flexible and kind. Still of course tried to sell me things I didn t want but backed off quickly if I said no. Overall it s been very pleasant.

I can't believe that I am going to stop going to F...

I can't believe that I am going to stop going to Foothills Toyota to get my oil changed because of a cashier and a service person, but I am. I just got back from waiting 90 minutes for my oil to get changed. When I complained, both of these ladies had excuse after excuse, basically it was my problem. To them, I should have been grateful that they even agreed to change my oil and however long I had to wait was not their problem. One even accused me of being 15 minutes late, which was a blatant lie. I work 5 minutes away and I could have gone back to my office, but I never dreamed it would take that long. When I got back to my office, another person here said the same thing happened to her with the same cashier last year and she wrote a complaint. That's two customers lost. How many customers do they need to lose before someone recognizes that the problem is customer service?

I purchased a vehicle here and my salesman was very nice. I am disappointed that while we were waiting for my funding to come through they convinced me to do what they called a soft inquiry on my credit that both my salesman and the manager promised would come off my credit report within a few days (even after it came up in email notifications as a hard inquiry) but it never did come off (they did a hard inquiry even though I told them not to and that we would wait for funding from my credit union of it would be something that would ding my credit). They also did not give my credit union the correct info which initially made them deny the loan. I had to call the credit union myself and explain to them what the dealership was trying to do. It's because they were trying to get me to pay way too much and use one of their lenders rather than give my credit union enough information to pull NADA value. My trusted credit union would not let me get a loan for an unreasonable price and when the dealership realized that nobody else would let them either, they took almost $2,000 off the price because they knew what they were doing charging that much over NADA. My credit union then accepted the offer. Ended up being there for about 5 hours by the time we were done and exhausted but the vehicle was clean and gassed up for me.

They served burgers and had little bottles of water but the bathroom was a disaster.

Foothills Toyota made the buying experience so easy and hassle free. Phil and Brandon and the finance guy went above and beyond for us. We had a complicated situation in which I am living in Texas with different leasing rules and my fiance is living in WA as we haven't fully combined everything yet. It took time but they were able to get the deal done. We are so happy with them and our new Tundra. I highly recommend.

I don't ever do reviews, but this place deserves it. One star is being overly generous. Please look elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle. I have purchase multiple vehicles from all different makes and models, and this dealership is counting on uninformed customers. I went to go look at a vehicle that I was interested in. Test drove and sat down to start talking. I am able to look up invoice pricing and how much the vehicle actually costs down to the options and already had quotes from other dealers for 100-200 over invoice for the same car just in a different color. Was told it would be MSRP or nothing, as inventory is low. There were over 45 of the same vehicle within a 50 mile radius, and another 60 in route to local dealerships over the next month or so. I was then told that invoice price was actually over 4,000 more than what I had found and my information was incorrect.

When a salesman, and GM, are either ignorant about the vehicle being sold, or lying to you about price, which is information that can be found publicly as well as from Toyota, (FYI you can put in the VIN # and get a price break down for the invoice and each and every option for both dealer cost and retail) then you are better off giving your business to someone else. The next day they called me twice to ask how my "experience" was with my "salesman". What a joke.

Avoid this place and go 30 miles north or south. Purchased the exact same vehicle for $100 over invoice at a nearby dealer (Which has about $2,500 in profit already baked in for the dealer, not including kick backs from Toyota for meeting a certain number of vehicles sold in the month). This dealership will never get my business now, or in the future.

Always friendly at Foothills Toyota even when they have a line of cars needing to be serviced. Inside they have a nice waiting room with a coffee machine. I especially like that they have an electronic board that tells you where your car is during the process. I've never had a bad experience here.

Little disappointed, bought a 2008 chevy malibu about a year ago with 120*** miles drove the car for a week before I returned to Alaska to work for 6 months, once I returned home I took the car in to get some safety recalls that happened while I was away and when I took the vehicle in ten said my timing chain was boarder line shot. long story short, 8 grand and 20,000 miles later I sit with a dead car, needing an engine a timing chain and has serious electrical problems...

I hate to do this but I have to rate them a 1. I have been trying to cancel my gap policy as I paid off my car for a month. It took 10+ calls just to get them to confirm it was sent to their office. No one returns voicemails and all I want is a confirmation. Everyday they wait I am losing money. They do not care about their customers unless your there to buy a car. It's a simple ask, the customer appreciation/ care is non- existent.

I would NOT recommend buying from this business. My partner and I signed off on a truck a week ago and thought it was all a done deal. We were even told they would work to try to get us a LOWER rate than what we signed. I didn't hold my breath for that but I was livid when I got the call today that the rate would actually be DOUBLE what we had already signed. Needless to say we returned the truck and got our trade in back. This was a horrible experience and makes me sick to think of how many others have had this happen to them. Buyers beware!!

Went to Foothills to look for Prius C. Salesperson talked over me at break neck speed. When I told him what I wanted he told me that I wouldn't be comfortable in that model and guided me to 2 other models that I had no interest in while a Prius C sat nearby. I found that out by going online to their website. By the time I called back from my home, it was gone. Put a request out to Burlington Used Car Superstore and left a message. Got a call back within 24 hours. 2 Prius Cs were being brought from Lynwood dealership. Low mileage. They worked with me and were better than I ever expected. It's worth bypassing Foothills and going next door to BUCS. Ask and you will receive, just not at Foothills!

If you want a sitcom level of scummy in dealership this is the place to go. Watching sales people having to compete with each other on a level where they steal the vehicle their co-worker is selling, being lied to by multiple employees, and wasting 2 days of time is just some of what we experienced while buying a vehicle at this dealership.

We had a wonderful experience at Foothills. After a couple of bad experiences elsewhere, it was very refreshing dealing with Kaler our salesperson and Chris the "money guy". Both were professional, friendly and very up front with the whole process. We never felt pressured and all of our concerns were dealt with without making us feel like idiots. Left the dealership knowing we had recieved a fair and honest deal. Thank you! (And we love the FJ Cruiser!!)

Ive never been big on car dealerships because of pushy sales tactics but at foothills Toyota I was completely at ease. My hopes we're to drive out of there in a new truck and that's exactly what I did. Close friends and family referred me to Titus Price, Toyota certified sales & leasing consultant. He was a pleasure to work with and when I told him what I was looking for he went straight to work and made it happen. An all around class act. If you're looking to buy or lease, I recommend calling Titus Price at foothills Toyota and you wont be disappointed.

With the end of my lease approaching I felt a little apprehensive on what choice to make. Get a new car? Start a new lease? Deep down I knew I wanted a Prius V and when I saw that Foothills Toyota had a few used ones for sale I contacted them immediately. I spoke with Stacey and she was so helpful and welcoming. She knew she wasn't going to be in the office when I made my appointment so she connected me with Hugh and he was an absolute joy to work with! No haggling, no pressure at all. I walked away with my dream car and a smile on my face.

Last year I had a nightmare car buying experience. This year we looked for my daughter and were headed the same direction. We drove from Tacoma WA to Burlington to Foothills Toyota. We were NOT disappointed! We had limited time and told them so. To start with the salesman was wonderful, kind, polite, professional. The Sales manager the same. Their financing guy got us a lower rate at our own bank! We were in and out including test drive in less than 2 1/2 hours! In the future, I'd drive to Foothills Toyota to buy a new or used car! Fair price, great deal, caring employees!

TYLER HUSEMAN absolutely knocked it out of the park. I had massive negative equity and high miles in my Corolla SE. I swung by to test drive a Camry but ended up wanting the Black Sand Pearl 2020 Corolla XSE in the showroom. Tyler, and everyone else I encountered, were not "sales people" like the greasy douche bags you would expect. No grease at all. She almost wanted it more than I did. She worked with me diligently through process after process to try to make my, what seemed impossible, deal work. Not only work AT ALL but work how I wanted it to. She went as far as to make suggestions on how to utilize my credit card more effectively to bump my credit score up. It worked! My score went up to the high 600s and after working her magic, I was driving away in my brand new Corolla. I'm not usually one to write reviews and I certainly never thought I would be writing a positive review about my experience at a dealership. But Tyler and the people at Foothills Toyota in Burlington have showed me that buying a car can not suck. Tyler Huseman will definitely be getting my business again, without question, if she is still doing what she does when I'm ready for another car.

I am 70 years old. The last time I bought a new vehicle was in 1998. I wasn't looking forward to visiting an auto dealership, especially during this time of Covid-19. But I am delighted with my experience and how I was treated. There was no manipulation and no games played, unlike my 1998 experience at a Dodge dealership in Oklahoma. Trina Parkhurst is the salesperson who assisted me. Absolutely a 5 star experience! She was kind, informative, helpful and all without a particle of pressure. A friend drove me to Foothills and my friend feels as I do about Trina. She personifies the best way to do business with a potential customer. Honestly, I am so impressed with her. I was able to relax shortly after my friend and I arrived at Foothills because of her. I knew I wasn't going to have to keep my guard up. I knew I could trust her and the process. I felt like I won the car dealer salesperson lottery. Lucky me! Kyle Lindsay in the finance department was also top notch. He communicated clearly and I never felt any pressure. He has integrity and I knew he was sincere and honest. At 70, I have a very strong sense of a person's character. I can tell immediately if someone is coming from a place of manipulation. I did a lot of Internet research to find a car and a dealership. Though I live in Bellingham, something inside kept telling me to go to Foothills Toyota. I am so glad I listened to my inner guidance. The dealership is clean, very attractive and well managed. Covid-19 protocols were in place, so I never had concerns about that. Though I live in Bellingham and there is a Toyota dealership here, I intend to have future maintenance on my vehicle done at Foothills. I am that impressed with you. Thank you for doing business with integrity and honesty. You are a sterling example of how honesty is always the best policy. I wish you well and I absolutely will recommend you as the place to go for anyone looking for a vehicle.

We purchased a vehicle from here and expected the same service we received at Rodland Toyota in Everett but sadly we did not. It wasn't horrible service but definitely not what we expected. We then took the vehicle in for an oil change and, honestly, the service team acted as if they didn't care for their customers and the car wash left so much dirt on the vehicle it was almost pointless. Anyone considering this dealership should seriously consider taking the drive to Everett, you won't be disappointed by the level of service at Rodland.

I purchased 2018 camry hybrid. Entune 3.0 keeps cutting out. Made me delete and install over and over. It is very dangerous now because we have to trying to connect to it every time and majority of time it fails. Foothills ans toyota customer svcs give me same b.s. run arounds. I am all so disappoint mad and frustrated. I had bought honda cars before and never had issues with them I will never buy toyota again as long as I live and make sure my kids won't buy them either. Horrible horrible horrible.

My RAV4 oil change and tire rotation went well, however when I pay I was charged $8,430.00 vice $84.30. Fortunately we noticed the over charge on our Navy Federal credit card and contacted Foothills in Burlington and they refunded the difference. I would have thought they would have refunded the entire amount.

I just bought my 2nd Toyota from Foothills. When I looked online their listing prices for what I wanted were on the higher side than many other dealers so initially I didn t contact them. But, because they are the closest dealer to me I threw caution to the wind. Phil DuBois was the sales guy who helped us. The car I wanted in the color combination I like is fairly rare. That didn t stop Phil. He was on it in minutes and found what I wanted! We were able to negotiate a price that worked for both of us and I was in the dealership the next day driving my car home. The finance guy(can t remember his name) was pretty awesome too. He saved us even more $ with his eagle eye on the figures. Thank you everyone! It was hard leaving my 1st Highlander behind after all the memories of raising my kids in it but the new one is fabulous!

We stopped by on our way to Bellingham and talked with Phil DuBois (90% sure I remembered his name right). He gave us very helpful information and didn't pressure us. We were looking for a very specific vehicle with under 100k mileage and weren't able to find exactly what we wanted, but we would have loved to work with him if he had what we wanted in stock.

Would recommend Foothills Toyota and Mr. DuBois. :)
