To whom it may concern, I am delighted to have the opportunity to express our excitement in purchasing our used toyota Rav4. We had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Ben Parker at your Burlington, WA dealership. We have now purchased two vehicles from Ben, both experiences have been great. He is very friendly and a real down to earth person who is easy to work with and a joy, thank you, Ben. We look forward to working with you again in the furture for a possible new Rav4, yes I said it brand new....maybe? Thank you, Kelly.
