Just purchased a new Passport at Lynnwood Honda and love the car. And, had an absolutely fantastic buying experience. Great price too! My salesman, Matt was knowledgeable, patient and straightforward. He made what is usually a stressful event, pleasant. Gabe, the sales manager was also wonderful. He made sure I was being well taken care of and getting great customer service. This is a first rate dealership and I highly recommend it for the purchase of a new Honda.

I bought a pre owned car from Lynwood Honda. Just about everything was fine (friendly salesman and the negotiation process was not bad). The finance department filled out a temporary trip permit but wrote down the date I purchased the car. The date is supposed to be the expiration date. So my permit was expired the day I bought the car. I didn t notice until I got home which is not in Seattle.

UPDATE: I received a voicemail regarding this problem explaining that the trip permit was for Washington only (I live in Oregon). This should have been explained to me at the time of purchase but at least I understand now. The rules must have changed because 2 years ago I bought another vehicle in Washington and was given an Oregon trip permit for that vehicle. Getting a trip permit for Washington only when you live in another state makes no sense, but I m sure that s out of the dealerships control. So I upgraded my rating to 4 stars and will move forward.

We have absolutely ZERO complaints about our experience! We had excellent service, conversation & purchase! Francisco was our sales rep and he was amazing! Lawrence in financing was amazing as well and they both made our entire experience great! Highly recommend and will be back for future purchases 100%!

I would have to say, this was the best car buying experience we have had! We got to the dealership late hoping to avoid a sales person being a hound, but Troy was moving a vehicle for another customer and was very helpful. From that moment on, we were treated to the best communication and service hands down! The manager came by and assisted us when another of Troy s appointments came in. Our whole experience with the dealership during the transaction and even AFTER was amazing! Thank you, thank you!! Troy went the extra mile for us...but made it seem like no big deal . I recently bought a new car from here and had amazing service. The car salesman, Marvin, was super friendly and was able to successfully find me a nice car that I was approved for. The sales manager on duty, Anuj, was also super helpful, giving me a far better deal for my trade in than I deserved. I highly recommend Lynnwood Honda for your new car needs.

i am a 65 year old curmudgeon who has bought a car every 5 years for the last 50 years. my experience with Beth Daniels was the only time i have ever dealt with a car salesperson that the experience was pleasant. when i buy a car i research every vehicle i can afford for months before i purchase. i usually know more about the car and the going prices than the salesperson. i walked out of the local ford dealership and was asked by the salesman at wilder honda to deal with someone else after i caught both of them flat out lying to me and called them on it. my experience with beth daniels was totally different. straightforward, honest, no bs. a fair price right off the get-go. no pressure or hype. she contacted me after i inquired about a particular car in their inventory over the internet. she called me and quoted me a price and gave me a valuation of my trade in using my opinion of condition and mileage as a basis of the offer. right away the amounts were acceptable, fair and had a combined difference of over $3000 from what i was quoted as the first offer by two other dealers on the exact same car. i accepted her first offer over the phone and arranged for her to come in on her day off to meet me. i drove literally through the snow, over 100 miles, and had to take a ferry to go to this dealership when the local honda dealer was 10 miles away. i was geared up for a fight because i couldn't believe they were actually selling a car like an adult. i expected last minute nonsense like i have experienced in the past with other dealers. when i got there NOTHING changed. she met me there on her day off with her perfect child and walked me through the process. in and out in about 90 minutes. the deal was as described and was sweetened a little with accessory credits we decided on. there was no quibbling about the condition of my trade in or any other aspect of the price.could i have got a better deal? maybe. you never really know with how cars are sold, but i got a fair deal. could i have got the same from my local dealer? again maybe, after hours of negotiation, arguing, running back and forth to the phantom decision maker, and raising my blood pressure. i'd rather do it this way. i have added beth daniels to my car contacts and will go to her first, if i live long enough to buy another car!

I brought my car to get the timing belt changed, for a 90,000 mile checkup, and to find why I was getting 2 error codes. I told them the error codes I was getting and asked them to diagnose it. I changed my mind about the timing belt when they told me it would be $800. They diagnosed the issue for $99 and told me they were receiving the same 2 error codes I told them I was receiving and that they would have to replace the EGR and ATTS modules totaling $1500. I was already upset because they did no more diagnosing than I did. I found online that all I had to do was clean the EGR ports, which cost me about $20 in supplies and 30 minutes of time. It fixed the engine codes. When I went to Downtown Honda, who had the EGR port plugs in stock, they told me my timing belt had already been replaced by the previous owner 10,000 miles before, information Lynnwood Honda was well aware of, but chose to keep from telling me. They also told me that many Preludes have the same error codes, and cleaning the EGR ports would fix my issue. They told me that without the $99 "diagnostic" fee. If you're looking for an honest Honda dealer/repair, opt for Downtown Seattle, over Lynnwood.

**UPDATE**
I did get a kind apologetic call from them after this review and they refunded the money for the diagnostic. This does make me happy to have the money back, but it shouldn't have taken a bad review to get that.

Great team over at Lynnwood Honda with special shoutout to Jules and Anuj! Jules helped me choose the honda civic I had in mind and cut straight to the chase with pricing and was very upfront and honest about the profit margin they were making on the car. I never felt pressured in the purchase, and felt like I got a very reasonable deal on the car and they were able to even throw in some floor matts with the great deal. Jules and Anuj were both very patient and accommodating with my parents who had a barrage of questions, but made them feel acknowledged. Overall great service at Lynnwood Honda and they were willing to go above and beyond by staying after hours to finalize the deal. I haven't always had the best experiences at Car Dealerships. The thing that gets to me the most is dealing with pushy salespeople. I went into Lynnwood Honda thinking that this place would be like any other dealership. But I was wrong, I had a great experience! They listen to me, had no pressure and didn't feel rushed to make a decision. I had the opportunity to work with Troy Malchow and he was a very professional and polite salesperson. I would highly recommend you work with Troy!

A couple weeks ago we bought a car from Lynnwood Honda. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Tom Parks was our Sales guy. He was amazing. For the first time I felt like I did not need to get mean and play games with our salesman. I felt like I got a more then fare deal. He explained to us the price and why it was so low. Also when we were all done, he brought out his guitar and sang us a song...that he made up about us. He is really talented. Our experience was really positive. Ask for Tom Park...you will not be disappointed.

Not only was every single person in the dealership friendly, D was fantastic to work with!! This is my first new car purchase and I had a lot of questions about every step of the process and D was able to answer them all. I never felt pressured or lied to. It was refreshing to have a salesman be straight forward with me. Bought my car from Mark Baker at Lynnwood Honda. Easiest most pleasant experience buying a car ever for me. What I really appreciated and remembered is his helping me to "customize" my car before it left the lot (ex. syncing my iPhone to my car's bluetooth feature and selecting my favorite radio stations). Parts you're buying a car is a great place to get your Honda or parts

I visited this dealership today just wanting to get some information about some cars I saw on their website and it quickly turned into the best car buying experience I have ever had. Francisco is incredible. He's kind, honest, and relatable and made us feel so comfortable in purchasing a car which can be one of the most uncomfortable experiences ever. Never once did he push or make us feel uncomfortable or like we had to purchase outside our means. I would beyond 100% recommend buying a car or even just asking questions about the car buying process with Francisco - hopefully he's selling cars for a long time because I would hate to have to buy a car from anyone else in the future. Troy made the car buying experience pleasant! This was my first time purchasing a car and other places had pushy, overbearing salesmen, but Troy couldn't have been nicer. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything he showed me and he helped me find the right car. I will definitely come here again when I need another car!

Let me start that I generally don t like negotiating for cara but as majority of customers still want to have a great deal good customer experience. I worked with Gabe and Troy. They both did a phenomenal job during the negotiations (such that even if I don t like it still enjoyed it) were very helpful and respectful. No extra unnecessary pressure that you always see with other dealerships. Overall process was smooth short and enjoyable. Highly recommended for buying new or used vehicle from them.

Was an absolute pleasure to work with for my first car buying experience, Jules and Keith are straight shooters and worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. They weren't interested in playing games or just making sales, they wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted and helped make it happen for me. There was no pressure and they were more than willing to throw me a deal to make it happen. They were honest about the condition of the car and it's maintenence, I got a car fax and it was as they had said. They even worked with me to get a good financing rate. They were thinking it would be around 12% because I didn't have very much credit history but by the time it was all said and done I was financed at 4%. It's been running strong and I have loved the car, 2008 acura TL by the way. If you want a no pressure honest car buying experience Lynnwood Honda will there to make it happen for you.

After receiving less than adequate service from Honda of Seattle, I returned to my trustworthy Lynnwood Honda to get my car serviced and fixed.

I've worked with Ashley over the years and have known him to be very knowledgeable, transparent, friendly, professional and helpful throughout any type of car service I have had with my 2 hondas over the years. This time was especially awesome. He took the time to find out what had happened and was transparent about the problem - even let me go into the shop to verify some issues.

To say I had excellent customer service from Ashley is an understatement. He put me at ease to explain how they could fix it and how much it would cost. This guy deserves a raise!

I had seen a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru on their website and had to have it. David Lyman helped me--hands down the best car salesman I ever had to deal with. He was very low-pressure, understanding, helpful, funny--he made the entire process less intimidating, especially since it was the first car I ever bought from an actual dealership. I had some challenges getting financed because of student loans, but the finance team worked for hours until they finally got me through. I felt like I was actually being taken seriously, even though I wasn't their biggest sale by any means. When my Subaru, affectionately named Gertie, decides she is through, I will definitely be going back to Lynnwood Honda to see what they have. Hopefully David will still be there!

Helpful service, competitive prices. Was disappointed when my Honda quit running Android Auto. Service team was helpful, tried phone help, then in and out of shop, no appointment.

My experience at Lynnwood Honda was a very professional and pleasant one. No one likes to go car shopping and I have to say the entire staff here, especially Kevin Weaver, was very courteous and respectful and I felt like they had my best interests in mind and what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Lynnwood Honda to my friends in the future.

Staff were very helpful and resourceful. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my Honda Civic and repair it within 12 hours. The only reason they lose 1 star is the price point.

I went there for a safety recall that was to take four hours. Their system has changed where they do not provide rental shuttles for anything but airbag recalls. I had been told mine was an airbag recall but it either wasn't or wasn't directly involving the airbags. The staff was very kind but I think it's really irritating that Honda doesn't provide cars for recalls that take four hours!!! Really disappointed with their service.

I had a great experience with Kevin, who helped me out with leasing a car for the first time. He was able to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot). And I was able to drive out a couple hours later with a new car. Everyone was super friendly, and I didn t feel that pushy sales vibe that a lot of other places have.

Very disorganized. Wanted to get a spare key made for my car which has a push button ignition. First I spoke with parts and they ordered the wrong key. A week later I made an appointment with the service department to get the key programmed. When it came time for the appointment, I arrived on time to find that they didn't have the key in stock. They had an entire month to get the key, or notify me that it hadn't been ordered and yet I find out the same morning of. I have to say that I am disappointed that this is my local Honda dealership.

I went in for my airbag recall service and through some poor communication, when I arrived to pick up my car, the car and the keys were locked away and nobody present had access to them. The employees present tried to offer some assistance, but nothing that didn't leave me and my family without the car for another day. It was an incredibly frustrating situation.

This is my first experience with a dealership, I usually buy from a personal owner. The service was super friendly when I got my remote installed for my Honda Fit so I decided to come back. I knew what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted on the lot, a used Honda Odyssey. I worked with Mark Baker and he made me feel at ease right away. The test drive was great, he knew where to go in the neighborhood to test out the turns and speeds. When it came to pricing, there was no hem and hawing. Mark brought down the price for me that I felt was very fair. I forgot the other salesman's name, but the man who gets the final say on the price came out to talk with me as well. No one hid behind a door to decide the final numbers, everyone was upfront. I appreciate that feeling of honesty from a dealership. Yes, they have to make a profit, that's how they make a living. However, the sale I got was definitely a steal and the whole experience was comfortable. I never felt like I had to play mind games for the price I got.

The most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with; especially their parts department.
I called their parts department and asked if they have a certain part that I needed, I was told they have the part in stock. When I went their to buy the part the salesman looked at me , I guess saw my clothes, and said we don t have it and that they have to order it. I told him I had called and was told you have it in stock; he told me that the part is very expensive, I said I am aware of the price and than he grabbed it from the shelf.

Very friendly, inside not like your typical car dealership, didn't feel that high stress, like other dealers. Gabe, was very informative on his inventory, and will find you something to suit your needs, to get into a new or used car.

My experience at Honda Lynnwood was SUPER AWESOME! I am a first time buyer and Tom Park helped me from the very first day I walked in for test driving til the last day I closed the deal. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding the right CR-V for my budget. He carefully explained the different features for each model and year so it was easy for me to choose. He wasn't pushy like the other dealers we checked out which I really appreciated. Tom took me to my car and explained every little option and button available in my car then helped me hook my phones bluetooth to the vehicle. Even after I bought the car, Tom called a few days later just to make sure everything was going smoothly and answer any other additional questions I had. Such great customer service!! Good customer experience, not pushy or trying to convince you to buy stuff. Tip: Walk in with your own financing ready and use it as your bargaining chip, don't start signing or giving out personal info until you actually agree upon the price, use the "walk away" tool to get what you want. I would recommend Lynnwood Honda and would come back.

He arranged the appointment for the same day, and we reached the dealership late in the evening, he waited for us and arranged the car before we reach we did the test drive like the car..He gave the best deal .. done the paper work on the same day, it take till 10 pm to complete our documentation part ,

I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot at Lynwood Honda. Before pulling the trigger I shopped plenty of other dealers looking for the best price and bang for my buck. While most dealerships had that predictable car sales approach, Lynwood Honda did Not! When I began my car shopping experience I didn t even know what kind of car I was looking for. Due to a car accident I needed a new one.

I reached out with questions on Honda s page and got a message from Troy. I was straight forward in my approach of taking my time to find the right car along with being interested in other makes of cars. I came to the Lynwood lot to look around with the understanding it was just to look. Troy showed me around and answered my questions. In no way did I feel like I was with a car sales person. He was so kind and down to earth and not pushy at all! It was a simple visit and I left. A few days later he checked in on me and I was interested in the pilot I was shown previously. I still wasn t ready to purchase, I shopped and shopped. I even found a better price at a competitor car lot and began to get excited.

Through my communication with the other dealership, immediately I knew this would not be the place I wanted to give my money. Sharky sales tactics left and right the moment we began to converse. All the things they promised began to have hidden accessory packages that could not be removed and were added to the amazing sale price. Making the killer deal waaaay more expensive. I began to see how they were doing business. I sent a text to Troy asking if they could honor the competitors price that was listed on their website.

Troy along with his manager, Gabe, were able to honor the price along with a straight forward no nonsense approach. While I was happy to hear that, I was very much exhausted from the experience of the previous dealership. I waited till later in the day to come in and to my surprise Troy and Gabe wrapped up my car buying experience so quickly and seamlessly. 100x s less stressful that what I was anticipating. Honestly it was so simple and easy. Even the finance guy was easy going and had some helpful honest tips that made the process nice. The whole experience was truly genuine and it really nice to work with honest sales associates.

Now I am driving my brand new pilot around town, feeling like I bought the perfect car for my family and got the best deal!! If you know what car you re looking for or even just want to look around, these guys are awesome! Ask for Troy and Gabe!

First time I went there it was good. I encounter a friendly lady she was pretty accommodating. However, my second visit when I actually wanted to buy the car. The salesman kept dropping subtle insults on how I can t afford the car. It was pretty off putting. I ended up buying the same car from Klein close to my desired price.

Raj was the ideal person to help me buy first car in years. He spent time patiently waiting as I tried a few cars to find the right fit. He wasn t pushy, he listened well to what I wanted and went the extra mile to help from start to finish. He seemed genuinely pleased that I found a car that was a good fit. Came in for tires and an alingment. They tried to up the price on my alingment from 139.99 to 339.99 just because its a civic type r. Called 2 other dealerships and the master tech at Marysville honda said it shouldn't be more then a standard alingment.

I had AAA drop my car off to them and I don't even get an update on my car. I had to call them and they tried to tell me that AAA did not drop off my car. So I had to call AAA myself and ask, only to hear that they DID drop off my car. So I had to call Lynnwood Honda again and they tried to tell me my cars not there yet again. So i wait for them to call me and of course, they tell me my car is there. ridiculous. They charged me $140 just to tell me my car can't run. Horrible.

Lynnwood Honda's service dept is awesome, I always have a good experience when I take my car in. The only thing I don't love is that there are no longer loaner cars, only rentals when you car is in the shop.

My buying experience in Lynnwood Honda cannot be easier. Jules guided me through every detail and question about the CRV I bought and did not push me into buying any options/accessories. There was no pressure on having me closing the deal although I bought it on the same day. Joe was super funny and helpful to get me a good deal too. We just purchased a used CR-V from Kris Delany.
