Continue to do business with Foothills because of the great service. Bought our first vehicle from them in the early 2000s. Toyota vehicles are high quality, but what keeps us coming back (for new cars and service) is the quality care we receive for our vehicles. Really appreciate the great service!

This place has the most childish service team I have ever ran across in my existence of life. I bought a brand new 40k van in December and take it in at the end of January to get the first service done on it. After paperwork was signed they sales team walked the wife around the facility and specifically walked us by the service department and said that when ever we need an oil change to just pull up to the doors and they will open then to pull in and no matter what within a hour to hour and half you will be on your way no appointment needed. So I do exactly as the sales team said and I was in for a rude awakening, I pulled in the bay and was never greeted after standing next to my vehicle for over 5 minutes and that's with the service people looking at me so it wasn't like they didn't know I was there. I then decided to go on the on the other side of the shop where there was a guy at a computer and a mechanic. I stood there for another 3 minutes for the mechanic and guy at the computer to finish there conversation that was not related to cars or maintenance before they even acknowledge I was there.

I told the guy I needed a oil change and he asked if I had an appointment and at this time I said no that when I purchased the vehicle I was told it was never needed and to do as I did. The guy informed me that they normal take appointments and even though that walk ups are available they tell the clients that it will be a few hour wait. At this time I was fine with what was going on because I just assumed that the sales guy blew smoke up our buts to just sell the car and that is just car sales. I asked well with what work you have in the shop how long do you think the wait might be for I can see if I could just wait, he said again " we like to just tell walk up customers that it will be a few hours". I responded saying that yes you have said that but can you just give me a ball park of what I could expect to wait with the work flow that was in the shop. Again same response from the employee. This happened 4 time with the same bs response just like a 4 year old girl trying to communicate and at this point I just decided to leave.

Foot Hills Toyota just lost all my business for the life of this vehicle and as well as future vehicle purchase form this point on. If I am going to spend the 40k and this how I get treated on the first service due then I don't want to do business with such a company that thinks this is acceptable behavior.

Great Experience with Zachary Melillo at Foothills Toyota!!!!!! He spent months helping me connect with the right vehicle. We talked on the phone many times going over what had come in that I might want to see. He took great care in showing me exactly what I was looking for. I was so sure that I wanted a Subaru and that was what he showed me for months. Then by chance, we looked at a 2016 RAV4 one day and I fell in love with it. It was out of my price point but they made it work for me. It is the first vehicle I ever bought all by myself and they were so helpful to acquaint me with the process of buying a vehicle and what I needed to know about the features of every vehicle. I had two very different experiences here. One day I walked in with a dress shirt and slacks and someone immediately asked if they could help. The next time I walked in with dirty jeans and a stained Carhart jacket. No one even looked up or bothered to ask what I needed.

We were getting my wife's car serviced here until the technicians told me it's normal for there to be a little leakage from the PCV valve. They also claimed it's all vapor and not oil. Except as a former technician I knew they were lying straight to my face and that's all I needed to never let them touch her car again.

In May of 2017 I bought a used 2011 mini copper. In June. I Started having problems . I took it in and I was told foothills maybe able to diagnose the problem, but they would not be able to fix it. So I took it to auto company who could fix it for $1200. I then had further problems in August which involved replacing the turbo system, which cost over $6000. During this period I notified foothills, who I have bought several other vehicles over the years, and they said they were "sorry" but did nothing. I will think twice before trusting them again.

I came to this dealership after feeling very pressured to buy from some other dealerships in the area. I was still unsure of what exactly I wanted to buy, and decided to stop by this dealership. Owen was super easy to talk to, didn t pressure me at all to sit down and talk numbers, just told me to look around and tell him what I like/dislike. Still not 100% sure, I asked for his card and continued looking around. The next weekend I came back and bought a tundra, and am so glad I did from this dealership. Everyone was so helpful! Owen and Devon walked me through all the paperwork, took the time to help me set my phone up to my new truck, and made sure everything was in order before I drove off. I even got a call a few days later to ask how everything was going!
If your tired of the pressure from all the other car dealerships, check this place out. Their customer service is what brought me back!

I had the most wonderful experience here! After having a really bad one at a different dealership 6 months ago, I was a bit scared coming here. I have now changed my mind!! Trina was amazing! She made the whole process so easy and answered all my questions. I would definitely drive the 5 hrs again for my next vehicle! I recommend this place for first time buyers or inexperienced buyers! Dave in finance was also very patient as I had to do my paperwork remotely. Special shout out to Alex who was my first point of contact. I appreciate you all so much! This is a bit difficult to review. They are normally very courteous and professional. Their lounge is very comfortable while waiting with free coffee and hot chocolate. They even will offer snacks.

The issues though are under the surface. Mother set up an appointment with them online a month in advance and they seemed to have trouble finding it. Even when she had their email confirmation. We checked in early to make sure she had a shuttle ride to a doctors appointment and it was not ready, fortunately they rushed to get back with the shuttle and got her there just at the last moment. But that was not the only issue. She had specifically wanted them to check under the hood because some type of rodent had chewed up the plastic coverings. Yet when they brought us the keys, they told us they checked under the hood and found no problems. So we walked them out there and opened up the hood and sure enough both fuse boxes has obvious holes and the resonater casing along with the air filter casing also had holes from something gnawing at it. The manager even exclaimed, "Why would they say there was nothing wrong when it is so clear there is." This just means the techs they leave the job to, are not doing their job and just BSing that they checked.

Another issue that we could not prove. My parents for the last 4 years have only taken it to this Toyota dealership for its regular maintenance. This 4Runner had a K&N filter in it and even had the sticker outside of the Air Filter box stating it had a K&N filter and not to change it out. When we the parts manager was checking the covering gnawed on by animals, we opened the air filter and there was no longer a K&N filter in the vehicle. At first he tried to say it couldn't ave been them, but when we took the air filter out that was in it, it was a certified Toyota air filter that they use. We still could not prove it was them. But the circumstantial evidence was very much against them. They of course would not reimburse for a new K&N filter. Yes, as the owners, we should have checked after each service to make sure the K&N filter was still there. But when taking it to a large established toyota dealership, you expect honest and professionalism. So this is a cautionary tale. Always check after service.

Last a small detail. They did not place a new sticker in the window for the reminder of its next service expectation. This is a small detail, but still it says something when it is overlooked.

Will we go back. Yes most likely. But we will be more vigilant.

David Miller is the best salesperson I have met. He is very nice and friendly to talk to. He is respectful. He explained all the information I needed very well and he doesn't pressure you into buying your car right away. If you're going to buy a Toyota Vehicle, I recommended talking to David Miller. Foothills Toyota customer service is super amazing compared to other dealers in Burlington, WA.

I was fortunate to be a part of the car-buying process with my brother and his wife for all of our first experience buying from a car dealership, and between all of the dealerships in Skagit Valley, Toyota Foothills had the best car for the best price. The process took a while on New Year's Eve, good thing the staff was enjoyable to make the wait as smooth as possible. Very impressed with the way we were handled throughout the entire process by Zach, who was a friendly and authentic Toyota representative. I would send any of my friends and family to him to trust that they are taken care of and treated well regardless of the final decision on a vehicle. Did a cash deal for my Tacoma and was in and out of there in just a couple of hours. I did my homework/research prior to transacting with them. Makes everyone's life easier if you both know what the heck you're talking about, but Titus Price, my sales guy, was amazing. I felt respected as a female customer and felt comfortable speaking to him as a straight-shooter. He didn't get defensive, just did his job and worked with me to close the deal. His sense of humor was appreciated greatly :-) I will be taking my daughter to do some test-drives for her next car purchase.

Incompetent service department sold me a used car ...

Incompetent service department sold me a used car with a leaky water pump then would not help unless I was want to drive it with said leaking water pump all the way to Mount Vernon. I took it to a local Toyota dealership to fix it since it was an emergent problem. Foothills was unwilling to reimburse them or to at least exchanging a cost of the pump avoid this dealership they don't check out the car thoroughly that they sell. Also What kind of dealership doesn't give you a full take a gas with any vehicle purchase new or used? Also I Found out that they forgot to put oil it all in a friends car during the oil change and she had to come back.

I would give 0 stars if I could! My experience with this dealship has been horrible and only gotten worse with each encounter. First of all they never answer their phones. I recently spent a whole day trying to just make an appt! Secondly they will do their absolute best to not have to repair anything that is promised to be covered under warranty. They had me calling headquarters for no reason and every person I spoke with said something different. Their excuses for not covering under warranty changed with every phone call.. I can go on all day. I highly do not recommended this place. I was given the same recommendation to avoid this place by a lot of people but wanted to see for myself. Never going back and recommend everyone else to stay away. (My vehicle is brand new, around 20k miles).

I can faithfully say without a doubt, they are some of the most honest people who will go out of there way to make a wrong right. We bought a 2012 Prius from Foothills Toyota last week and our experience was very good. We've been taking our Sequoia there for service for several years and have had nothing but good experiences. Kirk Spencer was our salesperson and he was very good. We test drove the car on a Wednesday evening and said we would need to go home to think about it. Kirk did not pressure us at all. He was very knowledgeable, having all the information that we asked for at hand. We also inquired about leasing a new Prius and he walked us all through the information on that. We came back the next day, took the car for another test drive. We grilled Kirk about the car, telling him that we hadn't made up our mind yet. He was patient with us and never pressured us at any point. He never tried to change out our minds or push us into something we had decided against. I normally dread talking to car salesmen. Kirk was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him.

Update from one star to three stars. The customer service department did well at handling the situation. As far as the response to my review. I had to contact y all a month after I traded it in to inform you that it hadn t been paid off, then it still took almost two weeks before y all sent another check to the bank.

Sales staff and financing people are good. The issue I have is it has been about two months since we traded in our car and they are just now paying it off. The only reason they are paying it now is my bank dinged me for a late car payment. So I checked the account and sure enough it wasn t payed off. I called the bank they said they hadn t received anything from them. So I have had to make two car payments on a car I don t have. The salesman is the only person who will return my calls and messages. I am trying to buy a house and this is keeping me from closing. If you value your credit score you might want to try somewhere else. Before you get hit with a car payment for a car you don t have anymore.

CAUTION: I purchased my 2009 Mini Cooper last July. Since my purchase I have put $3,000 into maintenance and repairs (I have all receipts to show for it). I wrote a google review before after tiring of fixing my car. They contacted me right away saying they would check it out if my engine light came on again or give me a deal on a new car. Going back, at the time of sale I received a Carfax from the dealership (which I still have). It never stated any damage was done to the car. I recently got a new Carfax which shows that there was front end damage that occurred 3 months prior to my purchase. I was never informed of the front end damage that was done. As far as I knew this car had never been in an accident. I then saw that it can take some time to be reported to Carfax so I am currently in the process of finding out when it showed up on a Carfax report. At this point I would prefer the dealership take back the car for what I owe and be done with it. I do not want a new car and the engine light is not currently on but if the dealerships is willing to take the car back I will delete this review otherwise I do not wish to be contacted. If I find out that the Carfax I was given at the time of sale was somehow manipulated further action will be taken. I'm not sure if that is possible but I am currently looking into it. This car has been nothing but a headache and am growing tired of the stress and hassle it has given me. I have not even owned the car for a year yet.

Well at Foothills Toyota... they have revamped the product appeal and customer approach technique for the automotive industry!

Upon my arrival, I expected a typical salesman approach. Nothing genuine, just a typical small talk conversation, "Hello I'm xxxxx how are you? Good, good. Here are some cars." However, this was NOT the case!

What blew me away was the exubriant character of Stacey Gosslin! She made me feel welcome with a warm smile like I was a long time friend! She asked me questions about my lifestyle and what I plan to do in the coming years with an actual genuine interest! After some colorful conversation and sharing life stories, she proceeded to educate me on the tacomas held on the property with superlative knowledge on each model.

Stacey displayed an impeccable personality that made me feel absolutely comfortable from initial contact, to the final goodbyes. With this memorable visit; not only will I be returning for future purchases, but I will surely advise many personnel at my future conferences and speaking events to make their next vehicle purchase through her.

I highly reccomend Stacey be recognized for bringing a "wow factor" to this industry! The natural persona she carries is priceless. HIGHLY reccomended for advancement!

Wasn't too impressed by the service. I have a brand new Rav4 and seeing how the Toyota down in Jacksonville FL treats you and your car like customers they want to keep. The guys at foothill did the bare minimum of service. They ran my car though the washer and serviced the oil but nothing special. I'm not sure if there are restrictions because of the covid-19 but if you can drive my car why wouldn't they wipe it down and vacuum. Maybe Jacksonville just set the bar to high and I expected a little more than the bare minimum for buying a brand new car from Toyota. Not to happy with the experience and will happily visits another dealership when it comes to services in the future, Even if it's an hour more of a drive. Presentation is everything spending 40k isn't an everyday thing in most people's day to day and I would like the company to take the time and have value for my patronage.

Lisa, the upgrade specialist, told me that I d be the first to know if one came on the lot. Low and behold, three weeks later, I received an e-mail stating that one would be in that week. I was hesitant, and nervous. Thankfully, I was set up with Trina, who was so kind, and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel pressure, and she was very understanding of my situation, and needs. I edited my 2 star rating to a four star because the manager actually contacted us to see why we were unhappy with the experience. He explained the pricing situation so we could understand it (when we got home and looked through the paperwork, it looked like they had changed the price we agreed upon at the initial negotiation) Although I wish we had asked more questions and been walked through the pricing better at the time of purchase, they definitely don't deserve a two star rating. Despite the confusion, I love my new RAV4 Adventure, and appreciate the manager contacting us. I would recommend this dealership.

Recently purchased a 2020 RAV4 TRD off road in lunar rock with an ice edge roof! That car is a beast and I love it already! The reason why everything went so smoothly is because Of foothills awesome sales team. Namely Ed Mayfield who we have worked with for many years now. Along with Jesse Hansen. Both are awesome and easy to work with. Over all service at this dealership is warm and inviting and not pushy at all. I d recommend this dealership to all of my closest family and friends!

I took my '05 Tacoma in 3 times and they were still unable to diagnose and correctly fix my wheel bearing. They returned my vehicle twice with squishy brakes, though they said they had driven it. I finally took my truck to an independent mechanic who had to do the work all over again. I paid Foothills $1200 to do the work and that independent guy charged $300 for (and did it right). This was the first non-Toyota mechanic that has ever looked at my vehicle and I will not go back to Foothills for any work on my vehicle.

Nice people, but a wash and vacuum doesn't mean what you think. We took our car in for a wash and vacuum for it's first service and they did not vacuum the whole car , only the driver side and that's barely vacuumed it. Washing it literally took a minute to wash the car so I'm assuming they pressure washed it and didn't give it a proper wash. The coffee machine is good though.

Great place and experience to purchase a Toyota vehicle. I worked with Trina P. in sales. She was very nice, pleasant and patient to work with, and she goes the extra mile by offering after-sales support as well. I never felt pressured at all from her or the staff. Also, up in Burlington where they re located it s important to note that the sales tax is only 8.5%, which will result in hundreds of dollar savings in many cases. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend.

I am generous in giving a two star. I purchased a vehicle in 2014 and it was an outstanding transaction. Recently however my husband and I were looking at test driving a specific truck that was advertised on sale during Labor Day. After driving to the dealership, we were told that the "BOSS" has taken it home. I would think if you are advertising something, it should be readily available. With the current situation of things, who wants a vehicle that has been driven home day after day. I would now consider this a used vehicle. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

I live pretty far away from this dealer, I called and tried to get their best price on a $50k vehicle, and the sales person was unwilling to go and try to get me some numbers, I have been working with a local dealer, and seems to be a very good deal for me, however I would have to wait till the vehicle arrives. He insisted on wanting to know what dollar amount they needed to beat to earn my business. I believe pinning 2 dealers up against each other would be bad business and below my ethics. This has been a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. It started out with a price inquiry online and I received a very quick and thorough response. Dave Parker answered all of my questions and explained every step of the process. He took the time to figure out all incentives I was eligible for and the price we agreed upon was much lower than other local dealership offered. Dave was upfront and seemed to genuinely care about what I was looking for and my buying concerns. I met Dave Parker, great guy and from my experience extremely honest. Dave and his manager made an extremely good offer on a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime premium but I decided to wait since my wife has the same vehicle.
