Every step of our way was handled with great customer service and efficient response to questions or concerns. I will gladly refer Foley to my colleagues.

Need and refuse to give me a refund gave me a run around about we will get back to you,heated nothing from them ,my next move is to report them to ct state.

The customer service has always been excellent. No matter what the question (I'm new in the field of trucking) they are a very helpful and patient staff.

BEWARE BEWARE being a small business we just received our usdot number today , not long after being approved my husband received a call from Foley acting as if they were DOT telling him we are required to have a UCR number and making it seem as if we had no choice but to get this through them , my husband got charged 159.00 dollars he was mislead and lied to after reviewing what just happened and this company I told him to call right back we are not required to have there services and we were scammed . He was than told no refund would be given and that it was required by DOT .. I am shock how can this company get away with this .. Were all new to this lessoned learned we will be disputing it with our bank and already filed with BBB in CT ..

Fairly good, online portal is buggy and doesn't allow for updating driver files. Needs improvement.

Foley reps offer a lot of information outside of services they sell. That s why I chose them. It s nice to go over all things compliance with someone, but only if you have the time. The Reps really go into depth if allow them.

BE AWARE NEW BUSINESS!!!! Stay away from them! they're nothing but sammers , you can find every single service cheaper somewhere else. in beginning they make it sound like their prices are cheaper but i promise! you will end up play 5X more especially if you are planning to grow your business. They will charge your credit card over things should be including in the program. plus once your gonna setup with them they will stop picking up your calls.

Foley is the best hands down. They've helped us get back up and running with everything done the right way. They do everything for you and notify every step of the way.

I agree with some of the 1 star reviews. They (sales team) are pretty pushy. BUT everything was explained to me. I asked alot of questions. They are fairly expensive, but i gave them a shot.
No they are not DOT. IN ANY WAY. Yes you can fill out all the forms they do for like 40 bucks. But i for one dont feel like messing it up. So far id say they are ok. Ive had good service so far, and they have done everything they said they would.
They sell a service. Not a product. Remember that if you want to use a compliance agency.

They are not DOT, they have nothing to do with DOT. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM AND PUSHY SALES PITCH. Do your self a favor and do not give them any information. Scam Artist, with in several minutes of filing for out DOT # we received about 30 phone calls from Foley and many business like theirs. The fact that this scam goes unchecked is beyond comprehension to me. Do your research before ever giving anybody any info or payment. How these people sleep at night knowing they are scamming hard working people out of their money, I do not know.

Very poor business practices. I just registered with the FMCSA for a Broker licence. Upon completing my application i received a phone call from Foley Services. As the customer service rep. Alex spoke so fast i could not completely hear where he was from. As i just made a purchase for my licence via the FMCSA i thought the agent was from the US Government. Foley agent Alex Lopez than proceed to advise me additional licenses that i need to comply with my new business. Thinking it was a government official i provided them my CC information and was charged for "licenses" that come to find out i do NOT need for my business. I explained in detail that i was setting up a brokering company and they provided me licenses for a Motor Carrier. Considering i advised the agent multiple times of my business you would thing as any reputable business you would direct prospective clients in the right direction. NOT AT FOLEY! WHAT EVER TO GET YOUR MONEY! BE CAREFUL WITH THESE SHARKS. I called them to explain my situation and no help at all. I WILL BE DISPUTING THESE CHARGES AS FRAUD WITH MY BANK AND GOVERNMENT. AS COMPANY ADVISED ME ON LICENSES AND SERVICES THAT I DO NOT EVEN NEED. AND NO ATTEMPT TO REFUND.

Ripped us off. The agents supervisor told us that we needed something when we in fact didn t and then kept half of the money. They did not even go through the paperwork process, there was no service provided. They don t know the laws that they are advocating for. Absolutely disgraceful. I will be reaching out to DCA and BBB to file a complaint unless the full amount is credited which I strongly doubt it will be.

Lauren Napier has been helping my company with our DOT registration. I have been impressed with her timely responses and knowledge of documentation and information we will need for our audit. Foley and Lauren have been extremely helpful and informative in getting through a lengthy application and audit process.

Stay away from the factoring services they are a scam ripoff!!! They negotiate in bad faith and the UCC filing overreaches to the extreme, in the fact they put it on not only your receivables but also your equipment and property. STAY AWAY!!!

Amanda Parrot called me while I was trying to work with another company to file my DOT/MC paperwork. Let's just say this other "company" better find a new line of work quick. After a 10 minute conversation I knew I needed to work with her to get my business moving forward. She took the time to get all of my filings corrected and entered right the first time. Every question was answered, and if she didn't have an answer right away she would always get back to me. They have made me a customer for a long, long time. Thanks Amanda!!!!

Very rude and horrible service. Lots of hidden fees. Highly recommend instapay which only charges 3% compared to foley which charges 4%. Instapay does not charge recourse fees. Foley will charge you everything back plus the 4%. Foley is broke and looking to take whatever you have. They own you for a year and will charge you as much as you make.

Not very happy with Foley right now. Called my driver for a random yesterday. He was broke down and unable to get to his papers which were in his truck at the mechanic. I told her we would need the electronic form. First they sent the form for a completely wrong location, then it took them over 4 hours to get the form to us. I sent 4 emails, called several times - unable to get anyone to answer. Driver had to start driving, so he left - about an hour later they finally sent the form - but driver was already gone. Guess we'll go through the same thing again today. We will be looking for a different company as soon as this test is completed.

Much better experience today - lady I talked to got me the form right away.

This company is amazing, I had my DOT and MC number within days for my broker s business. I have no compliants.

The people at Foley have been nothing but exemplary in what they do. Being a small business knowing that these things are done and done efficiently means a lot to me and gives me piece of mind and proof that the things needed to be done are complete. Thank you for all you do.

We recently signed up for a DOT number. Not even 5 minutes later, my wife gets a call from someone from Foley who my wife believes to be from DOT. The employee proceeds to give my wife the sales pitch and then charges our card for over $700. 45 minutes later we realize that these people are not in fact who they say they are and have bamboozled us out of $700. After several attempts to call the commissioned based sales person (Ebony) and requesting to speak to a supervisor, we were denied that right. We were told one would call us back. We demanded on several occasions that she cancel the transaction and have requested an email confirmation of the cancellation. These people are operating under false pretenses and need to be put out of business. I will pursue this until my transaction is FULLY refunded.

From my start with this company they have been professional and efficient. everytime I call they answer my calls very professionally and right on time thank you again for your great customer service

Foley is a huge scam. Do not under any circumstances give them your credit card number. They have royally screwed us. They claim to be part of DOT and they are NOT. Please be ware of these con artists.

BE CAREFUL!!! I wish there was a O star Option. I received a call the next day I got my DOT number, they are very sleek and misleads you to think they are part of the DOT. I paid $260.00 thinking it was a requirement of the DOT. I found out they were a private company. I called them immediately to cancel and get me reimbursed but they give you no answer. I have sent several emails to them and nothing. DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I do not give a single star, lousy services, since the beginning of February I paid and in March it was that I could take the exam, do not answer phone calls, 2 weeks ago I did the alcohol and drug test and I have not yet received the document ,terrible service

This company keeps me compliant, but not sure what I am paying for. They haven't done a random test in years. There website is geared for new business only. I can't even pay the yearly fee from the site. Seems that all they do is take your money every year, and they make that more difficult than it should be. I hope to find a new company before my renewal date.

This is in all senses a SCAM no matter how you try approach it. These people are highly trained and very good at appearing as if they are officials. They contact you within hours of applying for a new DOT number with the FMCSA website. They are able to quickly run you in circles and make you think your getting set up to drive and use your new DOT number. Turns out these guys are just third party sales sharks. Within an hour after the phone call I tried to reverse the charge I stupidly allowed (I was not given enough info on total costs). After multiple calls to try get my money back they would only offer half, claiming all my paperwork was already done. I called my credit card company and canceled the card. These people need to be stopped. This has to somehow be illegal. Do NOT fall for this trap!

I normally don't write "bad" reviews, but this company RUINED my business/livelihood. I WAS a customer enrolled in their dot drug and alcohol testing program, and was never notified for a random selection. I got audited found out I was in fact selected, long story short i was put through the ringer, BECAUSE OF FOLEY. I called talked to a supervisor thought I had straightened it out, come to find out, nope,I was selected for another random, never notified!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOLEY TO MY WORST ENEMY I even spoke to a supervisor about waiving a drug testing fee, for the random they didn't notify me on to satisfy dot with a negative test, that supervisor said they would, well nope they didn't, I got a bill and they expect me to pay now.

Lauren Napier at Foley has been amazing. I thought getting my DOT # and being in compliance was going to be a nightmare but Lauren and Foley have done it all for me, I can sleep at night knowing they have my back.

Foley Services has been a great help to us. We have been in business for 12 years and have used them since the beginning for our drug and alcohol testing and other services . I have been helped by several customer service reps through the years and each time have had a great experience, I have referred this company to several friends in the industry.

1 minutes after getting my DOT number, I was busy on time and my English is still bad. I asked the guy to speak slower. Thinking that I would be some DOT employee, I answered the questions and finally the salesman insistently asks for my credit card number. I asked how much it would be, he said $ 120 A few minutes later I looked at my account and saw that $ 512 had been shot down. And I discovered that such a call was not from DOT. I emailed, called, but they didn't give me any return on the money back. This company especially Antonio Calderone are terrible. They are quick to steal your money, but to solve problems disappear

Foley has been very helpful for me. They keep track of our driver requirements, keeping us up to date on all DOT requirements. Makes my job much easier.

Salesperson did a great job of selling the products but a horrible job of following through after the sale. Horrible communication, I have NOT heard from that Foley services since I signed up with them.I thought that I would be walked through the process and given instructions on what to do after all that's what I hired them to do, help me get my company COMPLETELY compliant. When I call with questions, I'm made to feel like I'm Bothering them. Don't think that I will renew next year.

We started out with Foley in 2011, but they are a total screw up now, since the end of 2017, they can not do anything right, we are in the process of getting a new factoring company, and they are giving us a hard time for trying to leave them. Do your self a favor and choose any company but them. They need to change their name to Folley.

Foley has helped our company with all the required paperwork for DOT compliance and are very satisfied with the professional help we have received. We have been a client for several years and value their expert help. Excellent company!

Their customer service team is always so very kind and helpful. The frequency of communication in regards to updates of driver files and maintenance could use a bit more attention as I've had a driver employed since January and just received his driver packet. When i called 2 months ago i was told all the information was obtained and nothing was missing.

Thought it was good deal being they were recommended from the individuals I was going to get my insurance through. I should have checked reviews first before throwing my money away. Like previously stated, it's just not worth using them!
They talk until that 30 day no money back rolls around. Can't get your legal name right, then can't put your LLC in the right place and believe me if you give them your credit card number, forget it. When they tell you they don't have your CC info on file or have to send a signed paper back before they can bill you, you got billed!
On the 29th day, no responses to email, no phone calls returned. I learned my lesson and have someone now who can fix their mistakes. Use them if you want, but when it comes to intelligence, they'll get your billing name right, but can't get your legal name right and leave you with a mess to clean up!!

*And for the responses I've been reading from the owner mentioning, these are just a handful of negative reviews like they don't mean anything and only have 40K happy and compliant compliant companies, you probably could have a few more if the people doing doing the paperwork were competent in doing the job right instead of leaving us with a mess to clean up! I will be doing a charge back and also filing a complaint with the FTC over the monies and service that I received.
As for the DOT drug testing no problem there, but if I couldn't depend on Foley and its associates to get the paperwork done correctly I figure its a matter of time before that gets screwed up as well.

We're on their email list. They provide a lot of useful information and at times have good free downloads. Only giving them 3 stars because some of the info or services cost way to much. But if we did have extra money to spend we would consider using them.

Had a driver get sent for a post accident drug test. Have sent bills to Foley. Wound up paying for it ourselves. Now Foley will not reimburse us. Terrible company. Will no longer use them. I met with two other company owners just today who are use Foley, they are unhappy between the two companies they have over fifty drivers. They will be leaving Foley. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Too much emails with threats and intimidating information. Absolutely unprofessional. You not deserved to work with my company, go and find the better way to attract your customers!

Foley is by far the best at spamming new businesses, that seems about where their ability stops. I can t believe the amount of unsolicited calls and emails I receive from them... and when you ask them to stop they don t listen. So here you go, an awesome review to get your attention.

No one aswers phone and or put you on hold or tranfers the call then disconects. Worst customer service you could imagine. We are a customer of 12 years and I cannot even get custody control forms ordered - they are a joke

I entrusted Foley Carrier Service to ensure all health and drug testing requirements were fulfilled for my employees. Prior to my DOT audit I had a two hour meeting with Foley representative Kristy Krajewski, where we went through a step by step checklist to ensure I had everything the DOT would expect during the audit.

Upon completion of the audit I was found to have four violations involving either directly or indirectly drug testing and driver files, both of which were to be managed by Foley on my behalf. I emailed the report to Foley team leader Scott Mogensen to find a resolution. I was assured that none of the violations were due to services that Foley was charging my company for. I could not get a logical explanation as to why these violations were not covered by Foley, just that they were not responsible for them. I was left with the feeling that had I been found to have 100 violations Foley would not have been responsible for any of them either. I am left wondering what I was paying them for all these years, to which they did not have an answer to as well.

As a small business owner I depend on companies like Foley to ensure that I am in compliance of all applicable laws and regulations. I also gladly pay them handsomely for the service. My expectation being that, in this instance, I am in compliance with the DOT, as it turns out I was not. After discussing with several Foley representatives it is obvious they are not concerned with ensuring the compliance of their customers or the safety of others on the roads. I encourage everyone required to have a DOT compliance program not to use Foley Carrier services they are only interested in invoicing customers, not providing service.

I have been contacted by several other companies for carrier services that were not helpful or really didn't explain the process very well. I'm thankful I chose Foley/Amanda and recommend them to anyone that needs a carrier service.

People! Stay away that scammers! Doing nothing, overcharging you. All negative comments are 100% right. They are pushing you to get your credit card number. I hope FMSCA must stop sharing carrier contacts numbers to everybody!

SCAM do not use them for nothing. You pay for driver files on yourself that you will never see and you pay for random drug testing that you will never get. And there cut off time for funding is 10 am. I just lost 4000.00 in loads for being 10 minutes late asking for a fuel advance... and if you do ACH it wont be in your acct till 4 am but your bills will hit your acct at midnight. I got alot to compain about with them.. it just keeps going. And the building you see in the picture is just a office space.. you will learn every department is in a diffrent state...A total SCAM and over charge make sure you get a rate sheet for everything.

If I could give no stars and still write a review, I would do so. Thoroughly dissatisfied with the Customer Services/interaction received provided by a service representative, Anthony Calderoni, specifically. He proved himself to be a very aggressive, pushy salesman. Without obtaining our express permission, he debited my company's account for nearly $1000 the SAME day our company received our US DOT number. I specifically explained to him that I would review the contents of his email prior to proceeding with any services. He took advantage of a new business. Hoping that Foley will work with us to remedy this problem. Mr. Calderoni (of course) has refused to answer/return any of our phone calls.

Update: After reaching out to Foley directly and speaking with Alejandro, one of the sales managers, the situation was mitigated. I was appreciative of Alejandro's willingness to work with me and my company to resolve the issue as well as to provide additional information regarding our DOT compliance in the future! Thank you Foley Carrier Services.

Upon receiving my DOT number i was called by Foley the next morning, the salesman was very friendly and i sent the set-up fee of $200+.

Not even a month later, i was audited by the FMSCA, which is VERY bizarre, i was barely in the system long enough to even be noticed, let alone audited.

The FMSCA wanted a laundry list of paperwork, which Foley was in charge of keeping. Here is where Foley really dropped the ball, they couldn't provide ANY paperwork, not even my Unified Carrier Registration, which is the very first thing they were going to do. I asked them to email me a copy of my UCR, and the reply was "It has been filed, any agency would be able to see that." I took their lack of co-operation in doing the job i paid them to do as a sign to get out and hire someone else.

I called the next day and asked for a refund, which they refused (obviously) and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, i simply said i wanted the UCR so i could complete the audit, she couldn't send it, so i again asked for the refund, "nope, we already did your paperwork." After arguing back and forth for almost a half hour, i gave up, Foley kept my $200 for doing phantom paperwork i had never seen, nor was i able to get a copy, but apparently exists somewhere.

I advise anyone who receives a telephone call from this company to abruptly hang up, they DO NOT have their customers best interest in mind, and in all honesty should probably be investigated by the FMSCA.

Foley has wonderful customer service. We have our drug compliance program through them, and they are always there to help!

I am happy with this compliance company and have never had any problems with them. In fact, I just called them earlier today and spoke to Tina who was extremely helpful and answered the questions I had about my company's compliance issues.

I never write reviews but I have to here. Told them that I don't need their services and not to call anymore but still calls me 4-5 times a day without fail. Even if I were to use a compliance company, it definitely will not be Foley Services. If they cannot follow a simple instruction to not call anymore, I wouldn't trust them with anything else, very unprofessional. The sales people became more aggressive and condescending when I told them (on several occasions) to stop harassing me. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!!
Positive note: I get a wake up call from a live person every morning.

ELD logs doesn't positively effect the important people directly involved it needs to be reconsidered.

Been really surprised with foley services always pick up the phone and return the calls, 99% of the time call go thru been working with Irene she s been really helpful and knowledgeable about what I need to be running my business
