My wife and I bought a used 4Runner we had no problem finding one we liked. What made this venture pleasant was dealing with Kai the sales man! He is awesome he took good care of us even ordered a pizza for the wait! God bless kai ! Oh and Dave Parker is cool too!

Titus Price was an excellent sales representative. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

He also was kind enough to accommodate me in turning in my lease.

I would recommend Titus to my friends and family. Foothills Toyota is an excellent organization to do business with.

Keon was great! Friendly, learning the craft and helpful. I had been in the industry over 14 years so I made sure to help him through the process of what makes an easy deal. Brandon the sales manager was great as well. Wife wanted a new car so we worked together to make it happen quickly!

I Was told after making an appointment & waiting t...

I Was told after making an appointment & waiting that my oil was changed & tyres were rotated that my car needed new tyres, which is a lie they are not 3/16th if an inch like they told me. Then I find out that my tire sensor is still going off because they did rotate my tyres & sent me away with low pressure (a safety violation) after charging me $39.95 for the rotation. After i get home I check my dipstick & my oil hasn't been changed as well. Dark & burnt smelling. Scam artists that should be shutdown. This dealership cleary doesn't care about its customers!! Liars. Was charged $117.87. Was only reimbursed after threatening to call the cops. Scam.

Fantastic service by Foothills Toyota. Listened to what my issues I was having with my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Found the problem and turns out that system had an extended warranty due to known issues with that system. Cost me nothing and got a car wash and vaccume too! Normally with parts and labor this work runs $2000 and higher. So happy. Would take my truck there again in a heartbeat.

I am now a Toyota owner (first time). I did a lot of shopping around, meeting a lot of salesmen. Jason Lyon at Foothills Toyota was wonderful to work with. He was informative, a good listener, and detail oriented. He did not speak poorly even once of other vehicle makes, even praised another company for their advancement in quality over the last several years. He knows that Toyotas sell themselves. Jason took my concerns literally, working diligently to correct issues and help me feel comfortable with my decision. I felt no pressure from Jason. Rather, I felt he genuinely wanted me to be pleased with my vehicle for many many years. This was my most pleasant vehicle purchase ever. When I am ready to purchase again, I would be honored to work with Jason Lyon again!

I dropped off my car for oil change at 8 for 10:30 appointment. I was told there was a recall they'd take care of at the same time. I was told to wait for Dan and waited in a different area. He told me, after all the time waiting, that they canceled the recall for now. It would have been nice they had told me when I checked in for oil change. I was called at 1:00 my car was done. I picked it up and noticed it didnt get washed. I asked why? Isnt that part of the service? She said it wasnt offered this morning. I was confused at this. She let it get washed. I got in my car and realized it wasnt vacuumed out. I thought this was part of the service also. I pay alot of money for a basic oil change and if you offer car wash and vacuum I expect it. I felt like I was asking too much and I feel thats not good customer service.

Outstanding car dealership, both for buying a car and having it serviced. Their service department is particularly great. Quality repair and maintenance work, and customers are treated very well.

We purchased a car from foothills a couple of year...

We purchased a car from foothills a couple of years ago. The staff was very friendly and got us a great deal. Now we take that same car there for routine oil changes and maintenance. I can't say enough about the friendly service crew. They even wash your car before they give it back.

My experience at Foothills Toyota was great!
Michael was extremely friendly and helpful and was definitely on my side trying to make a deal I was more than happy with on a new car. I will be recommending Michael to everyone that is in the market for a car, and we are considering buying a second car from him!
Kyle also went above and beyond to get me the best possible rate and answered all of my questions about my new car and about a new car purchased at a different dealer recently.
Danny was fantastic and did a great job working on my older car with a full service/maintenance and even found coupons I didn't know existed! I'm excited to return with my old car when needed and for the free service with my new car.
Everyone I met was friendly and personable, I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point.
Car buying made easy!

My apologies in forgetting to update this review, I love all the Toyota models. It s a very tough choice to pick between the options. One choice that is easy is to ask for Stacey Gosslin, she was so very nice and patient dealing with our cancellation of her time and appointments. We even changed our mind on our vehicle after it went through finance, she helped us all the way through a difficult choice.
Kudos to Stacey...we love our new Toyota!

Normally I go into dealerships with my guard up and expecting an onslaught of salesmen, but here I got Eric Houser who was a genuinely good guy who enjoyed showing me the cars within my price range without trying to up-sell me just to make a quick buck. Throughout the whole process I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to Eric and then signing the paperwork with Kyle. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision! Thanks for being a great staff and I'll do my best to return when it's time to buy again!

This is exactly what service should be. Not just service for my truck, but to me as well. Jolene reached out a week ahead of my appointment to get all the details right about what I needed and walked through what was recommended. At the dealership everyone was professional but exceptionally warm and personal. Even when the news wasn't great, they gave me options and recommended setting an appointment with their Master Technician before suggesting that they do thousands of dollars of work. I genuinely felt like they were there to take care of my truck and myself, which is becoming more rare.

I have had my truck break down on me 5 times now comeing from the dealership. I attepmtwd to pay to fix tge issue was told it wasnt an issue then had my truck break down. I had the parts replaced and my truck is sitting at home broke down again..... Worst experience iv ever had now have to get it towed in again and see whats wrong absolutly rediculas I can't take my toyota to the toyota dealership without me haveing to worry..

Foothills Toyota had an opening this morning so I was able to bring my Corolla in for service right away. My wife and I went grocery shopping while my Corolla was being worked on. We were called to let us know that the car was finished as we were checking out at the store. Great customer service from the service manager. She remembers my wife and me from earlier visits.

Bruce was our salesman and he was really awesome! Very attentive and very well versed in all things Toyota. He answered all our questions and was honest if he didn't know the answer. I really appreciated his kindness and enthusiasm! We'll definitely come back down to Skagit the next time we are in the market for a vehicle! Thanks, Bruce!

Very sad to give ratings this Low! I called 3 time...

Very sad to give ratings this Low! I called 3 times asking for a sales manager to purchase a new Camry. I figured they could link me to a low pressured professional - product specialist. I even mentioned we bought cars from the Nelson group in the past. Nobody returned our phone call so we ended up buying at Rodland in Everett. I hope this gets to the general manager.

Extremely pleased with my visit to the Foothills T...

Extremely pleased with my visit to the Foothills Toyota location! I was immediately greeted and paired with Hugh McLeod to help me find my new car. He did an excellent job of finding examples of cars I d be interested in. I never felt any sort of pressure on his end, he was very comfortable to work with from beginning to end. We ended up finding a good fit for me and he made paperwork a breeze while making sure I understood each step.

I was briefly handed off to Kyle in financing who was just as easy and comfortable to work with. He took it upon himself to compare multiple lenders to make sure I was getting the best rates and found one lower than anything I could find before shopping.

Overall thrilled with my entire experience there and will definitely be back.

Today I went to the dealership in hopes that I could pin point a fuse that I needed to replace since my Toyota s electrical charging ports weren t working. I m gonna be honest and say that I was a little worried about the cost to diagnose exactly which fuse I needed since I understand that dealerships aren t a charity and they have to charge for their time. But Trevor (from service dept) and Bill (from parts dept) went the extra mile today when they didn t have to, and that speaks volumes as to the culture of generosity and customer service this establishment has. Trevor made the effort to squeeze me in last minute as he was wrapping up for the day to find out exactly which fuse I needed and Bill stayed a couple of minutes after his closing time to give me a new one. I am really grateful and appreciate how generous they were to make time and help a man out. Management should not forget about these two (especially Trevor) when it s time to promote/give out bonuses. Pretty soon my 4Runner will need a tune up, and am confident this dealership s Service Dept will do a great job. Well done Foothills Toyota!

We decided to buy our first new car and I was less...

We decided to buy our first new car and I was less than excited about the car buying process. I decided to save time and effort by emailing various dealerships asking for their "most competitive offer" so that I only had to visit a couple dealerships in order to make a decision. Unlike most dealerships that responded asking me to come in to their showroom, Maddy Myrick from Foothills Toyota actually respond with a price, and a good one at that. Maddy was super easy to work with. No games, no pressure and no BS. After a couple of emails, the deal was done. When we picked up the car, I was worried they'd try and slip in some hidden fees that hadn't been mentioned previously, but there was none of that. The price I paid was exactly what we'd agreed upon via email.

Overall I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Foothills Toyota and would especially recommend working with Maddy.

I will admit that all my previous car buying has always been in Tacoma Wa with Titus Will Toyota, However this past weekend August 15, 2015 My husband and I stopped at Foothills Toyota just to see what was on their lot for a newer used Toyota. A very nice man came out and asked if he could help and I told him what we were looking for and after a quick look around not really seeing what I was interested in I by chance asked if they had any used Hylanders and he said Yes! That was all it took to real me in. I will also want to point out that this mans name was "Titus" Price Go figure! he was very nice, funny and went above and beyond to get us into our 2010 Toyota Hylander. Big shout out to Titus Price You Are Awesome!!

Had a amazing experience with Trevor from the service department. I had an issue with my fuel pump and Trevor was able to accommodate to my busy schedule on such short notice for servicing the vehicle and completed it. I appreciate Trevor and the service mechanics.

At the risk of being "that guy", I must say I was ...

At the risk of being "that guy", I must say I was very disappointed with my experience here. I had my car serviced and when I picked it up an 8 inch scratch on the back spoiler. I had never seen it before and could not verify that the damage occurred at the dealer so I let it go. I went back a second time for routine service and verified the condition of the spoiler before leaving the car. I went to pick up the car and was greeted with an identical scratch 2 inches to the left of the first one. I brought it up and got the wonderful experience of having the staff a foothills toyota look at me as though I was a complete idiot. The service manager was even worse! They took no responsibility and I have 2 new blemishes on my car. I'm sure there are many positive stories from other customers but I have never been more displeased as a customer. This is my first negative review of any place. (I guess I have to live with my new "crazy guy" status)
