I can't believe that I am going to stop going to Foothills Toyota to get my oil changed because of a cashier and a service person, but I am. I just got back from waiting 90 minutes for my oil to get changed. When I complained, both of these ladies had excuse after excuse, basically it was my problem. To them, I should have been grateful that they even agreed to change my oil and however long I had to wait was not their problem. One even accused me of being 15 minutes late, which was a blatant lie. I work 5 minutes away and I could have gone back to my office, but I never dreamed it would take that long. When I got back to my office, another person here said the same thing happened to her with the same cashier last year and she wrote a complaint. That's two customers lost. How many customers do they need to lose before someone recognizes that the problem is customer service?
